The method for canceling the internal transaction certificate provided by the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2. The internal transaction certificate cancellation apparatus in the embodiment of the present application may be a computer device shown in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of a method for canceling an internal transaction certificate is provided according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method of the embodiment of the present application may include the steps of:
s201, identifying an internal transaction certificate in the generated certificate, and collecting the identified internal transaction certificate to a cooperation platform.
After a company inside the group company generates a certificate, whether the certificate is an internal transaction certificate is identified, wherein the internal transaction certificate represents the certificate generated by various business and transaction items except equity investment, which occur between the internal parent company of the group company and the affiliated subsidiary company of the group company and between the subsidiary companies. The generated voucher is put into a Message Queue (MQ), data in the message queue is processed according to a first-in first-out sequence, when the voucher moves to the head of the queue, an associated transaction identification extraction service is triggered, and whether the voucher is an internal transaction voucher is identified through the associated transaction identification extraction service, wherein the identification method can be as follows: and identifying according to the current attribute and the cash flow attribute of the subjects in the voucher and acquiring the internal transaction voucher to an associated transaction cooperation platform or a fund cooperation platform according to the identification result.
Furthermore, the voucher comprises six types of transaction subjects to be received, to be paid, to be pre-received, pre-paid, to be received, and to be received and to be processed, the voucher is a cost receipt voucher, the transaction attributes are set for the six types of transaction subjects, the transaction attributes represent the unit of transaction, when the unit of transaction is an internal unit, the voucher is identified as an internal transaction voucher, otherwise, the voucher is identified as a voucher outside a merging range, and the internal transaction voucher is collected to the associated transaction cooperation platform. The voucher comprises a currency fund subject, wherein the voucher is a fund receipt voucher, the currency fund subject is bank deposit, cash in stock or other currency funds, a cash flow attribute and a current attribute are set for the currency fund subject, the cash flow attribute represents the amount of money, when the current attribute represents a current unit, and when the current unit is an internal unit, the voucher is identified as an internal transaction voucher, and the internal transaction voucher is collected to a fund cooperation platform.
S202, traversing the certificate group in the collected internal transaction certificates through the cooperation platform.
Wherein, the voucher group includes two inside transaction vouchers that match each other, and if the inside transaction voucher is the cost balance voucher, two inside transaction vouchers that match satisfy: mutual subject mutual hanging, mutual subject amount equal, voucher amount equal. And if the internal transaction voucher is a fund receipt and payment voucher, the two matched internal transaction vouchers meet the condition that the fund cooperation numbers are the same, and the fund cooperation numbers represent the serial numbers of the fund flow records. And the computer equipment calls the internal transaction certificates collected by the cooperative service team of the cooperative platform to traverse, and traverses all the certificate groups meeting the conditions.
For example, a corporate company C includes a subsidiary a and a subsidiary B, where an internal transaction occurs between a and B, and the credentials of subsidiary a and the credentials of subsidiary B are as follows:
according to the two certificates, the mutual subjects of the certificates of the income party (A) and the cost party (B) are mutually hung, the mutual subject amounts are equal, and the certificate amounts are equal, so that the certificate of the income party (A) is mutually matched with the certificate of the cost party (B), the two certificates are divided into a certificate group, and two internal transaction certificates in the certificate group are automatically selected.
And S203, determining the subject needing to be offset according to the cooperation scheme for each certificate group.
The computer device prestores or preconfigures a collaborative scheme of a group company, where the collaborative scheme represents a subject to be cancelled, for example: the synergy scheme is as follows:
the cooperation scheme is suitable for product purchase and sale, the certificates of the income party and the confirmation party are provided with the cooperation scheme, the income party is used as an initiating party, the cost is used as a confirmation party, and when the identified internal transaction certificates are matched with two or more items according to the 'subjects + directions', the two internal transaction certificates are considered to be matched.
And S204, generating a cancellation certificate of the certificate group according to the subject needing to be cancelled.
And according to the subject needing to be cancelled in the cooperation scheme, the two matched internal transaction certificates are taken to generate a cancellation certificate, and a cancellation account is generated according to the cancellation certificate.
For example: and generating a cancellation voucher of the following group company (C) according to the income party (A) and the cost party (B):
and S205, monitoring the cooperative progress of the cooperative platform in real time and displaying the cooperative progress through a monitoring page.
The collaborative progress comprises a collaborative state, an account entry state and a cancellation state, the collaborative progress of the related transaction collaborative record and the fund collaborative record is inquired in real time by calling a middle platform inquiry service, and then the collaborative progress is fed back to the visual monitoring platform in real time to be displayed, for example: and the computer equipment displays the cooperative progress in real time in a visual mode through the statistical control on the monitoring page.
Further, the computer device respectively displays a correlation transaction cooperation progress and a fund cooperation progress, the correlation transaction cooperation represents the cooperation progress of the internal transaction voucher in the fund cooperation platform, the fund cooperation progress represents the cooperation progress of the internal transaction voucher in the fund cooperation platform,
further, when unmatched internal transaction certificates exist in the cooperation platform, the internal transaction certificates which do not belong to any certificate group can be matched, selected and cancelled in a manual cooperation mode, and cooperation progress is automatically cooperated and manually cooperated and counted on a monitoring page. For example: the computer device performs check on the unmatched internal transaction certificate based on the interactive operation performed by the user through the input devices such as the mouse, the keyboard and the like.
