Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an anti-glare cover plate, the anti-glare cover plate and a display module, wherein the manufacturing method of the anti-glare cover plate comprises the following steps: providing a substrate, the substrate comprising a first surface and a second surface; silk-printing an ink layer on the edge area of the first surface of the substrate; coating photosensitive glue on the second surface of the substrate, and exposing and illuminating towards the first surface; removing the exposed photosensitive resist, wherein the region where the photosensitive resist is removed is a display region; covering a protective film on the first surface, putting the whole substrate into etching solution, and etching anti-dazzle lines in the display area; and removing the residual photosensitive adhesive and the protective film. According to the invention, the ink layer is silk-screened in the non-display area of the substrate, and the photosensitive adhesive is coated on the other side of the substrate, after exposure, the non-display area is shielded by the ink layer, the photosensitive adhesive is not irradiated, the photosensitive adhesive in the display area is conveniently removed by exposure, the display area is conveniently etched into the anti-glare area, and the anti-glare area is prevented from covering the frame or part of the display area is not subjected to anti-glare treatment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of display modules, in particular to a manufacturing method of an anti-glare cover plate, the anti-glare cover plate and the display module.
Background
The anti-dazzle glass is processed specially on the surface of the glass in a chemical etching mode, so that the anti-dazzle glass can resist reflection, eliminate mirror effect, even improve the anti-slip and scratch performance of the glass, and simultaneously can keep the original delicate touch of the glass. The anti-glare glass is often used for manufacturing a cover plate of a display panel, the existing cover plate is subjected to anti-glare treatment in a display area, ink is applied to a non-display area to serve as a frame, and due to the difference of manufacturing methods, an anti-glare area is easily covered on the frame or part of the display area is not subjected to anti-glare treatment, so that the display effect is influenced.
In view of this, there is a need to improve the existing method for manufacturing an anti-glare cover plate to prevent an anti-glare area from covering a frame or prevent a part of a display area from being subjected to anti-glare treatment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an anti-dazzle cover plate, the anti-dazzle cover plate and a display module, and aims to solve the problem that in the prior art, an anti-dazzle area covers a frame or part of a display area is not subjected to anti-dazzle treatment.

providing a substrate comprising a first surface and a second surface;
silk-printing an ink layer on the edge area of the first surface of the substrate;
coating photosensitive glue on the second surface of the substrate, and exposing light towards the first surface;
removing the exposed photosensitive glue, wherein the area where the photosensitive glue is removed is a display area;
covering a protective film on the first surface, putting the whole substrate into etching solution, and etching anti-dazzle lines on the display area;
and removing the residual photosensitive adhesive and the protective film.

15-45 parts by weight of ammonium bifluoride;

