[ detailed description ] A
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantageous technical effects of the present invention more clearly understood, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the preferred embodiment of the invention, are given by way of illustration only and not by way of limitation.
It is also to be understood that the terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used in this specification and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
It should be further understood that the term "and/or" as used in this specification and the appended claims refers to and includes any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Example one
In the embodiment of the invention, the production process of the anti-leakage outdoor wallboard is provided, and is used for producing an organic environment-friendly outdoor product which is high in weather resistance and corrosion resistance, can effectively prevent insect damage and damage of regenerative bacteria.
As shown in fig. 1, the process for producing the outdoor wallboard with leakage prevention comprises the following steps S1-S4.
Step S1: carrying out deep anticorrosion treatment on the base material by adopting a CA (copper azole) anticorrosion agent; wherein, the antiseptic agent comprises 93.5-94.9% of zero-valent copper, 3.1-4.5% of tebuconazole and corresponding water content.
Furthermore, the antiseptic agent also comprises 1.3 to 2.7 percent of mildew preventive. The solvent of the mildew preventive is a mixed solution of ethanolamine, ammonia water and water, and the weight ratio of the solute to the solvent is 10.85:100-11.2:100. in this example, the weight ratio of solute to solvent was 11. Wherein, the weight ratio of the ethanolamine to the ammonia water to the water is 100.
Therefore, the base material (such as the raw wood, the plate material and the like) is subjected to the deep antiseptic treatment of the H3 or C3 grade according to the international standard, thereby effectively preventing the damage of the insect and the ant and the damage of the regeneration bacteria and prolonging the service life of the base material used outdoors.
Specifically, step S1 includes the following steps S11-S16.
S11, putting the base material into a treatment tank, sealing the treatment tank and vacuumizing; wherein the vacuum degree is-0.08 mpa to-0.085 mpa, and the vacuum maintaining time is correspondingly set according to different base materials.
And S12, slowly increasing the pressure to 1.0-1.4 mpa in a vacuum state, and keeping the pressure until a preset dosage of preservative is injected into the base material, so that the liquid preservative can be absorbed by the wood from inside to outside.
And S13, maintaining the pressure for 15-60 min until the anticorrosive agent is completely permeated into the base material to achieve the effect of complete permeation.
And S14, reducing the pressure to the vacuum degree of-0.04 mpa to discharge the redundant preservative in the treatment tank.
And step S15, vacuumizing the treatment tank again, and discharging the excessive preservative agent again. It should be noted that when the pressure in the tank is released after the preset total absorption amount of the antiseptic agent is reached, a certain degree of recoil occurs. Therefore, after the antiseptic agent in the treatment tank is discharged, the treatment tank is continuously vacuumized, and the purpose is to extract the excessive liquid medicine on the partial cell cavities and the surface of the base material to reduce the dripping phenomenon during the tank discharge.
Step S16, restoring the pressure in the processing tank to the atmospheric pressure, and taking out the substrate.
In an embodiment of the invention, step S2: and drying the base material subjected to the anticorrosion treatment until the base material reaches a preset average water content.
Specifically, the substrate subjected to preservative treatment is subjected to physical treatment (wood drying) treatment to reach the average water content of the environmental humidity in which the material is used, and the complete internal stress of the wood is relieved through maintenance, so that deep processing is facilitated. Wherein, the base material after antiseptic treatment is placed in a balance kiln, and is cured in the kiln for 300 to 360 hours at the temperature of between 28 and 35 ℃ and the humidity of 5 percent. In this example, the inside of the kiln was maintained at an average temperature of 35 ℃ and a humidity of 5% for 360 hours.
And step S3: constructing a corresponding cross-surface decorative structure according to the preset external wall surface form.
As shown in fig. 2, by planning a cross-sectional decorative structure in the form of an outer wall surface and planning and milling in a shape that is easy to install, rainwater can be quickly drained from any angle regardless of the degree of washing and spraying, and the amount of water, and a unique shape that does not remain and does not leave a mark is formed. The construction process is obtained by sequentially executing the following steps: sawing raw wood, drying, curing, sorting, corrosion prevention, liquid drop spreading and sun curing, secondary drying, curing, material cutting, rough width and thickness fixing, finger joint, curing, edge retaining of more than or equal to 200, plate jointing of more than or equal to 200, curing, forming and repairing.
