Description
Technical Field
The application relates to a traditional Chinese medicine preparation, in particular to an external lotion for treating and preventing skin diseases.
Background
The skin diseases are various, including eczema, neurodermatitis, dermatophytosis, tinea manus and pedis, psoriasis, black spots and brown spots, verruca vulgaris, flat wart, filiform wart, toe wart, condyloma acuminatum and the like caused by human papillomavirus (HPV positive), and have the characteristics of long course of disease, easiness and repeatability, difficulty in curing, people affliction and high cost, for example, psoriasis is called as 'dead cancer', and pessimistic expression of 'medical treatment without asthma, surgical treatment without tinea, tinea treatment without face' is also carried out between workshops.
The pathogenesis of skin diseases is not limited by external factors (exogenous factors) and internal factors (endogenous factors) of the body. The external factors are pathogenic factors of wind, cold, dampness, heat, insects and toxins; the internal factors are mainly related to the emotion, such as poor mood, excessive heart fire, stagnation of liver-qi, depression of liver-qi into fire, or eating preference over eating pungent and thick flavor, or staying up at night, fatigue, impairment of healthy qi, insufficient movement, damp-heat, accumulation of body, excessive sexual overstrain, kidney-qi damage, etc. Because pathogenic wind-cold-dampness-heat-toxin is blocked in the skin, the interior cannot be cleared, the exterior cannot be cleared, nutrient and defensive qi are not compatible, qi and blood are not transported, and the skin is not nourished, so that various skin diseases are caused.
The skin diseases not only affect normal interpersonal interaction, but also can lead the physical and mental fatigue of patients to be afflicted, thereby affecting work and study. The deep feeling responsibility of the patient is important as a traditional Chinese medicine person whenever the patient is seen to leave from full hope and craving to helplessness and anese. How to find a Chinese medicine treatment method which is economical, practical, safe, reliable and definite in curative effect, so as to meet urgent requirements of skin disease patients, and the Chinese medicine treatment method is used as a mission for the Chinese medicine people to blame for side credits.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present application provides an external lotion for treating and preventing skin diseases, which can effectively treat skin disease symptoms of patients and alleviate economic stress of patients.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the application adopts the following technical scheme:
the application relates to an external lotion for treating and preventing skin diseases, which comprises 20 traditional Chinese medicines of astragalus, dried rehmannia root, angelica, cortex moutan, red paeony root, szechuan lovage rhizome, cassia twig, fineleaf schizonepeta herb, divaricate saposhnikovia root, cicada slough, dahurian angelica root, common cnidium fruit, belvedere fruit, paniculate swallowwort root, baipi, coptis root, dandelion, bunge corydalis herb, oldenlandia diffusa and liquorice.
When in manufacture, each medicine in the raw materials is respectively weighed according to equal quantity and is crushed into fine powder (respectively crushed into powder and mixed or mixed and crushed into powder), and is packaged and stored for standby according to 30 g+/-2 g/packet; if each medicine is weighed according to 30g and then is ground into fine powder (because the medicine is external fine powder with about 100 meshes), twenty medicines can be prepared into powder with the total weight of 600g, and the powder is divided into 20 bags on average.
When in use, a pack (about 30 g) of medicinal powder is taken each time, 2000ml of clear water is added, the fire is turned off after the medicinal liquid is boiled for one minute, the affected part is washed for 10-30 minutes when the medicinal liquid is placed at about 50 ℃ (the temperature of the medicinal liquid is kept at about 50 ℃ in the washing process), and the medicinal liquid on the skin is washed clean by warm water after the washing is finished.
The compatibility principle of the recipe is as follows:
monarch drug: astragalus root, dried rehmannia root.
