Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Referring to fig. 1, a main flowchart of an account data administration method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:
s101: receiving an account data supervision request, and acquiring a supervision object and a supervised object in the account data supervision request;
s102: extracting and displaying a list of supervision modes, in response to a selection operation of one supervision mode in the list, to generate a product contract based on supervision rules in the supervision mode;
s103: and recording the account of the supervision object and the account of the supervised object into the product contract, and responding to the selection operation of the supervision means so as to carry out account data supervision by using the selected supervision means.
In the above embodiment, as for step S101, the account data includes status, funds, etc., and the present invention is mainly described by taking fund supervision in an account as an example. The object and the scene of capital supervision are very rich, such as enterprise own capital supervision, railway section capital supervision, capital construction project capital supervision, agricultural wage guarantee fund supervision, community organization capital supervision and purchase and sale transaction capital supervision. The corresponding supervision requirements are also various, such as the existing fund centralized management and control, the distributed management and control, the fund common management, the fund transfer control, the supervision mode setting, the authority change and the like.
When funds administration is required, the administrator, the supervised party or a third party may initiate an account data administration request to the system (e.g. a bank administration system). The request usually contains directly the identification information of the supervisor and the supervised party, for example, the license number or the specific name, such as the railway infrastructure, and the system can determine the supervisor and the supervised party based on the identification information.
For step S102, the supervision modes in the present invention may be various, specifically include three, which are respectively:
1) a common mode: namely, the identities of both the supervising and supervised parties are equal, and credit institutions such as banks are required to intervene to supervise the transaction funds of both parties. The supervising or supervised party deposits the supervising fund in the bank open account (customer account or bank internal account), confirms the supervising means, and the bank transfers the fund after meeting the preset conditions.
2) Third party supervision mode: that is, there are definite supervising and supervised subjects (such as construction organization supervising the 'construction unit' deposit), the supervising party supervises the account fund of the supervised party through the bank organization, and releases the supervision after the supervised party fulfills the obligation.
3) A self-tube mode: that is, the supervisor needs to classify and supervise the funds with different properties according to the self management requirement (at this time, the supervisor is consistent with the supervised party), and the conditions of fund change and the like can be conveniently mastered in real time.
It should be noted that, whether the identities of the supervising party and the supervised party are equal or not is determined in advance by the service, and is not analyzed by the system. The case of unequal identities is usually a group company, a parent and subsidiary company, etc., and at this time, the administration needs to be performed by using a multi-level account administration mode (see the description shown in the subsequent fig. 5).
The user (supervisor or third party, usually not participated in by supervisor) can make self-selection of supervision mode according to supervision requirement, but usually only one of them can be selected. The common management mode is relatively common to the third-party supervision mode and the self-management mode, and at the moment, both the supervision party and the supervised party do not have mutual supervision credit and need credit institutions such as banks and account management institutions to intervene to assist in supervision.
A production contract, which is a potential or actual engagement between two or more participants, provides and validates rules and obligations related to the purpose of the contract. A product contract is a record of the specific conditions under which a saleable product is sold to a customer, including benefits and penalties of both parties, such as loan contracts. The supervisory mode includes a plurality of supervisory rules, and based on the supervisory rules in the selected supervisory mode, a product contract may be generated.
Further, some of the supervision rules in the supervision mode may not be applicable to the supervisor and the supervised parties, and thus a list of supervision rules in the supervision mode may be provided for selection by the user, and finally a product contract may be generated based only on at least one supervision rule selected by the user.
For banking institutions, product contracts may relate to the service areas of deposit, agency, metal market, credit, customer asset management, investment financing, credit card, custody pension, investment banking, trade financing, payment settlement, electronic banking, etc., and the corresponding product contracts may include the following categories: a deposit contract, a customer asset management contract, a credit card contract, a payment settlement contract, a trade financing contract, an electronic banking contract, an investment financing contract, an investment banking contract, an agent contract, a escrow and administration pension contract, and a financial market contract.
