Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, when the carton board is conveyed to the second folding region, the first folding corner 109 of the first folding device 106 on the side of the left side panel 12 is tangent to the first front side panel 19, and the second folding corner 111 of the second folding device 107 is tangent to the first front oblique side panel 21; the first folding corner 109 of the first folder 106 on the right side panel 14 is tangent to the second front side panel 23, while the second folding corner 111 of the second folder 107 is tangent to the second front bevel side panel 25.
Through the folding of the second folding mechanism, the first front oblique side plate 21 connects the first oblique side 29 of the upper side plate 11 on one side of the left side plate 12 and the second oblique side 32 of the lower side plate 13, and the second front oblique side plate 25 connects the first oblique side 29 of one side of the right side plate 14 and the second oblique side 32 of the lower side plate 13.
The carton paperboard continues to advance, and at the same time, the support column 112 drives the second flanging mechanism to rotate a certain angle, so that the first flanging corner 109 of the first flanging device 106, which is located on one side of the left side plate 12, is tangent to the first rear side plate 20, and the second flanging corner 111 of the second flanging device 107 is tangent to the first rear inclined side plate 22; the first folding corner 109 of the first folder 106 on the right side panel 14 is tangent to the second rear side panel 24, while the second folding corner 111 of the second folder 107 is tangent to the second rear inclined side panel 26.
After being folded again by the second folding mechanism, the first rear oblique side plate 22 connects the first oblique side 29 of the upper side plate 11 on the left side plate 12 side and the second oblique side 32 of the lower side plate 13, and the second rear oblique side plate 26 connects the first oblique side 29 of the right side plate 14 side and the second oblique side 32 of the lower side plate 13.
After the carton paperboard passes through the second folding area, the first front oblique side plate 21, the first rear oblique side plate 22, the second front oblique side plate 25 and the second rear oblique side plate 26 form 4 oblique side surfaces of the octagonal carton; the first front side panel 19 and the second front side panel 23 are coplanar to form a front side of the octagonal carton, and the first back side panel 20 and the second back side panel 24 are coplanar to form a back side of the octagonal carton.
With reference to fig. 6 and 7, the edge sealing area is provided with an edge sealing mechanism, the edge sealing mechanism includes a plurality of forming claws 113, and the forming claws 113 are configured to press the first upper sealing plate 15, the second upper sealing plate 16, the first lower sealing plate 17, and the second lower sealing plate 18.
In this embodiment, the number of the forming claws 113 is 8, and the forming claws are respectively used for fixing the first upper sealing plate 15, the first front side plate 19, the second front side plate 23, the second upper sealing plate 16, the first rear side plate 20, the second rear side plate 24, the first lower sealing plate 17, the first front side plate 19, the second front side plate 23, the second lower sealing plate 18, the first rear side plate 20 and the second rear side plate 24.
Referring to fig. 6, the forming jaw 113 includes a fixing block 114 and a pressing plate disposed on the fixing block 114.
In this embodiment, the pressing plate is used for pressing the first upper sealing plate 15, the second upper sealing plate 16, the first lower sealing plate 17 and the second lower sealing plate 18.
In this embodiment, the pressing plate includes a first strip-shaped plate 115 and a second strip-shaped plate 116, one end of the first strip-shaped plate 115 is connected to one end of the second strip-shaped plate 116, and the first strip-shaped plate 115 is fixed to the fixing block 114.
In this embodiment, an included angle is formed between the first strip-shaped plate 115 and the second strip-shaped plate 116, and the included angle between the first strip-shaped plate 115 and the second strip-shaped plate 116 is equal to the included angle between the first short side 28 and the first oblique side 29, and is also equal to the included angle between the second short side 31 and the second oblique side 32.
In this embodiment, when the forming claw 113 is pressed, the first strip-shaped plate 115 is attached to the first upper sealing plate 15, the second upper sealing plate 16, the first lower sealing plate 17 and the second lower sealing plate 18, the second strip-shaped plate 116 is attached to the first front oblique side plate 21, the second front oblique side plate 25, the first rear oblique side plate 22 and the second rear oblique side plate 26, and the shape of the pressing plate is matched with the octagonal shape of the octagonal carton, so that the upper and lower sealing plates can be well fixed.

