taking 15kg of fresh polygonatum cyrtonema which is batched with the method in the embodiment 4, steaming for 1h after cleaning, drying to obtain a dry polygonatum cyrtonema pattern supplied in the market, obtaining 4kg of dry polygonatum cyrtonema, crushing into small fragments, transferring into a ceramic pot with the volume of 40L, adding 20kg of clear water, taking chaff as fuel, curing for 48h (the curing time statistics starting and stopping time is from ignition to flameout), until the liquid in the ceramic pot is thick, obtaining a polygonatum cyrtonema extract thick liquid with the water content of 30wt%, stopping curing and heating, filtering, filling 80g of polygonatum cyrtonema extract thick liquid into a 380ml glass pot, then filling 280g of honey into the glass pot, screwing a bottle cap by a cap screwing machine, sterilizing, cooling and checking to obtain the polygonatum cyrtonema extract.
The sealwort pastes obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were measured according to the following measurement method: the polysaccharide content adopts SN/T4260-2015 (phenol-sulfuric acid method), the taste and smell are subjectively judged by adopting a human test feeding method, wherein the taste and smell evaluation link is carried out after gargling (no drink or eating before evaluation), the healthy population between 20 and 50 years old participates in the test feeding experiment, and 10 men and women respectively have 20 people. The results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
As can be seen from table 1:
1) The polysaccharide content of the Polygonatum sibiricum paste obtained in the examples 1-3 is between 6.8% and 7.7%, and the taste and the smell are relatively close, which proves that the preparation method of the invention has stable process. And the rhizoma polygonati particles are contained, so that the chewing feeling is soft and glutinous, the mouth feeling can be stimulated, and the taste is sweet and rich.
2) In comparative example 1, the condition that the diced Polygonatum sibiricum is soft and rotten is found after braising is not carried out in the hardener, so that the area of the diced Polygonatum sibiricum is lost, and the solid particles in the Polygonatum sibiricum paste are relatively small, and the taste level is not rich enough.
3) In comparative example 2, the bran braise is changed into gas heating, the temperature is changed, the condition that the rhizoma polygonati blocks become soft and rotten can occur, the condition possibly relates to the fact that the gas heating firepower is larger, the bran braise is free of open fire, the liquid in the pottery pot is in a micro-boiling state which is difficult for naked eyes, and under the micro-boiling state, the rhizoma polygonati blocks cannot roll up and down severely, so that the collision and the soft and rotten opportunity are reduced.
4) In comparative example 3, only the date is added, the longan is not added, the sweetness of the obtained paste product is slightly weaker, and meanwhile, the longan is not added because the longan has the functions of nourishing blood and tranquillizing, so that the functions and the use scene of the product are reduced.
5) In comparative examples 4 and 5, the polysaccharide content was significantly reduced in that the polysaccharide-enriched jujubes and longan were not added, and the effects of improving the immunity of the human body (the "tonifying qi" in the traditional Chinese medicine) were remarkably poor in comparative examples 4 and 5. In addition, in comparative examples 4 and 5, honey was added to provide a thickening effect, so that the original natural faint scent of Polygonatum sibiricum was destroyed, and the natural faint scent of jujube and longan was not generated.
In conclusion, the preparation method of the rhizoma polygonati paste has the advantage of the process.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
