Fig. 1 illustrates a schematic structural diagram of a projection screen according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the projection screen includes: the device comprises a base 1, a curling mechanism 2, a lifting mechanism 3 and a curtain sheet 4.
Wherein, the base 1 is used for providing a positioning base for the curling mechanism 2 and the lifting mechanism 3 so as to fix the curtain sheet 4 on the curling mechanism 2 and the lifting mechanism 3.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the curling mechanism 2 and the lifting mechanism 3 are both limited on the base 1; the first side of curtain 4 and 2 fixed connection of curling mechanism, the second side and the 3 fixed connection of elevating system of curtain 4, first side and second side are relative.
As shown in fig. 1, the base 1 includes a base 11 and a receiving portion 12, the base 11 is located in the receiving portion 12, and the curling mechanism 2 and the lifting mechanism 3 are both limited on the base 11, so that the curling mechanism 2 and the lifting mechanism 3 are shielded by the receiving portion 12, and the aesthetic property of the projection screen is improved. In addition, when the screen 4 is stored, the screen is accommodated in the accommodating portion 12, thereby preventing dust from falling on the screen 4 and preventing the screen 4 from being damaged due to collision of foreign objects.
Besides the screen 4, the accommodating portion 12 can accommodate the projection host, and the accommodating portion 12 can accommodate the projection host to integrate the projection screen and the projection host. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 1, the accommodating portion 12 has a light-transmitting area 121 and an opening 122, the curtain sheet 4 can extend out of the opening 122 and expand, and the light beam emitted from the projection host can exit to the curtain sheet 4 through the light-transmitting area 121.
The specific structures of the curling mechanism 2 and the lifting mechanism 3 can refer to the related art, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto. Illustratively, the winding mechanism 2 has a rotatable drum, and a first side of the screen 4 is fixedly connected to the drum. As shown in fig. 1, the lifting mechanism 3 comprises a first lifting frame 31 and a cross beam 32, the first lifting frame 31 is limited on the base 1, the first lifting frame 31 is connected with the cross beam 32, and the second side edge of the curtain sheet 4 is fixedly connected with the cross beam 32. Thus, the curtain sheet 4 can be retracted or extended by the lifting and lowering of the first lifting frame 31 in cooperation with the rotation of the winding drum of the winding mechanism 2. Wherein, first crane 31 is for cutting fork formula crane, foldable crane or the formula crane that contracts of rising.
When first crane 31 is for cutting fork crane or foldable crane, first crane 31 passes through the rotatable spacing of articulated shaft on base 1, and when first crane 31 was the lift formula crane that contracts, first crane 31 passes through fixed screw etc. and fixes spacing on base 1.
In this application embodiment, curtain 4 is the rectangle structure, and the first side and the second side of curtain 4 are the lower side and the last side of curtain 4 promptly, and the display screen on the curtain 4 also can adjust to the rectangle structure to the display area who covers curtain 4 is paved, thereby improves the display effect of display screen on the curtain 4.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the curtain sheet 4 includes an optical film 41, and a first side and a second side of the optical film 41 are fixedly connected to the curling mechanism 2 and the lifting mechanism 3, respectively. The optical film 41 is a white plastic screen, a gray plastic screen, a black grid screen or a rollable PETPLETETHALE or PET composite film designed with a Fresnel structure.
In order to connect the optical film 41 to the curling mechanism 2 and the lifting mechanism 3, the optical film 41 is large in size, which increases the cost. On the other hand, when the optical film 41 is used, the screen is displayed only in the irradiation area corresponding to the projection beam, and thus, in order to reduce the cost of the screen 4, the screen can be displayed by using the optical film 41 having a size as large as the irradiation area corresponding to the projection beam. Illustratively, the size of the optical membrane 41 is 1661 mm 934 mm.
In order to connect the curtain sheet 4 to the curling mechanism 2 and the lifting mechanism 3 and support the optical film 41, in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the curtain sheet 4 includes an optical film 41 and a flexible carrier 42, a back surface of the optical film 41 is fixed on the flexible carrier 42, and a first side and a second side of the flexible carrier 42 are respectively fixedly connected to the curling mechanism 2 and the lifting mechanism 3.
