The horizontal turntable 5 comprises a base 55, a rotating shaft 52 and a steering arm 53, wherein the base 55 is fixed at the bottom of the tail end of the chassis 7, a ball bearing is embedded in the center of the base 55, the lower end of the rotating shaft 52 is sleeved in a shaft hole of the ball bearing, the axis of the steering arm 53 is perpendicular to the axis of the rotating shaft, one end of the steering arm 53 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the rotating shaft 52, the other end of the steering arm extends towards the front end of the walking device, the lower end of the fixed arm 10 is fixedly connected with the other end of the steering arm 53, and the steering arm horizontally rotates through a gear set and a driving device.
The gear set comprises an input gear 54 and an output gear 51, the input gear 54 is sleeved on the rotating shaft and is positioned at the top of the base, the input gear 54 is sleeved on the steering arm, the input gear 54 is meshed with the output gear 51, the driving device is a motor, the motor is fixed on the chassis, the driving device is not shown in the figure, a driving gear is arranged on an output shaft of the motor, the driving gear is meshed with the input gear 54, when the steering device is turned, the motor drives the gear to rotate, the driving gear drives the input gear 54 to rotate, the input gear 54 drives the output gear 51 to rotate, and therefore the steering arm is rotated.
In the present embodiment, the driving gear has a diameter smaller than that of the input gear 54 to form a reduction gear set, and a reduction gear set is formed between the input gear 54 and the output gear 51 to control the steering speed of the fixing arm 10 through two-stage reduction. The input gear 54 and the output gear 51 are bevel gears fitted to each other, and the input gear 54 may be a face gear.
Referring to fig. 5, the injection apparatus 2 is a concrete sprayer, which utilizes compressed air to mix concrete material with a certain gradation and water-cement ratio, and the concrete material is conveyed to a sprayer head assembly through a conveying pipe and sprayed out at a high speed, thereby forming a concrete supporting layer on the surface of a tunnel, a motor of the concrete sprayer passes through a coupler to drive a speed reducer, a conveying shaft of the speed reducer drives a rotor to rotate, and then drives a kick-out device on a hopper to rotate, the concrete mixture enters the hopper and falls into a rotating rotor material cavity, after the rotor rotates 180 degrees, the compressed air is communicated with a material cavity air inlet, and under the action of compressed air, the material is conveyed to the sprayer head assembly through a discharging rotary head and a discharging pipeline 13 and sprayed out.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the spray head assembly 3 comprises three spray heads 12, a spray support is arranged at the end part of the arm support, the spray heads 12 are arranged at the left end of the arm support through the spray support, the three spray heads are distributed circumferentially, an included angle between every two adjacent spray heads is 90 degrees, the three spray heads are respectively connected with outlets of the discharging pipelines through branch pipelines, the fixed ends of the spray heads are rotatably connected with the spray support through rotating shafts, all-directional angle spraying can be achieved, and the coverage rate of spraying the lining in the medium and small section tunnels is greatly improved.
The walking device 6 is a crawler-type moving device, a crawler is wound on the driving wheel, the crawler is in contact with the ground, and the driving wheel is not in contact with the ground. When the motor drives the driving wheel to rotate, the driving wheel continuously rolls up the crawler belt from the rear part through the meshing between the gear teeth on the driving wheel and the crawler belt chain under the action of the driving torque of the speed reducer. The ground engaging portion of the track imparts a rearward force to the ground which in turn imparts a forward reaction force to the track, which reaction force is the driving force that propels the machine forward. When the driving force is enough to overcome the walking resistance, the thrust wheels roll forwards on the upper surfaces of the tracks, so that the machine runs forwards, and the front and rear tracks of the whole machine track walking mechanism can independently turn, so that the turning radius is smaller, and the machine is convenient to use in a tunnel.

When secondary injection is needed or concrete is supplemented to the omitted area, the whole base can be horizontally rotated by 180 degrees through the rotating device, then secondary injection is carried out, the injection efficiency can be greatly improved, and the coverage rate requirement of tunnel injection lining is met.
