In fig. 9 to 10, two salient points 8 are asymmetrically distributed on the annular plane 12 at one end of the nut body 16. The said asymmetry is set on one side of the diameter of the circular plane 12 to ensure that the nut with two points can be obliquely set on the bolt 4 and the main nut 2.
In fig. 11 to 12, the tapped nut 1 has 2 salient points 8, the longitudinal section of each salient point 8 is rectangular, the cross section of each salient point 8 is in the shape of two sectors, and the two salient points 8 are arranged on one side of the diameter and asymmetrically distributed relative to the center of a circular ring plane, so that the auxiliary nut 3 of the anti-loosening screw pair 13 is pre-tightened and then obliquely arranged on the bolt 4, that is, the axis of the auxiliary nut 3 is not coincident with the axis of the bolt 4 to form an angle, so that the internal thread 6 of the auxiliary nut 3 is pre-tightened and locked on the external thread 7 of the bolt 4 and cannot be rotated or loosened.
A main flat washer 27 or a main elastic washer 28 is respectively arranged between the locknut structure 11 and the fastened piece A22, and the main flat washer 27 is positioned between the main elastic washer 28 and the fastened piece A22; or no gasket is arranged; the main elastic washer 28 is either an existing open circular spring washer, an existing conical disc-shaped elastic washer, an existing spherical disc-shaped elastic washer or any one of the existing elastic washers.
The main spring washer 28, the main flat washer 27, the common nut 25, the locknut 21 and the bolt 4 are all the existing mature technologies, and the structure, the working principle, the material, the specification and the selecting method thereof are all mastered by the ordinary skilled person in the field, and the description thereof is not repeated here.
The three mounting modes respectively correspond to different nut thicknesses, thread arrangement modes, different materials and different specifications, the main nut 2 and the auxiliary nut 3, namely the spot nut with the salient points 8 or the existing nut, and the three mounting modes are mounted to achieve the same anti-loosening purpose, but only one salient point 8 is designed on the upper annular plane 12 of the main nut 2; one is designed on the lower annular flat 12 of the auxiliary nut 3 and functions as such.
Experiments prove that: when the main nut 2 is retreated, the auxiliary nut 3 is spirally and obliquely arranged on the external thread 7 of the screw rod 5 of the bolt 4 through the convex point 8, the main nut 2 and the auxiliary nut 3 are bidirectionally locked if the main nut 2 and the auxiliary nut 3 are screwed down by using a certain torque with variable or small magnitude, and the auxiliary nut 3 and the main nut 2 cannot be loosened.
If the test is carried out by using the M16 spot nut 1, the nut body 16 made of 2205 stainless steel and the welded salient points 8 made of ER2209 duplex stainless steel as national inspection notice numbers 2022586290 and 2022466101, the borne salient points 8 are far harder than the 304 salient points 8, and the 304 salient points 8 are basically ground flat. The non-homogeneous ER2209 convex points 8 have better anti-loosening performance. If the main nut 2 is pre-tightened by 50KN, 60KN and 67KN respectively, and the auxiliary nut 3 is pre-tightened by 18KN,8KN and 1KN respectively, the overall pre-tightening force of the anti-loosening thread pair is 68KN, and the anti-loosening effect of vibration is gradually increased through a transverse vibration machine test. Therefore, when the overall pretightening force is constant, the pretightening force of the main nut 2 is increased as much as possible, the minimum pretightening force of the auxiliary nut 3 is reduced, the requirement that the main nut 2 does not rotate during vibration is met, and the overall pretightening force of the main nut 2 and the auxiliary nut 3 is gradually increased or equal to the overall pretightening force set by the anti-loosening thread pair 13 is met. When the pretightening force of the main nut 2 IS 60KN, the pretightening force of the auxiliary nut 3 IS 8KN, and the overall pretightening force IS about 68KN, the IS016130 IS used: carrying out a transverse vibration test with the amplitude of +/-0.8 mm according to the 2015 standard; frequency 12,5hz; molybdenum disulfide lubricant is smeared on the bearing surfaces of the internal threads 6 of the main nut 2 and the auxiliary nut 3 and the external threads 7 of the bolt 4, and the detection result shows that the residual axial force/initial axial force reaches 93.89-96.06 percent, which is far more than 60 percent of that of the Japanese Hard Lock locknut under the same test condition.
The nut 1 with the point is the existing common nut 25, or one or two salient points 8 which are asymmetrically distributed on the circular ring plane 12 at one end of the nut body 16 are fixed on the circular ring plane 12 at one end of the existing locknut 21, the salient points 8 and the nut body 16 are made of stainless steel, carbon steel, manganese steel, alloy steel, iron, copper or other metals or are made of non-metals, and the nut structure with the point and the locknut and the lockthread pair which are formed by the nut structure with the point and the locknut are used in the vibration anti-loosening fastening fields of railways, bridges, mines, aviation, aerospace, navigation, iron towers, wind power, nuclear power, vehicles, vibration machines, facilities and the like.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present disclosure, and not for limiting the same; although the present disclosure has been described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will appreciate that; modifications to the embodiments of the present disclosure, or equivalent substitutions for some features, may be made without departing from the spirit of the present disclosure, which should be considered to be within the scope of the claims.

