In the embodiment of the application, when the spectral detection device is used for detecting the spectral information of the to-be-treated clothes, when the barrel body of the clothes treatment equipment is in a static state, the to-be-treated clothes are accumulated at the bottom of the barrel body under the action of gravity, and at the moment, the spectral detection device can scan the to-be-treated clothes by facing the bottom of the barrel body; and when the barrel body of the clothes treatment equipment is in an operating state, the clothes to be treated are suspended and shaken up in the barrel body under the driving of the rotating barrel body, and at the moment, the spectrum detection device needs to be opposite to the central part of the barrel body so as to be capable of scanning the clothes to be treated.
According to the detection method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the clothes treatment program is triggered to be executed, the light emitted according to the detection direction can accurately reach the clothes to be treated, the clothes to be treated absorb and reflect the light and return to the spectrum detection device, and the spectrum detection device obtains the spectrum information of the clothes to be treated. Compared with the detection method in the related art in which the detection direction of the spectrum detection device is fixed, the detection method provided by the embodiment of the application determines the detection direction of the spectrum detection device through the state of the barrel body, detects the spectrum information of the clothes according to the detection direction, and can improve the detection accuracy.
And step S203, determining material information of the clothes to be processed according to the spectrum information.
Here, the material information of the laundry to be treated is determined according to the spectrum information, the material of the laundry to be treated may be determined by comparing the spectrum information with reference spectrum information of various materials, and the material information may be determined based on the material of the laundry to be treated. The reference spectrum information may be stored in a storage space of the laundry processing device, may be stored in a terminal that establishes a connection relationship with the laundry processing device, and may also be stored in a server that establishes a connection relationship with the laundry processing device or the terminal, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, the material information may include a material and a material ratio, the ratio of each material of the laundry to be treated may be determined based on the spectrum information, and the material of the laundry to be treated and the ratio of each material may be determined as the material information.
In other embodiments, the laundry treatment apparatus may send the spectral information to a terminal or a server, and the terminal or the server determines and sends material information of the laundry to be treated to the laundry treatment apparatus.
The method for detecting the material quality of the clothes is applied to the clothes processing equipment, and the clothes processing equipment determines the detection direction of a spectrum detection device based on the preset barrel state of the clothes processing equipment in the detection process; detecting spectral information of laundry to be treated in the laundry treating apparatus in the detection direction in response to a trigger operation to execute a laundry treating program; and determining the material information of the clothes to be treated according to the spectrum information. Therefore, the detection direction of the spectrum detection device is determined according to the state of the barrel body, and the spectrum information of the clothes is detected according to the detection direction, so that the clothes to be treated can be ensured to exist along the detection direction of the spectrum detection device, the detection of the barrel wall or the barrel bottom without the clothes is avoided, and the detection accuracy of the material quality of the clothes can be improved; moreover, the spectrum detection device can automatically detect the material information of the clothes to be processed, and does not need manual selection operation by a user, so that the operation times of the user can be reduced, and the operation complexity of the user is reduced; in addition, the material information of the clothes is detected in the process of executing the clothes processing program, so that the independent detection time is not needed, and the clothes processing time can be shortened.
In some embodiments, after the texture information of the laundry to be treated is determined, a corresponding laundry treatment program may be executed based on the texture information of the laundry to be treated. After step S102 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 or step S203 of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the following steps are continued:
step S204, processing parameters of the clothes processing program are determined based on the material information.

