In the embodiment, the communication resource cost information is generated through the first communication resource or the second communication resource, the cost payment is carried out based on the communication resource cost information, the complete process from the requirement to the use to the payment of the communication resource is realized, and each functional module is integrated in the communication resource management system, so that the acquisition process of the communication resource is simplified, and the acquisition efficiency of the communication resource is improved.
In one embodiment, the converting the service requirement data to obtain the communication resource requirement data includes: carrying out rationality judgment on service demand data; and under the condition that the service requirement data is reasonable, searching and obtaining the converted communication resource requirement data in the mapping relation between the pre-established different service requirement data and the different communication resource requirement data.
The rationality judgment refers to preliminarily judging whether the service demand data is rational or not based on the existing service condition. Illustratively, the service requirement data is to open a 1G private line between the communication resource management system and the education network, and the service requirement data is judged to be unreasonable under the existing service condition that the communication resource management system and the education network have no cooperation relationship. Under the condition that the judgment result of the service demand data indicates that the service demand data is reasonable, the service demand data is converted to obtain the communication resource demand data, so that the waste of communication resources caused by the fact that unreasonable service demand data is converted into the communication resource demand data is avoided, and the acquisition efficiency of the communication resources is improved.
The communication resource management system is pre-established with the mapping relation between different service requirement data and different communication resource requirement data. Illustratively, the service requirement data is to increase the access speed to 100M/s, and the communication resource requirement data corresponding to the service requirement data is to purchase 100M/s network acceleration service. And under the condition that the service demand data is reasonable, searching the communication resource demand data corresponding to the service demand data in the pre-established mapping relation between the different service demand data and the different communication resource demand data, and taking the communication resource demand data as the converted communication resource demand data.
In this embodiment, through carrying out rationality judgment on the service demand data, under the condition that the service demand data is reasonable, the service demand data is converted to obtain the communication resource demand data, thereby avoiding that the unreasonable service demand data is converted to the communication resource demand data to cause the waste of communication resources, and being beneficial to improving the acquisition efficiency of the communication resources. The converted communication resource demand data is searched and obtained in the mapping relation between the pre-established different service demand data and the pre-established different communication resource demand data, and the corresponding communication resource is obtained based on the converted communication resource demand data, so that the obtaining efficiency of the communication resource is improved.
To explain the method and effect of acquiring communication resources in this embodiment in detail, the following description is made with reference to a most detailed embodiment:
for a common application scenario of increasing business growth demand in the financial field, as shown in fig. 6, the communication resource management system includes any one of a communication resource demand management module, a communication resource technology management module, a business management module, an operator management module, a partner management module, and a financial management module. As shown in fig. 7, the communication resource requirement management module includes any one of a service requirement submitting unit, a service requirement approving unit, a service scientific and technological requirement transforming unit, a scientific and technological requirement approving unit, and a scientific and technological requirement issuing unit. The business requirement submitting unit is an entrance of the business requirement proposal. The business requirement examination and approval unit evaluates the reasonability of the business requirement related to the communication resource. The business science and technology requirement conversion unit converts the business requirements into communication resource requirements by performing requirement conversion through a continuously abundant business science and technology requirement library. In some embodiments, the financial institution adds an internet channel service, and converts the internet channel service into an internet special line with a certain bandwidth according to the estimated flow model. The scientific and technological requirement approval unit evaluates the reasonability and feasibility of the communication resource requirement according to the scientific and technological standard of the financial institution and the communication resource framework protocol requirement. The scientific and technological requirement issuing unit converts the communication resource requirement into a communication resource requirement task and sends the communication resource requirement task to the communication resource scientific and technological management module. As shown in fig. 8, the communication resource technology management module includes any one of a technology requirement evaluation unit, a technology requirement audit unit, a technology requirement purchase unit, a technology requirement configuration unit, and a technology requirement notification unit. The scientific and technological requirement evaluation unit judges whether the currently configured communication resources can meet the service requirements or not according to the currently configured communication resources and the configuration information of the partner system provided by the partner management module, if the currently configured communication resources can meet the service requirements, the currently configured communication resources enter the service management module to carry out service operation, if the currently configured communication resources cannot meet the service requirements, the currently configured communication resources enter the scientific and technological requirement auditing unit, the scientific and technological requirement auditing unit carries out approval according to the management flow of the financial institution, and the signing and printing flow of the related communication resource application materials submitted to an operator is completed. The scientific and technological requirement purchasing unit is connected with the operator management module and sends the communication resource application material flow to the operator. The scientific and technological requirement configuration unit analyzes the first communication resource provided by the operator management module into specific communication resource configuration, and automatically completes configuration deployment and debugging of the communication resource according to actual conditions by combining partner configuration information provided by the partner management module and the communication resource configuration resource library. And the scientific and technological requirement informing unit synchronizes the configuration and deployment results to the service management module and the partner management module according to the actual situation and informs the service management module and the partner management module of the completion situation of the communication resource requirement.