Astragalus root, radix astragali, sweet in flavor, enters the spleen and lung meridians, supplements qi and raises yang, and holds toxin out, is the core of the whole prescription, and belongs to yang; the dried rehmannia root has sweet, bitter and slightly cold flavor, enters heart, liver and kidney channels, nourishes yin, clears heat, cools blood and enriches blood, and belongs to yin; the two medicines are matched to balance yin and yang, tonify qi and yin, strengthen body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors, nourish heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney, and promote the production of radix astragali and the effect of the monarch drug.
In the book of Jingyue, the person who is good for tonifying yang needs to ask for yang in yin, but yang is assisted by yin and is biochemically endless; for yin-nourishing, yin is required to be retained in yang, so yin is required to ascend and spring is not used. The Chinese medicinal composition is in line with the teaching and learning of the teachers, is the soul of the whole prescription, and is half of the work after the two medicaments are used.
Ministerial drugs: ramulus Cinnamomi, fructus Cnidii, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, and herba Taraxaci.
The four medicines are ministerial medicines of the whole prescription, and each of the four ministerial medicines is one of wind cold, rheumatism, heat toxin and blood stasis, and no matter which disease magic can escape from the hands of the four marshals:
ramulus Cinnamomi: pungent and sweet in flavor, warm in nature, it is indicated for heart, lung and bladder meridians, dispelling cold and relieving exterior syndrome, warming meridians and activating meridians, activating yang and qi-flowing. Skin diseases are always accompanied by damp evil, dampness is yin evil, enters the category of drinking symptoms, and the religious clary is an antipyretic in Jingui Yao Lloyd, so that people with disease phlegm retention are warned by the antipyretic and the cassia twig is the first choice. The principal drug of the decoction of ramulus Cinnamomi in the first party is ramulus Cinnamomi.
Fructus Cnidii: pungent and bitter taste, warm nature, entering kidney meridian, being spicy and hot, dispelling powder, warming kidney and strengthening yang, eliminating dampness and dispelling wind, killing parasites and relieving itching, and removing serious damp.
Ligusticum wallichii: pungent in flavor and fragrant in nature, entering liver, gall and pericardium meridian can promote energy and dispel energy, and there is "Chuan Xiong goes up head and eyes, down regulates menstruation and relieves stagnation in the stomach" in Ben Cao Hui Yan, it can be said that there is no time, no obstruction and no dispersion. In Japanese China herbal, chuan Xiong is good at treating all wind, all qi, all blood and all strain. Chuan Xiong is also a member of the recipe for resolving stasis and resolving masses.
Dandelion: bitter, sweet and cold in taste, enters liver, gall and pericardium meridian, clears away heat and toxic materials, eliminates stagnation and detumescence, removes dampness and promotes urination, and is suitable for all infection suppurative diseases.
Adjuvant drug: herba schizonepetae, radix sileris, radix angelicae, periostracum cicada, fructus kochiae, paniculate swallowwort root, whiteskin, angelica sinensis, cortex moutan, radix paeoniae rubra, herba violae, oldenlandia diffusa and coptis chinensis. Wherein the method comprises the steps of
Schizonepeta, divaricate saposhnikovia root, dahurian angelica root and cicada slough are used for assisting cassia twig to relieve exterior syndrome and eliminate pathogenic factors: the schizonepeta herb is pungent in flavor and fragrant in nature, enters liver and lung meridians, and is mild in nature, and mainly takes pungent and dispersed wind dispelling effects; prevent the flavor from being spicy and sweet and warm, enter the liver, spleen and bladder channels, dispel wind and relieve exterior syndrome, and treat all wind evil; radix Angelicae Dahuricae is pungent in flavor and fragrant in nature, and is commonly used for treating leukorrhagia due to its stomach meridian, dispelling pathogenic wind and cold, removing yang, eliminating turbid dampness; periostracum Cicadae taste and slight salty nature and cold property, enter liver and lung meridians, clear lung qi and surface qi, and can ascend and descend;