For example, the user selects a laundry processing procedure of washing, rinsing and dehydrating, the laundry processing procedure includes a washing process, a rinsing process and a dehydrating process, the material of the laundry determined according to step S102 or step S203 includes only silk, the material parameter correspondence table is queried, the processing parameter corresponding to the washing process is light washing, the washing duration is 20 minutes (min), the processing parameter corresponding to the rinsing process is rinsing duration 10min, and the processing parameter corresponding to the dehydrating process is dehydrating duration 0min, where, since silk laundry is easily wrinkled, the dehydrating duration may be set to 0min when the material is silk, and may be other durations, of course. When the materials of the clothes to be washed comprise cotton cloth and silk, the cotton cloth proportion is 95%, the silk proportion is 5%, a material parameter corresponding table is inquired, the processing parameter corresponding to the washing process is obtained and is normal washing, the washing time is 30min, the processing parameter corresponding to the rinsing process is rinsing time 15min, and the processing parameter corresponding to the dewatering process is dewatering time 3min. It can be understood that, for each independent processing course in the clothes processing program selected by the user, for example, the washing time in the washing course, independent parameter setting is carried out according to the material parameter correspondence table, and the processing time set in each processing course is independent and independent from each other, which is beneficial to detecting and processing more delicate and adaptive materials for clothes of different materials or different material ratios, can improve the cleanliness of the clothes, and can reduce the damage to the clothes.

According to the method provided by the embodiment of the application, the material information of the clothes to be processed is automatically determined through the spectrum detection device arranged on the clothes processing equipment, the manual selection operation of a user is not needed, the operation times of the user can be reduced, the complexity of the user operation is reduced, the accuracy of the determined material information of the clothes to be processed can be ensured, the clothes processing equipment executes the clothes processing program based on the processing parameters matched with the material information of the clothes to be processed, the damage to the clothes to be processed is avoided, and the clothes processing effect can be improved.
When the spectrum detection device is arranged, the distance d between the spectrum detection device and the clothes to be processed in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2 is larger than a first distance threshold value d1, and non-contact detection is realized. When the distance between the spectrum detection device and the clothes to be processed is too large, natural light and the like influence the detection result, so that on the basis that d is larger than d1, the distance d between the spectrum detection device and the clothes to be processed is further set to be smaller than a second distance threshold value d2, namely d1 is smaller than d and smaller than d2, and the accuracy of the detection result is ensured under the non-contact detection condition.
Based on the method for detecting the material quality of the clothes provided by the above embodiment, the embodiment of the present application further provides a method for detecting the material quality of the clothes applied to the clothes processing equipment. Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another implementation of the method for detecting material quality of clothing according to the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:

In other embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus may transmit the image information to a terminal or a server, and the terminal or the server determines and transmits the category of the laundry to be treated to the laundry treating apparatus.

In some embodiments, the texture information of the laundry to be treated may be determined by the laundry treatment apparatus, and in this case, step S102 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 or step S203 "determining the texture information of the laundry to be treated according to the spectrum information" in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 may be implemented by the following steps:

The preset relation table comprises at least one material and reference spectrum information corresponding to various materials. When the preset relationship table is stored in the terminal or the server and the connection relationship between the clothes treatment device and the terminal or the server is established, obtaining the preset relationship table may be implemented as: the clothes treatment equipment sends request information to a terminal or a server which is connected with the clothes treatment equipment, and the request information is used for obtaining a preset relation table. And after receiving the request information, the terminal or the server sends the preset relation table to the clothes treatment equipment.
When the preset relationship table is stored in the server and the laundry processing apparatus establishes a connection relationship only with the terminal, acquiring the preset relationship table may be implemented as: the clothes treatment equipment sends first request information to a terminal which is in connection relation with the clothes treatment equipment, and the first request information is used for obtaining a preset relation table. After receiving the first request information, the terminal queries the local unsearched preset relation table and continues to send second request information for obtaining the preset relation table to the server. And after receiving the second request information, the server responds to the second request information, sends the preset relation table to the terminal, and then sends the preset relation table to the clothes treatment equipment by the terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the data stored in the preset relation table and the data in the database for determining the material ratios can be static data, data which can be dynamically updated based on data acquired by the clothes treatment equipment, and data which can be dynamically updated based on data on the internet. When the preset relation table or the database is updated, the preset relation table or the database can be manually updated by a user or automatically updated in a self-learning mode.
Step S102a2, determining matching degrees of the spectral information and the reference spectral information, respectively.
Here, the spectrum information detected by the spectrum detection device may be compared with each reference spectrum information in the preset relationship table, the similarity degree thereof may be determined, and the similarity degree may be used as the matching degree.