The flexible carrier 42 is made of a material that is not easily deformed and has a high tensile strength, so as to ensure the curling of the flexible carrier 42 and avoid the deformation of the flexible carrier 42 under the action of an external force. Illustratively, the flexible carrier 42 is a synthetic fabric made of non-deformable polyester yarn with high tensile strength.
Here, the dimension of the optical film 41 in the length direction of the curling mechanism 2 is smaller than the dimension of the flexible carrier 42 in the length direction of the curling mechanism 2, that is, the width of the optical film 41 is smaller than the width of the flexible carrier 42. In this way, when the optical film 41 is bonded to the flexible carrier 42, the edge of the optical film 41 can be prevented from protruding from the flexible carrier 42, and the fixing efficiency of the optical film 41 can be improved.
Of course, as shown in fig. 3, the dimension of the optical film 41 in the length direction of the curling mechanism 2 may also be equal to the dimension of the flexible carrier 42 in the length direction of the curling mechanism 2, that is, the width of the optical film 41 is equal to the width of the flexible carrier 42. This facilitates alignment of the optical film 41 with the edges of the flexible carrier 42 when securing the optical film 41, thereby reducing the size of the curtain 4.
In the embodiment of the application, when the lifting mechanism 3 cooperates with the curling mechanism 2 to cause the curtain sheet 4 to be unfolded, the left side and the right side of the curtain sheet 4 are not restricted, and at the moment, the curtain sheet 4 is easy to wrinkle and curl along the direction perpendicular to the left side due to self factors, so that the display picture on the curtain sheet 4 is deformed, and the display effect is poor. Thus, as shown in fig. 4, the projection screen further includes: a first smoothing mechanism 5 and a second smoothing mechanism 6; first mechanism 5, the second mechanism 6 of smoothing all contacts with curtain 4, and first mechanism 5 of smoothing can be rotated to the part that the curtain 4 is close to the third side by first side or second side, and second mechanism 6 of smoothing can be rotated to the part that the curtain 4 is close to the fourth side by first side or second side, and the third side is relative with the fourth side.
The first smoothing mechanism 5 and the second smoothing mechanism 6 may rotate in the process of unfolding the curtain sheet 4, or rotate after unfolding the curtain sheet 4, as long as the effect of smoothing the curtain sheet 4 is achieved, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the same. The third side and the fourth side of the curtain sheet 4 are the left side and the right side of the curtain sheet 4. In this way, the first smoothing mechanism 5 and the second smoothing mechanism 6 are both in contact with the curtain sheet 4, so that the first smoothing mechanism 5 and the second smoothing mechanism 6 have a smoothing effect towards the left side and the right side of the curtain sheet 4 when rotating, and the flatness of the central area of the curtain sheet 4 is ensured; the first smoothing mechanism 5 rotates to the part of the curtain sheet 4 close to the third side edge, and the second smoothing mechanism 6 rotates to the part of the curtain sheet 4 close to the fourth side edge, so that the restraint on the left side edge and the right side edge of the curtain sheet 4 can be realized, the problem that the curtain sheet 4 is folded and curled is solved, the problem that a display picture on the curtain sheet 4 is deformed is solved, and the display effect is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the first smoothing mechanism 5 includes a first rotating motor 51 and a first smoothing rod 52, an output shaft of the first rotating motor 51 is fixedly connected to one end of the first smoothing rod 52, the first smoothing rod 52 is attached to the curtain sheet 4, and the first rotating motor 51 is configured to drive the first smoothing rod 52 to rotate from the first side or the second side of the curtain sheet 4 to a portion of the curtain sheet 4 close to the third side when the curtain sheet 4 is unfolded.
Like this, can realize smoothing to curtain 4 at the rotatory in-process of first smoothing pole 52 to guarantee the roughness of curtain 4, in addition, after first smoothing pole 52 rotates to the part that curtain 4 is close to the third side, can form the restraint to the part that curtain 4 is close to the third side, avoid the part that curtain 4 is close to the third side to the central zone shrink, thereby take place deformation such as fold, turn-up.
