and S212, when the vision system detects that the motion track is inconsistent with the planned path, the vision system gives a prompt or an alarm to the billboard through the central control system and records a corresponding video.
It should be noted that, in step S211, in order to monitor and remind the behavior specification of the claimant, if it is found that the covered time and the duration of one of the square frame areas exceed the preset time, an alarm is issued to the billboard, a speaker in the billboard issues a voice prompt or an alarm, and the method for the covered time and the duration exceeding the preset time includes:
if the height of a material-receiving person is 1.7m, the time for walking by the actual length corresponding to one square frame region is t, the maximum planned path from one square frame region to another square frame region is t 4=4t, an offset value can be set on the planned path and is set as t2, the expected time for receiving the material is 4t + t2, the planned path and the expected time are combined, whether the current behavior of the material-receiving person is in compliance can be accurately judged, and if the material-receiving person is not in compliance, a corresponding prompt and warning are made by a signboard to guide the material-receiving person.
In step S212, in order to monitor whether the motion trajectory of the material picking person is consistent with the planned path, the block area at the entrance of the warehouse is marked as A2, and when the shelf to be picked is located at one side of the block area marked by C1, the planned path is A2- > B2- > C1, A2- > B2- > C1, or A2- > A1- > B1- > C1, and the paths other than the above are all regarded as abnormal paths, and only one functional description is made here, and the planned path has more planning algorithms in practical application, as long as the function can be realized, which is not described herein again;
wherein in step S212, the method further comprises: when detecting that the material picking personnel enter the warehouse, the material picking personnel stay in the position of the material not to be picked beyond the preset time, the central control system can also send an alarm to the billboard, the billboard sends out a voice prompt through the loudspeaker to prompt the position of the material to be picked in the warehouse for the material picking personnel, and the monitoring record of the section is filed, so that the operator can trace the material.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the visual system detects that one of the square regions is covered for a time and the duration time exceeds a preset time, the visual system sends an alarm to the billboard through the central control system, and the sending of the voice prompt or the alarm by the speaker in the billboard includes:
s213, when the vision system detects that the material picking personnel leaves one of the square areas through a plurality of cameras in the monitoring system and the square area is still covered, the vision system sends out prompt or alarm to the billboard through the central control system and records corresponding video.
It should be noted that, in step S213, in order to prevent the material taker from leaving the article in the warehouse, besides the detection of the motion trajectory and exceeding the preset time, the environment of the warehouse may be detected, when the material taker is detected to leave one of the square frame areas, the square frame area is still covered, it may be determined that the article is left in the square frame area, and if the plurality of cameras detect that the material taker leaves, the article is still not moved, the central control system sends a voice prompt to the billboard, thereby achieving the effect of reminding and warning the material taker to pay attention to the cleanness of the warehouse.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the monitoring system detects that the retrieving person enters an activation range of a to-be-retrieved shelf in the intelligent retrieving device, the activating the to-be-retrieved shelf into a working state includes:
s31, after the vision system detects that the square frame area adjacent to the goods shelf to be received is covered through the plurality of cameras, judging that the person to receive the goods enters the activation range of the goods shelf to be received, activating the goods shelf to be received, and enabling the goods shelf to be received to enter a working state.
It should be noted that, in step S31, in order to enable the shelf to be in the energy-saving state when the shelf is not being subjected to material picking, so as to save electric power and energy, only when the material picking person covers the adjacent square frame area of the shelf to be picked, the shelf to be picked is activated, and the shelf to be picked is made to enter the working state, the shelves except the shelf to be picked are all in the energy-saving state, and the energy-saving state enables the shelf not to operate, and only when necessary, the shelf can be activated and made to operate in the working state.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the rack to be received is activated and then detects the inventory change of the rack, and the intelligent receiving device completely records the receiving data and the abnormal condition of each time and uploads the data and the abnormal condition to the central control system, including:
and S41, entering a working state, starting to detect the inventory change of the shelf to be picked, acquiring a value t0 when the shelf to be picked is activated, acquiring a value t1 when the picking staff leaves, presetting a single value of the material to be picked as g, and picking number as n, wherein the picked picking number is n = (t 0-t 1)/g.
It should be noted that, in step S41, in order to obtain the number of material to be picked, the value obtained after the material picking person leaves is subtracted from the value obtained when the rack to be picked is activated to enter the work, and the subtracted value is multiplied by a value preset in the singular number of the material to be picked, so that the number of the material to be picked can be obtained;
the material statistics method is only one method, and in practical application, the number of materials can be counted by using radio frequency, image vision, and other methods, and the technology for realizing statistics is selected according to the characteristics of the materials, such as weight, size, or management requirements, as long as the materials can be counted, which is not described herein in detail.
In an embodiment of the present invention, obtaining a value t0 when the to-be-claimed rack is activated, obtaining a value t1 when the to-be-claimed person leaves, presetting a single value of the to-be-claimed material as g, and the number of claimed materials as n, and obtaining the number of claimed materials as n = (t 0-t 1)/g includes:
s42, comparing the number n of the materials to be received with the number wn of the materials to be received, if n = wn, displaying the materials to be received by the billboard to finish receiving, and if n ≠ wn, prompting that the number of the materials to be received is abnormal by the billboard by using voice and a screen.
It should be noted that, in step S42, the number of the material to be received is compared with the number of the material to be received, and if the number of the material to be received is equal to the number of the material to be received, the material to be received is displayed on the billboard to be received, and if the number of the material to be received is not equal to the number of the material to be received, the number of the material to be received is prompted to be abnormal by using the speaker and the screen through the billboard, so that the material receiving person can correct the material receiving error in time.
In an embodiment of the present invention, if n ≠ wn, the prompting of the abnormal quantity of the material to be claimed by the kanban using voice and screen questions includes:
