The specific working procedure is as follows:

in the process that the upper pressure plate 3 and the lower pressure plate 4 clamp and move irregular injection molding accessories to the inner side of the trimming bag 6, the injection molding accessories squeeze the surrounding trimming bag 6, the extrusion force is transmitted to the annular sleeve 5 after the trimming bag 6 is squeezed, so that the annular sleeve 5 moves between the two limiting plates 7 after being squeezed, the central positions of the annular sleeve 5 and the trimming bag 6 are adjusted, and as the end parts of the annular sleeve 5 are clamped into corresponding annular grooves 71, the annular sleeve 5 cannot be squeezed away from between the two limiting plates 7 after being squeezed, and meanwhile, the annular sleeve 5 and the trimming bag 6 can adjust trimming positions according to the appearance of the injection molding accessories; after the injection molding accessory is clamped by the upper pressure plate 3 and the lower pressure plate 4 and moves along the inner wall of the trimming bag 6, impurities are generated on the inner side of the trimming bag 6 after trimming the injection molding accessory, along with the downward movement of the injection molding accessory, the edge of the injection molding accessory only contacts one elastic strip 61, and other elastic strips 61 relatively move to the upper side of the injection molding accessory, so that the impurities move into a gap formed between one elastic strip 61 and the other elastic strips 61 under the action of gravity, then the controller controls the lower electric push rod 21 to drive the lower pressure plate 4 to move downward, so that the injection molding accessory is released from the clamping of the upper pressure plate 3 and the lower pressure plate 4, the elastic strips 61 push the injection molding accessory away from the position between the upper pressure plate 3 and the lower pressure plate 4, the aim of automatically unloading the workpiece is fulfilled, more importantly, the elastic strips 61 push the impurities together in the pushing process, and the spring 33 always gives a pushing force to the rectangular strip 32 to the center away from the ring sleeve 5, so that the rectangular strip 32 slides along the corresponding rectangular groove 31 under the action of the spring 33, and the rectangular strip 32 stretches out of the corresponding rectangular groove 31, and the clamping range of the injection molding accessory is widened by the upper pressure plate 3 and the lower pressure plate 4; in the process that the upper pressure plate 3 and the lower pressure plate 4 drive the injection molding accessories to enter the inner side of the trimming bag 6, the trimming bag 6 can extrude the corresponding rectangular strips 32, the rectangular strips 32 slide along the corresponding rectangular grooves 31 under the extrusion of the trimming bag 6, so that the end parts of the rectangular strips 32 can not exceed the edges of the injection molding accessories, the injection molding accessories can be ensured to move inside the trimming bag 6, the rectangular strips 32 on the upper pressure plate 3 and the lower pressure plate 4 drive the corresponding supporting blocks 34 to support the injection molding accessories in the process that the injection molding accessories are moved inside the trimming bag 6 by the upper pressure plate 3 and the lower pressure plate 4, after the air pump 51 fills external air into the inner side of the bag sleeve cavity along the air holes 52, the trimming bag 6 is bulged, because the thicknesses of the middle part and the end parts of the trimming bag 6 are different, the middle part and the end part of the trimming bag 6 are different in swelling degree, namely, the swelling degree of the end part of the trimming bag 6 is larger than that of the middle part, the upper pressure plate 3 and the lower pressure plate 4 drive the injection molding accessory to move on the inner wall of the trimming bag 6, the trimming bag 6 can squeeze the rectangular strip 32, the spring 33 always gives the rectangular strip 32 a pushing force away from the bottom of the rectangular groove 31, so that the rectangular strip 32 moves back and forth along the corresponding rectangular groove 31 along with the injection molding accessory in the up-and-down movement process, the gas in the rectangular groove 31 is discharged along the air passage 321, and the gas discharged by the air passage 321 can impact the inner wall of the trimming bag 6, so that the inner wall of the trimming bag 6 through which the injection molding accessory passes is cleaned in advance;
in the process that the upper pressure plate 3 and the lower pressure plate 4 drive the injection molding accessory to move into the inner side of the trimming bag 6 and lean against the lower part, the internal thread cylinder 13 is sleeved on the outer side of the annular sleeve 5, so that the internal thread cylinder 13 is in threaded transmission connection with the annular sleeve 5, the internal thread cylinder 13 drives the rotating sleeve to rotate along with the continuous downward movement of the output shaft of the electric push rod, the rotating sleeve rotates to drive the trimming bag 6 fixedly connected with the inner side of the rotating sleeve to rotate, the trimming bag 6 rotates to generate relative rotation with the injection molding accessory, so that the injection molding accessory and the inner wall of the trimming bag 6 move up and down and simultaneously rotate and displace, the trimming path of the inner wall of the trimming bag 6 to the edge of the injection molding accessory is prolonged, the edge of the injection molding accessory is trimmed more thoroughly, and simultaneously the internal thread cylinder 13 moves down and simultaneously presses gas at the inner side of the trimming bag 6, so that the gas at the inner side of the trimming bag 6 is discharged along the lower port of the annular sleeve 5 under the extrusion of the internal thread cylinder 13, and impurities on the inner wall of the trimming bag 6 are matched with self gravity of the impurities and then move out of the lower port of the annular sleeve 5, so that the inner side impurities of the trimming bag 6 are cleaned; the trimming bag 6 rotates subsequently under the drive of the annular sleeve 5, the trimming bag 6 can generate folds under the drive of the annular sleeve 5, in the process of the threaded transmission of the internal thread cylinder 13 and the annular sleeve 5, the internal thread cylinder 13 can extrude gas at the inner side of the trimming bag 6, and the gas at the inner side of the trimming bag 6 can be discharged along the lower port of the annular sleeve 5 due to the one-way air inlet 131, so that impurities at the inner side of the trimming bag 6 are carried out, in the process of the upward movement of the internal thread cylinder 13, the one-way air inlet 131 at the bottom of the internal thread cylinder 13 is opened, and external gas can enter the inner side of the internal thread cylinder 13 along the one-way air inlet 131 and supplement the gas at the inner side of the trimming bag 6.