fructus Kochiae, radix Cynanchi Paniculati, baipi and fructus Cnidii dry dampness, dispel wind and relieve itching: kochiae fructus with bitter taste and cold property can enter kidney and bladder channels, can dispel and reduce heat, remove dampness, dispel wind and relieve itching, remove damp-heat from urine, slightly float, and remove skin, and can remove accumulated heat in skin and remove skin external dampness and itching; the paniculate swallowwort root has the pungent and bitter taste and warm nature, enters liver and stomach channels, and dispels wind and relieves itching; bai it is bitter and slightly pungent in flavor, cold in nature, enters spleen and stomach channels, and is capable of dispersing qi and mutton smell, and can be used for dispelling wind, eliminating dampness, relieving itching, clearing heat and detoxicating, andwart eliminating scar, and can be used for going up and down, and going into expression;
angelica sinensis, cortex moutan and radix paeoniae rubra are used for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis in the middle part and removing stagnation in the skin: angelica sinensis is Gan Xinwei bitter, warm in nature, enters heart, liver and spleen meridians, and is dispersed in fragrance Yu Hang, so that the Chinese angelica can be raised and lowered, and blood is enriched and blood is activated; cortex moutan is bitter and slightly cold in flavor, and has effects of clearing heat and cooling blood, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and entering heart, liver and kidney meridians. Although cold but not congealing and stasis, pungent but not scattered, the same applies to both blood and stasis heat; red peony root has the pungent and bitter nature and slight cold property entering liver meridian, xin Sanyu knots, and is cold to clear blood heat, cool blood to activate blood stasis, detumescence and dissipate stagnation;
herba Violae, herba Hedyotidis Diffusae, rhizoma Coptidis, herba Taraxaci, and herba Taraxaci, by clearing away heat and toxic materials: di Ding Wei, bitter and cold in nature, enters heart and liver meridians, clears away heat and toxic materials and eliminates carbuncles, and dandelion and bunge are stronger in detoxifying effect when being used together; hedyotidis Diffusae has sweet and bland taste, cool property, and enters lung, liver and stomach meridians, and has the effects of clearing heat, promoting diuresis, removing toxicity, resisting cancer, relieving swelling, pain, dispelling wind and removing blood stasis; the coptis root has bitter and cold flavor, enters large intestine channels of heart, stomach, liver and gall, clears away heat and dampness, clears away heart-fire and restlessness, purges fire and detoxifies, assists dandelion and strengthens the heat and detoxifies;
the medicine is prepared from liquorice: licorice root, radix Glycyrrhizae, having a sweet nature, enters the twelve meridians to replenish the spleen and replenish qi, clear away heat and toxic materials and harmonize the drugs.
The prescription comprising twenty traditional Chinese medicines belongs to a basic prescription, is suitable for effectively treating various skin diseases, and has particularly obvious treatment effects on eczema and neurodermatitis.
If snake slough is added in the basic prescription, and the usage amount of the cassia twig is doubled, and other raw materials are still weighed according to the same amount, the prepared lotion has better targeted treatment effect on skin tinea and tinea manus and pedis: tinea pedis and tinea manus are fungal infectious skin diseases, the body of damp-heat feels exogenous insect pathogen and blocks the body surface, and the tinea is related to abuse of ointment, and the ointment is suitable for fungal growth when being smeared on the skin; the added snake slough has sweet and salty taste, enters lung meridian, and can release wind and detoxify, and assist dandelion in detoxifying, killing parasites and relieving itching; because the skin disease is always accompanied by damp, the dampness is yin evil, the cassia twig can activate yang and promote qi circulation, and the dosage of the cassia twig is enhanced (the dosage of the cassia twig is doubled), as if the cassia twig is left as a photograph, and the haze is self-dispersed.
When the preparation method is used, if the cassia twig is weighed and ground into fine powder according to 60g, the other twenty medicines are still weighed and ground into fine powder according to 30g, and twenty-one medicines can be prepared into medicinal powder with the total weight of 660g, and the medicinal powder is divided into 22 bags on average.