Here, the material information may include only the target material, or may include a ratio of the target material to the target material. The clothes processing equipment determines the target material of the clothes to be processed and the ratio of each target material, clustering analysis can be carried out on the spectral information during implementation, and the classification result is compared with the ratio relation table stored in the database to obtain the ratio of each target material of the clothes to be processed.
In one implementation manner, the "determining material information of the laundry to be processed based on the matching degree" may be implemented as follows: determining the material corresponding to the at least one reference spectrum information with the matching degree larger than the first preset threshold value as at least one target material, and determining the material information of the clothes to be treated based on the at least one target material. When the material information includes only the material, the above-mentioned "determining the material information of the laundry to be treated based on at least one target material" may be implemented as: and determining at least one target material as the material information of the clothes to be treated. When the material information includes material and material ratio, the "determining the material information of the clothing to be treated based on at least one target material" may be implemented as: and determining the proportion of various target materials in the material information based on the spectral information, and determining the proportion of at least one target material and at least one target material as the material information of the clothes to be treated. After the target material is obtained, preprocessing (such as noise reduction and other preprocessing) is carried out on the spectral information, then the spectral information is classified by adopting the existing classification algorithm (such as a neural network classification algorithm, a K neighbor algorithm and the like), and then the classification result is subjected to component comparison with data stored in a database in advance to determine the proportion of each target material. For example, the material of the clothes to be treated can be one, such as cotton cloth, and the cotton cloth accounts for 100%; the clothes to be treated can be made of various materials, such as cotton cloth, fiber and linen, wherein the cotton cloth accounts for 45%, the fiber accounts for 50%, and the linen accounts for 5%. The material information of the laundry to be treated may include only the material of the laundry to be treated, or may include the ratio of each material.
In another implementation manner, the "determining material information of the laundry to be processed based on the matching degree" may be implemented as follows: and determining the target material corresponding to the reference spectrum information with the highest matching degree as the material information of the clothes to be treated.
In another implementation, when there are more than one laundry items to be processed in the tub, or there are more than one material, and when there are not great differences between the processing parameters corresponding to different materials, the material information of the laundry items to be processed may be determined according to the above method, but when there are great differences between the processing parameters corresponding to different materials, the sensitivity of the multiple materials to the laundry processing procedure needs to be considered, and in order to avoid damage to the laundry items, the material with the highest sensitivity may be used as the material of the laundry items to be processed. The "determining material information of the laundry to be processed based on the matching degree" may be implemented as follows: determining the material corresponding to the at least one reference spectrum information with the matching degree larger than a second preset threshold as at least one material to be selected; selecting a target material with highest sensitivity to a clothes treatment program from at least one material to be selected; and determining the target material as the material information of the clothes to be treated. If the clothes processing program is a washing program, the target material is the material to be selected with the highest sensitivity to washing intensity, and if the clothes processing program is a drying program, the target material is the material to be selected with the highest sensitivity to temperature.
In other embodiments, when the laundry processing apparatus is connected to the terminal or the server, the terminal or the server may determine material information of the laundry to be processed, and send the determined material information to the laundry processing apparatus, where step S102 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and step S203 "determining material information of the laundry to be processed according to the spectrum information" in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 may be implemented by the following steps:

The method provided by the embodiment of the application can flexibly determine the material information of the clothes to be processed according to the connection relation between the clothes processing equipment and the terminal and the server.
Next, an exemplary application of the embodiment of the present application in a practical application scenario will be described.
The direct identification of the material of the clothes can be realized by destructive combustion or nondestructive contact type spectrum analysis in the related art, but the non-contact type spectrum method is best adopted. At present, a product for identifying materials and stain components by Near-Infrared spectroscopy (NIR) is available on the market, but the product needs to be tightly attached to clothes, and if light leaks, the accuracy rate is obviously reduced. In addition, close-fitting identification needs to be performed one by one, and the detection is performed for about 10 seconds at a time. In the scene of the washing machine, the close identification increases the washing action of the user, and is not portable and intelligent.
In view of the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a washing machine, and fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a component of the washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the washing machine includes: the spectrum module (corresponding to the spectrum detection device) is arranged in the door body of the washing machine and is used for detecting the material of the clothes.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, the spectrum module 41 is mounted on a door body of the washing machine 40, and the mounting position of the spectrum module 41 is as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6.
Fig. 7A is a schematic diagram of a functional framework of an intelligent identification method applied to a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 7A, the functional framework 71 includes: cloud 711, user terminal 712, spectrum module 713, and clothing 714 to be identified. The spectrum module 713 and the clothes 714 are in the washing machine, the cloud 711 is connected with the user terminal 712 through a network, the user terminal 712 and the spectrum module 713 can be connected through bluetooth, and the spectrum module 713 emits and receives spectrum signals. Fig. 7B is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for identifying a material of a garment by using a spectrum module according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
The workflow of this scheme is explained with reference to fig. 7A and 7B as follows: firstly, putting a single piece of clothes into a washing machine, closing a door, enabling the distance between the clothes and a spectrum module to be 5 cm-20 cm, and then starting a small program to control the spectrum module to work at an App end of a mobile phone; then the spectrum module collects the data for about 10s, and after the collection is finished, the module transmits the data back to the mobile phone through the Bluetooth, and certainly, the data can be collected and transmitted back to the mobile phone at the same time, and both modes can be adopted; the mobile phone uploads the result to the cloud through the network, and the result is compared with a database (corresponding to the preset relation table in the text), so that the result is sent to a mobile phone interface and displayed to a user, and the static non-contact near infrared spectrum material identification of a single piece of clothes is realized. Of course, the mobile phone result can also be transmitted to the washing machine through the home network, so that the washing program parameter is adjusted, and the intelligent washing effect is realized.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the spectrum module is installed on the door of the washing machine, and the scanning angle of the spectrum module is the bottom of the washing machine. Fig. 8A is another schematic diagram of a functional framework of an intelligent identification method applied to a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 8A, the functional framework 81 includes: cloud 811, user terminal 812, spectrum module 813, clothing 814 to be identified, and washing machine 815. The cloud 811 is connected to the washing machine 815 via a network, the user terminal 812 is connected to the washing machine 815 via bluetooth, the washing machine 815 is connected to the spectrum module 813 via a Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter (UART) to transmit signals, and the spectrum module 813 transmits and receives spectrum signals. Fig. 8B is a schematic flowchart of another process of the identification method for identifying a material of a garment by using a spectrum module according to the embodiment of the present disclosure.
The workflow of this scheme is explained with reference to fig. 8A and 8B as follows: a plurality of clothes are put into the washing machine, the door is closed, the distance between the clothes and the module is 5cm to 20cm, then the washing machine is started, the computer board of the washing machine sends out a forward and reverse rotation instruction of the drum, the drum rotates for 15 seconds, stops for 5 seconds, reverses for 15 seconds, and the sizes of 15 seconds and 5 seconds can be adjusted. Simultaneously controlling the working instruction of the spectrum module; the spectrum module collects the data for about 120 seconds, and after the collection is finished, the data are transmitted back to the washing machine computer board through the Bluetooth, and certainly, the data can be collected and transmitted back to the washing machine computer board at the same time, and both modes can be adopted; the washing machine computer board uploads the result to the cloud through the network, and the result is compared with the database, so that the result is issued to the washing machine and displayed to a user through a small mobile phone program interface, and the non-contact near infrared spectrum material identification of multiple pieces of clothes under the dynamic state is realized. And the washing machine computer board adjusts washing program parameters according to the identification result, so that the intelligent washing effect is realized.
In the embodiment of the present application, the installation position of the spectrum module is as shown in fig. 4, and the spectrum module is installed on the door of the washing machine, but the difference from the embodiment shown in fig. 7A and 7B is that in the embodiment of the present application, the scanning angle of the spectrum module is nearly parallel to the bottom of the tub, the module is connected with the mobile phone through bluetooth, and the operation of the module can be controlled through App small program of the mobile phone, and the result is displayed. The material of a plurality of clothes can be identified by the dynamic non-contact near infrared spectrum by combining the rotation of the barrel body and the spectrum acquisition for a plurality of times, so that the professional interaction is provided for users, and the washing machine can select more targeted washing parameters.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the embodiment of the present application further provides a washing machine, referring to fig. 9, fig. 1 and fig. 11, a spectrum module 91 and a camera 92 are installed on a door body of the washing machine 40, and the installation positions of the spectrum module 91 and the camera 92 are as shown in fig. 9, fig. 10 and fig. 11.
Fig. 12A is another schematic diagram of a functional framework of an intelligent identification method applied to a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 12A, the functional framework 121 includes: cloud 1211, user terminal 1212, spectrum module 1213, clothing to be identified 1214, washing machine 1215 and camera 1216. The cloud 1211 is connected to the washing machine 1215 through a network, the user terminal 1212 is connected to the washing machine 1215 through bluetooth, the washing machine 1215, the spectrum module 1213 and the camera 1216 can transmit signals through UART, the spectrum module 1213 transmits and receives spectrum signals, and the camera 1216 is used for collecting images of the clothes 1214. Fig. 12B is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for identifying a material of a garment by using a spectrum module according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