For example, referring to the monitoring page shown in fig. 3A, the monitoring page is divided into a transaction collaboration platform and a fund collaboration platform, which show the overall collaboration of each secondary unit (sub-company) in the current account group company, and the collaboration progress includes the following indexes: cooperative completion rate, number of associated (cooperative) offsets, number of to-be-associated (to-be-offset) cooperations, number of automatic cooperations, number of manual cooperations, insurance voucher inquiry.
Wherein, the number of the artificial cooperation strokes is divided into: hanging the party by the other party, and hanging the party by the other party to display the number of offsets to be associated (to be coordinated) and the number of offsets associated (to be coordinated); canceling voucher inquiry: and associating the number of the canceling vouchers generated in transaction cooperation or fund cooperation and the canceling amount. Corresponding cooperative stroke numbers can be clicked to check corresponding cooperative record details through an inner page, manual confirmation cancellation, unilateral cancellation or no cooperative operation can be carried out on special services which cannot be automatically confirmed, and operations such as backspacing, canceling and the like are carried out on certificates which are found to be wrong except for manual cooperative stroke numbers to be counted; the number of the verified voucher inquired can be clicked to penetrate through to the verified entry inquiry, and further penetrate through to the original voucher.
The associated transactions are counted in coordination with the number of vouchers, and the funds are counted in coordination with the number of entries. The associated transaction is cooperatively confirmed according to the voucher, and other subjects such as the current subject, the income cost subject, the tax and the like are mainly cancelled out and not cancelled out, so that the number of the vouchers can be counted; the fund cooperation mainly carries out cash flow offset on the centralized collection and payment business, and the extracted fund collection and payment voucher carries out correlation offset according to the entry, so the statistics of the entry number is more appropriate.
For a two-level deployed group company, when the business between the secondary units of the cross-data center is processed, the primary service needs to be called, so that the associated transaction cooperation and the fund cooperation are equally divided into the display in the secondary unit and the display between the secondary units.
My to do/my done: when the associated transaction is processed in a coordinated manner, the income party is generally used as the initiator, the cost party is used as the affirmator, and the initiator can automatically initiate to-be-dealt to the affirmator when the initiator certificate is finished so as to form the transacted items of the initiator; if the cost confirmation certificate is matched with the initiator cooperation scheme, the confirmation is automatically completed and the cancel certificate of the previous level is generated, and the program automatically deletes the to-be-processed certificate
For example, referring to the monitoring page shown in fig. 3B, the monitoring page is used for showing the collaboration progress of the associated transaction collaboration platform, where the collaboration progress includes the following indicators:
and (3) a cooperative amount index: the other side hangs own and the other side hangs own in the second-level units, and the accumulated amount of cooperation due to the current accounting year, the accumulated amount of cooperation, the accumulated amount of automatic cooperation, the accumulated amount of manual cooperation, the accumulated amount of non-cooperation and the accumulated rate of cooperation confirmation are counted. Cumulative amount of synergy = cumulative amount of synergy automatically + cumulative amount of synergy manually, cumulative amount of non-synergy = cumulative amount of synergy to cumulative amount of synergy already.
Cumulative cooperative confirmation rate: the accumulated confirmed number of the subordinate unit/the accumulated number of the subordinate units to be coordinated.
And (3) collaborative monitoring condition: the number of unconfirmed certificates, the number of overdue unconfirmed certificates, the number of confirmed certificates on the same day, and the number of entries to be coordinated on the same day.
And the schedule of each unit of the lower level is detailed: the combined count of the detail list of the lower level unit is consistent with the related stroke number of the overall index
For example, referring to the monitoring page shown in fig. 3C, the monitoring page is used for showing the collaboration progress of the fund collaboration platform.
The indexes under the fund cooperation scene are consistent with the indexes of the associated transaction cooperation, and the difference is that the associated transaction cooperation is counted according to the number of certificates, and the fund cooperation is counted according to the number of entries, which is not described herein again.
Furthermore, the subsidiary companies log in the intelligent monitoring platform and then display the coordination progress conditions of the current account fund coordination and the relevant transaction coordination in real time, can intensively carry out penetration detailed ledger aiming at the to-be-associated offset and the number of strokes to be coordinated, carry out centralized check-up to complete manual coordination, and can also thoroughly check the generated offset certificate conditions through 'offset certificate inquiry'; and a merging layer unit such as a group company logs in a monitoring platform to check the current overall cooperative cancellation progress and the detailed cooperative progress of a lower unit, and accurately manages the lower unit.
The embodiment of the application automatically identifies the internal transaction voucher and collects the internal transaction voucher to the cooperation platform based on the generated voucher, the voucher groups are traversed through the cooperation platform, the subjects needing to be cancelled are determined according to the cooperation scheme for each traversed voucher group, the cancellation voucher is generated according to the subjects needing to be cancelled, and the work load of cancellation and reconciliation of financial workers can be greatly reduced. Meanwhile, the collaborative progress of the collaborative platform is visually monitored and displayed, and the management and monitoring of internal transaction offset of different levels of units are met, so that the requirements of group enterprises on internal multidimensional lean management and external accurate and complete disclosure are met.
