Abstract

本申请提供一种电池单体及其制造方法和制造系统、电池以及用电装置。本申请实施例的电池单体包括:壳体,具有开口且设置有泄压机构,泄压机构用于在电池单体的内部压力或温度达到阈值时致动,以泄放内部压力或温度;电极组件,容纳于壳体内,电极组件包括主体部和凸出于主体部的极耳部;盖组件,用于盖合于开口,盖组件抵靠于主体部并且在面向电极组件的一侧形成有第一凹部,第一凹部用于容纳至少部分的极耳部。盖组件设有至少一个第一通道,第一通道用于将电极组件和壳体之间的空间与第一凹部连通,以将第一凹部内的气体引入电极组件和壳体之间的空间并作用在泄压机构上。第一通道能减少累积在电极组件和盖组件之间的气体,降低安全风险。
