In daily life, people feel careless in diet and wear, so that the dampness in the body is too heavy and is yin pathogen, and the shoes have the characteristics of damaging yang qi, blocking qi activity, being sticky and lingering. In the field of traditional Chinese medicine, the foot is considered as the origin and termination point of the three yin and yang meridians of foot, and has close relationship with all viscera and meridians of the whole body. Therefore, the stimulation of feet can play the roles of adjusting the functions of viscera and strengthening physique. Traditional Chinese medicine pedicure is a traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method which is guided by the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and is used for acting on the meridians, acupuncture points and reflecting areas of the feet of a human body by one or more methods of massage, acupuncture, scraping, cupping, pasting, bathing and the like so as to adjust qi, blood and body fluids of the human body and viscera meridians and collaterals of the human body and achieve the purposes of disease prevention and health care.
At present, most of the traditional Chinese medicine components in the market are directly ground and mixed for use, for example, the components of pepper, ginger, folium artemisiae argyi and the like are compounded to enhance the drug effect. However, the inventor researches and discovers that if the pepper can be properly treated during the initial treatment to ensure that the bioactive components are effective, and the pepper, the pepper leaves and the pricklyash seeds are mixed according to a special proportion, only the pepper, the pepper leaves and the pricklyash seeds are used as the components.
However, how to furthest retain effective bioactive components of the lavipeditum powder when the pericarpium zanthoxyli, the semen zanthoxyli and the folium zanthoxyli are crushed to prepare the lavipeditum powder is a problem which needs to be solved urgently at present. Thereby providing a footbath bag with simple components, good drug effect and higher use safety.
Based on this, the main solutions of the embodiments of the present application are:

Researches show that the main components of the volatile oil in the peel of the pepper are limonene accounting for 25.10 percent of the total oil, 1, 8-cineole accounting for 21.98 percent of the total oil, myrcene accounting for 11.99 percent of the total oil, and the volatile oil also contains alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, sabinene, perillene, linalool, estragole and the like. The pericarp also contains vanilline, skimmianine, ruthenamine, and dehydroicilin. It has effect in resisting formation of experimental gastric ulcer in animals; the composition has bidirectional regulation effect on the small intestine of an animal in vitro, and is excited in a small dose and inhibited in a large dose; has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects; the volatile oil has certain inhibiting and killing effects on 11 dermatophytes and 4 deep fungi, wherein the Microsporum lanuginosum and Trichophyton rubrum are most sensitive and can kill scabies and mites. Secondly, the zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim is used as an accessory drug of the zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim, is used as a seed of the zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim, and is bitter and cold in nature. It enters lung, kidney and bladder meridians. Has the functions of inducing diuresis to alleviate edema, descending qi and relieving asthma. It is suitable for edema, distention and fullness, cough and asthma due to phlegm and retained fluid. Furthermore, the pricklyash peel leaves contain a small amount of volatile oil and horse chestnut bark element dimethyl ether. The fruit contains volatile oil and pungent pepper extract. The volatile oil contains limonene, linalool and linalool acetate; it has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind and cold, invigorating stomach and expelling parasites, eliminating dampness and relieving diarrhea, promoting blood circulation and dredging channels, and can be used for treating traumatic injury, rheumatalgia, blood stasis pain, amenorrhea, hemoptysis, hematemesis, arthrolithiasis and parasitosis.
Therefore, in the specific application, the zanthoxylum bungeanum leaves and the zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds are subjected to wall breaking treatment instead of simple crushing treatment, so that the bioactive ingredients in the prepared foot bath bag are ensured to be effective, and the expected effects such as conditioning viscera or dispelling wind and removing dampness and the like are achieved after foot bath.

Comparative example group | 50 | 23 | 19 | 8 | 84% |
From the above table, the foot bath bag provided by the scheme of the application has a better curative effect on the patient with exogenous fever.
Experimental example 2
The specific components in the foot bath bag described in the present application were analyzed using a headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detection method.