Furthermore, the selection of the supervision mode supports various product use channels such as a counter, a network bank and a user graphical interface. The setting can be assisted by staff (such as bank staff) at the counter, but if the online bank setting is needed or the supervision mode is modified (such as adding black and white list content, adjusting transaction amount control and the like), an online bank channel can be set at the counter. In addition, a user graphical interface can be set, and a user can check the functions of all the supervision modes in the interface so as to select the supervision modes, so that the diversity of product use channels is realized.
For step S103, accounts are registered under the administrative product contract, including the account of the administrator and the account of the supervised party.
The means of account supervision in the present invention include blacklist control, balance list control, transaction amount control, account-coming freeze/prepayment, wherein,
1) black and white list control: the accurate control of a transaction opponent (determined by a service and provided with information such as an account number, a user name and the like of the transaction opponent) is realized by setting four control elements of a receiver, a payer, a blacklist and a white list;
2) and (3) control of the balance list: controlling the payment/receipt transaction of the supervision account by matching the related control conditions of the preset payment/receipt list, for example, the payment/receipt operation can be carried out on the account in the payment/receipt list and the signed account, otherwise, the operation cannot be carried out; the balance list can be searched through a signing account and key values of signing functions;
3) controlling the transaction amount: the monitoring of each transaction amount of a single account or a group account is realized by judging the transaction limit or the account balance;
4) incoming account freeze/prepayment: the condition of 'freezing' or 'freezing + prepayment' is set to transfer funds to an external account, so that the system automatically triggers to come out for freezing, unfreezing and appointment payment. The account coming freezing is a newly added service freezing type, and the priority is lower than the judicial freezing.
The user may select one or more of the administration means, and then the system performs data administration, in particular fund administration, on the accounts of the administrator and the supervised party based on the selected administration means.
When a user selects a plurality of administration means at the same time, the administration means can be used at the same time for account data administration. Further, to implement data supervision layering and validation, data in the account can be supervised sequentially according to the compatible relationship of the functions of each supervision means (see table 1):
TABLE 1 supervision means compatibility relationship
Figure BDA0002403203960000111
As can be seen from table 1, for the four monitoring means provided by the present invention, the priority order is balance list control > black and white list control > transaction amount control > to check/prepay, and the data monitoring is performed on the account in the product contract based on the priority order and the monitoring means selected by the user.
However, it should be noted that the supervision means can be customized, and different supervision means may be required according to different service scenarios. For example, the subscription flag management of the newly added current account includes: the supervision easy subscription sign, the supervision easy group mode subscription sign, the supervision easy income and income list subscription sign, the supervision easy black and white list subscription sign and the supervision easy coming account frozen prepayment subscription sign. When the account of the monitored party is the current account, the sign-up mark can be set under the current account.
After the account data is supervised, a supervision log can be generated according to the supervised information within a certain time, and information push is carried out:
1) and (3) information reminding: and informing the supervision person of the fund supervision condition through mechanisms such as sending short messages, mails and pushing the information of the online bank client.
2) Information matching: aiming at specific industries (such as real estate agency, group mother and son company, court case fund, agricultural and civil engineering wage guarantee fund, railway project fund and the like), a user system sends preset information and the like to a construction system in a direct connection mode, and then triggers instructions such as fund transfer and the like after matching; the direct connection mode is direct butt joint of the client system and the bank system, and direct operation on a counter is achieved without offline notification.
The preset information is that in the deduction instruction information, a part of preset information is used for identifying the identity of the user, and the part of information can be set in the early stage of setting the function.
3) And (3) special function control: detail shielding, fund return, receipt printing control and the like need to pass through special transaction setting, and are not main supervision functions.
The method provided by the embodiment innovatively develops an account architecture mode according to the supervision requirement, performs product contract customization according to the supervision rule, combines a multi-dimensional supervision means, finally performs supervision data presentation in the modes of information reports and the like, and integrally constructs a multi-dimensional, personalized and full-flow supervision service system.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic flow chart of an alternative account data monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:
s201: receiving an account data supervision request, and acquiring a supervision object and a supervised object in the account data supervision request;
s202: extracting and displaying a list of supervision modes, in response to a selection operation of one supervision mode in the list, to generate a product contract based on supervision rules in the supervision mode;
s203: acquiring the information of the monitored object and transmitting the information to an auditing system of the monitored object so as to audit the information and the information of the monitored object through an auditing workflow in the auditing system to obtain an auditing result;
s204: receiving an auditing result fed back by the auditing system, and recording the account of the supervision object and the account of the supervised object into the product contract if the auditing result is passed;
s205: in response to a selection operation of a supervising means, to data supervise an account in the product contract with the selected supervising means;
in the above embodiment, for steps S201, S202 and S205, reference may be made to the description of steps S101 to S103 shown in fig. 1, and details are not repeated here.
In the above embodiment, for steps S203 and S204, before the supervising party account and the supervised party account are recorded to the product contract together, in order to ensure the correctness of the information of the supervising party account and the supervised party account, the system may perform an account recording operation if the result of the audit is passed.
The auditing operation is performed by an auditing system of the supervisor, and at least the information of the supervised party needs to be transmitted to the auditing system by the system. The monitoring party self-defines application, recheck and approval workflows of monitoring functions according to monitoring requirements so as to realize corresponding flow control and obtain an ACTIVITI-based auditing system; the active is an open source BPM (Business Process Management) platform based on Apache license, and is a lightweight workflow engine.
The workflow is the automation of part or the whole of a business process in a computer application environment, and mainly solves the problems that: the process of communicating documents, information or tasks between multiple participants according to some predefined rule is automated to achieve or facilitate the achievement of some desired business goal.
The audit is divided into two categories:
1. the self-management mode includes the order making (i.e. the action of adding the list) and the review, as shown in fig. 3, when the information of the monitored party is equal to the information of the monitoring party.
2. The common management mode and the third party supervision mode include order making, rechecking and auditing, and specifically refer to fig. 4, at this time, the information of the supervisor and the supervised party needs to be audited together.
The auditing supports a plurality of rechecks and a plurality of approval steps, and serial and parallel approval relations are supported between the rechecks and between the auditing steps. And the auditing and rechecking are mainly applied to the multi-level account supervision, and the upper-layer supervisor carries out rechecking and auditing.
Taking the example of adding a new list in the black and white list control, a plurality of upper layer supervisors are required to jointly audit and recheck the supervision request. The multiple upper-layer supervisors can be multiple auditing departments, and the auditing results need to be progressively, pushed, rechecked and audited layer by layer according to the hierarchical relationship among the auditing departments in the auditing workflow, so as to achieve the purpose of flow management and control.
The method provided by the embodiment is based on the auditing workflow of the supervisor, and audits the information of the supervised party and the supervisor, so that the purpose of flow control is realized, the information accuracy is supervised, and the purpose of account safety supervision is achieved.
Referring to fig. 5, a schematic flow chart of another alternative account data administration method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:
s501: receiving an account data supervision request, and acquiring a supervision object and a supervised object in the account data supervision request;
s502: extracting and displaying a list of supervision modes, in response to a selection operation of one supervision mode in the list, to generate a product contract based on supervision rules in the supervision mode;
s503: determining a first node at which a single administrative object is located in an object hierarchy tree to record an account of the single administrative object at the first node; wherein the object hierarchy tree is located in the production contract;
s504: determining a second node at which a single supervised object is located in an object hierarchy tree to record an account of the single supervised object at the second node;
s505: according to the hierarchical relationship among the supervision objects, the hierarchical relationship among the supervised objects and the supervision relationship among the supervision objects and the supervised objects, carrying out account hierarchy building on the accounts recorded at the nodes to obtain an account hierarchy tree;
s506: in response to a selection of the curation, to data curate the account in the product contract with the selected curation.
In the above embodiment, for steps S501, S502, and S506, reference may be made to the description of steps S101 to S103 shown in fig. 1, and details are not repeated here.
