A clothes drying device according to claim 4 or 5, further comprising a first shaft member, a second shaft member, a third hinge shaft and a third rotating member, wherein the first shaft member and the second shaft member are vertically disposed on the first folding plate, the third rotating member is connected with the cabinet door, and third mounting holes in clearance fit with the third hinge shaft are correspondingly disposed on the first shaft member, the second rotating member, the third rotating member and the third hinge shaft, respectively.
7. A clothes drying apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the first hinge axis or the third hinge axis is in the same plane as the second hinge axis.
8. Clothes drying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the housing or the folding assembly is detachably provided with a clothes hanging assembly.
9. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 8, wherein the clothes hanging assembly comprises a hanging rod and two hanging members bolted to two opposite side walls of the cabinet, and the two hanging members are respectively provided with a hanging hole for hanging the hanging rod.

The clothes drying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the heating assembly comprises a temperature control switch, an ac contactor, and a heating tube, the temperature control switch and the ac contactor are connected to the casing, the heating tube is mounted on the casing or the folding assembly, and the heating tube is located in the cabinet.
