Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of antibacterial disinfection, and particularly relates to a herbal wash-free gel and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The washing-free gel enables people to clean hands rapidly at any time and any place without water, soap or towels, the hands can be directly kneaded after the gel is extruded out until the hands are dry, the gel can be volatilized in the process of kneading the hands, and the hands are dry and not sticky after the washing-free gel is used. The common washing-free gel mainly comprises a washing gel compatible with chemical reagents and a washing-free gel of traditional Chinese medicine components, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine washing-free gel is taken as a pure natural source substance, so that the traditional Chinese medicine washing-free gel has less toxic and side effects and is favored by consumers.
However, the current herbal leave-on gel generally has the problems of more raw materials and darker color, for example, the patent with application publication number CN113081928a discloses a plant bacteriostatic gel and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the raw materials comprise forsythia extract, bletilla striata extract, sophora flavescens extract, peony root extract, honeysuckle extract, phellodendron extract, aloe juice, essential oil and the like; also for example, patent publication No. CN111658595A discloses a method for preparing natural plant small molecular group cell sap for use in disposable gel products, which comprises, as raw materials, taxus chinensis branch and leaf cell sap, mulberry leaf, cacumen Platycladi, litsea pungens, artemisia argyi leaf, citrus depressa, osmanthus fragrans, ecliptae herba, bambusa branch and leaf, flos Chrysanthemi Indici, bark of young bird's foot, osmanthus fragrans leaf and fruit, cell sap extracted from folium Pelargonii Graveolentis, aloe Barbadensis extract, carbomer, and argentum solution. The large amount of raw materials increases the difficulty of obtaining the raw materials; in addition, the traditional Chinese medicine is generally darker and contains more chlorophyll, so that the traditional Chinese medicine extract is darker, the prepared wash-free gel is darker, and the skin color and the appearance are influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation process of herbal wash-free gel, so as to reduce raw materials and reduce the color depth of the wash-free gel.
The preparation process of the herbal wash-free gel comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps of preparing a herbal medicine, wherein the herbal medicine comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 to 4 portions of purslane, 1 to 2 portions of honeysuckle and 0.5 to 1.5 portions of common bletilla tuber tablets; placing purslane into n-butanol solution for cold soaking for 20-30 h, and then filtering to obtain purslane dregs; then mixing the purslane herb residues, the honeysuckle and the bletilla striata tablets, performing heating reflux extraction for 2-3 times by using 75% ethanol-water, wherein each time lasts for 1.5-2.5 h, then filtering, combining the filtrates, performing rotary evaporation, recovering, concentrating, and performing vacuum freeze drying to obtain an extract;
step two, uniformly stirring carbomer and water according to the weight ratio of 1 to 65-75, carrying out water bath at the temperature of 45-55 ℃ for 15-25 min, adding triethanolamine after swelling, uniformly stirring, and adjusting the pH value to 6-7 to obtain a solution A; then taking the extract with the same weight as carbomer, adding the extract into 75% ethanol-water with the weight of 8-12 times of that of the extract to dissolve the extract to obtain solution B; and mixing the solution A and the solution B, adding purified water with the weight being 20 times that of carbomer for dilution, and uniformly stirring to obtain the herbal wash-free gel.
The beneficial effect of this scheme: according to the scheme, only purslane, honeysuckle and bletilla striata tablets are selected as herbal raw materials, and the weight ratio of the purslane, the honeysuckle and the bletilla striata tablets is set to be 2-4: 1 to 2: 0.5-1.5, and during preparation, 75% ethanol-water is used for heating reflux extraction of the herbs, so that antibacterial ingredients in the raw materials overflow, and the prepared wash-free gel is ensured to have good antibacterial effect. In addition, the purslane is soaked in the n-butyl alcohol solution, so that a large amount of chlorophyll in the purslane is lost, and the honeysuckle and the bletilla striata tablets are lighter in color, so that the prepared wash-free gel is lighter in color depth close to skin color, easy to accept, free of trace and better in appearance.
Further, in the first step, before the purslane herb residue is mixed with the honeysuckle and the bletilla striata tablets, 75% ethanol is used for washing the purslane herb residue. Residual n-butanol and chlorophyll on the purslane dregs are further washed away by washing.
Further, the Chinese herbal medicine comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 parts of purslane, 1.5 parts of honeysuckle and 0.5-1.5 parts of rhizoma bletillae tablets. The washing-free gel prepared by adopting the proportion has better antibacterial effect.
Further, in the second step, the weight ratio of the carbomer to the water is 1.
Based on the selection of raw materials and the improvement of a preparation process, the herbal leave-on gel prepared by the application has a good antibacterial effect, and particularly has a good inhibition effect on pseudomonas aeruginosa, candida albicans, staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli. The herbal wash-free gel prepared by the preparation process is also within the protection scope of the application.