When in use, a bag (about 30 g) of the medicinal powder is taken, 2000ml of clear water is added, the fire is turned off after the medicinal powder is boiled for one minute, the affected part is cleaned when the medicinal liquid is put to about 50 ℃ for about 10-30 minutes (the temperature of the medicinal liquid is kept at about 50 ℃ in the cleaning process), and the medicinal liquid on the skin is cleaned by warm water once a day after the cleaning is finished.
If snake slough is added in the basic prescription, and the dosage of three raw materials of astragalus, radix rehmanniae and cassia twig is doubled, and the other raw materials are weighed according to the same amount, the prepared lotion has better targeted treatment effect on psoriasis: the pathogenesis of the psoriasis is that the disease causes are mainly weakness of spleen and stomach, deficiency of qi and blood, excessive drinking, damage to vital qi, and re-sense of exogenous evil, and the evil of yin cold dampness toxin invades blood system, and the vital qi is deficient, weak to eliminate evil and is blocked by qi and blood stasis of muscle surface; in view of the pathogenesis of deficiency-cold, dampness and toxin are interwoven, the treatment is better when oral administration (the oral administration of the medicine is not in the consideration of the application) and external washing are added, and the treatment is carried out simultaneously: the added snake slough is sweet and salty in taste, has flat property, enters liver meridian, dispels wind and calms convulsion, detoxifies and relieves itching, and assists the dandelion in detoxication; because the psoriasis is heavily treated in strengthening body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors, the application uses astragalus root to play the roles of tonifying qi and raising yang and expelling toxin, uses radix rehmanniae to strengthen the qi-tonifying and yin-nourishing effects, uses cassia twig to activate yang and qi, warms meridians and dredges vessels, and expels the pathogenic factors of cold-dampness toxin outside the body.
If the silkworm larva is added in the basic prescription, the dosage of the two raw materials of the astragalus and the angelica is doubled, and the other raw materials are weighed according to the same amount, the prepared lotion has better targeted treatment effect on black spots and brown spots: the silkworm larva has the advantages of being Xin Xianxing flat in taste, entering liver and lung channels, being light in body channeling, being capable of ascending and descending, resolving masses and detoxifying, dispelling wind and relieving itching, moisturizing and whitening, andeliminating spots; the dosage of the two raw materials of astragalus and angelica is doubled, and the functions of reinforcing qi, nourishing blood and strengthening body resistance can be achieved.
If agastache rugosus, calamus, spina gleditsiae, radix sophorae flavescentis and scouring rush are added in the basic prescription, and the usage amount of the cassia twig serving as the raw material is doubled, and the other raw material medicines are weighed according to the same amount, the prepared lotion has better targeted treatment effects on verruca vulgaris, flat wart, filiform wart, toe wart, condyloma acuminatum and the like caused by human papillomavirus infection:
human papillomaviruses (HPV positives) are a highly infectious, extremely dangerous sexually transmitted disease (latency is typically one to eight months), and are classified into high-risk types that can cause cervical cancer, oropharyngeal cancer, anogenital cancer, etc., and low-risk types that can cause verruca vulgaris, flat warts, filiform warts, toe warts, condyloma acuminatum, etc. The human papillomavirus has simple structure and consists of a nucleic acid long chain (DNA or RNA) and a protein shell, is a simple chemical substance without vital activity before entering human cells, can replicate and reproduce by using substances and energy in the cells only after entering the cells, and has the symptoms of insufficient vital qi of a body, insufficient striae and striae, pathogenic wind-damp, pathogenic factors, poor circulation of qi and blood, qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm coagulation and verruca aggregation.