And step S4: the coating of the wallboard is carried out on the transverse surface device structure through the coating daub containing calcium powder and glue until a coating with a preset thickness is reached.
Specifically, calcium powder and glue are adopted to carry out a change promoting reaction according to a certain proportion to achieve the viscosity of strong adhesive force, the coating of the wallboard is carried out, a certain coating is added, the basic waterproof and fireproof surface effect is achieved, and the functions of high weather resistance and high corrosion resistance are realized.
Wherein, the raw materials of the coating daub comprise, by weight, 30:10, mixing and stirring the calcium carbonate powder and the glue, and carrying out a change accelerating reaction to obtain the coating cement. For example, the coating cement is coated in a weight ratio of 150kg:55kg of calcium carbonate powder and glue are mixed and stirred to promote the formation.
Furthermore, the glue is formed by mixing 40wt% of water, 58wt% -59wt% of water-soluble acrylic resin and 1wt% -2wt% of monoester. In this example, the glue is made by mixing 40wt% of water, 58wt% of water-soluble acrylic resin and 2wt% of monoester. Wherein the monoester is 2-methylpropanoic acid or 2, 4-trimethyl-1, 3-pentanediol.
Further, after step S4, the method further includes: and (4) performing surface spraying on the coated wallboard through water-based paint. Therefore, by coating the abrasive tool in combination with the shape of the wallboard and by surface spraying with water-based paint, the base finish and the weather resistance time are increased. Furthermore, the wallboard after the primary surface spraying is sequentially subjected to primary crack repairing, primary surface sanding, secondary paint spraying, secondary crack repairing, secondary surface sanding and tertiary paint spraying, so that the weather resistance of the wallboard is further improved, and the wallboard can adapt to various complex climates, different environments in multiple regions and natural influences faced by different outdoor wall surface directions under the influence of external natural conditions.
In conclusion, the anti-seepage outdoor wallboard and the production process thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that the environmental-friendly CA preservative agent is adopted for deep preservative treatment, so that the damage of insects and ants can be effectively prevented, and the damage of regenerative bacteria can be prevented; meanwhile, the wood drying treatment is carried out on the base material after the preservative treatment, so that the complete internal stress of the wood can be effectively relieved, and the deep processing is facilitated; in addition, the wallboard is a horizontal surface decorative structure, is coated by coating cement, can quickly drain water no matter from which angle the rainwater is washed and sprayed, and the water quantity, can adapt to various complex climates under the influence of external natural conditions, different environments in multiple regions and natural influences faced by different outdoor wall surface directions, shows excellent high weather resistance, high corrosion resistance and can be repeatedly used.
Example two
In order to facilitate understanding of the production process flow of the present invention, the following description is given by referring to specific embodiments.
Material selection:
according to the preset specification, removing the core material part, sequentially cutting three plates of various materials (gluing columns, gluing beams and line plates) in sequence, taking materials, controlling the machining allowance of each specification, and observing the sharpness of the saw blade of the mine saw and correcting the breakpoint.
(II) drying the plate:
and putting the selected materials into a drying kiln and drying equipment for drying. In addition, during the process of loading and stacking in a kiln, the thickness of the plate is less than 40mm and is divided into 25mm and 25mm parting strips, and the thickness of the plate is more than 50mm and is divided into 35mm parting strips; the spacing distance of the broad-leaved wood parting beads is 15-18 times of the thickness of the board, the spacing distance of the needle-leaved wood parting beads is 20-22 times of the thickness of the board, and the spacing distance of the parting beads can be properly reduced for the board with strict quality requirements; when the plate is arranged, the division bars are kept to be flush with the two ends of the plate, and the upper division bars and the lower division bars are kept to be vertical to prevent the end part of the plate from excessively fast water loss and end crack caused by uneven shrinkage. The upper and lower division bars are kept vertical, so that whether the plate bears the gravity uniformly or not is prevented, and warping is prevented; to the panel of different thickness, keep same aspect as far as possible to be same thickness panel during row board, avoid the panel of different thickness to arouse thinner panel stoving deformation at same aspect, stability when guaranteeing the stack simultaneously.
