s2: pipe fitting circular cutting:

after the pipe fitting is cut once, the rotating rod 73 is rotated clockwise, the pushing wheel 74 is driven to rotate clockwise when the rotating rod 73 rotates, the pushing wheel 74 rotates to drive the rack plate 75 to move rightwards, the rectangular block 791 on the bracket 71 pushes rightwards at the moment, so that the pipe fitting is driven to move rightwards, the pipe fitting is automatically fed, and the pipe fitting is continuously cut.
When the pipe fitting cutting device is used, firstly, the pipe fitting to be cut sequentially penetrates through the annular frames 34 and the fixing device 2 until two ends of the pipe fitting are respectively abutted against the square frame 760 and the vertical plate 63, the fixing rods 290 on the connecting plates 29 are sequentially pulled upwards to be cancelled for fixing the adjusting plate 26, then the adjusting plate 26 is rotated clockwise, the lug of the inner cavity of the adjusting plate 26 rotates along with the adjusting plate 26 when the adjusting plate 26 rotates, the extrusion block 291 inside the fixing plate 27 is extruded when the lug rotates until the extrusion block 291 butts against the pipe fitting, then the fixing rods 290 are sequentially pushed downwards, one end of each fixing rod 290 is placed into the corresponding positioning hole 28 to fix the pipe fitting, and then the position between the two annular frames 34 is adjusted according to the length required to cut the pipe fitting;
rotating the screw 43 to drive the connecting plate 42 to adjust until the cutting knife 46 at one side of the connecting plate 42 is tightly attached to the side wall of the pipe fitting to be cut;
the clamping rod 76 is rotated, the adjusting ring 77 is driven to lift up and down on the clamping rod 76 when the clamping rod 76 rotates, the rotating ring 78 is driven to lift up and down when the adjusting ring 77 lifts up and down, the plurality of rectangular blocks 791 are driven to approach or separate from each other through the pull rod 79 when the rotating ring 78 lifts up and down, and the rectangular blocks 791 are adjusted to drive the rectangular plate 793 at the front side of the rectangular block 791 to clamp the side wall of the pipe fitting;
then, the side rod 64 is rotated, the side rod 64 drives the vertical plate 63 to move forwards until the vertical plate 63 abuts against the port of the pipe fitting, then the central rod 66 is rotated clockwise, and the central rod 66 drives the support ring 67 to adjust the position inside the pipe fitting when rotating until the notch in the middle of the outer side of the support ring 67 corresponds to the cutting knife 46;
when the roller 47 performs circumferential cutting on the pipe fitting along with the cutting knife 46, the rotation of the roller 47 drives the rotating shaft in the middle of the roller 47 to rotate, the rotating shaft drives the driving bevel gear 490 to rotate through the belt wheel 48 and the belt 49 when rotating, and drives the fan 492 to rotate through the engagement of the driving bevel gear 490 and the driven bevel gear 491, so that the fan 492 cools the pipe fitting during cutting when rotating, and meanwhile, flying chips, dust and the like generated during cutting the pipe fitting are blown into the collecting hopper 493 to be collected;
after the pipe fitting is cut once, the rotating rod 73 is rotated, the rotating rod 73 drives the pushing wheel 74 to rotate when rotating, the pushing wheel 74 drives the rack plate 75 to slide when rotating, and the rack plate 75 drives the bracket 71 to move when sliding, so that the pipe fitting is pushed and fed.
