After the clothes processing device 100 of the embodiment finishes washing the clothes, the door body 20 may be opened first, the clothes falling preventing member 30 defines a storage area between the door body 20 and the front sealing door 10, and then the clothes in the washing tub are taken out and placed in the storage area, and then the clothes are dried. Therefore, the clothes to be aired can be placed in the storage area without using a basin or a barrel for transferring; when the clothes falling-preventing piece 30 is in an unfolded state, clothes falling accidentally can be received. The door body 20 is closed, and the clothes falling prevention piece 30 is folded and stored between the door body 20 and the front sealing door 10.
According to the clothes treatment device 100 of the invention, an expandable folding type clothes falling preventing piece 30 is arranged between the door body 20 and the front sealing door 10, and the clothes falling preventing piece 30 can be switched between an expanded state and a folded state. When the door body 20 opens the taking and placing opening 11, the clothes anti-falling piece 30 automatically unfolds, at the moment, the clothes anti-falling piece 30 is in an unfolded state, and the unfolded clothes anti-falling piece 30 defines a placing object area between the door body 20 and the front sealing door 10, so that the problem that clothes accidentally fall off when a user takes and places clothes can be solved; when the door body 20 closes the taking and placing opening 11, the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is automatically folded, and at the moment, the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is in a folded state, so that the space is not occupied, and the appearance is not influenced.
Preferably, the material of the clothing anti-falling member 30 can be metal, plastic or be composed of soft rope belts. The metal clothes falling-preventing piece 30 is high in strength and high in bearing capacity, can bear heavy clothes falling accidentally, and can temporarily store more clothes to be aired; the plastic clothes falling-preventing piece 30 not only can solve the problem that clothes fall on the ground when a user takes and places clothes, but also has smaller self weight, easy manufacture and shaping and low manufacture cost; the clothing anti-falling piece 30 composed of soft rope belts is characterized in that the clothing anti-falling piece 30 is of a net bag structure in an unfolding state. The clothes falling preventing piece 30 made of various materials can be suitable for various clothes processing devices 100 and various use scenes, so that the clothes falling preventing piece 30 has high applicability.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the clothing fall arrest member 30 is located at the lower periphery of the access opening 11. Specifically, when the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is in a folded state, the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is arranged on the lower side periphery of the access opening 11 along the length direction; when the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is in an unfolded state, the first end 301 and the third end 303 of the clothes falling preventing piece 30 are arranged at the lower side periphery of the access opening 11, the second end 302 of the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is unfolded along with the door body 20, and a placing area is defined between the door body 20 and the front sealing door 10 and is used for receiving falling clothes. The clothes falling preventing piece 30 is arranged on the lower side periphery of the taking and placing opening 11, so that the clothes falling preventing piece 30 can be ensured to receive falling clothes, and the function of the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is fully exerted.
Furthermore, a concave accommodating groove is formed in at least one of the door body 20 and the front sealing door 10, and when the door body 20 closes the taking and placing opening 11, the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is accommodated in the accommodating groove. That is, a recessed receiving groove may be formed in the door 20, a receiving groove may be formed in the front seal door 10, or a recessed receiving groove may be formed in both the door 20 and the front seal door 10. The arrangement can ensure the self strength of the door body 20 and the front sealing door 10, and the clothes falling preventing piece 30 can be contained in the containing groove, so that the space is not occupied, and the door body 20 is not influenced to close the taking and placing opening 11.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the door body 20 is rotatably disposed on the front sealing door 10, the clothing falling prevention member 30 has a first end 301, a second end 302 and a third end 303, the first end 301 is connected to the door body 20 and/or the front sealing door 10 and is disposed near the pivot axis of the door body 20, the second end 302 is connected to the door body 20 and is disposed away from the pivot axis, and the third end 303 is connected to the front sealing door 10 and is disposed away from the pivot axis. That is, near the pivot axis of the door body 20, the first end 301 of the clothes falling preventing member 30 may be connected to only the door body 20, or may be connected to only the front sealing door 10; alternatively, the first end 301 of the clothes falling prevention member 30 is connected to both the door body 20 and the