The specific working process is as follows:

during the process that the upper pressing disc 3 and the lower pressing disc 4 clamp and move irregular injection molding accessories to the inner side of the trimming bag 6, the injection molding accessories can extrude the surrounding trimming bag 6, the trimming bag 6 can transmit extrusion force to the ring sleeve 5 after being extruded, so that the ring sleeve 5 can move between the two limiting discs 7 after being extruded, the central positions of the ring sleeve 5 and the trimming bag 6 are adjusted, the end part of the ring sleeve 5 is clamped into the corresponding annular groove 71, the ring sleeve 5 cannot be extruded between the two limiting discs 7 after being extruded, and meanwhile, the ring sleeve 5 and the trimming bag 6 can adjust trimming positions according to the appearance of the injection molding accessories; after the injection molding part is clamped by the upper pressure plate 3 and the lower pressure plate 4 and moves along the inner wall of the trimming bag 6, impurities are generated on the inner side of the trimming bag 6 after the injection molding part is trimmed, the edge of the injection molding part is only contacted with one elastic strip 61 along with the downward movement of the injection molding part, and the other elastic strips 61 relatively move to the upper part of the injection molding part, so that the impurities move to a gap formed between one elastic strip 61 and the other elastic strips 61 under the action of gravity, then the controller controls the lower electric push rod 21 to drive the lower pressure plate 4 to move downward, so that the injection molding part is released from being clamped by the upper pressure plate 3 and the lower pressure plate 4, the elastic strips 61 push the injection molding part away from the gap between the upper pressure plate 3 and the lower pressure plate 4, the purpose of automatically unloading the workpiece is realized, more importantly, the elastic strips 61 push the impurities away together during the pushing process, the springs 33 always give a pushing force far away from the centers of the rectangular strips 32 to the rectangular ring 5, so that the rectangular strips 32 slide along the corresponding rectangular grooves 31 under the action of the springs 33, and the rectangular strips 32 extend out of the injection molding part and the rectangular grooves 31; while the upper platen 3 and the lower platen 4 drive the injection molding part to enter the inner side of the trimming bag 6, the trimming bag 6 can extrude the corresponding rectangular strip 32, the rectangular strip 32 slides along the corresponding rectangular groove 31 under the extrusion of the trimming bag 6, so that the end part of the rectangular strip 32 does not exceed the edge of the injection molding part, thereby ensuring that the injection molding part can move in the inner side of the trimming bag 6, and when the upper platen 3 and the lower platen 4 drive the injection molding part to move in the inner side of the trimming bag 6, the rectangular strips 32 on the upper platen 3 and the lower platen 4 drive the corresponding supporting blocks 34 to support the injection molding part, after the air pump 51 fills the outside air into the inner side of the bag sleeve cavity along the air holes 52, the trimming bag 6 is bulged, and the thicknesses of the middle part and the end part of the trimming bag 6 are different, therefore, the middle part and the end part of the trimming bag 6 have different swelling degrees, namely the end part of the trimming bag 6 expands more than the middle part, the upper pressure plate 3 and the lower pressure plate 4 drive the injection molding accessory to move on the inner wall of the trimming bag 6, the trimming bag 6 can extrude the rectangular strip 32, and the spring 33 always provides thrust for the rectangular strip 32 to be far away from the bottom of the rectangular groove 31, so that the rectangular strip 32 can move back and forth along the corresponding rectangular groove 31 in the up-and-down movement process of the injection molding accessory, the gas in the rectangular groove 31 can be discharged along the gas passage 321 in the movement process of the rectangular strip 32 towards the bottom of the rectangular groove 31, and the gas discharged from the gas passage 321 can impact the inner wall of the trimming bag 6, so that the inner wall of the trimming bag 6 through which the injection molding accessory passes is cleaned in advance;
in the process that the upper pressing plate 3 and the lower pressing plate 4 drive the injection molding accessory to move into the inner side of the trimming bag 6 and lean against the lower part, the internal thread cylinder 13 can be sleeved on the outer side of the ring sleeve 5, so that the internal thread cylinder 13 is in threaded transmission connection with the ring sleeve 5, the internal thread cylinder 13 can drive the rotating sleeve to rotate along with the continuous downward movement of an output shaft of the electric push rod, the rotating sleeve can drive the trimming bag 6 fixedly connected inside the internal thread cylinder to rotate, the trimming bag 6 rotates relative to the injection molding accessory, the injection molding accessory and the inner wall of the trimming bag 6 are enabled to move up and down and simultaneously rotate and displace, so that the trimming path of the inner wall of the trimming bag 6 to the edge of the injection molding accessory is prolonged, the edge of the injection molding accessory is trimmed more thoroughly, meanwhile, the internal thread cylinder 13 can extrude gas inside the trimming bag 6, the gas inside the trimming bag 6 is exhausted along the lower port of the ring sleeve 5 under the extrusion of the internal thread cylinder 13, and the impurities on the inner wall of the trimming bag 6 are matched with the self gravity of the impurities, and then move out of the lower port of the ring sleeve 5, so that the impurities inside of the trimming bag 6 are cleaned; the trimming bag 6 is driven by the ring sleeve 5 to rotate subsequently, the trimming bag 6 can generate wrinkles under the drive of the ring sleeve 5, the internal thread barrel 13 can extrude gas inside the trimming bag 6 in the process of the thread transmission of the internal thread barrel 13 and the ring sleeve 5, the gas inside the trimming bag 6 can be discharged along the lower port of the ring sleeve 5 due to the fact that the one-way air inlet hole 131 is internally provided with the one-way valve, impurities inside the trimming bag 6 can be discharged, the one-way air inlet hole 131 at the bottom of the internal thread barrel 13 is opened in the process of moving the internal thread barrel 13 upwards, external gas can enter the inner side of the internal thread barrel 13 along the one-way air inlet hole 131, and the gas inside the trimming bag 6 can be supplemented.