Claims (13)
1. A carton paperboard, comprising:
the box-shaped folding type folding table comprises an upper side plate, a left side plate, a lower side plate and a right side plate which are sequentially connected, wherein the upper side plate, the left side plate, the lower side plate and the right side plate are suitable for being folded to form a box-shaped space, and the upper side plate and the lower side plate are in the same shape and are octagonal;
the first upper sealing plate and the second upper sealing plate are respectively positioned on two sides of the upper side plate;
the first lower sealing plate and the second lower sealing plate are respectively positioned at two sides of the lower side plate;
the first front side plate and the first rear side plate are respectively positioned at two sides of the left side plate, a first front inclined side plate is connected between the first front side plate and the left side plate, and a first rear inclined side plate is connected between the first rear side plate and the left side plate;
the second front side plate and the second rear side plate are respectively positioned at two sides of the right side plate, a second front inclined side plate is connected between the second front side plate and the right side plate, and a second rear inclined side plate is connected between the second rear side plate and the right side plate.
2. The carton blank of claim 1, wherein said first front oblique side panel and said left side panel and said first front side panel, said first rear oblique side panel and said left side panel and said first rear side panel, said second front oblique side panel and said right side panel and said second front side panel, and said second rear oblique side panel and said right side panel and said second rear side panel are connected by a combination of a press line and a dotted line.
3. The carton blank of claim 1, wherein said top side panel comprises a pair of first long sides parallel to each other, a pair of first short sides parallel to each other, and a first diagonal side connecting adjacent ones of said first long sides and said first short sides, said first long sides and said first short sides being perpendicular to each other; the lower side plate comprises a pair of second long sides parallel to each other, a pair of second short sides parallel to each other, and a second bevel edge connecting the adjacent second long sides and the second short sides, wherein the second long sides and the second short sides are perpendicular to each other; the left side plate is located between the first long side and the second long side.
4. The carton blank of claim 3, wherein said first upper closure panel and said second upper closure panel are each connected to said first short edge of said upper side panel; the first lower sealing plate and the second lower sealing plate are respectively connected with the first short edge of the lower side plate.
5. The carton paperboard of claim 1 further comprising: the connecting plate is arranged at the end part of the upper side plate or the right side plate and is used for connecting the upper side plate and the right side plate.
6. A carton constructed from the carton blank of any one of claims 1 to 5, said first front side panel, first back side panel, first front oblique side panel, first back oblique side panel, second front side panel, second back side panel, second front oblique side panel, and second back oblique side panel being connected between said upper side panel and said lower side panel.

A carton packaging system for packaging the carton paperboard according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising a conveying mechanism for conveying the carton paperboard, wherein a first folding area, a second folding area and a sealing area are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism;
the first folding area is provided with a first folding mechanism, the first folding mechanism comprises a first protection rod and a second protection rod, the first protection rod is used for pressing and folding the left side plate and the right side plate, and the second protection rod is used for pressing and combining the upper side plate;
the second flanging area is provided with a second flanging mechanism, the second flanging mechanism comprises a first flanging device and a second flanging device, the second flanging device is positioned on the first flanging device, the first flanging device is used for folding the first front side plate, the second front side plate, the first rear side plate and the second rear side plate, and the second flanging device is used for folding the first front oblique side plate, the second front oblique side plate, the first rear oblique side plate and the second rear oblique side plate;

The carton packaging system of claim 7, wherein the first folder comprises a first mounting aperture and a first folding corner adapted to be tangent to the first front side panel, the second front side panel, the first back side panel, and the second back side panel when the first front side panel, the second front side panel, the first back side panel, and the second back side panel are respectively folded.

The carton packaging system of claim 9, wherein the second tucker comprises a second mounting aperture and a second tuck corner adapted to be tangent to the first front bevel side panel, the second front bevel side panel, the first rear bevel side panel, and the second rear bevel side panel when tucking the first front bevel side panel, the second front bevel side panel, the first rear bevel side panel, and the second rear bevel side panel, respectively.

The carton packaging system of claim 10, wherein said first folded corner is tangent to said first front side panel, said second front side panel, said first back side panel, and said second back side panel, respectively, and said second folded corner is tangent to said first front oblique side panel, said second front oblique side panel, said first back oblique side panel, and said second back oblique side panel, respectively.
12. The carton packaging system of claim 10, wherein said second creasing mechanism further comprises: the pillar, first hemmer passes through first mounting hole cover is located on the pillar, the second hemmer passes through the second mounting hole cover is located on the pillar, just the second hemmer is located on the first hemmer.