Wherein, different tree species or same tree species different moisture content, different thickness should avoid drying in same kiln as far as possible, and adjacent buttress should guarantee that same aspect is straight, and circulating air can steadily pass through the panel clearance smoothly, do benefit to damp and hot exchange. Meanwhile, the concrete blocks are pressed at the top end of the stack during stacking, so that the deformation of the surface layer of the stack is prevented, and 2-3 layers of plates with poor quality can be placed on the top of the stack to replace the plates without the concrete blocks. In addition, the test board is required to represent the water content of the board in the whole kiln, and the board with the highest water content is generally taken as the test board and placed about 1 meter away from the ground to be taken as a selection of a water content measuring point.
The specific operation steps are as follows: recording real-time indoor dry-wet bulb temperature and water content data, and providing a real and reliable basis for adjustment of a drying process; after the kiln and the heat pump dryer are installed, firstly, the heating is started, and then when the temperature reaches the target temperature, the fan is started again, so that the invalid running time of the fan is reduced; the adjustment of indoor temperature and air humidity should refer to the drying process requirement, and the timely adjustment setting avoids sharply rising the temperature, cooling to avoid ligneous inside to produce thermal stress, and make and lead to unfavorable phenomena such as timber fracture, deformation.
(III) positioning and maintaining the plates:
it should be noted that the dried plate just taken out of the kiln should be sufficiently positioned so as to sufficiently diffuse the uneven moisture content and further eliminate the stress. Because the internal stress of the wood just taken out of the kiln still remains, the softwood can be set to be fixed for 5-7 days, and the hardwood can be set to be fixed for 7-10 days.
The positioned plates are naturally cured in a ventilated and cool warehouse without dismantling the parting strips, and the primary rough plates (the curing time below 25mm is 20-30 days, and the curing time below 50mm is 30-60 days) are arranged in order. The requirement of health preservation in the kiln is as follows: the temperature is controlled at 28-35 deg.C, and the humidity is controlled at about 5%.
(1) Processing the single plate: the production is carried out within 72 hours, the material is cut off (entering after curing for 24 hours) → width and thickness fixing (entering after 24 hours) → finger joint strips (entering into a drying kiln for curing for 72 hours) → edge slipping or forming (edge slipping jointed boards are coated and cured for 48 hours, fine cutting is arranged after forming of direct forming, end paint sealing treatment is immediately carried out, and the end caps are neatly stacked) → packaging. (2) Processing of the split wall board (inclined hanging board): the former process is the same as (1) to molding, setting and curing (coating and curing for 72 hours enters the next process) → opening (laminating and stacking on a plane, and coating and curing for more than or equal to 168 hours enters the next process) → spraying paint. (3) Processing the glued beam and the glued column: the front path is in the same way as the front path (1) to the finger joint strip, the finger joint strip is fixedly arranged, the finger joint strip is cured in a drying kiln for 72 hours and is subjected to → slide edge (the finger joint strip is coated with natural curing for 72 hours and then is subjected to jointed board, the jointed board is subjected to kiln curing for 72 hours) and is subjected to finishing (the end head is coated with oil paint (clear oil, thick paint, oil blending paint, oil anti-rust paint and other nitro paint and polyester paint) immediately after finishing, and the forming is arranged after 3 hours) → forming → packing. Sorting the plates after natural curing or curing in a kiln before corrosion prevention, sorting out the optimal plates, stacking and stacking the main materials mainly with high outturn percentage (according to the standard of safe filling of a corrosion-proof tank filling rail car, the width is 1100x, and the height is about 1020), and processing the sorted materials for off-line as common line plates or other orders.