The length direction of the first leveling rod 52 after the curtain sheet 4 is unfolded is parallel to the third side edge of the curtain sheet 4, so as to ensure the aesthetic property of the projection screen when the curtain sheet 4 is unfolded. The length of the first smoothing bar 52 is equal to the height of the curtain 4 after deployment, so as to ensure that the first smoothing bar 52 is constrained to the entire third side of the curtain 4 when the curtain 4 is deployed. Of course, the length of the first leveling rod 52 may also be slightly smaller than the height of the curtain sheet 4 after being unfolded, as long as the flatness of the display area of the curtain sheet 4 after being unfolded can be ensured, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that the specific structure of the first smoothing mechanism 5 is the same as or similar to the specific structure of the second smoothing mechanism 6, and details thereof are not described in this embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, the constraint of the first smoothing mechanism 5 on the portion of the curtain sheet 4 close to the third side edge is the same as the constraint of the second smoothing mechanism 6 on the portion of the curtain sheet 4 close to the fourth side edge, and the first smoothing mechanism 5 is taken as an example for explanation.
The principle of the first smoothing mechanism 5 for restraining the third side edge of the curtain sheet 4 is as follows: the curtain sheet 4 has a certain stiffness, so, based on the deformation such as the wrinkle and the curling of the part of the curtain sheet 4 close to the third side edge, the deformation such as the wrinkle of the curtain sheet 4 can be driven to the part of the curtain sheet 4 close to the third side edge in the rotating process of the first smoothing rod 52, after the first smoothing rod 52 rotates to the part of the curtain sheet 4 close to the third side edge, the first smoothing rod 52 has an extrusion effect on the deformation such as the wrinkle and the curling of the curtain sheet 4, that is, the first smoothing rod 52 and the part of the curtain sheet 4 close to the third side edge have an interaction force along the thickness direction of the curtain sheet 4. When the curtain sheet 4 contracts based on the stress of the curtain sheet 4, the portion of the curtain sheet 4 close to the third side edge and the side of the first leveling rod 52 close to the curtain sheet 4 form a friction force, so as to restrain the third side edge of the curtain sheet 4.
Optionally, in order to further ensure the restraining effect of the first smoothing rod 52 on the curtain sheet 4, the thickness of the portion of the curtain sheet 4 near the third side edge is greater than the thickness of the display area of the curtain sheet 4, so as to increase the friction between the portion of the curtain sheet 4 near the third side edge and the first smoothing rod 52.
Optionally, after the first smoothing rod 52 is used to constrain and limit the portion of the curtain sheet 4 close to the third side, the first smoothing rod 52 and the portion of the curtain sheet 4 close to the third side may also be fixed at the same time, so as to ensure the stability of the first smoothing rod 52 in constraining the portion of the curtain sheet 4 close to the third side.
First smooth pole 52 is spacing after the part that the curtain 4 is close to the third side, and first smooth pole 52 realizes fixedly through the mode of magnetism between the part that first smooth pole 4 and curtain 4 are close to the third side, and also can fix through other detachable modes certainly, and this application does not do the injecing to this.
Illustratively, a magnetic coating is sprayed, adhered and printed on a portion, close to the third side, of the curtain sheet 4, or magnetic powder is doped in a manufacturing process of the curtain sheet 4, and meanwhile, a metal piece is selected as the first smoothing rod 52, or a metal coating is arranged on the first smoothing rod 52 on a surface, attached to the curtain sheet 4, so that fixation is achieved through adsorption between the magnetic powder and the metal piece; or the part of the curtain sheet 4 near the third side edge is provided with a metal coating, and the magnetic part is selected as the first smoothing rod 52, so that the fixation is realized through the adsorption between the metal powder and the magnetic part.
Next, the fixing positions of the first and second smoothing mechanisms 5 and 6 in the embodiment of the present application will be explained in detail.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 or 6, both the first and second flattening mechanisms 5, 6 are fixed to the base 1.
In combination with the specific structures of the first smoothing mechanism 5 and the second smoothing mechanism 6 described above, the first rotating motor 51 included in the first smoothing mechanism 5 and the second rotating motor included in the second smoothing mechanism 6 are both fixed on the base 1. Since the base 1 includes the base 11 and the accommodating portion 12, the first rotating motor 51 and the second rotating motor are fixed in the accommodating portion 12, so as to prevent the first rotating motor 51 and the second rotating motor from affecting the aesthetic property of the projection screen.
