Abstract

一种用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机波源的传导介质容纳结构,其中,该容纳结构为一半球形胶膜,该胶膜上口设有密封结构,将所述容纳结构通过其密封结构而密封地连接于波源,从而用胶膜将超声发射面封闭起来。胶膜可由声阻抗与水尽量接近、声传导损耗小、导热性好且弹性好的材料制成。例如乳胶、天然橡胶、硅橡胶等。该结构可实现波源上置的高能聚焦超声波治疗。并使波源便于旋转和倾斜,使波源倾斜角度可以根据需要进行调节,以适应各种治疗需求。

Description

用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机波源的 传导介质容纳结构
发明领域
本发明涉及一种用于医疗装置上的部件,尤其是涉及用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机波源的传导介质容纳结构,即高能聚焦超声波(HIFU)治疗机波源上的一个部件。
背景技术
目前,高能聚焦超声波治疗装置一般由下述几个部分构成:用以产生高能聚焦超声波的高能聚焦超声波源及驱动电路;用于寻找治疗目标并将其移至超声换能器焦点处的定位系统;高能超声波传导结构及传导介质处理系统;由于HIFU适用的超声波必须通过特殊传导介质(多用经脱气处理的水)传入患者体内,故在高能聚焦超声波源发射面的前方必须有一个容纳传导介质的结构以及加入、排出传导介质及对介质进行处理的装置。
目前临床应用的体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机均采用了“波源下置”的结构。即,将高能聚焦超声波源置于治疗床面的下方。通过开口于治疗床面的传导介质容纳结构(开放式水槽)中的脱气水而将超声传导至患者体内。在应用HIFU技术治疗腹腔和盆腔肿瘤时,由于脊柱和骨盆对超声波的阻挡作用,对大部分患者治疗时超声波只能从前方进入。因此采用下置波源时大部分患者只能采取俯卧位治疗。采用俯卧位治疗具有以下缺点:患者体力消耗很大,很难坚持长时间治疗;由于重力的作用,俯卧时腹壁及肠管下垂,而肿瘤位置相对固定,导致皮肤到肿瘤的距离明显增大,使得高能聚焦超声波治疗时路径上的超声衰减明显增加,从而大大降低焦点声强,影响治疗效果。B超定位时容易受到胃肠道气体干扰。
而如果体外高能聚焦超声波治疗采用上置波源(将波源置于治疗床面上方),则可克服上述“波源下置”所带来的缺陷,如大大降低患者的疲劳程度、降低定位难度、提高治疗效果等。但是,在将波源上置后,采用何种传导介质容纳结构来将高能超声有效传导至患者体内,这在目前尚未得到解决,因此,也就未能实现波源上置。如果采用开放式水槽结构,则水槽必须很大,传导用脱气水用量相应增大,而脱气水与空气接触面积过大又会带来水质快速劣化,故上置波源采用开放式水槽这种传导介质容纳结构在结构技术上是难以实现的。
另外,采用下置波源时由于传导介质容纳结构是开放式水槽,且须注满脱气水,因此,开放式水槽结构的位置具有很大的局限性,只能采取平置位置,否则其内所装的介质就很容易从一侧溢出,这样就导致波源倾斜角度非常有限,使得肋缘、剑突和耻骨后方肿瘤无法治疗,因而不能适用于各种治疗需求。
发明概述
本发明的目的是克服上述缺陷,提供一种用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机波源的传导介质容纳结构,该结构能够实现波源上置,并能将高能超声有效传导至患者体内。同时,使波源倾斜角度可以根据需要进行调节,以适应各种治疗需求。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机波源的传导介质容纳结构,其中该治疗机的波源具有超声发射面,其中,该传导介质容纳结构为一个半球形胶膜,该胶膜上口设有密封结构,将所述传导介质容纳结构通过其密封结构而密封地连接于所述波源,从而用所述胶膜将波源的超声发射面封闭起来,在胶膜和发射面间注入超声传导介质,所述波源为上置波源,其超声发射面向下发射超声波,胶膜外侧涂有超声耦合剂。
本发明还可进一步包括下列技术特征:
该密封结构可以是一环形密封凸缘,利用螺纹紧固通过一压圈而将胶膜的所述密封结构压紧到波源的外缘平面上,从而将波源的超声发射面封闭起来。
胶膜可由声阻抗与水尽量接近、声传导损耗小、导热性好且弹性好的材料制成。例如乳胶、天然橡胶、硅橡胶等。
其中的超声传导介质可为脱气水。
由于本发明的传导介质容纳结构采用一种胶膜将上置波源的超声发射面封闭起来,在胶膜和发射面间注入超声传导介质(如脱气水)而形成一个“水囊”。胶膜外侧涂超声耦合剂后置于患者皮肤上并保持良好接触,这样就可将高能超声有效传导至患者体内,从而实现波源上置的高能聚焦超声波治疗。
同时,由于上置波源为封闭式,便于旋转和倾斜,使波源倾斜角度可以根据需要进行调节,以适应各种治疗需求。波源可相对患者作平移、可调整治疗深度等动作均能实现。

