Claims (8)
1. Steel construction welding process equipment, its characterized in that includes:
the welding manipulator device comprises a tool underframe (1), wherein a welding manipulator (2) for welding a steel structure and an auxiliary manipulator (3) for feeding steel are arranged on the tool underframe (1), and a mechanical clamping jaw (4) is arranged on the auxiliary manipulator (3);
the material loading and conveying mechanism is positioned between the welding manipulator (2) and the auxiliary manipulator (3), the material loading and conveying mechanism comprises a plurality of groups of material loading and conveying assemblies (101), the plurality of groups of material loading and conveying assemblies (101) are respectively detachably mounted on the tool underframe (1) at equal intervals, and the single group of material loading and conveying assemblies (101) comprise a material loading part and a conveying part;
the side plate feeding mechanisms are respectively positioned on two sides of the material loading conveying mechanism and symmetrically arranged, a single side plate feeding mechanism comprises a plurality of groups of auxiliary feeding assemblies (102), a plurality of auxiliary through holes are formed in the tool underframe (1), the parts of the auxiliary through holes are respectively positioned between two adjacent groups of material loading conveying assemblies (101), the auxiliary feeding assemblies (102) are respectively arranged between the auxiliary through holes and the tool underframe (1), one group of auxiliary feeding assemblies (102) comprises a feeding part and an adjusting part, the feeding part is arranged above the tool underframe (1), and the adjusting part is arranged below the tool underframe (1) and used for carrying and feeding side steel plates with different diameters;
mainboard adjustment mechanism, mainboard adjustment mechanism includes multiunit mainboard adjusting part (103), multiunit mainboard adjusting part (103) are all installed on frock chassis (1), and multiunit mainboard adjusting part (103) are located respectively adjacent two sets of carry material conveyor components (101) between and still are located between two sets of curb plate feed mechanism.
2. The steel structure welding processing equipment of claim 1, characterized in that one of the material loading parts comprises a material loading base (5), a material loading rack (6), a material loading rod (7) and a material loading roller (8);
the material loading base (5) is detachably and fixedly installed on the tool underframe (1) through a plurality of bolts, the material loading frame (6) is fixedly installed on the material loading base (5), the material loading rod (7) is rotatably installed inside the material loading frame (6), and the material loading roller (8) is fixedly installed on the material loading rod (7).
3. The steel structure welding process equipment according to claim 2, wherein one of the conveying parts comprises a conveying motor (9), a first gear (10), a second gear (11) and a protective box (12);
conveyor motor (9) are installed on frock chassis (1), conveyor motor (9) the output with fixed mounting between gear (10), the one end of carrying material pole (7) run through to the outside of carrying material frame (6) and with fixed mounting between two (11) of gear, two (11) of gear with intermeshing between gear (10), install on frock chassis (1) guard box (12), and gear two (11) and gear (10) all set up the inside at guard box (12).

6. The steel structure welding processing equipment of claim 5, characterized in that one set of the main plate adjusting assemblies (103) comprises a bearing electric cylinder (24), a supporting frame (25) and two supporting wheels (26);

8. The process of the steel structure welding processing equipment is characterized in that the steel structure welding processing equipment of any one of claims 1 to 7 is used, and comprises the following steps:
s1, a main welding steel plate required by welding is placed on a loading conveying mechanism through external equipment, and then the main welding steel plate is moved to a specified welding height by starting a bearing electric cylinder (24) on a main plate adjusting mechanism;
s2, placing a side steel plate matched with the main welding steel plate on a feeding part on the auxiliary feeding assembly (102) through external equipment, starting an adjusting electric cylinder (23) on an adjusting part according to the width of the side steel plate, and moving the side steel plate to a specified position;
s3, restarting a feeding electric cylinder (17) on the feeding part, and vertically erecting side steel plates on a bearing plate (19) on two sides of a main welding steel plate through the matching between an adjusting toothed plate (18) and an adjusting half gear (16) so that the main welding steel plate and the two side steel plates form an I-shaped steel structure;
s4, after the I-shaped steel structure is assembled, welding a welding gap formed between the main welding steel plate and the side steel plate by setting a welding track of the welding manipulator (2), and driving the position of the I-shaped steel to move by starting a conveying motor (9) on the material carrying conveying assembly (101) so as to facilitate the welding operation of the welding manipulator (2);
s5, in order to ensure that the I-shaped steel structure has bearing performance during welding, the auxiliary manipulator (3) and the mechanical clamping jaw (4) are matched to clamp and feed the bearing steel plate blocks required by welding, the bearing steel plate blocks are placed between the main welding steel plate and the side steel plate, and the welding manipulator (2) is used for automatically welding the bearing steel plate blocks;
s6, after welding one side of the I-shaped steel structure is completed, the I-shaped steel structure is turned over through external equipment and placed on the loading conveying mechanism again, the electric cylinder (23) is adjusted through starting, the electric cylinder (23) is adjusted to drive the bearing plate (19) to move, position correction is conducted on the I-shaped steel on the loading conveying mechanism, and then welding seams on the other side of the I-shaped steel and the bearing steel plate blocks can be conducted through matching among the welding manipulator (2), the auxiliary manipulator (3) and the mechanical clamping jaw (4).