Aiming at the pathogenesis of the disease, the method adopts a large treatment method of warming yang, tonifying qi, nourishing blood, strengthening body resistance, dispelling wind, relieving itching, softening hardness, resolving hard mass, resolving dampness and detoxifying: the wrinkled giant hyssop taste added in the basic prescription is pungent and slightly warm, qi is aromatic to promote dispersion, and the wrinkled giant hyssop taste enters the lung channel of the spleen and stomach to invigorate the spleen and avoid dirt; the pungent nature of the grassleaf sweetflag rhizome has fragrant smell, enters the heart, liver and stomach meridians, and can avoid the pathogenic factors of turbid urine and excite the qi of clear yang; the kuh-seng has bitter and cold properties, enters large intestine, spleen, stomach and small intestine channels, and can clear heat and dry dampness, cool blood and expel wind and kill parasites; the scouring rush herb is sweet and bitter in taste, slightly cold in nature, enters liver, gall and lung channels, and can disperse wind and heat to remove food retention; the spina gleditsiae has pungent and warm nature, enters liver, lung and stomach meridians, is pungent and dispersed and is warm to remove blood vessels, can dispel toxin in blood, and has strong wind-searching and insect-killing effects; the human papillomavirus infection is caused by pathogenic wind-damp evil in the muscle surface, so that qi stagnation, blood stasis and phlegm coagulation are caused, and the auxiliary use of a plurality of cassia twig can play a role in enhancing the effects of resolving phlegm, removing turbidity and improving the curative effect.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the following advantages:
the treatment principle of the application is to tonify qi, nourish yin, dispel wind, release exterior, clear away heat and toxic material, remove blood stasis and dissipate stagnation. Not only can treat various skin diseases, but also can prevent virus infectious diseases, especially human papillomavirus infectious diseases, and has outstanding effect by washing; meanwhile, all traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the prescription are conventional medicinal materials, and no rare and expensive medicament exists, so the price is low, the medicament cost of one day is only about 10 yuan, and the liquid medicament which is used for the first time can be reused after being boiled and disinfected, so that the treatment cost is greatly reduced, and good news is brought to a large number of economic and safe patients.
The inventor starts from the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, and repeatedly practices in clinic for years, and observes from theory to practice, and then from practice to theory, the obtained external lotion has good curative effects on the treatment of various skin diseases, wherein the effective rate of treating eczema is up to 90%, the effective rate of treating neurodermatitis is up to 80%, the effective rate of treating tinea pedis and tinea manus is up to 80%, the effective rate of treating psoriasis is up to 50%, the effective rate of treating black spot brown spot is up to 60%, and the effective rate of treating common wart, flat wart, filiform wart, toe wart and the like caused by human papillomavirus (HPV positive) is up to 80%.
The external lotion is safe to use, and has no obvious toxic or side effect or anaphylaxis after clinical observation for many years. The external lotion has simple processing method of the medicine, and only needs to be crushed into powder; is also suitable for large-scale production, and the weight parts of the raw materials are proportionally enlarged.

Detailed Description
The lotion of the present application will be described in more detail below with specific cured cases to facilitate understanding by those skilled in the art.
EXAMPLE 1 application of the external lotion of the present application in treating eczema and neurodermatitis
1. Preparing a lotion:
the raw materials of astragalus, dried rehmannia root, chinese angelica, cortex moutan, red paeony root, szechuan lovage rhizome, cassia twig, fineleaf schizonepeta herb, divaricate saposhnikovia root, cicada slough, dahurian angelica root, common cnidium fruit, belvedere fruit, paniculate swallowwort root, whiteskin, coptis root, dandelion, bunge corydalis herb, spreading hedyotis herb and liquoric root are taken as 20 ingredients, 30g of each ingredient is weighed and ground into fine powder (the fine powder is obtained by grinding into about 100 meshes for external use, the fine powder is obtained by grinding into the following steps), and twenty ingredients can be prepared into powder with the total weight of 600g and are averagely divided into 20 packets for standby.
When in use, 2000ml of clean water is added into each bag (about 30 g) of the medicine powder, the medicine powder is boiled for one minute, then the fire is turned off, the medicine liquid is put to about 50 ℃ for cleaning the affected part for 10-30 minutes (the temperature of the medicine liquid is kept at about 50 ℃ in the cleaning process), and the medicine liquid on the skin is cleaned by warm clean water after the cleaning is finished.
