When the method is specifically implemented, in order to realize the automation of the electronic training ticket verification and cancellation processing and improve the efficiency and timeliness of the electronic training ticket verification and cancellation processing, the method for verifying and cancellation processing of the electronic training ticket comprises the following steps:
detecting whether the training process data meets ticket verification and cancellation conditions of the electronic training ticket; if yes, updating the state of the electronic training coupon into a verified state; if not, the electronic training ticket is kept in an unchecked state.
In addition, in an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, the electronic training coupon platform 701 is further configured to: detecting whether the check-in times in the training check-in record reach the reference training times of the electronic training coupon; the standard training times are obtained by calculation according to the ticket target amount of the electronic training ticket and the single training target amount of the training program; if yes, executing the training process data recorded by matching with the training service mechanism 703, performing verification and cancellation processing on the electronic training coupon, and synchronizing the process to the social security service system 702; if not, the processing is not required.
It should be noted that, in practice, the electronic training tickets issued by the social security agency to the users are limited, and the users cannot receive various types of electronic training tickets without limit, in order to improve the effectiveness of employment training performed by the users under such a situation, different types of employment training items are opened for the same electronic training ticket, and the users can perform different types of employment training items by using the electronic training tickets.
The social security resources described in this embodiment include social security funds verified by the user to the social security service organization corresponding to the social security service system 702, security funds obtained by the user in a social security mode participating in the social security, and/or social security funds issued by the social security organization to a specific user. It should be noted that the social security resource is provided to the user by cooperating with the training service 703, but the specific manner of providing the training service to the user is not capital, but is provided to the user by providing the training service, specifically, the training service provided by the training service 703 is used by the user, and the social security service subsidizes the cost of the training service to the training service 703.
On the basis of auditing the audit process of the electronic training ticket according to the training process data and the audit processing result, the social security service system 702 issues social security resources corresponding to the electronic training ticket to the training service mechanism 703 if the audit is passed; in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, in the process of issuing the social security resource corresponding to the electronic training ticket to the training service 703, first, a settlement process is performed on the electronic training ticket to obtain a resource amount of the electronic training ticket, and then the social security resource corresponding to the resource amount is transferred from a social security resource pool to the training service 703; if the audit is not passed, an audit result that the audit is not passed is returned to the electronic training ticket platform 701, and a reminding message that the audit is not passed is sent to the user by the electronic training ticket platform 701 based on the audit result.

Optionally, if the returned admission judgment result of the social security service system is that the social security service system passes admission, after an electronic training coupon instruction is issued to the user and executed, and before a cancel verification processing instruction is executed on the electronic training coupon according to training process data recorded in cooperation with a training service organization, the social security service system further includes the following computer-executable instructions:

detecting whether the training process data meets ticket verification and cancellation conditions of the electronic training ticket;
and if so, updating the state of the electronic training ticket into a verified state.