As shown in fig. 9, the operator management module includes any one of an operator interface unit, an operator service acceptance unit, an operator resource supply unit, and an operator notification unit. The operator interface unit is connected with the communication resource scientific and technological management module and is an interface between an operator and the communication resource management system. The operation business acceptance unit receives the communication resource application material provided by the communication resource scientific and technical management module, accepts the business application, decomposes the communication resource corresponding to the application and transmits the decomposed communication resource to the background technical support department. The operator resource supply unit provides the communication resources corresponding to the application according to the execution feedback of the background technology support department, such as the information of the private line number, the interface address, the VLANID (virtual network number) and the like corresponding to the private line of communication. The operator notification unit feeds back the communication resource corresponding to the application to the communication resource science and technology management module to notify the communication resource science and technology management module of the communication resource configuration. As shown in fig. 10, the partner management module includes any one of a partner interface unit, a partner requirement interfacing unit, a partner configuration unit, and a partner notification unit. The partner interface unit is connected with the communication resource science and technology management module and is an interface of the partner system and the communication resource management system. In the communication resource requirements related to the partner system, the partner requirement docking unit provides communication resource information of the partner system, if a special line from the communication resource management system to the partner system needs to be opened, the partner system provides information such as a special line access address, a contact person, a supportable operator and the like of the partner system through the partner requirement docking unit, and the information serves as input of a communication resource technology management module to form a complete communication resource requirement application. The partner configuration unit receives the communication resources applied by the communication resource science and technology management module, and completes the communication resource configuration deployment and debugging related to the partner. And the partner informing unit feeds back the communication resource configuration result. As shown in fig. 11, the service management module includes any one of a service notification unit, a service operation unit, a service dynamic evaluation unit, and a service demand optimization unit. And the service notification unit receives the processing result of the communication resource scientific and technological management module about the service requirement. And the service operation unit performs actual service operation according to the processing condition and verifies whether the requirements are accurately met. And the service dynamic evaluation unit is used for dynamically evaluating the use condition of the communication resource according to the service operation condition. For example, if the service operation is greatly increased within a time period, it is determined whether the existing communication resources need to be adjusted. And the service requirement optimization unit provides the requirement of communication resource optimization and adjustment according to the result of the service dynamic evaluation. As shown in fig. 12, the financial management module includes any one of a financial interface unit, a financial acceptance unit, a financial auditing unit, and a financial payment unit. The financial interface unit is connected with the communication resource technology management module in a butt joint mode and is an interface of the financial management module and the communication resource technology management module. The financial acceptance unit receives a communication resource fee payment application provided by the communication resource science and technology management module. And the financial auditing unit audits the communication resource expense payment application according to the expense standard agreed by the communication resource framework protocol and the financial system management requirement. And the financial payment unit pays the checked communication resource bill.
Fig. 13 is a flowchart illustrating a communication resource acquiring method. The communication resource demand management module acquires service demand data related to communication resources, and converts the service demand data to obtain the communication resource demand data. Specifically, the rationality of the service demand data is judged, and the converted communication resource demand data is searched and obtained in the mapping relationship between different service demand data and different communication resource demand data which is established in advance under the condition that the service demand data is reasonable. Under the condition that the currently configured communication resource is not matched with the communication resource demand data and the communication resource demand data comprises configuration information of a partner system, the communication resource technology management module sends the communication resource demand data and the configuration information of the partner system to an operator management model, and the communication resource demand data and the configuration information of the partner system are processed by the operator management module and then forwarded to an operator, so that the operator allocates a first communication resource for the communication resource management system and the partner system based on the communication resource demand data and the partner information. The communication resource technology management module acquires a first communication resource distributed by an operator for the communication resource management system and the partner system, and performs service operation on the service management system based on the first communication resource and the partner system. The communication resource science and technology management module performs service operation with the partner system based on the first communication resource, and comprises the following steps: the communication resource technology management module analyzes the first communication resource to obtain communication resource configuration information, wherein the communication resource configuration information comprises a first port number and a second port number. The communication resource technology management module updates the port number in the currently configured communication resource into a first port number, sends a second port number to the partner system through the partner management system, and receives a resource configuration result generated by the partner system based on the second port number. And performing service operation with the partner system in a service management system based on the first port number and the resource configuration result.
