Compared with the embodiment 1, the difference of the embodiment is that the movable connecting structure is a hinge structure, and the hinge is respectively installed at the top of the first vertical plate and one end of the filter plate. Claims (10)

1. A chip removal system of a numerical control machine tool is characterized by comprising a chip removal machine body and a chip collection vehicle for collecting waste chips; the chip removal main part includes the support and sets up sweeps transport mechanism on the support, sweeps transport mechanism's discharge gate end sets up the top of collection bits car, discharge gate end is equipped with and is used for down dropping the blowing bits mechanism to the collection bits car with higher speed sweeps.

The chip removal system of the numerical control machine tool according to claim 1, wherein the chip blowing mechanism comprises a blowing part and a connecting frame mounted on the support, and the blowing part generates air flow in a direction towards the chip collecting vehicle; the blowing part comprises a fan blade motor and a fan blade wheel arranged on the fan blade motor, and the fan blade motor is arranged on the connecting frame.

The chip removal system for the numerical control machine tool according to claim 2, wherein the chip conveying mechanism comprises a conveyor belt mechanism and a driving mechanism for driving the conveyor belt mechanism to move; the conveying belt mechanism comprises a conveying belt, a driving belt wheel and a driven belt wheel, the driving belt wheel and the driven belt wheel are respectively arranged on a driving shaft and a driven shaft, and the conveying belt is arranged on the driving belt wheel and the driven belt wheel; the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor and a transmission connecting mechanism, and the transmission connecting mechanism is respectively connected with the driving shaft and the driving motor shaft.
4. The chip removal system for the numerical control machine tool according to claim 3, wherein the driven shafts are arranged in two groups, and the two groups are respectively arranged at the end part and the middle part of the conveyor belt. .

The chip removal system of the numerical control machine tool according to claim 4, wherein isolation brushes are arranged on two sides of the conveyor belt and arranged along the conveying direction of the conveyor belt, and the action part of each isolation brush abuts against the conveying surface of the conveyor belt.

The chip removal system of the numerical control machine tool according to claim 5, wherein the support comprises a support frame and a fixing frame, the support frame comprises a support leg and a support block mounted on the support leg, the fixing frame is detachably mounted on the support block, and two ends of the driving shaft and the driven shaft are mounted on the fixing frame through bearings.

The numerically-controlled machine tool chip removal system according to claim 6, wherein the chip collecting vehicle comprises a carriage, a filter plate for separating cutting fluid from chips and chip collecting vehicle legs mounted at the bottom of the carriage; the carriage comprises a bottom plate, side plates arranged on two sides of the bottom plate, a first vertical plate arranged at one end of the bottom plate and a second vertical plate arranged at the other end of the bottom plate; one end of the filter plate is mounted at the top of the first vertical plate through a movable connecting structure, the other end of the filter plate is arranged on the bottom plate, and the filter plate forms an inclined plane in the carriage; and rollers are arranged at the bottoms of the supporting legs of the scrap collecting vehicle.

The chip removal system of the numerical control machine tool according to claim 7, wherein the movable connecting structure comprises a buckle arranged at one end of the filter plate and a buckle hole arranged at the top of the first vertical plate, and the buckle hole is matched with the buckle; the buckle and the buckle hole are two groups and are respectively arranged on two sides of the filter plate and two sides of the first vertical plate.

The numerically-controlled machine tool chip removal system according to claim 8, wherein a liquid outlet is formed in a side plate on one side of the carriage, the liquid outlet is arranged below the filter plate, and the lower edge of the liquid outlet is flush with a bottom plate in the carriage.

The chip removal system for the numerical control machine tool according to claim 1, further comprising a cooling mechanism for cooling the returned chip liquid; the cooling mechanism comprises a cooling tank and a cooling pump arranged in the cooling tank, and the cooling tank is mounted on the carriage; and one end of the cooling box is provided with a liquid inlet, and the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet are correspondingly arranged and are mutually communicated.