In the embodiment of the application, the washing machine door is provided with the camera which can cover the clothes in the whole lower half cylinder, and the clothes style can be identified through the clothes photos after being turned over for many times, so that the functions of the clothes, namely the coat and trousers, the underwear and the coat, and the like, can be confirmed. Fig. 14 is a schematic diagram of another structure of a device for detecting material quality of clothes according to an embodiment of the present application, in which the device 1400 for detecting material quality of clothes is applied to a clothes processing apparatus, as shown in fig. 14, the device 1400 for detecting material quality of clothes includes:
a second determining module 1401, configured to determine a detection direction of the spectrum detecting device based on a preset drum state of the laundry processing apparatus during a detection process;
a second detecting module 1402, configured to detect spectral information of laundry to be treated in the laundry treating apparatus according to the detecting direction in response to a trigger operation of executing a laundry treating program;
a third determining module 1403, configured to determine material information of the laundry to be processed according to the spectrum information.
In some embodiments, the second determining module 1401 is further configured to:
determining a barrel body state in the detection process, wherein the barrel body state comprises a static state and an operating state;
and determining that the barrel body state is a static state, and adjusting the detection direction of the spectrum detection device to a first direction, wherein the first direction is a direction towards the bottom of the barrel body.
In some embodiments, the second determining module 1401 is further configured to:
and determining that the barrel body state is an operating state, and adjusting the detection direction of the spectrum detection device to a second direction, wherein the second direction is a direction back to the door body of the clothes treatment equipment.

and determining material information of the clothes to be treated based on the at least one target material.
In some embodiments, the preset relationship table is stored in a storage space of the laundry treatment apparatus, or the preset relationship table is stored in a terminal having a connection relationship with the laundry treatment apparatus, or the preset relationship table is stored in a server having a connection relationship with the laundry treatment apparatus or with a terminal.

sending the spectrum information to a terminal or a server side which is in connection with the clothes processing equipment so that the terminal or the server side can determine material information corresponding to the spectrum information;
and receiving the material information from the terminal or the server.