Under the condition that the currently configured communication resource is not matched with the communication resource demand data and the communication resource demand data does not include the configuration information of the partner system, the communication resource technology management module sends the communication resource demand data to the operator through the operator management module, so that the operator allocates a second communication resource for the communication resource management system based on the communication resource demand data. And acquiring a second communication resource distributed by the operator for the communication resource management system, and performing service operation on the service management module based on the second communication resource.
And under the condition that the currently configured communication resource is matched with the communication resource demand data, performing service operation on the service management module based on the currently configured communication resource.
The service management module acquires resources required by service operation and judges whether the difference value between the first communication resources and the resources required by the service operation is larger than a preset value. If yes, the communication resource demand management module adjusts the service demand data, and the communication resource science and technology management module acquires third communication resources distributed by the operator for the communication resource management system and the partner system based on the adjusted service demand data.
The financial management module generates communication resource cost information according to the first communication resource or the second communication resource, and pays based on the communication resource cost information.
According to the communication resource acquisition method, the communication resource demand data is obtained by converting the acquired service demand data related to the communication resources, and under the condition that the currently configured communication resources are not matched with the communication resource demand data and the communication resource demand data comprise configuration information of a partner system, the communication resource demand data and the configuration information of the partner system are sent to an operator, so that the operator allocates first communication resources for the communication resource management system and the partner system based on the communication resource demand data and the partner information, and performs service operation with the partner system according to the first communication resources allocated based on the communication resource demand data and the partner information acquired from the operator, and stable operation of services can be ensured; meanwhile, the method for acquiring the communication resources is beneficial to aiming at the service requirement of a partner, and the first communication resources matched with the communication resource requirement data can be acquired at an operator through the service requirement data, so that the acquisition efficiency of the communication resources is improved.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments as described above are sequentially displayed as indicated by arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed sequentially as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a part of the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the execution order of the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be rotated or alternated with other steps or at least a part of the steps or stages in other steps.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides a communication resource obtaining apparatus for implementing the above-mentioned communication resource obtaining method. The implementation scheme for solving the problem provided by the apparatus is similar to the implementation scheme described in the above method, so specific limitations in one or more embodiments of the communication resource acquisition apparatus provided below may refer to the limitations in the above method for acquiring the communication resource, and details are not described herein again.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, there is provided a communication resource acquisition apparatus 100, including: a data acquisition module 120, a resource allocation module 140, and a resource acquisition module 160, wherein:
the data obtaining module 120 is configured to obtain service requirement data related to the communication resource, and convert the service requirement data to obtain the communication resource requirement data.
The resource allocation module 140 is configured to send the communication resource demand data and the configuration information of the partner system to the operator when the currently configured communication resource is not matched with the communication resource demand data and the communication resource demand data includes the configuration information of the partner system, so that the operator allocates the first communication resource to the communication resource management system and the partner system based on the communication resource demand data and the partner information.
The resource obtaining module 160 is configured to obtain a first communication resource allocated by an operator to the communication resource management system and the partner system, and perform service operation with the partner system based on the first communication resource.
The communication resource acquisition device obtains the communication resource demand data by converting the acquired service demand data related to the communication resources, and sends the communication resource demand data and the configuration information of the partner system to the operator under the condition that the currently configured communication resources are not matched with the communication resource demand data and the communication resource demand data comprise the configuration information of the partner system, so that the operator allocates first communication resources for the communication resource management system and the partner system based on the communication resource demand data and the partner information, and performs service operation with the partner system according to the first communication resources allocated based on the communication resource demand data and the partner information acquired from the operator, thereby ensuring stable operation of services; meanwhile, the method for acquiring the communication resources is beneficial to aiming at the service requirement of a partner, and the first communication resources matched with the communication resource requirement data can be acquired at an operator through the service requirement data, so that the acquisition efficiency of the communication resources is improved.