a base (2); the base (2) is positioned under the top seat (1); the top seat (1) is connected with the base (2) through a support rod (11);
an upper electric push rod (12); the upper electric push rod (12) is fixedly connected to the lower end face of the top seat (1); the output shaft of the upper electric push rod (12) is fixedly connected with the upper pressure plate (3);
a lower electric push rod (21); the lower electric push rod (21) is fixedly connected to the upper end face of the base (2); the output shaft of the lower electric push rod (21) is fixedly connected with the lower pressure plate (4);
a loop (5); the ring sleeve (5) is positioned between the top seat (1) and the base (2); the upper part and the lower part of the ring sleeve (5) are both provided with openings; the upper pressing plate (3) and the lower pressing plate (4) are positioned on the inner side of the ring sleeve (5) after moving;
a trimming bag (6); the trimming bag (6) is annular; the trimming bag (6) is fixedly connected with the inner side of the ring sleeve (5); the upper pressing plate (3) and the lower pressing plate (4) are positioned on the inner side of the trimming bag (6) after moving; the inner side surface of the trimming bag (6) is embedded with trimming particles;
an air pump (51); the air pump (51) is fixedly connected to the outer side of the ring sleeve (5); the air pump (51) is communicated with the inner side of the ring sleeve (5) through an air hole (52);
a controller; the controller is used for controlling the automatic operation of the trimming device.

An injection molding accessory trimming apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the upper end and the lower end of the ring sleeve (5) are provided with limit discs (7); annular grooves (71) are formed in the surfaces, close to each other, of the two limiting discs (7); the end part of the ring sleeve (5) is clamped into the corresponding annular groove (71); the groove wall of the annular groove (71) close to the center is positioned on the inner side of the ring sleeve (5); the groove wall of the annular groove (71) far away from the center is positioned outside the ring sleeve (5).

An injection molding accessory trimming apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein: elastic strips (61) are uniformly arranged on the inner side of the trimming bag (6) and at the lower end opening of the ring sleeve (5); the edges of the elastic strips (61) overlap each other; one of the elastic strips (61) is relatively long in length.

The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the trimming mechanism comprises: the outer side walls of the upper pressure plate (3) and the lower pressure plate (4) are uniformly provided with rectangular grooves (31); the rectangular groove (31) is connected with a rectangular strip (32) in a sliding way; the bottom of the rectangular groove (31) is connected with the rectangular strip (32) through a spring (33); the end part of the rectangular strip (32) far away from the spring (33) is fixedly connected with a supporting block (34); the distance between the upper supporting block (34) and the lower supporting block (34) is equal to the distance between the upper pressing plate (3) and the lower pressing plate (4).

An injection molding accessory trimming apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the thickness of the middle part of the trimming bag (6) is larger than that of the end part of the trimming bag (6); and a gap is reserved between the supporting block (34) and one end, far away from the corresponding spring (33), of the rectangular strip (32).

An injection molding accessory trimming apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the rectangular strip (32) is connected with the rectangular groove (31) in a sliding and sealing mode; an air channel (321) is arranged inside the rectangular strip (32); one end of the air passage (321) is communicated with the inner side of the corresponding rectangular groove (31), and the other end of the air passage is communicated with the end part of the rectangular strip (32).

An injection molding accessory trimming apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the lower end of the ring sleeve (5) is rotatably connected with a ring disc (8); the ring disc (8) is fixedly connected with the supporting rod (11); the output shaft of the upper electric push rod (12) is fixedly connected with an internal thread cylinder (13); the lower end of the internal thread cylinder (13) is provided with an opening; the outer wall of the ring sleeve (5) is provided with an external thread; the internal thread cylinder (13) is in threaded fit with the outer wall of the ring sleeve (5).
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the bottom of the internal thread cylinder (13) is provided with a one-way air inlet hole (131) in a penetrating way; a one-way valve is arranged in the one-way air inlet hole (131).