The experimental method is as follows: a65 mu mPDMS/DVB extraction fiber head is selected, the sampling amount is 0.6g, the extraction temperature is 60 ℃, the extraction time is 15min, and the desorption time is 3min. GC conditions were as follows: HP-5MS quartz capillary column (30 m × 0.25mm,0.25 μm); carrier gas: high-purity He; flow rate: 0.8mL/min; sample inlet temperature: 230 ℃; temperature rising procedure: heating to 230 ℃ at a speed of 10 ℃/min from 50 ℃, and keeping for 3min. MS conditions: an EI source; the ion source temperature is 230 ℃; ionization voltage 70eV; the temperature of a four-level bar is 150 ℃; the scanning mass range is 35-550m/z.
The foot bath bag mainly comprises the components of pepper powder, pepper leaf powder and pricklyash seed powder, so that the foot bath bag contains a large amount of linalool and limonene. Linalool (Linalool) is also called Linalool, galois, linalool and the like, has strong and sweet wood green smell, is similar to the fragrance of rosewood, is more similar to the green fragrance of green tea just coming out of a furnace, not only has the fragrance of lilac, lily of the valley and roses, but also has the fragrance of costus and fruits, is soft in fragrance, is slightly raised and well-developed, is not very durable, and can eliminate indoor uncomfortable smell. Linalool is a terpene compound, and has good antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, proteus, campylobacter enteronitis, staphylococcus, saccharomyces cerevisiae, micrococcus albus, aspergillus niger, agar, etc. The application of linalool to white mice in experimental models has been reported since ancient times in foreign folks, and the results of the drug administration of linalool to white mice indicate that the central nervous system including sleep, anticonvulsant and hypothermia has the phenomenon of dose-dependent increase. In addition, linalool vapor affects the brain through olfaction, has significant anxiolytic properties, and unlike anxiolytic drugs, linalool acts systemically. Linalool and its content are key to the bath lotion's diaphoresis and exterior syndrome relieving (fever, convulsion, bacterial infection are western medicine symptoms corresponding to the common cold syndrome due to wind-cold in traditional Chinese medicine).
The Chinese prickly ash has the functions of warming the middle-jiao and relieving pain; it has the actions of removing dampness, stopping diarrhea, killing parasites and relieving itching, and is mainly indicated for abdominal cold pain, ascarid abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea, cough and cough due to lung cold, toothache due to dental caries, pruritus vulvae, leukorrhagia, eczema and skin pruritus due to deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach. The main component of the volatile oil in the peel of the pricklyash peel is limonene (limonene) accounting for 25.10 percent of the total oil quantity, and the volatile oil of the fruit of the pricklyash peel accounts for 7.30 percent. From the above disclosure, limonene and its content are very important for bath liquid to exert the effects of inducing sweat and relieving exterior syndrome (cough and asthma are western medicine symptoms corresponding to the wind-cold type common cold in traditional Chinese medicine).
The foot bath packs prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1, in which linalool and limonene contents are as shown in table 2 below, were used.
Table 2:
examples | Example 1 | Example 2 | Example 3 | Comparative example 1 |
Linalool content | 0.93 | 0.91 | 0.96 | 0.40 |
Limonene content | 0.35 | 0.38 | 0.37 | 0.08 |
It can be seen that the linalool and limonene content in the foot bath bag prepared by the wall-breaking method is obviously higher than that in the foot bath bag obtained by ordinary crushing. That is to say, according to the application, the zanthoxylum bungeanum leaves and the zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds are subjected to wall breaking treatment instead of simple crushing treatment, so that the biological active ingredients in the prepared foot bath bag are ensured to be effective, and the expected effects such as viscera conditioning or wind dispelling, dampness removing and the like are achieved after foot bath.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application, and not intended to limit the scope of the present application, and all the equivalent structures or equivalent processes that can be directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields by using the contents of the specification and the drawings of the present application are also included in the scope of the present application.