Because skin rash is aggravated at night and itch, the skin rash is generally washed outside before sleeping, and the skin rash can rest stably after washing; the itch in daytime can be caused by warm and swabbing with liquid (generally, washing out once or twice a day). If the traditional Chinese medicine is particularly serious, the traditional Chinese medicine can be matched for oral administration under the guidance of doctors. The primary or the patient with lighter symptoms can be healed in one or two days, and the curing time of the chronic eczema is relatively prolonged due to repeated attacks or patients who are frequently treated by ointment. The course of treatment of eczema is generally 1-5 months.
Notice that: 1) The skin is damaged; 2) Is contraindicated for pregnant women; 3) The dosage of babies from zero to one year old is reduced by one fifth, and the dosage of the old, the weak and the children is reduced by half; 4) The skin erythema is increased after the medicine is used for washing, which is a normal treatment phenomenon, is a necessary reaction for excreting damp and heat in the body outwards, generally disappears in two or three days, the more the accumulated metabolites in the body are discharged, the longer the discharge time can be, and the skin erythema can be thoroughly cured only after the process. The external lotion has not found anaphylaxis in patients after long-time clinical observation.
2. Specific cases

Case 6 men, 93 years old, double lower limb hypertrophic neurodermatitis for decades and skin itch, which causes that the men cannot sleep steadily at night, and the first visit is as shown in fig. 6.1; the patient can fall asleep at night after administration, and the patient is cured after two months of continuous treatment, as shown in fig. 6.2.
Case 7A baby bites the foot by an unknown insect, the initial diagnosis is shown in fig. 7.1, the whole foot surface is red and swollen, and the swelling is basically reduced after two times of daily treatment of the bath, as shown in fig. 7.2. The externally applied lotion has a certain treatment effect on mosquito bites.
Example 2 application of the external lotion of the present application in treating tinea skin, tinea manus and tinea pedis
1. Preparing a lotion:
20 raw materials of astragalus, dried rehmannia root, chinese angelica, tree peony bark, red paeony root, szechuan lovage rhizome, fineleaf schizonepeta herb, divaricate saposhnikovia root, cicada slough, dahurian angelica root, common cnidium fruit, belvedere fruit, paniculate swallowwort root, whiteskin, coptis root, dandelion, bunge corydalis herb, spreading hedyotis herb, liquoric root and snake slough are weighed, 30g of each raw material is weighed and ground into fine powder; 60g of cassia twig is weighed and crushed into the same fine powder, twenty-one medicines can be prepared into powder with the total weight of 660g, and the powder is divided into 22 bags (about 30g per bag) for standby.
When in use, a bag (about 30 g) of the medicinal powder is taken, 2000ml of clear water is added, the fire is turned off after the medicinal powder is boiled for one minute, the affected part is cleaned when the medicinal liquid is put to about 50 ℃ for about 10-30 minutes (the temperature of the medicinal liquid is kept at about 50 ℃ in the cleaning process), and the medicinal liquid on the skin is cleaned by warm clear water once a day after the cleaning is finished.
The initial stage of the skin tinea is usually skin eczema, and the skin eczema can be temporarily relieved after the ointment is applied, but the skin eczema is easy to repeatedly attack and finally turns into skin tinea. The treatment of the tinea is to treat the tinea according to the disease condition of patients with different treatment periods: for example, patients with short illness time such as children can be cured after a period of treatment is short, and patients with long illness time can be cured after about one month, for example, the patients can be cured after 3-5 months; in practice, the inventor found that the external lotion also has a good therapeutic effect on toenails, but since the growth cycle of toenails (from root length to normal length) takes about 10 months, the time for complete cure is also about 10 months.
Notice that: 1) The skin is damaged; 2) Is contraindicated for pregnant women; 3) The dosage of babies from zero to one year old is reduced by one fifth, and the dosage of the aged, the weak and children is reduced by half.
2. Specific cases
