weighing 30g of 20 raw material medicines of astragalus membranaceus, radix rehmanniae, angelica sinensis, cortex moutan, radix paeoniae rubra, ligusticum wallichii, schizonepeta, radix saposhnikoviae, periostracum cicada, radix angelicae, fructus cnidii, fructus kochiae, radix cynanchi paniculatae, cortex periplocae, coptis chinensis, dandelion, herba violae, oldenlandia diffusa, liquorice and periostracum serpentis, and grinding into fine powder; 60g of cassia twig is weighed and ground into the same fine powder, and the twenty-one medicine can be prepared into 660g of medicinal powder by weight and is divided into 22 bags (about 30g of each bag) for standby application.

In application, a bag (about 30 g) of the medicinal powder is added with 2000ml of clear water, boiled for one minute, and then turned off for a period of time of swabbing the afflicted part for 10-30 minutes at about 50 deg.C (keeping the temperature of the medicinal liquid at about 50 deg.C during swabbing), and after swabbing, the medicinal liquid on the skin is cleaned with warm clear water once a day.

The initial stage of skin tinea is usually skin eczema, which can be temporarily relieved after ointment is applied, but the skin tinea is easy to recur and finally develops into the skin tinea. The treatment of skin tinea depends on the condition of the patient, and the treatment course is different: for example, children and other patients with short disease duration can have a short treatment course, and can be cured in about one month, while patients with long disease duration can have a long treatment duration, for example, 3-5 months; in practice, the inventors found that the external lotion had excellent therapeutic effects on onychomycosis, but since the growth cycle of the toenails (from root growth to normal length) took about 10 months, the time for complete healing took about 10 months.

Note that: 1) The skin is not used when being damaged; 2) It is contraindicated for pregnant women; 3) The dosage of the baby is reduced to one fifth from zero to one year of age, and the dosage of the baby is reduced to half for the old and the weak and children.

2. Specific cases

Case 1, female 26 years old, suffered from tinea manuum for five years, and had an oval tinea mass on the back of hand at the time of first diagnosis as shown in fig. 8.1; after three months of treatment, the tinea masses disappeared and the skin on the back of the hand was smooth, as shown in fig. 8.2.

In case 2, the infant in eleven months suffers from tinea cruris, and the tinea cruris blocks are obvious as shown in figure 9.1 during the initial diagnosis; after a month of treatment, the tinea masses disappeared and the skin of the legs was smooth, as shown in fig. 9.2.

Case 3, male, 80 years old, suffered from tinea on the skin of the hands, head, chest and abdomen for decades, and had severe skin sclerosis of the hands, as shown in fig. 10.1.1 (left hand) and 10.1.2 (right hand) at the time of initial diagnosis; after four months of treatment, the skin of both hands tends to be normal, as shown in fig. 10.2.1 (left hand) and 10.2.2 (right hand), tinea capitis, and skin tinea of chest and abdomen are also relieved.

Case 4, male, 42 years old, suffered from tinea pedis, and had its sole skinned, as shown in fig. 11.1 at the time of initial diagnosis; after three months of treatment, the tinea pedis is improved, and the sole skin tends to be normal, as shown in figure 11.2.

Case 5 male, 43 years old, suffered from onychomycosis for many years, had thickened nail, as shown in fig. 12.1 at the time of initial diagnosis; after ten months of treatment, the nails tended to be substantially normal if as shown in fig. 12.2.

EXAMPLE 3 use of the lotion for external use of the invention for the treatment of psoriasis

1. Preparation of lotions

Weighing 30g of eighteen raw material medicines of angelica sinensis, cortex moutan, red paeony root, ligusticum wallichii, schizonepeta, divaricate saposhnikovia root, periostracum cicadae, radix angelicae, fructus cnidii, fructus kochiae, paniculate swallowwort root, bai\34330peel, coptis chinensis, dandelion, bunge corydalis herb, spreading hedyotis herb, liquorice and periostracum serpentis, and grinding the raw material medicines into fine powder; 60g of astragalus, radix rehmanniae and cassia twig are weighed respectively and ground into the same fine powder, and the twenty-one medicine can be prepared into 720g of medicinal powder by weight and is divided into 24 bags (about 30g of each bag) for later use.

The method of use is the same as in examples 1 and 2, with the same remarks as in example 1.

Since psoriasis is an "immortal cancer" in skin diseases, a treatment period of 6 months is generally required.

2. Specific cases

Case 1, male, age 33, suffered from psoriasis for 25 years, had tinea masses on the skin of both chest and back, and the initial diagnosis showed 13.1.1 (chest) and 13.1.2 (back); after 6 months of treatment, the skin tended to be normal and healed, as shown in fig. 13.2.1 (chest) and 13.2.2 (back).

Case 2 women, age 26, with psoriasis in the arms and whole body for 10 years, at first visit as in fig. 14.1; after 6 months of treatment, the tinea masses disappeared and the skin was smooth and tender as shown in fig. 14.2.

