3. The telephone fee recharging method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining a target recharging worksheet according to the priority level and obtaining recharging information corresponding to the target recharging worksheet comprises:
if the priority level of the recharge worksheet is greater than or equal to a preset level, taking the recharge worksheet greater than or equal to the preset level as a target recharge worksheet, and acquiring recharge information corresponding to the target recharge worksheet;
and if the priority level of the recharge worksheet is smaller than a preset level, taking the recharge worksheet smaller than the preset level as a common recharge worksheet.

determining the residual amount of the user account before recharging according to the telephone charge information;
and updating the telephone charge information according to the sum of the recharging amount and the residual amount of the user account.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of updating the user account corresponding to the target recharge worksheet in the financial database according to the recharge information comprises:
acquiring the serial number of the target recharging work order;
judging whether the financial database is updated according to the target recharging work order or not according to the serial number;
and if the financial database is not updated according to the target recharging worksheet, executing the step of updating the telephone charge information of the user account corresponding to the target recharging worksheet in the financial database according to the recharging information.