front sealing door 10. When the door body 20 is opened, the door body 20 rotates relative to the pivot shaft, the other end, opposite to the pivot shaft, of the door body 20 gradually gets away from the front sealing door 10, the second end 302 of the clothes falling prevention member 30 rotates along with the door body 20 and gets away from the front sealing door 10, and at the moment, the second end 302 of the clothes falling prevention member 30 is separated from the third end 303; when the door body 20 is fully opened, the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is in an unfolded state, and the clothes falling preventing piece 30 defines a triangular or fan-shaped object placing area between the door body 20 and the front sealing door 10. Thus, the clothes falling preventing member 30 can be driven to switch between the opening state and the folding state by the rotation of the door body 20, and therefore, the structure is simple and no external power needs to be added.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 8, the clothing falling protector 30 includes a plurality of net pieces 31, the plurality of net pieces 31 are stacked and connected, one end of the plurality of net pieces 31 is formed as a first end 301, and the other ends of the two net pieces 31 at both ends in the stacking direction are formed as a second end 302 and a third end 303 respectively. Thus, when the door body 20 is closed, the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is in a folded state, and the plurality of meshes 31 of the clothes falling preventing piece 30 are sequentially folded or stacked along the stacking direction; when the door body 20 is opened, the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is switched to the unfolding state, and the second end 302 of the clothes falling preventing piece 30 rotates along with the door body 20 to drive the laminated net sheets 31 to be orderly unfolded between the door body 20 and the front sealing door 10. Therefore, the clothes falling preventing piece 30 not only occupies small space and is convenient to store; and can also ensure that the clothes falling-preventing piece 30 can be smoothly unfolded.
In the above embodiment, the mesh sheets 31 may be stacked vertically or horizontally. When a plurality of connected nets 31 are arranged in a stacked mode in the up-down direction, the clothes falling preventing piece 30 formed in the stacked mode is folded, the plurality of nets 31 are sequentially stacked from top to bottom to achieve storage, when the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is in an unfolded state, one ends of the plurality of nets 31 are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, meanwhile, the second end 302 and the third end 303 of the clothes falling preventing piece 30 are spaced in the horizontal direction, and the other ends of the plurality of nets 31 are sequentially spaced between the second end 302 and the third end 303. The clothes falling preventing piece 30 is arranged along the up-down direction, and in an unfolded state, the net piece 31 is flatly laid between the door body 20 and the front sealing door 10, so that a large placing area can be formed by less net pieces 31, more clothes needing airing can be placed, and the risk that the clothes in the taking and placing opening 11 accidentally fall to touch the ground can be reduced.
When a plurality of connected meshes 31 are sequentially stacked and arranged along the horizontal direction, the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is horizontally stacked and arranged, when the clothes falling preventing piece is folded, the meshes 31 are sequentially stacked along the horizontal direction to achieve storage, when the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is unfolded, at the position of the first end 301 of the clothes falling preventing piece 30, one ends of the meshes 31 are sequentially arranged along the horizontal direction, meanwhile, the second end 302 and the third end 303 of the clothes falling preventing piece 30 are spaced apart in the horizontal direction, at the moment, the other ends of the meshes 31 are sequentially arranged between the second end 302 and the third end 303 along the horizontal direction, and the arrangement density of one end of each mesh 31 is smaller than that of the other end of each mesh 31. The clothes falling preventing piece 30 can be arranged between the adjacent net pieces 31 in a V shape in an unfolding state, a material placing area is formed between the door body 20 and the front sealing door 10, the clothes falling preventing piece 30 arranged in the horizontal direction has higher bearing capacity and stability, heavier clothes can be received, and the practicability of the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the clothing fall protector 30 further includes: and the connecting shaft is fixed on the door body 20 or the front sealing door 10, and one end of each of the meshes 31 is rotatably connected with the connecting shaft. That is, the connecting shaft of the clothes falling preventing member 30 may be fixed to the door body 20 or the front sealing door 10, the connecting shaft is connected to one end of the plurality of net sheets 31, and the plurality of net sheets 31 may rotate around the connecting shaft. Therefore, one end of each of the meshes 31 is rotatably connected with the connecting shaft, the integrity of the clothes anti-falling piece 30 is improved, and the meshes 31 of the clothes anti-falling piece 30 can be opened orderly around the connecting shaft.
