After the grooving on the two sides of the drawer is completed, the adjusting screw 11 pushes the sliding base 3 to move continuously, so that the two supporting pieces 4 can be driven to abut against the two inclined guide plates 12, the inclined guide plates 12 push the two supporting pieces 4 to swing in a direction away from each other, at the moment, the two supporting pieces 4 can smoothly swing to the two sides of the advancing direction of the drawer through the deformation of the two hard elastic deformation plates 42, the two hard elastic deformation plates 42 also can be disengaged from the end portions of the drawer to abut against, in the process, the two supporting pieces 5 are driven to vertically move upwards due to the swinging of the supporting pieces 4, so that the pressing and holding plate 52 can be disengaged from the drawer through the first upward movement, meanwhile, the supporting pieces 4 push the supporting pieces 4 to continue to swing in a direction away from each other along with the inclined guide plates 12, the two supporting pieces 4 abut against the controller 312, at the moment, the conveying part 33 starts to move, the drawer which is finished with the processing on the sliding base 3 can be conveyed out from between the two sliding base 4, after the drawer is finished being conveyed, the drawer, the adjusting screw 11 drives the sliding base 3 to reset, the two supporting pieces 44 to reset, and then the pressing and a new supporting piece 52 is driven to be automatically mounted on the drawer to be processed again.

1. A double-sided slotter, comprising:
a longitudinal beam (1);
the sliding seat (3) is movably arranged on the longitudinal beam (1) along the length direction of the longitudinal beam (1);
two grooving units (6) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the longitudinal beam (1),
wherein, both sides corresponding to the sliding direction of the sliding seat (3) are provided with supports (31), the two supports (31) can synchronously move relatively, and the deviating sides of the two supports (31) are provided with limit parts (311) protruding the upside of the supports (31)
The upper sides of the supports (31) are provided with pressing parts.
2. The double-sided slotter of claim 1, wherein: the pressure holding member includes:
a support member (4) which is vertically arranged and the lower end of which is connected with the support (31);
a support plate (5) horizontally connected to the upper end of the vertical support (4);
a pressing plate (52) horizontally arranged at the lower side of the horizontal support plate (5);
and the pressing cylinder (54) is fixed on the support plate (5) and is used for driving the pressing plate (52) to vertically move.
3. A double-sided slotter as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the length direction of the support (31) is the same as the sliding direction of the sliding seat (3);
the support (31) is provided with a conveying part (33), and the conveying part (33) can convey the support (31) towards the support (4) along the length direction;
the limiting piece (311) is a limiting wheel with an axis vertically arranged.
4. A double-sided slotter as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the support piece (4) is a U-shaped frame (41) with an arc opening facing the support (31);
the horizontal part at the lower end of the supporting piece (4) is rotatably connected to the support (31), and the upper end of the supporting piece (4) is connected to the supporting plate (5);
a controller (312) which can keep the conveying component (33) to run along with extrusion is arranged on one side of the sliding seat (3);
the two supports (4) can swing away from each other in the direction of moving away from each other to disengage from the drawer and press the control (312).
5. The double-sided slotter of claim 4, wherein: a telescopic connecting rod (51) is fixed between the two supporting plates (5);
the upper end horizontal part of the supporting piece (4) is vertically in threaded connection with the supporting plate (5) and moves along the direction that the two supporting pieces (4) tend to be away from each other, and the two supporting plates (5) can move upwards synchronously.
6. A double-sided slotter as set forth in claim 5, wherein: an elastic pulling and holding part (44) is arranged between the two supporting parts (4) and used for pulling the two supporting parts (4) to swing towards the direction of approaching each other.
7. The double-sided slotter of claim 4, wherein: two guide sloping plates (12) are arranged at one end of the longitudinal beam (1) close to the support piece (4);
along with the movement of the sliding seat (3), the two supporting pieces (4) can be abutted against the two inclined guide plates (12) and tend to move away from each other.
8. A double-sided slotter as set forth in claim 1, wherein: both sides of the longitudinal beam (1) are fixed with cross beams (2);
the two grooving units (6) are synchronously arranged on the two cross beams (2) in a relative motion way.
9. Double-sided grooving machine according to claim 8, wherein the grooving units (6) each comprise:
a stand (61) which slides on the cross beam (2);
a carrier (62) which is vertically movably provided to the stand (61);
a grooving head (64) horizontally fixed to the carriage (62).