In the above embodiment, for steps S503 to S505, there may be a one-to-one, one-to-many, or many-to-one mapping relationship between the supervisor and the supervised party.
The single-level in the invention refers to a plurality of equal entity account numbers without membership of the same customer; the multi-level system is generally applied to group parent-subsidiary companies, group companies and the like, large enterprises and public institutions with membership, and a plurality of companies signing account tree mechanisms to perform top-down layer-by-layer supervision.
The present embodiment is mainly referred to multi-level account building. The account records are obtained by registering accounts of group users and parent-child users on corresponding nodes of a user hierarchy tree (namely an object hierarchy tree), and specifically:
1) registering the account of the supervisor in a node (i.e. the first node) where the supervisor is located;
2) the account of the supervised party is registered in the node where the supervised party is located, i.e. the second node.
It should be noted that one node may register a plurality of different accounts, and the same account may be registered under a plurality of nodes of the same user hierarchy tree, but the same account cannot be repeatedly registered under the same node of the same user hierarchy tree (or a single user tree).
And after the account registration is finished, carrying out account hierarchy building on the accounts of the supervisor and the supervised party according to the relationship between the supervisor and the supervised party to obtain an account hierarchy tree.
Further, besides the supervision relationship between the supervisor and the supervised party, the hierarchical relationship between the supervisor and the hierarchical relationship between the supervised party can be included for account hierarchical tree building.
The method provided by the embodiment builds the levels of the accounts of the monitoring party and the monitored party based on the account level tree for the group-class and mother-child-class multi-level accounts, so that the multi-level account monitoring is realized, and the account structure relationship has the visual and clear effect on the level structure.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic flow chart of another alternative account data administration method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:
s601: receiving an account data supervision request, and acquiring a supervision object and a supervised object in the account data supervision request;
s602: extracting and displaying a list of supervision modes, in response to a selection operation of one supervision mode in the list, to generate a product contract based on supervision rules in the supervision mode;
s603: acquiring the attribute of the account of the supervision object and the attribute of the account of the supervised object, and determining the common attribute of the supervision object and the account of the supervised object;
s604: determining a supervision means corresponding to the common attribute based on the corresponding relation between the attribute and the supervision means;
s605: in response to selection of at least one of the determined curations, to data curate an account in the product contract with the at least one curation.
In the above embodiment, for steps S601 and S602, reference may be made to the descriptions of steps S101 and S102 shown in fig. 1, and details are not repeated here.
In the above embodiment, in steps S603 to S604, in addition to the manual selection of the monitoring means, the monitoring means may be selected based on the attribute of the account. For example, when the administrator and the account of the supervised party belong to the same bank, such as bank a, the acquisition of the account attributes may be requested from or to the bank system. When the accounts of the supervisor and the supervised party belong to different banks, such as bank a and bank B, the acquisition of the account attribute needs to be requested from different bank systems.
To provide a means of supervision that is appropriate for both the supervisor and the supervised party, this may be done based on common attributes of both attributes, e.g. VIP, large liquidity.
For step S605, when the number of the matched monitoring means is large, the number of the matched monitoring means can be transmitted to a user interface for displaying, so that the user can select the monitoring means. When the user selects part of the supervision means, the account data supervision is carried out based on the obtained part of the supervision means, but if the user selects all the supervision means, the account data supervision is carried out based on all the matched supervision means.
In actual operation, the account data can be directly monitored based on the matched monitoring means, or the account data can be monitored based on the monitoring means selected by the user after the monitoring means is matched and confirmed/selected by the user.
The method provided by the embodiment optimizes the supervision means on the basis that the user directly selects the supervision means, so that the supervision means is matched according to the common attributes of the supervisor account and the supervised account, and when the subsequent user selects, only the matched supervision means is needed to be selected, so that the selection accuracy is improved on the basis of reducing the number of the user selection means, and the effectiveness of the supervision of the subsequent account data is improved compared with the problem that the supervision means is uncomfortable due to the fact that the existing user directly selects.