In one embodiment, the communication resource acquiring apparatus 100 is further configured to: under the condition that the currently configured communication resource is not matched with the communication resource demand data and the communication resource demand data does not include configuration information of a partner system, the communication resource demand data is sent to an operator, so that the operator allocates a second communication resource for the communication resource management system based on the communication resource demand data; and acquiring a second communication resource distributed by the operator for the communication resource management system, and performing service operation based on the second communication resource.

In one embodiment, in terms of performing service operation with the partner system based on the first communication resource, the resource obtaining module 160 is further configured to: analyzing the first communication resource to obtain communication resource configuration information, wherein the communication resource configuration information comprises a first port number and a second port number; updating the port number in the currently configured communication resource to be a first port number; sending the second port number to the partner system, and receiving a resource configuration result generated by the partner system based on the second port number; and performing service operation with the partner system based on the first port number and the resource configuration result.
In one embodiment, the communication resource acquiring apparatus 100 is further configured to: judging whether the difference value between the first communication resource and the resource required by the service operation is greater than a preset value; if yes, the service requirement data is adjusted, and third communication resources distributed by the operator for the communication resource management system and the partner system are obtained based on the adjusted service requirement data.

All or part of the modules in the communication resource acquisition device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 15. The computer apparatus includes a processor, a memory, an input/output interface, a communication interface, a display unit, and an input device. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected by a system bus, and the communication interface, the display unit and the input device are connected by the input/output interface to the system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The input/output interface of the computer device is used for exchanging information between the processor and an external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a communication resource acquisition method.

Claims (11)

1. A communication resource acquisition method is applied to a communication resource management system, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring service demand data related to communication resources, and converting the service demand data to obtain communication resource demand data;
under the condition that the currently configured communication resource is not matched with the communication resource demand data and the communication resource demand data comprises configuration information of a partner system, the communication resource demand data and the configuration information of the partner system are sent to an operator, so that the operator allocates a first communication resource for the communication resource management system and the partner system based on the communication resource demand data and the partner information;
and acquiring a first communication resource distributed by the operator for the communication resource management system and the partner system, and performing service operation with the partner system based on the first communication resource.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
sending the communication resource demand data to the operator under the condition that the currently configured communication resource is not matched with the communication resource demand data and the communication resource demand data does not include configuration information of the partner system, so that the operator allocates a second communication resource for the communication resource management system based on the communication resource demand data;
and acquiring a second communication resource distributed by the operator for the communication resource management system, and performing service operation based on the second communication resource.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and under the condition that the currently configured communication resource is matched with the communication resource demand data, performing service operation based on the currently configured communication resource.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein performing the service operation with the partner system based on the first communication resource comprises:
analyzing the first communication resource to obtain communication resource configuration information, wherein the communication resource configuration information comprises a first port number and a second port number;
updating the port number in the currently configured communication resource to the first port number;
sending the second port number to the partner system, and receiving a resource configuration result generated by the partner system based on the second port number;
and performing service operation with the partner system based on the first port number and the resource configuration result.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
judging whether the difference value between the first communication resource and the resource required by service operation is greater than a preset value;
and if so, adjusting the service demand data, and acquiring third communication resources distributed by the operator for the communication resource management system and the partner system based on the adjusted service demand data.
6. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
generating communication resource cost information according to the first communication resource or the second communication resource;
and paying based on the communication resource expense information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the converting the service requirement data to obtain communication resource requirement data comprises:
judging the rationality of the service demand data;
and under the condition that the service demand data is reasonable, searching for the converted communication resource demand data in the mapping relation between the pre-established different service demand data and the different communication resource demand data.
8. A communication resource acquisition device applied to a communication resource management system, the device comprising:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring service demand data related to communication resources and converting the service demand data to obtain communication resource demand data;
the resource allocation module is used for sending the communication resource demand data and the configuration information of the partner system to an operator under the condition that the currently configured communication resource is not matched with the communication resource demand data and the communication resource demand data comprises the configuration information of the partner system, so that the operator allocates a first communication resource for the communication resource management system and the partner system based on the communication resource demand data and the partner information;
and the resource acquisition module is used for acquiring the first communication resource distributed by the operator for the communication resource management system and the partner system and carrying out service operation with the partner system based on the first communication resource.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
11. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executed by a processor.