In the 30 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC625D, atmel AT91SAM, microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Claims (23)
1. An electronic coupon processing method is applied to an electronic training coupon platform and comprises the following steps:
judging whether the user issues an electronic social security certificate or not according to the identity information of the user;
if yes, sending a claiming request of the user for claiming the electronic training coupon to a social security service system;
if the admission judgment result returned after the social security service system performs admission judgment on the user is admission passing, issuing an electronic training coupon to the user;
performing verification and cancellation processing on the electronic training ticket according to training process data recorded by matching with a training service mechanism;
and synchronizing the training process data and the verification and cancellation processing result to the social security service system.
2. The electronic coupon processing method according to claim 1, wherein if the social security service system determines that the user has permission to accept the application, and returns a result of permission to pass the application, after the step of issuing the electronic training coupon to the user is performed, and before the step of performing the verification processing on the electronic training coupon according to the training process data recorded in cooperation with the training service organization is performed, the method further comprises:
displaying a check-in control and/or a ticket using control of the electronic training ticket according to an access action submitted by the user for the electronic training ticket;
if the check-in control is detected to be triggered, recording training check-in records of the user on training items to which the electronic training coupons belong; the training program is provided by the training service;
if the coupon use control is detected to be triggered, jumping to a training page of the training project and recording training data of the user;
correspondingly, the training process data is generated according to the training check-in record and/or the training data and training confirmation data of the training service organization.
3. The electronic coupon processing method according to claim 2, wherein if the social security service system determines that the user has permission to accept the application, and returns a result of permission to pass the application, after the step of issuing the electronic training coupon to the user is performed, and before the step of performing the verification processing on the electronic training coupon according to the training process data recorded in cooperation with the training service organization is performed, the method further comprises:
detecting whether the check-in times in the training check-in records reach the reference training times of the electronic training coupon; the standard training times are obtained by calculation according to the ticket mark amount of the electronic training ticket and the single training mark amount of the training program;
and if so, executing the step of verifying and canceling the electronic training ticket according to the training process data recorded by matching with a training service mechanism.
4. The electronic coupon processing method according to claim 1, wherein if the social security service system determines that the user has permission to accept the application, and returns a result of permission to pass the application, after the step of issuing the electronic training coupon to the user is performed, and before the step of performing the verification processing on the electronic training coupon according to the training process data recorded in cooperation with the training service organization is performed, the method further comprises:
displaying the training identification code of the electronic training coupon according to the access action submitted by the user aiming at the electronic training coupon; the training service mechanism generates the training process data according to the acquired training identification code;
acquiring the training process data submitted by the training service organization under the condition that the training event execution of the electronic training coupon is detected to be completed.
5. The electronic coupon processing method according to claim 1, wherein said performing of the verification and cancellation process on the electronic training coupon according to the training process data recorded in cooperation with a training service comprises:
detecting whether the training process data meets ticket verification and cancellation conditions of the electronic training ticket;
and if so, updating the state of the electronic training ticket into a verified state.
6. The electronic coupon processing method according to claim 1, wherein if the determination result after the step of determining whether the user issues the electronic social security certificate according to the identity information of the user is negative, the following operations are performed:
generating guide flow information for guiding the user to sign and issue the electronic social security certificate and sending the guide flow information to the user;
and if the issuing result of the electronic social security certificate is successful after the guiding process information is executed, executing a claiming request step of sending the user claiming electronic training coupon to a social security service system.
7. The electronic coupon processing method according to claim 6, wherein if the issuance result of the electronic social security voucher is an issuance failure after the execution of the guidance flow information, the coupon claiming interface is opened to the user, and the claiming request step of sending the user claiming the electronic training coupon to the social security service system is executed when a claiming instruction submitted by the user through the coupon claiming interface is detected.
8. The electronic coupon processing method according to claim 7, wherein the coupon claiming interface corresponds to a coupon type identifier of an electronic training coupon, the coupon claiming interface opened to the user is determined according to the identity information of the user, and the claiming request carries the coupon type identifier corresponding to the triggered coupon claiming interface;
correspondingly, the electronic training coupon issued to the user comprises: and the ticket type identifies the corresponding electronic training ticket.
9. An electronic coupon processing method is applied to a social security service system and comprises the following steps:
receiving a claiming request of a user claiming the electronic training coupon sent by the electronic training coupon platform;
performing admission judgment on the user corresponding to the request for claiming, and returning an admission judgment result to the electronic training coupon platform;
performing verification and verification of the electronic training tickets based on the training process data and verification processing results synchronized by the electronic training ticket platform;
and under the condition that the examination is passed, issuing social security resources corresponding to the electronic training coupons to a training service organization.
10. The electronic ticket processing method of claim 9, wherein the making of a claim admission judgment for the user corresponding to the claim request comprises:

if yes, determining that the result of the admission judgment of the electronic training coupon triggered by the claim request by the user is admission passing;
if not, determining that the result of the admission judgment of the electronic training coupon triggered by the claim request by the user is that the admission is not passed.
11. The electronic ticket processing method of claim 9, wherein the issuing of the social security resource corresponding to the electronic training ticket to the training service comprises:
carrying out settlement processing on the electronic training coupon to obtain the resource limit of the electronic training coupon;
and transferring the social security resources corresponding to the resource limit from the social security resource pool to the training service organization.
12. An electronic coupon processing apparatus operable on an electronic training coupon platform, comprising:
the system comprises a certificate issuing judging module, a certificate issuing module and a certificate issuing module, wherein the certificate issuing judging module is configured to judge whether a user issues an electronic social security certificate or not according to identity information of the user;
if yes, operating a claiming request sending module; the claiming request sending module is configured to send a claiming request of the user claiming the electronic training coupon to a social insurance service system;
the electronic training ticket issuing module is configured to issue an electronic training ticket to the user if an admission judgment result returned after the social security service system performs admission judgment on the user is admission passing;
the verification and cancellation processing module is configured to perform verification and cancellation processing on the electronic training ticket according to training process data recorded in cooperation with a training service mechanism;
a data synchronization module configured to synchronize the training process data and the underwriting processing results to the social security service system.
13. An electronic ticket processing apparatus operating in a social security service system, comprising:
the claiming request receiving module is configured to receive a claiming request of a user claiming the electronic training coupon, which is sent by the electronic training coupon platform;
the application admission judgment module is configured to perform application admission judgment on the user corresponding to the application request and return an admission judgment result to the electronic training coupon platform;
the verification and cancellation module is configured to perform verification and cancellation verification on the electronic training tickets based on the training process data synchronized by the electronic training ticket platform and verification and cancellation processing results;
and the social security resource issuing module is configured to issue the social security resource corresponding to the electronic training ticket to a training service organization under the condition that the audit is passed.
14. An electronic coupon processing system comprising:
the system comprises an electronic training coupon platform, a social security service system and a training service mechanism for providing training service;
the electronic training coupon platform is configured to judge whether the user issues an electronic social security certificate or not according to identity information of the user, if so, the social security service system performs admission judgment for claiming, and if the admission judgment result is that admission is passed, the electronic training coupon platform issues the electronic training coupon to the user; according to training process data recorded in cooperation with a training service mechanism, the electronic training coupon is subjected to verification and cancellation processing and is synchronized with the social security service system;
the social insurance service system is configured to conduct verification and verification of the electronic training coupons based on the synchronous training process data and verification processing results, and under the condition that the verification is passed, social insurance resources corresponding to the electronic training coupons are issued to the training service institutions.
15. The electronic coupon processing system of claim 14, the electronic training coupon platform further configured to:
according to the access action submitted by the user for the electronic training coupon, showing a check-in control and/or a coupon use control of the electronic training coupon;

correspondingly, the training process data is generated according to the training check-in record and/or the training data and training confirmation data of the training service organization.
16. The electronic coupon processing system of claim 15, the electronic training coupon platform further configured to:
detecting whether the check-in times in the training check-in record reach the reference training times of the electronic training coupon; the standard training times are obtained by calculation according to the ticket target amount of the electronic training ticket and the single training target amount of the training program;
and if so, executing the training process data recorded by matching with a training service mechanism, performing verification and cancellation processing on the electronic training coupon, and synchronizing the process to the social security service system.
17. The electronic coupon processing system of claim 14, the electronic training coupon platform further configured to:
displaying the training identification code of the electronic training coupon according to the access action submitted by the user aiming at the electronic training coupon; the training service mechanism generates the training process data according to the acquired training identification code;
acquiring the training process data submitted by the training service in the case where completion of execution of a training event of the electronic training coupon is detected.
18. The electronic coupon processing system of claim 14, said underwriting of said electronic training coupon, comprising:
detecting whether the training process data meets ticket verification and cancellation conditions of the electronic training ticket;
and if so, updating the state of the electronic training ticket into a verified state.
19. The electronic coupon processing system of claim 14, wherein the issuing of the social security resource corresponding to the electronic training coupon to the training service comprises:
carrying out settlement processing on the electronic training coupon to obtain the resource limit of the electronic training coupon;
and transferring social security resources corresponding to the resource amount from a social security resource pool to the training service organization.
20. An electronic ticket processing apparatus comprising:

a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:

performing verification and cancellation processing on the electronic training ticket according to training process data recorded by matching with a training service mechanism;
and synchronizing the training process data and the verification and cancellation processing result to the social security service system.
