一种经修饰的Prp43解旋酶及其用途。由于突变的引入和/或辅助蛋白的引入而增强了Prp43解旋酶的ATP水解活性或解旋活性,能长时间保持与目标多核苷酸的结合,从而允许酶以测序要求的合适速率、持续稳定地控制多核苷酸的移动速度,可以用于纳米孔测序。