0-15 parts by weight of sulfuric acid;
3-10 parts by weight of hydrofluoric acid;
the rest of the components are deionized water.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the method for manufacturing an anti-glare cover plate according to the present invention includes:
providing a substrate 10, the substrate 10 comprising a first surface and a second surface;
silk-printing an ink layer 11 on the edge area of the first surface of the substrate 10;
coating a photosensitive resist on the second surface of the substrate 10 and exposing light toward the first surface;
removing the exposed photosensitive resist, wherein the region where the photosensitive resist is removed is a display region;
covering a protective film on the first surface, putting the whole substrate 10 into an etching solution, and etching anti-glare grains in the display region to form an anti-glare region 12;
and removing the residual photosensitive adhesive and the protective film.
According to the invention, the ink layer 11 is silk-screened on the non-display area on one side of the substrate 10, and the photosensitive adhesive is coated on the other side of the substrate 10, after exposure and illumination are carried out, the photosensitive adhesive is not illuminated due to the shielding of the ink layer 11 in the non-display area, and the photosensitive adhesive in the display area is conveniently removed by illumination, so that the display area is conveniently etched to form the anti-glare area 12, and the anti-glare area 12 is prevented from covering a frame or part of the display area is not subjected to anti-glare treatment.
The substrate 10 includes glass.
When the first surface is covered with the protective film, the first surface of the substrate 10 needs to be completely covered with the protective film to prevent the first surface from being etched.
The first surface is exposed to light by an ultraviolet lamp. The photosensitive resist irradiated by the light is removed by the developing solution. Specifically, carry out exposure illumination through ultraviolet lamp to the base plate 10 of coating photosensitive emulsion, because the first surface has subregion to have printing ink layer 11, can shelter from light, the region that does not print ink layer 11 by light, the dissolution characteristic of the photosensitive emulsion of being shone has changed, can dissolve through the developer solution and get rid of, and the photosensitive emulsion that is not shone by light is insoluble in the developer solution, consequently is kept.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the etching solution includes:
15-45 parts by weight of ammonium bifluoride;
1-5 parts by weight of hydrochloric acid;
0-15 parts by weight of sulfuric acid;
3-10 parts by weight of hydrofluoric acid;
the rest of the components are deionized water. The etching solution is an acid chemical solution capable of chemically reacting with silica or the like, which is a main component of glass. A texture is etched on the substrate 10.
The display area is etched by the etching liquid to form a plurality of grooves which are uniformly distributed. During manufacturing, the concentration of the etching solution and the etching time can be adjusted as required, different numbers, depths and arrangement modes of the grooves are achieved, and the grooves can be unevenly distributed, such as: middle dense all around sparse or middle sparse all around dense.
The protective film comprises a PET protective film. Specifically, the protective film is made of a material which does not react with the acid chemical liquid medicine, so that the protective effect is achieved.
The remaining photoresist and protective film are removed by dissolving them in an organic solvent.
Removing the remaining photoresist and protective film further comprises:
the substrate 10 is tempered. The strength of the substrate 10 is improved, and the cover plate needs to protect the display panel, so that the strength of the substrate 10 is improved, the substrate 10 is not easy to break when being impacted strongly, and the cover plate can better protect the display panel.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides an anti-glare cover plate, which is manufactured by the method of manufacturing the anti-glare cover plate in embodiment 1.
The anti-dazzle cover plate comprises a display area and a non-display area on the periphery of the display area, wherein the display area is an anti-dazzle area 12, and a screen printing ink layer 11 is arranged on the non-display area. The anti-glare area 12 can be completely disposed in the display region, and there is no case where the anti-glare area 12 is disposed in a non-display region or a portion of the display region is not treated with anti-glare.
Example 3
The invention also provides a display module comprising the anti-glare cover plate in embodiment 2. The apron of this kind of display module assembly is at first in the non-display area silk screen printing ink layer 11 of one side of base plate 10 in the manufacturing process to the photosensitive glue is scribbled to the opposite side of base plate 10, because there is sheltering from of printing ink layer 11 in the non-display area after the exposure illumination like this, the photosensitive glue is not shone, and the photosensitive glue of display area is conveniently removed by the illumination, conveniently etches the display area and becomes anti-dazzle area 12, avoids anti-dazzle area 12 to cover on the frame or has some display areas to not carry out anti-dazzle light processing.
According to the invention, the ink layer is silk-screened in the non-display area on one side of the substrate, and the photosensitive adhesive is coated on the other side of the substrate, after exposure and illumination, the photosensitive adhesive is not irradiated due to the shielding of the ink layer in the non-display area, and the photosensitive adhesive in the display area is conveniently removed by illumination, so that the display area is conveniently etched to form the anti-glare area, and the anti-glare area is prevented from covering the frame or part of the display area is not subjected to anti-glare treatment.

Claims (10)
1. A method for manufacturing an anti-glare cover plate is characterized by comprising the following steps:
providing a substrate comprising a first surface and a second surface;
silk-printing an ink layer on the edge area of the first surface of the substrate;
coating photosensitive glue on the second surface of the substrate, and exposing and illuminating towards the first surface;
removing the exposed photosensitive glue, wherein the area where the photosensitive glue is removed is a display area;
covering a protective film on the first surface, putting the whole substrate into etching solution, and etching anti-dazzle lines on the display area;
and removing the residual photosensitive adhesive and the protective film.
2. The method of making an anti-glare cover sheet according to claim 1, wherein the substrate comprises glass.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the first surface is exposed to light by an ultraviolet lamp.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the photosensitive resist exposed to light is removed by a developing solution.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the etching solution comprises:
15-45 parts by weight of ammonium bifluoride;
1-5 parts by weight of hydrochloric acid;
0-15 parts by weight of sulfuric acid;
3-10 parts by weight of hydrofluoric acid;
the rest of the components are deionized water.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the display region is etched by the etching solution to form a plurality of grooves, and the grooves are uniformly distributed.
7. The method of manufacturing an anti-glare cover sheet according to claim 1, wherein the protective film comprises a PET protective film.
8. The method of manufacturing an anti-glare cover sheet according to claim 1,
