As another aspect of the embodiment of the present application, the present application also provides a filling apparatus 1, and a filling apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 2 and 3.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the filling apparatus 1 includes the filling valve 100 and the container fixing portion 300 according to the above-described embodiment of the present application. Wherein the container fixing part 300 is positioned below the filling valve 100 for fixing the container 500 to be filled.
Illustratively, the filling device 1 comprises a stand 200. Bracket 200 includes a base 210, support columns 220, and support beams 230. The base 210 is supported on the ground, and the support column 220 is disposed in a vertical direction and supported between the base 210 and the support beam 230. The filling valve 100 is adapted to be mounted to a support beam 230.
According to the filling apparatus 1 of the embodiment of the present disclosure, by using the filling valve 100 according to the above-described embodiment of the present disclosure, filling of containers of different specifications can be achieved, thereby increasing the applicable range of the filling apparatus 1.
In one embodiment, the filling valve 100 further includes a lifting device 400, and the lifting device 400 includes a driving cylinder 410, and the driving cylinder 410 is used to drive the container fixing part 300 to move in the up-down direction.
Illustratively, the lifting apparatus 400 further includes a lifting plate 420, the lifting plate 420 being provided with two through holes such that the lifting plate 420 slidably passes through the two posts through the two through holes. The number of the two cylinders 410 may be two, and the two cylinders 410 are disposed at intervals on the support beam 230 of the bracket 200, and output ends of the two cylinders 410 are respectively fixedly connected with the lifting plate 420, so as to drive the lifting plate 420 to move along the up-down direction. The container fixing portion 300 is disposed on the lifting plate 420, so that the container fixing portion 300 is driven to move up and down by the lifting plate 420.
By the above embodiment, the container 500 to be filled can be automatically moved to the lower side of the filling valve 100 for filling, and removed after the filling is completed, thereby realizing the automatic filling of the container 500 to be filled,
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the fixing portion includes a bearing seat 310, where the bearing seat 310 is located below the filling valve 100, and the bearing seat 310 is provided with a bearing groove, and the bearing groove is adapted to the bottom of the container 500 to be filled, so as to bear the bottom of the container 500 to be filled.
Illustratively, the carrier is provided to the lift plate 420 of the lift 400. The upper surface of the bearing part is provided with a bearing groove, and the size of the bearing groove is suitable for being matched with the bottom size of the container 500 to be filled, so that the bottom of the container 500 to be filled is clamped in the bearing groove.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the container fixing part 300 includes a bracket 320 and a carriage 330, the carriage 330 is supported on the top of the bracket 320, and the carriage 330 is provided with a positioning hole for clamping a bottleneck support ring of the container 500 to be filled.
Illustratively, the bracket 320 and the lift plate 420 may be a single piece or separate pieces, as embodiments of the application are not specifically limited in this regard.
In addition, other configurations of the filling device 1 of the above embodiment may be applied to various technical solutions known to those skilled in the art now and in the future, and will not be described in detail here.

Claims (10)

1. A filling valve, comprising:
The clamping sleeve is provided with a clamping hole;
The fixing piece is detachably connected with the clamping sleeve;
The bottle mouth adapting piece is suitable for being clamped between the clamping sleeve and the fixing piece, the outer wall surface of the bottle mouth adapting piece is provided with a clamping protrusion, the bottle mouth adapting piece is arranged in the clamping hole in a penetrating mode and at least partially extends downwards, and the clamping protrusion is abutted to the outer edge of the clamping hole; the bottle mouth adapter is provided with a bottle mouth clamping groove, the bottle mouth clamping groove is formed by inwards sinking the lower surface of the bottle mouth adapter, and the bottle mouth clamping groove is suitable for being matched with the bottle mouth of the container to be filled in a clamping way;
wherein a material containing cavity is defined between the fixing piece and the bottleneck adapter; the fixing piece is provided with a first jack communicated with the material containing cavity, and the first jack penetrates through the fixing piece in the height direction of the fixing piece; the bottle mouth adapter is provided with a communication hole for communicating the material containing cavity and the bottle mouth clamping groove; the filling valve further comprises: the conveying pipe is inserted into the first jack and used for conveying liquid materials to the material containing cavity;
The fixing piece is further provided with a second jack communicated with the material accommodating cavity, the second jack penetrates through the fixing piece in the height direction of the fixing piece, and the second jack is opposite to the communication hole; the filling valve further comprises: the gas transmission pipe penetrates through the second jack and the communication hole in sequence, the lower end of the gas transmission pipe extends out of the lower side of the bottle opening adapter, a gap is reserved between the gas transmission pipe and the communication hole, and the gap is communicated with the material containing cavity and the bottle opening clamping groove.

The filling valve according to claim 1, wherein the ferrule has a bottom wall and a side wall, the side wall being formed by an upward extension of the outer periphery of the bottom wall, the clamping hole being provided in the bottom wall, the clamping projection being adapted to abut against the bottom wall.
3. The filling valve according to claim 2, wherein the inner wall surface of the side wall is provided with an internal thread, the outer wall surface of the fixing member is provided with an external thread, and the fixing member is screwed with the ferrule.
4. The filling valve of claim 1, wherein the plurality of finish adapters each have a different size finish neck.

The filling valve according to claim 1, wherein a portion of the gas delivery pipe protruding downward from the communication hole is provided with a liquid dividing portion, an outer surface of the liquid dividing portion is configured as a tapered surface, and a diameter of the tapered surface gradually increases in a top-down direction.
6. The filling valve of claim 1, wherein the gas line comprises a main gas line and a secondary gas return line, the secondary gas return line being in communication with the main gas line.
7. A filling apparatus, comprising:
the filling valve according to any one of claims 1 to 6;
And the container fixing part is positioned below the filling valve and is used for fixing the container to be filled.
8. The filling apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
