Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of treatment and control of malodorous smell in polluted sites, and particularly relates to an immediate-spraying immediate-control and multiple-resistance-control green degradable foam base liquid and application thereof in treatment of malodorous smell in polluted soil. The invention provides an immediate spraying and immediate control and multiple resistance control green degradable foam base fluid, which comprises: 6 to 10 portions of vegetable protein, 1.5 to 2 portions of peculiar smell absorbent, 2 to 4 portions of first surfactant, 0.2 to 0.4 portion of first stabilizer and 83.6 to 92.3 portions of water. According to the invention, the plant protein and the peculiar smell absorbent are compounded, and the first surfactant and the first stabilizer are compounded to form the green degradable foam which can be sprayed and controlled immediately and can be subjected to multiple resistance control, so that the problems of single existing stinky smell dissipation control method and inflexible use scene are solved, and the purpose of multiple resistance control of the stinky smell can be realized. After the composite material is sprayed, the odor released by the polluted soil can be inhibited, the foam stabilizing time is longer than 48h, and the foam components are green and degradable, so that secondary pollution is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of treatment and control of malodorous smell in polluted sites, and particularly relates to an immediate-spraying immediate-control and multiple-resistance-control green degradable foam base liquid and application thereof in treatment of malodorous smell in polluted soil.
Background
With the development of the polluted site repairing work, a series of environmental safety problems are exposed, wherein the problem of odor dissipation in the site repairing process is particularly prominent.
In the contaminated site soil remediation process, the problem of odor dissipation is generally solved by building an inflatable greenhouse and the like to physically control the dissipated odor. Although the technology can temporarily relieve the problem of odor dissipation in soil remediation, the problem of inflexible use scenes is still faced in the actual use process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an instant-spraying instant-control and multiple-resistance-control green degradable foam base liquid and application thereof in treatment of malodorous smell of polluted soil.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the invention provides an immediate-spraying immediate-control and multiple-resistance-control green degradable foam base fluid which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
6 to 10 portions of vegetable protein, 1.5 to 2 portions of peculiar smell absorbent, 2 to 4 portions of first surfactant, 0.2 to 0.4 portion of first stabilizer and 83.6 to 92.3 portions of water;
the peculiar smell absorbent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 39.3 to 45.4 weight percent of clay, 22.5 to 25 weight percent of urea, 31.5 to 35 weight percent of hydrogen peroxide, 0.3 to 0.5 weight percent of second stabilizer and 0.2 to 0.3 weight percent of second surfactant.
Preferably, the raw material for preparing the vegetable protein comprises one or more of waste rice bran, soybean meal and soybeans.
Preferably, the preparation method of the vegetable protein comprises the following steps:
soaking the preparation raw material of the plant protein in an aqueous solution of inorganic strong base for leaching, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain an alkaline solution of the plant protein, wherein the liquid-solid ratio during leaching is (10-20): 1; and neutralizing the alkaline solution of the plant protein to be neutral to obtain the aqueous solution of the plant protein.
Preferably, the leaching temperature is 20-30 ℃; the heat preservation time of the leaching is 0.5 to 12 hours; the molar concentration of the aqueous solution of the inorganic strong base is 0.6-1 mol/L; the grain size of the raw materials for preparing the vegetable protein is less than or equal to 0.18mm.
Preferably, the particle size of the odor absorbent is 5-20 μm; the clay in the peculiar smell absorbent comprises one or more of bentonite, attapulgite and kaolin. .
Preferably, the first surfactant is a nonionic surfactant.
Preferably, the first stabilizer is one or more of xanthan gum, gum arabic, guar gum, gelatin and carrageenan.
The invention provides application of the instant-spraying instant-control and multiple-resistance-control green degradable foam base solution in the technical scheme in treating the odor in the polluted soil.
Preferably, the odor generating substances in the polluted soil comprise one or more of benzene series substances, halogenated hydrocarbons and thioether substances; the content of the malodorous substances in the polluted soil is 1g/kg.
Preferably, the application comprises the following steps:
