Abstract

本发明的防火阻燃剂的主要成分为氯化铵、碳酸钾、碳酸二氢铵等,在经过一定的工艺处理后制成防火阻燃剂。将吸水性建材浸入该防火阻燃剂中,经自然风干后,即成防火阻燃建材。当建材遇高温时,存在于建材内的化学物质将产生化学反应,产生氖气,二氧化碳、水,从而达到使建材不易燃的功效。

Description

一种防火阻燃剂及其制造防火阻燃建材的方法
本发明涉及一种防火阻燃剂的制造方法及其应用。
在现有技术中,已有的防火阻燃剂由于其制造工艺复杂,生产成本高,因此难以广泛使用;防火建材的制造一般也是先对建材原料进行防燃处理后,再模制成型,这样也使得防火建材的推广受到很大限制。
本发明的目的是:克服现有技术的上述不足,提供一种生产工艺简单,制造成本低的多效用防火阻燃的制造方法及应用该防火阻燃剂制造的防火阻燃建材。
下面结合附图对本发明予以详细描述。
本发明的防火阻燃剂的制造过程是先将水加温至30-65℃,加入37.4%的氯化铵化学剂,在30-65℃的温度下,予以360rpm/H旋转60分钟,再加入21.7%的碳酸钾,然后在30-65℃的温度下予以360rpm/H旋转60分钟,使之得到稳定混合及完全化合,再加入碳酸钠11.3%的化合物,同样在30-65℃范围内予以360rpm/H旋转60分钟,最后加入7%碳酸二氢铵,即制得本发明的防火剂。
本发明的防火阻燃建材是将吸水性建材浸入上述防火阻燃剂中,直至液剂完全浸入材料纤维中,然后将建材自然晾(风)干,此建材即含有防燃液剂成份,而且稳定存在于建材之中。
当火接近这种防燃建材,且温度达到500℃以上的高温时,含于建材中的2KCL+(NH4)2CO3会进一步分解为氖气、二氧化碳及水,即会有 ,此种反应使得建材纤维只会在局部渐渐燃烧,而不会起火,也不会助长火势。产生的气体亦有间接防火阻燃效果。
另外,如将本发明的防火阻燃剂装入容器中,可直接投入火灾场所,防火阻燃剂散出,即产生防止火势漫延的效果。
本发明的防火阻燃剂具有生产工艺简单,成本低便于推广使用的特点。用该防火阻燃剂制成的防火阻燃建材具有显著的防火阻燃效果。

Claims (2)

1、一种防火阻燃剂及其制造防火阻燃建材的方法,其特征在于:防火阻燃剂的制造是先将水加温至30-65℃加入37.4%之氯化铵,再予保持在30-65℃温度情况予360rpm/H旋转60分钟,再加入21.7%之碳酸钾,亦予保持在30-65℃之温度情况予360rpm/H旋转60分钟,又加入分别为11.3%之碳酸钠及碳酸氢钠化合物,亦予保持在30-65℃温度情况予360rpm/H旋转60分钟,最后加入7%碳酸二氢铵。
2、一种防火阻燃剂及其制造防火阻燃建材的方法,其特征在于:防火阻燃建材是将吸水性建材浸入上述防火阻燃剂中,直至液剂完全浸入到材料的纤维中,然后将建材自然晾(风)干。
