When a honing machine processes a workpiece, kerosene is used as cooling liquid, the used kerosene and scraps generated in the grinding process enter a scrap bin below the honing machine together, the kerosene and the scraps are mixed and discharged from a discharge port and fall onto a conveyor belt 2 positioned right below the discharge port, the conveyor belt 2 is in a grid structure, the waste liquid seeps out of a grid under the action of gravity and falls into a waste liquid pool positioned below the conveyor belt 2 close to one end of the discharge port, the scraps stay on the conveyor belt 2, a shaft belt wheel 8 starts to rotate clockwise under the driving of a motor 4 to drive the conveyor belt 2 to move forward, the scraps are lifted to the inclined upper part along with the conveying of the conveyor belt 2 to the rotary end of the conveyor belt 2, and the scraps fall into a collecting vehicle 3 positioned right below the conveyor belt 2 under the action of gravity at the rotary end; the motor 4 drives the shaft belt wheel 8 to rotate clockwise, the rocker arm 9 fixedly connected to the side wall of the shaft belt wheel 8 rotates along with the shaft belt wheel 8, when the rocker arm 9 rotates to a certain position, the rubber roller 11 at the front end of the rocker arm 9 is contacted with the deflector rod 10 fixedly connected to two sides of the vibrating arm 7 at one end close to the shaft belt wheel 8, the vibrating arm 7 is stirred to rotate anticlockwise around the shaft 6, one end of the vibrating arm 7 close to the shaft belt wheel 8 moves upwards, the other end of the vibrating arm collides with the upper and lower conveying belts 2 respectively, vibration is generated on the conveying belts 2, the scraps above the upper conveying belt 2 are vibrated upwards to be separated from the surfaces of the conveying belts 2 and then fall back to the surfaces of the conveying belts 2 after being vibrated, the adhesive force between the scraps and the conveying belts 2 is eliminated, finally the scraps easily fall into the collecting vehicle 3 at the rotation section of the conveying belts 2, the scraps still attached to the lower conveying belt 2 are vibrated downwards after being vibrated, the scraps separated from the surfaces of the conveying belts 2 directly fall into the collecting vehicle 3 under the action of gravity, the separation degree of the scraps and the waste liquid separated from the waste liquid pool is greatly improved, and the separation efficiency of the waste liquid is also improved; along with the clockwise rotation of axle band pulley 8, when rocking arm 9 continued to rotate to a certain position, the rubber gyro wheel 11 of rocking arm 9 front end breaks away from with driving lever 10 of vibrations arm 7 side, and vibrations arm 7 no longer receives the thrust of driving lever 10, and vibrations arm 7 is close to axle band pulley 8 one end whereabouts under the action of gravity, and the other end rises, and the secondary takes place the striking with conveyer belt 2, has further promoted the efficiency of sweeps and conveyer belt 2, waste liquid separation.