a lower electric push rod (21); the lower electric push rod (21) is fixedly connected to the upper end face of the base (2); an output shaft of the lower electric push rod (21) is fixedly connected with a lower pressure plate (4);
a collar (5); the ring sleeve (5) is positioned between the top seat (1) and the base (2); the upper part and the lower part of the ring sleeve (5) are both openings; the upper pressure plate (3) and the lower pressure plate (4) are positioned at the inner side of the annular sleeve (5) after moving;
a trimming bag (6); the trimming bag (6) is annular; the trimming bag (6) is fixedly connected to the inner side of the ring sleeve (5); the upper pressing plate (3) and the lower pressing plate (4) are positioned at the inner side of the trimming bag (6) after moving; the inner side surface of the trimming bag (6) is embedded with trimming particles;
an air pump (51); the air pump (51) is fixedly connected to the outer side of the ring sleeve (5); the air pump (51) is communicated with the inner side of the ring sleeve (5) through an air hole (52);
a controller; the controller is used for controlling the automatic operation of the trimming device;
the upper end and the lower end of the ring sleeve (5) are respectively provided with a limiting disc (7); an annular groove (71) is arranged on one surface, close to the limiting discs (7); the end part of the ring sleeve (5) is clamped into the corresponding annular groove (71); the groove wall of the annular groove (71) close to the center is positioned at the inner side of the annular sleeve (5); the groove wall of the annular groove (71) far away from the center is positioned at the outer side of the annular sleeve (5);
elastic strips (61) are uniformly arranged at the inner side of the trimming bag (6) and positioned at the lower port of the annular sleeve (5); the edges of the elastic strips (61) overlap each other; one of the elastic strips (61) has a longer length than the other elastic strips (61).

The injection molding accessory trimming device of claim 1, wherein: rectangular grooves (31) are uniformly formed in the outer side walls of the upper pressing plate (3) and the lower pressing plate (4); the rectangular groove (31) is connected with a rectangular strip (32) in a sliding way; the bottom of the rectangular groove (31) is connected with the rectangular strip (32) through a spring (33); the end part of the rectangular strip (32) far away from the spring (33) is fixedly connected with a supporting block (34); the distance between the upper and lower supporting blocks (34) is equal to the distance between the upper pressure plate (3) and the lower pressure plate (4).

The injection molding accessory trimming device of claim 2, wherein: the bag thickness of the middle part of the trimming bag (6) is larger than that of the end part of the trimming bag (6); a gap is reserved between the supporting block (34) and one end, away from the corresponding spring (33), of the rectangular strip (32).