For example, the front door 10 is provided with a first mounting seat 41, and the first mounting seat 41 is fixedly connected to the front door 10 by screws. The connecting shaft is arranged on the first mounting seat 41, one end of the plurality of net pieces 31 is provided with a connecting hole 35, and the plurality of net pieces 31 are rotatably sleeved on the connecting shaft through the connecting hole 35. Thus, when the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is unfolded, the plurality of meshes 31 can rotate around the connecting shaft, the plurality of meshes 31 are opened in sequence, and a storage area is formed between the door body 20 and the front sealing door 10.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the clothes falling preventing member 30 further includes a plurality of connecting members 32, and the other ends of two adjacent net pieces 31 are connected by the connecting members 32, and the connecting members 32 are foldable in the stacking direction. The other ends of the two adjacent net pieces 31 on the clothes falling prevention piece 30 are connected through the connecting pieces 32, so that the integrity between the two adjacent net pieces 31 is enhanced, and meanwhile, the connecting pieces 32 can be folded in the stacking direction, so that the clothes falling prevention piece 30 can be smoothly switched between an unfolded state and a folded state; in addition, the connecting piece 32 also enhances the structural stability of the clothes falling preventing piece 30, so that the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is not damaged when receiving heavier clothes, and the service life of the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is prolonged.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the connection member 32 includes: the mesh-sheet feeding device comprises a first rod 321 and a second rod 322, wherein one end of the first rod 321 is hinged with one end of the second rod 322, and the other end of the first rod 321 and the other end of the second rod 322 are respectively hinged with two adjacent mesh sheets 31. That is, the connecting member 32 is composed of a first rod 321 and a second rod 322 which are hinged, and the connecting member 32 and the two adjacent meshes 31 are also connected in a hinged manner; when the door body 20 is opened, the door body 20 drives the clothes falling prevention piece 30 to be unfolded, specifically, the door body 20 drives the mesh sheet 31 at the second end 302 to move, the mesh sheet 31 at the second end 302 sequentially drives the connected mesh sheets 31 to move through the first rod 321 and the second rod 322, at this time, the first rod 321 and the second rod 322 rotate relatively, the included angle between the first rod 321 and the second rod 322 is increased, and the distance between the other ends of the two adjacent mesh sheets 31 is gradually increased until the mesh sheets 31 are completely unfolded; when the door body 20 is closed, the door body 20 drives the clothes falling preventing piece 30 to be folded, in the process that the clothes falling preventing piece 30 is folded, the first rod 321 and the second rod 322 rotate relatively, the included angle between the first rod 321 and the second rod 322 is reduced, and the distance between the other ends of the two adjacent net sheets 31 is gradually reduced until the net sheets 31 are completely stacked. Therefore, the clothes falling preventing piece 30 can be unfolded and folded, and the integrity and the integral structural strength of the clothes falling preventing piece 30 are ensured.
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the first rod 321 and the second rod 322 are angled toward the first end 301 by less than 180 degrees when the garment fall protector 30 is in the deployed state. The included angle between the first rod 321 and the second rod 322 towards the first end 301 is smaller than 180 degrees, so that the phenomenon that the first rod 321 and the second rod 322 are jammed can be avoided, and therefore, the first rod 321 and the second rod 322 can continuously move relatively, the clothes anti-falling piece 30 can be guaranteed to be smoothly switched between the unfolding state and the folding state all the time, the failure rate of the clothes anti-falling piece 30 is reduced, and the use reliability of the clothes anti-falling piece 30 is improved. For example, the angle between the first rod 321 and the second rod 322 towards the first end 301 is 150 °, 160 °, 170 °.
Further, as shown in fig. 8 and 10, the mesh sheet 31 has a long strip shape, and the mesh sheet 31 extends along a downwardly convex arc in the length direction of the mesh sheet 31. When the clothes falling-preventing piece 30 is unfolded, the strip-shaped net sheets 31 can reduce the gap between two adjacent net sheets 31, and meanwhile, larger placing areas are defined in the length direction of the net sheets; the net piece 31 extends along an arc line which protrudes downwards, so that the net piece 31 can be matched with the shape of the taking and placing opening 11, thereby not only being convenient for receiving clothes, but also preventing the clothes from falling off from the clothes falling-preventing piece 30.