(IV) performing antiseptic treatment on the plate:
the operation flow sequentially comprises the following steps: loading wood into a treatment tank, primary vacuumizing, injecting an antiseptic agent, boosting and maintaining pressure, decompressing and draining liquid, secondary vacuumizing, and discharging. The method comprises the following specific steps: firstly, putting wood into anticorrosive equipment such as a treatment tank; then sealing and pumping the air in the treatment tank, wherein the vacuum degree is generally-0.08 to-0.085 mpa, and the vacuum maintaining time in the treatment tank is different according to different products (for example, 15 to 60 minutes); pressurizing under vacuum state, slowly increasing pressure by 1.0-1.4 mpa, and injecting CA antiseptic into wood; vacuum pressurization (pressure maintaining) enables the wood to absorb the preservative solution from inside to outside, thereby achieving the effect of full permeation; reducing pressure and discharging redundant antiseptic agents; vacuumizing again to remove the redundant preservative; and (5) taking the antiseptic wood out of the tank. Wherein, during the liquid discharge, the liquid suction and discharge are stopped when the vacuum degree is-0.04 mpa under reduced pressure, and then the pressure is increased to 1.4-1.5mpa.
It should be noted that, the conventional corrosion prevention includes two types, i.e., ACQ and CA, and two grades, i.e., H3 and H4, which are strictly identified and distinguished and cannot be confused. The two types of products need to be manufactured separately so as to avoid confusion, and are naturally dried for 7 to 14 days after preservative treatment and then enter a drying kiln so as to ensure the full fixation of preservative components in the wood. The aqueous agent has high solubility and slow solidification, and is required to be surface-dried by dropping liquid treatment, spread for cooling and typesetting after the dropping liquid is inclined for 12 hours, and stacked and dried for material treatment.
And (V) carrying out secondary drying on the plate:
the drying process needs to be similar to the first drying process, and can be used according to the above embodiment. Wherein, the health preserving region of anticorrosive medicament after the secondary stoving is noticed to distinguish, and the health preserving technology is similar with first health preserving technology, refers to above-mentioned embodiment and uses. The wood is dried for the second time, the curing is a very important link, the water content is strictly controlled to be 8% -12%, the water content of the water-based anticorrosive wood is consistent with that of the wood dried for the first time, the wood is dried slowly, the situation that the plate is not internally cracked, end-lined, shrunk, collapsed, twisted and absolutely dry is guaranteed, and sufficient curing time is guaranteed, the primary rough plate (curing time below 25mm is 20-30 days, curing time below 50mm is 30-60 days), the secondary drying (curing time below 25mm is 15-30 days, and curing time below 50mm is 25-60 days). In the structural products needing the anticorrosive material, the base material is subjected to a slow drying process for 7-14 days (naturally cooled for 2-3 days to normal temperature), and is subjected to a corrosion prevention stage after being cured for 30 days at the normal temperature of below 25 ℃.
(VI) manufacturing flow of the base material:
cutting: the method is suitable for the requirements and the demands of products and materials, is suitable for fixing the width and the thickness of short materials, is suitable for the requirements of finger-jointed base materials, has the requirements on length straightness and bending degree, and also considers a plurality of factors such as productivity and the like. Wherein, at the broken point, the joint line of edge cleaning (the lower line needs edge cleaning), the tile bend is less than or equal to 10 degrees (the lower line needs edge cleaning), the twist is less than or equal to 5mm (the lower line needs edge cleaning), the tree core (the lower line needs edge cleaning, the allowance of the shallow tree core is judged), the crack (the lower line needs edge cleaning, the surface crack and the crack plate are judged), the grease plate (the lower line is separately processed), the drying collapse (the lower line needs edge cleaning, the allowance of the collapse depth is judged to be sufficient), the lateral bend is less than or equal to 1cm, and the minor joint is less than or equal to 0.5cm (cutting calculation according to the thickness of the saw blade). At the positions with joints, the distance between the movable joints and the two ends of the plate section is more than 5cm, the movable joints (the movable joints which are not allowed to be cracked) are allowed to be less than or equal to 3cm, and parts such as dead joints, leaking joints, skin inclusion, partial withering, wormholes, decay and the like are left.
Splicing: the splicing specification of the plain plate splicing plates is set according to the specification of splicing permission of specific requirements, and the common line splicing plate basis (three splicing plates: small and large sides symmetrical splicing, double splicing plates: requirements symmetrical specification, water content and radial or cross grain distinguished splicing) is adopted.
Molding: the finger joint strips after 8-12 hours of health preservation are needed to be carried out, and the working procedure processing is carried out.