具体实施方式
图1和2示出了本发明的传导介质容纳结构10的一个实施例。其中该治疗机的波源2具有超声发射面3,该传导介质容纳结构10为一个半球形胶膜5,其上口设有密封结构12,如图3所示,将所述传导介质容纳结构10通过其密封结构12而连接于所述波源2,从而用所述胶膜5将波源2的超声发射面3封闭起来,在胶膜5和发射面3间注入超声传导介质(未示出)。其中,密封结构12可以是一环形密封凸缘。
安装了该胶膜式传导介质容纳结构10的上置式波源2如图3所示。其中该胶膜式传导介质容纳结构10与波源2的连接关系如图4所示。其中标号1指的是用来连接胶膜5与波源2的压圈,标号2为功率超声波源,标号4是指波源2中安装的B超探头。本实施例中通过压圈1利用螺纹紧固将胶膜5的密封结构12压紧到波源2外缘平面上,从而将波源2的超声发射面3封闭起来。
其中,所述超声传导介质可为脱气水。所述胶膜5外侧可涂有超声耦合剂。
所述胶膜5由声阻抗与水尽量接近、声传导损耗小、导热性好且弹性好的材料制成,其中包括:乳胶、较软的天然橡胶、硅橡胶。
本发明的传导介质容纳结构10采用一种特定形状和材料的胶膜5将上置波源2的超声发射面3封闭起来,在胶膜5和发射面3间注入超声传导介质(如脱气水)而形成一个“水囊”。胶膜5外侧涂超声耦合剂后置于患者皮肤上并保持良好接触,这样就可将高能超声有效传导至患者体内,从而实现波源上置的高能聚焦超声波治疗。
由于采用的形状和材料适当,胶膜5能适应临床高能聚焦超声波治疗的各种要求。波源2可相对患者作平移、可调整治疗深度等动作均能实现,胶膜5与皮肤间超声耦合良好,胶膜5的超声损耗及导热性能也能满足高能聚焦超声波治疗需要,其可把高能超声有效传导至患者体内。并且其中所装的脱气水与空气几乎不接触,不会使水质劣化;同时,该结构的体积可以大大减小。
采用具有这种传导介质容纳结构10的上置式波源2,在治疗时就可采用仰卧位。由于重力的作用和所形成的上述水囊的压迫作用,仰卧位治疗时可大大缩短皮肤到肿瘤的距离(靶皮距),同时可将肠管内的气体挤开,因此对腹部肿瘤特别是胰腺癌和腹腔淋巴结转移癌的治疗效果会大大提高。
由于上置波源2为封闭式,便于旋转和倾斜,因此可对部分肋缘、剑突和耻骨后方肿瘤进行治疗,扩大了高能聚焦超声波治疗的适应症。
另外,由于所形成的水囊的压迫作用缩短了靶皮距和减少了气体的干扰,使得治疗过程中的B超实时监测更清晰。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机波源的传导介质容纳结构,其中该治疗机的波源(2)具有超声发射面(3),该传导介质容纳结构为一个半球形胶膜(5),其特征在于,该胶膜(5)上口设有密封结构(12),将所述传导介质容纳结构(10)通过其密封结构(12)而密封地连接于所述波源(2),从而用所述胶膜(5)将波源(2)的超声发射面(3)封闭起来,在胶膜(5)和发射面(3)间注入超声传导介质,所述波源(2)为上置波源,其超声发射面(3)向下发射超声波,所述胶膜(5)外侧涂有超声耦合剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机波源的传导介质容纳结构,其特征在于,所述密封结构(12)为一环形密封凸缘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机波源的传导介质容纳结构,其特征在于,所述超声传导介质为脱气水。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任何一项所述的用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机波源的传导介质容纳结构,其特征在于,利用螺纹紧固通过一压圈(1)将胶膜(5)的所述密封结构(12)压紧到波源(2)的外缘平面上,从而将波源(2)的超声发射面(3)封闭起来。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任何一项所述的用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机波源的传导介质容纳结构,其特征在于,所述胶膜(5)由声阻抗与水尽量接近、声传导损耗小、导热性好且弹性好的材料制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机波源的传导介质容纳结构,其特征在于,所述材料为乳胶。
7.根据权利要求5所述的用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机波源的传导介质容纳结构,其特征在于,所述材料为较软的天然橡胶。
8.根据权利要求5所述的用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机波源的传导介质容纳结构,其特征在于,所述材料为硅橡胶。