Claims (10)

1. The spot nut comprises a common nut (25) or a locknut (21), the periphery of the spot nut is hexagonal or square, a round hole is arranged in the center of the spot nut, threads are arranged on the inner side of the round hole, a bolt shaft is coaxial with the round hole, the circular planes (12) at the two ends of the nut are vertical to the bolt shaft,
a fixed salient point (8) is arranged on the circular ring plane (12) at one end (15) of the common nut (25) or the locknut (21);
the salient point (8) and the nut body (16) of the common nut (25) or the locknut (21) are fixed into a whole, and the locknut is characterized in that:
the one or two salient points (8) which are asymmetrically distributed on the circular ring plane (12) at one end of the nut body (16) are combined with the nut body (16) of the common nut or the locknut (21) by different materials; or the two asymmetrically distributed salient points (8) and the nut body (16) are combined by the same material.

The spot nut of claim 1, wherein: the height of the salient point (8) is at least 1/10-1 time of the pitch of the internal thread (6) in the screw hole (14) of the common nut (25) or the locknut (21); the radial length of the bottom area of the salient point (8) is not less than 1/4 times of the pitch of the internal thread (6).
3. The spot nut of claim 1, wherein: the cross section of the salient point (8) perpendicular to the height of the salient point is of any shape.
4. The spot nut of claim 3, wherein: the cross section of the salient point (8) perpendicular to the height thereof is in any shape of sector, or circle, or ellipse, or rectangle, or trapezoid, or triangle, or prism.

The spot nut according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein: the salient points (8) are fixedly connected with the circular ring plane (12), or are formed by cold heading with a common nut (25) or a die integrated with a locknut (21); or welded as one; or are integrally bonded by glue; or a circular ring plane (12) at one end of the nut is drilled and is assembled with the small screw into a whole through the inner screw thread.

The spot nut of claim 1, wherein: the common nut (25) is a fixing tool, the center of the common nut is provided with a hole, the inner side of the hole is provided with threads, the periphery of the hole is provided with symmetrical regular hexagonal edges or square edges, the regular hexagonal edges or the square edges are spirally connected with the external threads (7) of the bolt (4) with the same specification through the internal threads (6) of the round hole, a fastened piece A (22) and a fastened piece B (23) are spirally fastened between the bolt head (9) and the common nut (25), and the two ends of the common nut are provided with circular ring planes (12) which are parallel to each other and vertical to the axis of the screw hole (14); the internal thread (6) of the screw hole (14) of the common nut (25) is provided with or not provided with a coating (29); or a coating (29) is arranged, and rubber or adhesive sticker-like substances are coated on the coating (29).

A main nut (2) for screwing the fixed end (10) of the bolt (4),
the auxiliary nut (3) is screwed at the fixed end of the bolt (4) and is positioned at the outer side of the main nut (2),
the external thread (7) of the screw rod (5) of the bolt (4) is used for coaxially screwing the internal thread (6) of the main nut (2) and the auxiliary nut (3),

one of the main nut (2) and the auxiliary nut (3) is a common nut (25) or a locknut (21), and the other one is a spot nut (1);

when the vertex (24) of the salient point (8) on the spot nut (1) is in spiral point contact with the circular ring plane (12) at one end of the other nut, the main nut (2) utilizes the gap (33) between the internal thread (6) of the auxiliary nut (3) and the external thread (7) of the bolt (4) due to the effect of the vertex (24) of the salient point on the spot nut (1) to enable the surface of the internal thread (6) of the auxiliary nut (3) and the surface of the external thread (7) of the bolt (4) to fall off obliquely, the auxiliary nut (3) is locked in one-way rotation in the loosening direction, the vertex (24) of the salient point blocks the main nut (2), and the main nut (2) can only be screwed and cannot be loosened to play a role in stopping and loosening prevention;