When the curtain sheet 4 is folded, the first smoothing rod 52 included in the first smoothing mechanism 5 and the second smoothing rod included in the second smoothing mechanism 6 are all accommodated in the accommodating portion 12, so that the first smoothing rod 52 and the second smoothing rod are prevented from influencing the attractiveness of the projection screen. When the curtain sheet 4 is unfolded, the first smoothing rod 52 is rotated from the first side edge of the curtain sheet 4 to the part of the curtain sheet 4 close to the third side edge, and the second smoothing rod is rotated from the first side edge of the curtain sheet 4 to the part of the curtain sheet 4 close to the fourth side edge, so as to realize the restriction of the left side edge and the right side edge of the curtain sheet 4.
In other embodiments, the lifting mechanism 3 described above includes a first lifting frame 31 and a cross beam 32, and as shown in fig. 4, the first smoothing mechanism 5 and the second smoothing mechanism 6 are fixed on the cross beam 32.
In combination with the specific structures of the first smoothing mechanism 5 and the second smoothing mechanism 6 described above, the first rotating motor 51 included in the first smoothing mechanism 5 and the second rotating motor included in the second smoothing mechanism 6 are both fixed to the cross beam 32. In order to avoid that the first rotating motor 51 and the second rotating motor affect the aesthetic appearance of the projection screen, the projection screen further comprises an upper frame 9. Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the cross section of the upper frame 9 is U-shaped, and the upper frame 9 is buckled on the cross beam 32, the second side edge of the curtain sheet 4, the first rotating motor 51, and the second rotating motor, so as to shield the first rotating motor 51 and the second rotating motor by the side arm of the upper frame 9, thereby ensuring the aesthetic property of the projection screen.
When the curtain sheet 4 is folded, the first smoothing rod 52 included by the first smoothing mechanism 5 and the second smoothing rod included by the second smoothing mechanism 6 are all packed in the upper frame 9 of the U-shape, so that the influence of the first smoothing rod 52 and the second smoothing rod on the attractiveness of the projection screen is avoided. When the curtain sheet 4 is unfolded, the first smoothing rod 52 rotates from the second side edge of the curtain sheet 4 to the part of the curtain sheet 4 close to the third side edge, and the second smoothing rod rotates from the second side edge of the curtain sheet 4 to the part of the curtain sheet 4 close to the fourth side edge, so as to realize the restriction of the left and right side edges of the curtain sheet 4.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first smoothing mechanism 5 and the second smoothing mechanism 6 are both located on the front side of the curtain sheet 4, or located on the rear side of the curtain sheet 4. The front side of the screen 4 refers to the side located on the front side of the screen 4, and the rear side of the screen 4 refers to the side located on the rear side of the screen 4.
As shown in fig. 7 or fig. 8, when the first smoothing mechanism 5 and the second smoothing mechanism 6 are both located at the front side of the curtain sheet 4, the first lifting frame 31 included in the lifting mechanism 3 is a folding lifting frame, the part of the curtain sheet 4 close to the third side after being unfolded is clamped between the first lifting frame 31 and the first smoothing mechanism 5, and the part close to the fourth side is clamped between the first lifting frame 31 and the second smoothing mechanism 6.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, the first lifting frame 31 comprises a first folding rod 311, a second folding rod 312, a first supporting rod 313 and a second supporting rod 314, wherein two ends of the first folding rod 311 are rotatably connected with the base 1 and the cross beam 32 respectively, and two ends of the second folding rod 312 are rotatably connected with the base 1 and the cross beam 32 respectively; the base 1 has a guide rail, and a first slider and a second slider sliding along the guide rail, two ends of the first support rod 313 are respectively rotatably connected with the first folding rod 311 and the first slider, and two ends of the second support rod 314 are respectively rotatably connected with the second folding rod 312 and the second slider. Thus, when the first slider and the second slider are relatively far away from each other, the first support bar 313 and the second support bar 314 respectively support the first folding bar 311 and the second folding bar 312, so that the first folding bar 311 and the second folding bar 312 are both supported in a linear structure. And then can realize the centre gripping effect of the part that is close to the third side to curtain 4 through linear first folding pole 311 and first pole 52 of smoothing, can realize the centre gripping effect of the part that is close to the fourth side to curtain 4 through linear second folding pole 312 and second pole of smoothing to guarantee the restraint effect to the curtain 4 left and right sides limit.
