s1: firstly, a conveying roller way 100 is adopted to convey a door plate to the lower part of a rack 220, and a driving roller 410 positioned in front of the rack 220 is pressed and attached with the door plate;
s2: then, the lifting assembly 270 drives the frame 220 to descend, and the contact piece 212a and the door panel surface pattern are pressed and abutted together;
s3: then, polishing is carried out, the power assembly drives the linkage shaft 231 to rotate through the transmission assembly, the linkage shaft 231 is meshed with the bevel gear A232 and the bevel gear B233 to drive the two rotating shafts 213 to rotate in the same speed and in different directions, the contact piece 212a is driven to rotate in the same speed and in different directions, the polishing end of the contact piece 212a polishes the pattern of the door panel in the rotating process, meanwhile, the frame 220 reciprocates along the width direction of the door panel, and the driving roller 410 adjusts the door panel to reciprocate along the length direction of the door panel so as to realize omnibearing polishing treatment on the area;
s4: then, the driving roller 410 conveys the door panel forward by one station, and the step S3 is repeated until the whole surface area of the door panel is polished;
s5: then, the lifting assembly 270 drives the frame to lift, and the conveying roller way 100 conveys the polished door panel away and conveys the next door panel to the lower part of the frame 220.
The polishing equipment provided by the invention can realize continuous and automatic polishing treatment on the plate surface with the patterns of the process door plate, has thorough polishing without dead angles, good polishing effect and high efficiency, and the process provided by the invention has simple steps and meets the current processing requirements.

Claims (2)

1. The process door plate polishing equipment is characterized by comprising a conveying roller way (100) for conveying door plates, wherein a polishing device (200) is arranged above the conveying roller way (100), a limiting mechanism (300) is arranged on the conveying roller way (100), the surface of each door plate with patterns faces upwards and is arranged on the conveying roller way (100) in a lying mode, the length direction of each door plate is consistent with the conveying direction of the conveying roller way (100), the limiting mechanism (300) is used for limiting the door plate to move along the width direction of the conveying roller way (100), the polishing device (200) comprises a contact polishing mechanism (210) and an adjusting mechanism, the contact polishing mechanism (210) is used for adjusting the contact polishing mechanism (210) to descend and the door plate to contact and adjust the contact polishing mechanism (210) to reciprocate along the width direction of the door plate;
the contact polishing mechanisms (210) are distributed at intervals along the width direction of the conveying roller way (100);
the contact polishing mechanism (210) comprises two groups of polishing components, the two groups of polishing components are distributed at intervals along the conveying direction of the conveying roller way (100), the polishing components comprise two turntables (211), the two turntables (211) and the door plate are distributed in parallel, the center position of the upper end of each turntable (211) is fixedly connected with one end of a rotating shaft (213), the rotating shafts (213) are vertically arranged, the rotating shafts (213) are rotatably arranged on a rack (220), the lower surface of each turntable (211) is provided with a contact component (212), the upper ends of the rotating shafts (213) are connected with a driving component, and the driving component is used for driving the two rotating shafts (213) to rotate at equal speed and in different directions;
the contact assembly (212) comprises a contact piece (212 a) and an elastic assembly, the elastic assembly is arranged on the turntable (211), the contact piece (212 a) is detachably arranged on the elastic assembly, the elastic assembly is used for providing elastic force perpendicular to the surface of the turntable (211) for the contact piece (212 a), one end of the contact piece (212 a) is a connecting end connected with the elastic assembly, the other end of the contact piece (212 a) is a polishing end used for polishing, the polishing end is a hemispherical flexible component, and the outer surface of the polishing end is rough; the contact assembly (212) can contact different raised or recessed patterns, so that the purpose of polishing the uneven patterns is achieved;
under the action of the elastic component, the contact piece (212 a) is always kept in contact with the patterns when the turntable (211) rotates, and meanwhile, the polishing end is a hemispherical flexible component, so that the polishing end can simulate the function of fingers, the function of pressing and leaning the polishing end against the patterns or the plate surface is ensured, and meanwhile, when the turntable rotates, the patterns on the plate surface of the process are raised or recessed, and the raised or recessed is slowly transited, so that the hemispherical polishing end can stably pass through the patterns and cannot be blocked;
the elastic component comprises a guide sleeve (212 c) and a guide rod (212 b), wherein the guide sleeve (212 c) is vertically arranged, the upper end of the guide sleeve (212 c) is fixedly arranged on the turntable (211), the upper end of the guide rod (212 b) is inserted into the guide sleeve (212 c), the length direction of the rod of the guide rod (212 b) is consistent with the axial direction of the guide sleeve (212 c), the guide rod (212 b) and the guide sleeve (212 c) form sliding guide fit along the length direction of the rod, a spring (212 d) is arranged in the guide sleeve (212 c), the lower end of the spring (212 d) is connected with the upper end of the guide rod (212 b), the lower end of the spring (212 d) is connected with the turntable (211), threads are arranged at the lower end of the guide rod (212 b), threaded holes are formed at the connecting ends of the contact pieces (212 a), and the contact pieces (212 a) are detachably arranged on the guide rod (212 b) in a threaded fit mode; the contact piece (212 a) is connected with the lower end of the guide rod (212 b) in a threaded manner, so that detachable connection is realized;
the front and rear sides of the polishing device (200) are also provided with a matching mechanism (400), the matching mechanism (400) comprises two driving rollers (410), the two driving rollers (410) are used for being abutted against and attached to the door plate, and the door plate is driven to reciprocate along the conveying direction of the conveying roller way (100); the purposes of blowing out and absorbing debris and sundries generated by polishing and protecting environment are achieved, and meanwhile, the debris is blown out timely, so that adverse effects of the debris on subsequent polishing are avoided;
the polishing device (200) further comprises a impurity removing mechanism, the impurity removing mechanism comprises an absorption assembly (250) and a impurity blowing assembly (260), the absorption assembly (250) comprises a machine shell (251), the machine shell (251) covers the contact polishing mechanism (210), air suction holes (252) are arranged on the inner walls of the machine shell (251) positioned on two sides of the conveying roller table (100), the air suction holes (252) are connected with the air suction impurity removing device (253), the impurity blowing assembly (260) and the polishing assembly are correspondingly arranged, and the impurity blowing assembly (260) is used for blowing impurities generated by the polishing assembly; the purposes of blowing out and absorbing debris and sundries generated by polishing and protecting environment are achieved, and meanwhile, the debris is blown out timely, so that adverse effects of the debris on subsequent polishing are avoided;
the impurity blowing assembly (260) comprises a gas hood (261), the gas hood (261) is a cylindrical member, the upper end of the gas hood (261) is closed, the lower end of the gas hood (261) is opened, the gas hood (261) is installed on a rack (220), the gas hood (261) and a rotary table (211) are correspondingly arranged, an annular baffle (211 b) is arranged at the outer ring position of the upper end of the rotary table (211), the outer diameter of the annular baffle (211 b) is consistent with the inner diameter of the gas hood (261), the annular baffle and the inner ring of the gas hood form a rotating fit, a rotating shaft (213) penetrates through the gas hood (261), a gas outlet (211 a) is formed in the rotary table (211), and the gas hood (261) is connected with a gas supply mechanism (262); the function of blowing out from the turntable (211) is realized, and the function of blowing out debris and sundries generated by polishing is realized;
