In one possible example, in the aspect of auditing the target vocational skills training appointment information, the processing unit 601 is specifically configured to: acquiring a health level corresponding to the social security personnel identification of the target society through the communication unit 602; judging whether the health level meets a health level standard corresponding to the target professional skill training appointment information; and if so, determining that the target social withdrawal health personnel passes the audit.
In one possible example, in sending a professional skill training service link to a target client to which the target social security personnel log in, the processing unit 601 is specifically configured to: acquiring daily behavior data of the target social withdrawal health staff through the communication unit 602, wherein the daily behavior data comprises content focused on the target client based on daily communication records of the target client; determining a user representation of the target social withdrawal staff based on the daily behavior data; determining an optional occupation corresponding to the target social health staff based on the user portrait of the target social health staff; and sending a vocational skill training service link corresponding to the optional vocational to a target client which is logged in by the target social rehabilitation personnel through the communication unit 602.
In a possible example, after the sending the notification message that the application is successful to the target client, the processing unit 601 is further configured to: obtaining a target vocational skill assessment score of the target social withdrawal health personnel through the communication unit 602; and when the target vocational skill assessment score falls into a preset score interval, recommending the target social rehabilitation personnel to an enterprise recruitment platform corresponding to the target vocational skill.

In the embodiment of the application, the employment training management device can send the professional skill training service link to the target social security personnel who are quasi-abstinence personnel, so that the target social security personnel at the client can apply for professional skill training based on the professional skill training service link, and can actively apply for professional skill training for the social security personnel meeting the conditions, fully consider the selection of the professional skill of the social security personnel, and accordingly can accurately perform employment training for the social security personnel.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, and the computer program enables a computer to execute part or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the above method embodiments, and the computer includes a mobile terminal.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any of the methods as described in the above method embodiments. The computer program product may be a software installation package, the computer comprising a mobile terminal.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. A employment training management method, comprising:
the server determines whether the target social withdrawal personnel are quasi-withdrawal personnel;
if the target social health personnel are quasi-abstaining personnel, the server side sends a professional skill training service link to a target client side logged in by the target social health personnel;
the server receives an application message which is sent by the target client and is based on the professional skill training service link, wherein the application message comprises a target social security personnel identifier and target professional skill training appointment information corresponding to the target social security personnel identifier;
the server side checks the target vocational skill training appointment information;
and if the verification is passed, the server side sends a notification message of successful application to the target client side.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the server determines whether the target social withdrawal staff is a quasi-withdrawal staff, comprising:
the server side obtains urine test data and psychological health assessment data of the target social withdrawal health personnel;
the server determines whether the target social health personnel are quasi-abstaining personnel based on the urinalysis data and the mental health assessment data of the target social health personnel.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the server determines whether the target social health staff is a quasi-abstaining staff based on the urinalysis data and the mental health assessment data of the target social health staff, comprising:
the server determines the number of days in the urine test data that urine tests are negative continuously, and determines the number of days in the mental health assessment data that the mental health assessment score is larger than a preset score threshold;
if the number of days in which urine detection is continuously negative in the urine detection data is greater than or equal to a preset number of days threshold, and the number of days in which the psychological health assessment score is greater than a preset score threshold in the psychological health assessment data is greater than or equal to the preset number of days threshold, the server determines that the target social withdrawal personnel are quasi-withdrawal personnel;
and if the number of days for which urine tests are continuously negative in the urine test data is less than the preset number-of-days threshold value, or the number of days for which the psychological health assessment score is greater than the preset score threshold value in the psychological health assessment data is less than the preset number-of-days threshold value, the server determines that the target social withdrawal healthy people are not quasi-withdrawal people.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the server performs an audit of the target professional skill training appointment information, comprising:
the server side obtains a health level corresponding to the social security personnel identification of the target society;
the server side judges whether the health level meets a health level standard corresponding to the target professional skill training appointment information;
and if so, the server side determines that the target social withdrawal health personnel passes the audit.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the server sends a professional skill training service link to a target client to which the target social security personnel log in, and comprises:
the server side obtains daily behavior data of the target social withdrawal health personnel, wherein the daily behavior data comprises content focused on the target client side based on daily communication records of the target client side;
the server side determines a user portrait of the target social withdrawal personnel based on the daily behavior data;
the server side determines an optional occupation corresponding to the target social health personnel based on the user portrait of the target social health personnel;
and the server sends a professional skill training service link corresponding to the optional profession to a target client which is logged in by the target social rehabilitation personnel.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein after the server sends a notification message that the application is successful to the target client, the method further comprises:
the server side obtains a target vocational skill assessment score of the target social abstinence personnel;
and when the target vocational skill assessment score falls into a preset score interval, the server side recommends the target social health personnel to an enterprise recruitment platform corresponding to the target vocational skill.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
and if the accumulated points of the target social health personnel reach a preset point threshold, the server side determines that the target social health personnel meet the reduction condition, and the accumulated points of the target social health personnel are determined based on the continuous number of days of card punching and the continuous number of days of urine examination on time of the target social health personnel.
8. A career training management device for a server, the career training management device comprising a processing unit and a communication unit, wherein:
the processing unit is used for determining whether the target social community health personnel are quasi-abstinent personnel;
the communication unit is used for sending a professional skill training service link to a target client side where the target social health personnel log in under the condition that the target social health personnel are quasi-abstaining personnel;
the communication unit is further used for receiving an application message sent by the target client and based on the professional skill training service link, wherein the application message comprises a target social security personnel identifier and target professional skill training reservation information corresponding to the target social security personnel identifier;
the processing unit is further used for auditing the target vocational skill training appointment information;
the communication unit is further configured to send a notification message of successful application to the target client when the audit is passed.
9. A server comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps in the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program for electronic data exchange is stored, wherein the computer program causes a computer to perform the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