The laundry treating apparatus 1500 shown in fig. 15 includes: a processor 1501, at least one communication bus 1502, a user interface 1503, at least one external communication interface 1504, and memory 1505. The communication bus 1502 is configured to enable, among other things, connected communication between these components. The user interface 1503 may include a display panel, and the external communication interface 1504 may include a standard wired interface and a wireless interface, among others. Wherein the processor 1501 is configured to execute the program of the method for detecting the texture of the clothes stored in the memory, so as to implement the steps in the method for detecting the texture of the clothes provided in the above embodiments.

and determining the material information of the clothes to be treated according to the spectrum information.
2. A method for detecting the material quality of clothes is applied to clothes processing equipment and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining the detection direction of a spectrum detection device based on a preset barrel state of the clothes treatment equipment in the detection process;
detecting spectral information of laundry to be treated in the laundry treating apparatus in the detection direction in response to a trigger operation to execute a laundry treating program;
and determining the material information of the clothes to be treated according to the spectrum information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining the detection direction of the spectrum detection device based on the preset barrel state of the laundry processing apparatus during the detection process comprises:
determining a barrel body state in the detection process, wherein the barrel body state comprises a static state and an operating state;
and determining that the barrel body state is a static state, and adjusting the detection direction of the spectrum detection device to a first direction, wherein the first direction is a direction towards the bottom of the barrel body.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the determining the detection direction of the spectrum detection device based on the preset barrel state of the laundry treatment apparatus during the detection process further comprises:
and determining that the barrel body state is an operating state, and adjusting the detection direction of the spectrum detection device to a second direction, wherein the second direction is a direction back to the door body of the clothes treatment equipment.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
determining a processing parameter of the laundry processing program based on the material information;
the laundry treating process is performed based on the treating parameter.
6. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the spectral detection device is at a distance from the laundry to be treated greater than a first distance threshold.
7. The method according to claim 6, characterized in that the spectral detection device is at a distance from the laundry to be treated that is less than a second distance threshold;
the method further comprises the following steps:
controlling an image acquisition device to acquire image information of the clothes to be processed, wherein the image acquisition device is arranged in the door body;
determining the category of the clothes to be treated according to the image information;
correspondingly, the determining the processing parameters of the clothes processing program based on the material information comprises:
determining a treatment parameter of the laundry treatment program based on the material information and the category.
8. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the determining material information of the laundry to be treated according to the spectral information comprises:
acquiring a preset relation table, wherein the preset relation table comprises at least one material and reference spectrum information corresponding to various materials;
respectively determining the matching degree of the spectral information and each reference spectral information;
determining a material corresponding to at least one reference spectrum information with the matching degree larger than a first preset threshold as at least one target material;
and determining material information of the clothes to be treated based on the at least one target material.
9. The method of claim 8,
the preset relation table is stored in a storage space of the clothes treatment equipment, or the preset relation table is stored in a terminal which is in connection with the clothes treatment equipment, or the preset relation table is stored in a server which is in connection with the clothes treatment equipment or the terminal.
10. The method according to claim 8, wherein the determining material information of the laundry based on the at least one target material comprises:
determining the proportion of various target materials in the material information based on the spectral information;
determining the ratio of the at least one target material to the at least one target material as the material information of the clothes to be treated.
11. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the determining material information of the laundry to be treated according to the spectral information comprises:
acquiring a preset relation table, wherein the preset relation table comprises at least one material and reference spectrum information corresponding to various materials;
respectively determining the matching degree of the spectrum information and each reference spectrum information;
determining the material corresponding to the at least one reference spectrum information with the matching degree larger than a second preset threshold as at least one material to be selected;
selecting a target material with highest sensitivity to the clothes treatment program from the at least one material to be selected;
and determining material information of the clothes to be treated based on the target material.
12. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the determining material information of the laundry to be treated according to the spectral information comprises:
sending the spectrum information to a terminal or a server side which is in connection with the clothes processing equipment so that the terminal or the server side can determine material information corresponding to the spectrum information;
and receiving the material information from the terminal or the server.
13. A detection device for clothes material is applied to clothes processing equipment and is characterized in that,
a spectrum detection device is arranged in the door body of the clothes treatment equipment;
the device comprises:
a first detection module for detecting spectral information of laundry to be treated in the laundry treatment apparatus using the spectral detection device in response to a trigger operation for executing a laundry treatment program;
and the first determining module is used for determining the material information of the clothes to be treated according to the spectrum information.
14. A detection device of clothing material is applied to clothing treatment facility, characterized in that, the device includes:
