Description

Sample tube storage support and sample analyzer
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sample analysis of in-vitro diagnosis, in particular to a sample tube storage bracket and a sample analyzer using the same.
Background
With the rapid development of medical technology, medical examination has become one of indispensable diagnostic tools, and according to the items to be examined, the samples are allocated to the corresponding sample tubes, the sizes and weights of the sample tubes of different models are different, and as the number of the sample tubes stored on the sample tube carrier increases, the weight of the sample tube carrier also increases, which is not convenient for taking the sample tube carrier. The conventional sample tube carrier does not have a holding part, and the movement of the whole sample tube carrier is not convenient.
Furthermore, in order to mark the position of the sample tube, the sample tube carrier is usually provided with a label, which may be a two-dimensional code or a bar code. The position information of the sample tube can be obtained by scanning the label by the scanner of the sample analyzer, i.e. knowing in which slot of the sample tube carrier the sample tube is located. However, when a commercially available sample tube carrier is scanned, a failure that positional information cannot be read may occur.

Information such as the number of the sample tube and the detection item can be obtained.
In addition, in the solution of the invention, each slot is provided with an inclined surface at the outer wall of the sample rack, and the inclined surface is used for arranging a position label to identify which slot the sample tube is positioned in. By providing the face on which the position label is located with an inclination, reading of the label can be ensured when the laser light of the scanner is incident on the position label. The reason for this is that the applicant has found that the position labels on conventional sample tube carriers are perpendicular to the direction of incidence of the laser light, which leads to undesirable light scattering and mirror effects due to the generally smooth paper surface of the label, thereby causing a failure in which the label cannot be read. The above disadvantages can be avoided by the inclined label surface, so that the label information can be effectively collected.
In addition, the support handle is hollow injection structure to reduce the whole weight that the support was deposited to the sample. The rack handle has a C-shaped opening that opens toward a side of the rack handle away from the sample rack, and the opening of the C-shaped opening extends downwardly from one-half of the side of the rack handle. The structure enables the bracket handle to be more accordant with human physical engineering, when the bracket handle is held, only 2-3 fingers are used for being attached to the bracket handle, the holding position of the bracket handle is limited by the thumb, and the hand is attached to the bracket handle. With the help of the design of the support handle, even if the sample tube storage support is filled with the sample tubes, the user can easily hold the sample tubes. The structure of the bracket handle of the device accords with human physical engineering, and the hollow injection molding structure reduces the weight of the device.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
All numbers in this application, including but not limited to "one-half," "two-thirds," etc., should be understood to include technical tolerances common in the art, such as 5% tolerances.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1, a specimen tube storage rack includes: the sample rack comprises a rack base 1, a sample rack 2 and a rack handle 3, wherein the rack base 1 is used for supporting the sample rack 2 and the rack handle 3, and the rack handle 3 and the sample rack 2 are sequentially arranged on one side of the rack base 1 along the extending direction of the rack base 1; the sample holder 2 is provided with 10 slots 21 for fixing sample tubes. The slot 21 has an opening 211 formed in a wall thereof.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the slot 21 may fix not only the sample tube, but also an adapter adapted to a specific sample tube, and the label of the sample tube is exposed from the opening 211 so as to read or scan the label, thereby obtaining the detection information of the sample tube.
The bracket handle 3 is a hollow injection structure to reduce the overall weight of the sample storage bracket. The bracket handle 3 further comprises a plurality of reinforcing blocks 32 which are arranged along the bracket handle 3, and the reinforcing blocks 32 are matched with the shape of the connecting part of the bracket handle 3. By providing the reinforcing block 32, the load-bearing capacity of the bracket handle 3 can be improved.
The height of the sample holder 2 is approximately two thirds of the height of the holder handle 3. The rack handle 3 has a rectangular basic shape. In the rectangular contour a C-shaped opening 31 is provided. The open portion of the C-shaped opening faces the side of the rack handle 3 remote from the sample rack 2. The grip portion is formed by the C-shaped opening, and thus a user can grip the sample tube storage rack.
The open portion of the C-shaped opening 31 extends downwardly from one half of the side of the bracket handle. Since the side is a long side of the rectangle, such a structure provides a user with accurate holding positioning and sufficient holding space. When holding the rack handle 3, the user's fingers can be held exactly at the upper half of the side of the handle.
In the conventional O-shaped handle, the user may directly grip the lower half of the side edge when gripping, which may cause the sample tube to tip over when the sample tube storage rack is fully loaded with the sample tube due to the risk of insufficient gripping force of the sample tube or excessive force when lifting.
In this application, because this side is the long side of rectangle, the user can use 2-3 fingers and the laminating of support handle 3, grips the position through the thumb simultaneously and prescribes a limit to it, makes hand and support handle 3 laminate more, changes more from this and deposits the focus of support for control sample tube. Here, the half and two-thirds are approximate numbers, and may be located above or below one-half of the side of the rack handle, or may be located above or below two-thirds of the height of the rack handle 3. The structure of the bracket handle of the device accords with human physical engineering, and the hollow injection molding structure reduces the weight of the device.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, a scanning channel 11 is disposed between the sample rack 2 and the rack handle 3, and the width of the scanning channel 11 is at least greater than the widths of the two slots 21.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the sample tube storage rack is placed in the sample bin, the scanning channel 11 is matched with the scanning window on the sample bin for placing the sample tube storage rack, and the scanner scans the sample label and the position label on the sample tube storage rack through the scanning window and the scanning channel 11 of the placed sample tube storage rack. The width of the scanning channel 11 is at least larger than the widths of the two slots 21, so that the scanning range of the scanner is wide enough, and the situation that the scanner misses scanning sample labels on the sample tube storage bracket due to the fact that the scanning channel 11 is too narrow is avoided.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the bottom of the slot 21 is a hemispherical recess matching with the bottom of the sample tube.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the bottoms of some sample tubes are hemispherical, and the bottom of the slot 21 of the present invention is configured as a matched hemispherical recess; some sample tubes have other shapes such as a tapered or square bottom with the slot 21 bottom configured as a matching tapered or square recess. The sample tube, which does not match the size of the insertion slot 21, is fixed to the sample holder 2 by an adapter that matches the sample tube. The bottom of the sample tube is matched with the slot 21 so that the sample tube is stably fixed on the sample rack 2.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the inner wall of the slot 21 is provided with a fixing device 22 for fixing the sample tube, and when the sample tube 4 is inserted into the slot 21, the sample tube passes through the fixing device 22 and is vertically fixed on the sample rack 2.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, the fixing device 22 is a plurality of elastic pieces, the elastic pieces are uniformly distributed along the inner wall of the slot 21, and the lower ends of the elastic pieces tilt toward the center of the slot 21 to form a diameter reduction portion inside the slot 21.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing device 22 employs a plurality of elastic pieces uniformly distributed in a circular shape along the inner wall of the slot 21, and the diameter of a virtual circle formed at the lower part of the elastic piece is smaller than the diameter of the slot. When the sample tube is inserted into the insertion slot 21, the tube body of the sample tube is fixed to the sample tube storage rack by the fixing device 22. In the embodiment of the invention, the diameter of the virtual circle formed by the lower end of the elastic sheet on the inner wall of the slot 21 is smaller than that of the sample tube, and when the sample tube penetrates through the virtual circle formed by the elastic sheet and is inserted into the slot 21, the diameter of the virtual circle is smaller than that of the sample tube, so that the tube body of the sample tube generates acting force on the elastic sheet and simultaneously receives the reverse acting force of the elastic sheet, and the sample tube is fixed more firmly. In some embodiments, the elastic sheet is a plastic elastic sheet, and in other embodiments, the elastic sheet is made of metal, which can be selected according to actual requirements. Fig. 3 is only one embodiment of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the fixation device 22.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the fixing device 22 is a fixing ring, and the inner wall of the ring is a rubber ring, and the inner diameter of the ring is smaller than the diameter of the sample tube. When the sample tube is inserted into the slot 21, the sample tube generates acting force on the rubber ring, and meanwhile, the rubber ring generates reaction force on the sample tube, so that the sample tube is fixed more firmly.
Preferably, the end of the bottom of the sample holder 2, which end faces away from the holder handle 3, is flush with the first end of the holder base 1 and is provided with a notch, and the notch is used for matching with a fixture block in the sample bin.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a notch is disposed at an end of the bottom of the sample rack 2 for engaging and fixing with a block on the sample bin, so that the sample rack 2 is firmly fixed and arranged in order after being placed in the sample bin.
Preferably, the first end of the rack base 1 facing away from the rack handle 3 is provided with a magnet for cooperating with a magnetic strip in the sample compartment.
In one embodiment of the invention, the end part of the bracket base 1, which is far away from the bracket handle 3, is provided with a magnet matched with the magnetic strip in the sample bin, and when the sample tube storage bracket is inserted into the sample bin, the magnet of the bracket base 1 is magnetically connected with the magnetic strip in the sample bin, so that the sample tube storage bracket can be better fixed at a preset position.
Preferably, a groove is provided on the other side of the stand base 1.
In one embodiment of the invention, a through groove is arranged on one side of the bracket base 1 away from the bracket handle 3 and matched with the guide part of the sample bin, and the groove on the bracket base 1 is inserted along the guide part of the sample bin and has the functions of guiding and fixing.
Fig. 1 and 5 show that each slot 21 is provided with an inclined surface 23 at the outer wall of the sample holder. The inclined surface 23 is provided beside the opening 211 of the insertion slot 21, the inclined surface 23 is inclined from the outer wall of the sample rack 21 to the inside of the sample rack at an angle of B, and 5 ° < B <10 °. The inclined surface 23 is fixed with a position label of the slot. Because the inclined plane inclines inward for a certain angle, scanning beams emitted by the scanner cannot vertically enter the surface of the position label, and therefore label information can be effectively collected.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the inner wall of the slot 21 is provided with a socket 212 located between two adjacent elastic sheets.
In one embodiment of the invention, a portion of the sample tube or adapter is provided with a plug, and the socket 212 on the inner wall of the slot 21 mates with the plug to secure the sample tube or adapter within the slot 21.