EXAMPLE 4 use of the lotion for external use of the present invention for the treatment of chloasma

1. Preparation of lotions

The preparation method comprises the following steps of weighing 19 raw materials of radix rehmanniae, cortex moutan, radix paeoniae rubra, ligusticum wallichii, cassia twig, herba schizonepetae, radix saposhnikoviae, periostracum cicada, radix angelicae, fructus cnidii, fructus kochiae, radix cynanchi paniculati, cortex albiziae 34330, rhizoma coptidis, dandelion, herba violae, oldenlandia diffusa, liquorice and white muscardine silkworm, grinding 30g of each raw material into fine powder, grinding 60g of each raw material of the radix astragali and the radix angelicae sinensis into the same fine powder, grinding the twenty-one raw materials into medicinal powder with the total weight of 690g, and averagely dividing the medicinal powder into 23 small bags for later use.

Black spots and brown spots are mostly seen on the faces of adult women, and the disease is characterized in that the face has symmetrical spots, no subjective symptoms exist, and the disease is aggravated after being exposed to the sun; it is also commonly seen in pregnant women or weak people, and is mostly caused by liver and kidney deficiency, stagnation of qi due to depression of the liver, and disharmony between qi and blood, and the treatment course is generally 1-3 months.

2. Specific cases

Case 1 male, 13 years old, large brown spot on the back and chest, difficult to be pruritus, as shown in fig. 15.1 at the time of first diagnosis; after one month treatment, it was substantially eliminated as shown in fig. 15.2.

Case 2, female, age 62, with dark brown spots on both lower extremities, was not photographed since the initial visit was not sure, fig. 16.1 is the treatment to one month; after the treatment is continued for three months, the spots are eliminated, and the skin is clean, as shown in figure 16.2.

Case 3, male, 15 years old, with deep color, and deep-colored ring-shaped brown spots in the axilla before chest, as shown in fig. 17.1 at the time of initial diagnosis; after two months of treatment, the brown spots become lighter in color and are basically cured, as shown in figure 17.2.

Example 5 use of the topical lotion of the present invention for treating common warts, flat warts, filiform warts, toe warts, and condyloma acuminatum caused by human papillomavirus infection

1. Preparation of lotions

Weighing 30g of raw material medicines of astragalus mongholicus, radix rehmanniae, angelica sinensis, cortex moutan, radix paeoniae rubra, ligusticum wallichii, schizonepeta, radix sileris, periostracum cicada, radix angelicae, fructus cnidii, fructus kochiae, radix cynanchi paniculatae, cortex periplocae 34330es, coptis chinensis, dandelion, herba violae, oldenlandia diffusa, liquorice, agastache rugosus, calamus, spina gleditsiae, radix sophorae flavescentis and equiseti hiemalis, and grinding into fine powder; 60g of cassia twig is taken and ground into the same fine powder, and the twenty-five medicines can be prepared into medicine powder with the total weight of 780g and are evenly divided into 26 packets for later use.

The common wart, flat wart, filiform wart, toe wart, pointed condyloma and the like caused by the human papilloma virus infection are characterized in that: the skin is easily exposed on skin parts such as hands, head, face and neck, the skin damage is flat papule with the size of rice grains or sorghum grains, slightly higher than the skin surface, light brown, not itchy or slightly itchy, the appearance is affected, and the skin is lingering and difficult to heal; infection of women's cervix with human papilloma virus can cause gynecological inflammation or cervical cancer. Generally, the treatment period needs 3 months.

2. Specific case

Case 1, female age 29, suffered from toe warts for more than one year, had difficulty in sustaining pain during walking, and was initially diagnosed as shown in fig. 18.1; after three months of treatment, the patient can be cured basically, as shown in figure 18.2.

In case 2, the female is 62 years old, the cervical wart is more than three years old, a plurality of bulges grow on the skin of the neck, and the initial diagnosis is as shown in fig. 19.1; after three months of treatment, the wart bumps were removed and the skin was smooth, as shown in fig. 19.2.

Case 3, female, age 48, with common wart in chest for more than one year, at first visit as shown in fig. 20.1; after three months of treatment, the breast skin is smooth after recovery, as shown in figure 20.2.

1. A lotion for external use for treating and preventing skin diseases, characterized in that: comprises the raw material medicaments of astragalus, rehmannia root, angelica, cortex moutan, red paeony root, szechuan lovage rhizome, cassia twig, fineleaf schizonepeta herb, divaricate saposhnikovia root, cicada slough, dahurian angelica root, common cnidium fruit, belvedere fruit, paniculate swallowwort root, white rice 34330;, bark, golden thread, dandelion, bunge corydalis herb, spreading hedyotis herb and liquoric root.

2. The lotion for external use for treating and preventing skin diseases according to claim 1, wherein: the raw materials are weighed according to equal quantity, then ground into fine powder, and packaged according to 30g +/-2 g/bag for later use.

3. The lotion for external use for treating and preventing skin diseases according to claim 2, wherein: the raw material medicines also comprise snake slough; wherein the dosage of the cassia twig serving as the raw material medicine is doubled, and other raw material medicines are weighed according to the same quantity.

4. The lotion for external use for treating and preventing skin diseases according to claim 2, wherein: the raw material medicines also comprise snake slough; the amount of the three raw material medicines of the astragalus, the radix rehmanniae and the cassia twig is doubled, and the other raw material medicines are weighed according to the equal amount.