When first mechanism 5 and the second mechanism 6 of smoothing all are located the rear side of curtain 4, elevating system 3 still includes the second crane, and the second crane is located the front side of curtain 4, and the second crane is spacing on base 1, and is connected with elevating system 3's crossbeam 32, and the partial centre gripping that is close to the third side after curtain 4 expandes is between second crane and first mechanism 5 of smoothing, and the partial centre gripping that is close to the fourth side is between second crane and second mechanism 6 of smoothing.
Optionally, the second lifting frame comprises a third folding rod and a fourth folding rod, two ends of the third folding rod are respectively and rotatably connected with the base 1 and the cross beam 32, and two ends of the fourth folding rod are respectively and rotatably connected with the base 1 and the cross beam 32. Thus, when the first lifting frame 31 is lifted, the third folding rod and the fourth folding rod can be driven by the cross beam 32 to be lifted to form a linear structure. And then can realize the centre gripping effect to the part that the curtain piece 4 is close to the third side through linear third folding rod and first pole 52 of smoothing, can realize the centre gripping effect to the part that the curtain piece 4 is close to the fourth side through linear fourth folding rod and second pole of smoothing to guarantee the restraint effect to the both sides limit about the curtain piece 4.
In the embodiment of the application, besides the restriction effect on the left side and the right side of the curtain sheet 4 is ensured by the foldable first lifting frame 31 or the foldable second lifting frame, the restriction effect on the left side and the right side of the curtain sheet 4 can be ensured by other modes.
Exemplarily, the projection screen further comprises a pressing mechanism, the pressing mechanism is limited on the base 1, the pressing mechanism is located on one side of the curtain sheet 4 far away from the first smoothing mechanism 5, and the position of the pressing mechanism in the length direction of the vertical curling mechanism 2 is adjustable. Therefore, the pressing mechanism can be pressed on the curtain sheet 4 by adjusting the position of the pressing mechanism, so as to further ensure the stiffness of the curtain sheet 4, and meanwhile, the curtain sheet 4 is urged to cling to the first smoothing mechanism 5 and the second smoothing mechanism 6, that is, the curtain sheet 4 is urged to cling to the first smoothing rod 52 and the second smoothing rod, so as to ensure the constraining effect of the first smoothing rod 52 and the second smoothing rod on the left side and the right side of the curtain sheet 4.
When the first smoothing mechanism 5 and the second smoothing mechanism 6 are both positioned on the front side of the curtain sheet 4, the pressing mechanism is positioned on the rear side of the curtain sheet 4; when the first smoothing mechanism 5 and the second smoothing mechanism 6 are both located on the rear side of the screen sheet 4, the pressing mechanism is located on the front side of the screen sheet 4.
Optionally, the pressing mechanism comprises a slider, an adjusting screw and a pressing roller; base 1 has arch and guide rail, and slider slidable is spacing on the guide rail, and adjusting screw is connected with arch, slider respectively, and adjusting screw is used for adjusting the distance between arch and the slider, and the tip and the slider fixed connection of compression roller, compression roller and the contact of curtain 4.
Like this, when the dynamics of compressing tightly of the roller to curtain 4 need to be adjusted, only need rotatory adjusting screw to impel the slider to slide along the guide rail, and then drive the pressure roller and remove along the guide rail can. The length direction of the guide rail is perpendicular to the plane where the first lifting frame 31 is located when being lifted, that is, the included angle between the length direction of the guide rail and the plane where the first lifting frame 31 is located when being lifted is 90 degrees. Of course, the included angle between the length direction of the guide rail and the plane where the first lifting and raising is performed may also be 88 degrees, 92 degrees, and the like, which is not limited in this application.
