Abstract
The invention provides a folding chair which comprises an upper hinged seat, a plurality of supporting legs, a lower hinged seat and a plurality of upper supporting rods. When the folding chair is in the unfolding state, the lower ends of the supporting legs are unfolded relatively, and the upper ends of the upper supporting rods are unfolded relatively; when the folding chair is in the folding state, the lower end parts of the supporting legs are close to each other, the upper end parts of the upper supporting rods are close to each other, and the upper hinged seat and the lower hinged seat are relatively far away. The lower hinge base having a first lower hinge section and a second lower hinge base section, the first lower hinge section being higher than the second lower hinge section; the plurality of upper support rods comprise front support rods and back support rods, the lower end portions of the front support rods are rotatably connected with the first lower hinge portions, and the lower end portions of the back support rods are rotatably connected with the second lower hinge portions. Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of outdoor articles, and relates to a folding chair.
Background
The folding chair has the characteristics of folding and convenient carrying, and is applied to outdoor activities such as camping and picnic. The folding chair generally comprises a foldable chair frame and a cloth cover arranged on the chair frame, wherein the cloth cover is propped open by the chair frame to support a human body. The chair frame typically includes a plurality of pivotally connected links that allow for relative unfolding and folding. Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be more readily understood by those skilled in the art. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a folding chair for outdoor use, which has an unfolded state as shown in fig. 1 and a folded state as shown in fig. 5. This folding chair includes: an upper hinge seat 11, a plurality of support legs 12, a lower hinge seat 13 and a plurality of upper struts 14. The folding chair also includes a cloth cover that is attached to the plurality of upper struts 14. When the folding chair is in the unfolding state, the cloth cover is unfolded by the plurality of upper supporting rods 14 so as to support the human body.
Further, the upper hinge base 11 includes a plurality of upper hinge portions 111 extending radially outward, and the plurality of upper hinge portions 111 are spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction of the upper hinge base 11. Each of the support legs 12 has an upper end 121 rotatably coupled to the upper hinge base 11 and a lower end for supporting on the ground. The lower hinge base 13 is located below the upper hinge base 11. The lower end of each upper strut 14 is rotatably connected to the lower hinge base 13. In the present embodiment, the connecting rod 2 is disposed on the upper hinge base 11, and the lower hinge base 13 is detachably connected to the connecting rod 2. For example, the lower hinge base 13 is provided with an insertion groove into which the lower end portion of the link 2 is detachably inserted. When the folding chair is in an unfolded state, the lower end part of the connecting rod 2 is inserted into the insertion groove; when the folding chair is in a folding state, the lower end part of the connecting rod 2 is separated from the inserting groove.
When the folding chair is in an unfolded state, the lower ends of a plurality of supporting legs 12 are oppositely unfolded, the upper ends of a plurality of upper supporting rods 14 are oppositely unfolded, and a connecting rod 2 is connected between an upper hinged seat 11 and a lower hinged seat 13; specifically, the lower end of the connecting rod 2 is inserted into the insertion slot of the lower hinge base 13. When the folding chair is in a folding state, the lower end parts of a plurality of supporting legs 12 are close to each other, the upper end parts of a plurality of upper supporting rods 14 are close to each other, the connecting rod 2 is separated from the lower hinged seat 13, and the upper hinged seat 11 is relatively far away from the lower hinged seat 13; specifically, the lower end portion of the link 2 is disengaged from the insertion groove of the lower hinge base 13.
The number of the supporting legs 12 and the number of the upper supporting rods 14 in the embodiment are four, the upper supporting rods 14 and the supporting legs 12 are respectively provided with a rod piece 15 which can be sleeved and can relatively extend, the folding chair has a small volume after being extended and folded, and the packaging size is reduced; the upper hinged seat 11 and the lower hinged seat 13 are arranged at the center of the folding chair, the supporting legs 12 and the upper support rods 14 are respectively connected, the plurality of supporting legs 12 and the plurality of upper support rods 14 are arranged in a staggered mode, namely one upper support rod 14 is accommodated between every two supporting legs 12, the space is reasonably utilized, and the folded size is small; the connecting rod 2 is arranged on the upper hinge seat 11, the lower hinge seat 13 is detachably connected with the connecting rod 2, and the connecting rod 2 is connected between the upper hinge seat 11 and the lower hinge seat 13 in an unfolded state, so that the structural stability is better; the first lower hinge part and the second lower hinge part are arranged in a staggered manner, and the inclination angle of the backrest rod is smaller (namely, the backrest rod is closer to a vertical surface), so that the back of a user can be better supported; the inclination angle of the front stay bar is larger (namely, is closer to the horizontal plane), the distance between the front stay bar and the backrest bar is increased, and the use comfort is improved.
When the folding chair of the embodiment is in the unfolding state, the lower end parts of the supporting legs 12 are unfolded relatively, the upper end parts of the upper supporting rods 14 are unfolded relatively, the connecting rod 2 is connected between the upper hinged seat 11 and the lower hinged seat 13, when the folding chair is turned from the unfolding state to the folding state, the upper hinged seat 11 is pulled upwards, the supporting legs 12 and the upper supporting rods 14 can be turned over along with the upper hinged seat 11 (as shown in figure 4), then the rod members 15 of the supporting legs 12 and the upper supporting rods 14 are contracted to the state shown in figure 5, and the folded and stored volume is small.
Example 2
The present example differs from example 1 in that: the upper hinge base 11 and the lower hinge base 13 are not directly connected by any rod, and the other steps are basically the same as those of the embodiment 1. Referring to fig. 6 to 9, the upper hinge base 11 extends downward at a middle portion thereof, the lower hinge base 13 extends upward at a middle portion thereof, and there is no connecting member between the upper hinge base 11 and the lower hinge base 13 except for the plurality of upper struts 14 and the plurality of support legs 12. When the folding chair is in the unfolded state as shown in fig. 8, the upper hinge seat 11 and the lower hinge seat 13 abut against each other, more specifically, the middle portion of the upper hinge seat 11 and the middle portion of the lower hinge seat 13 abut against each other; the folding chair is in a folded state as shown in fig. 9, the upper hinge seat 11 and the lower hinge seat 13 are separated.
In other embodiments, the middle of the upper hinge base 11 extends downward and is provided with a plug groove, and the middle of the lower hinge base 13 extends upward to form a plug part. When the folding chair is in an unfolded state, the insertion part is inserted into the insertion groove above the folding chair; when the folding chair is in a folding state, the insertion part is separated from the insertion groove.

the middle part of each supporting leg is also rotatably connected with a corresponding upper supporting rod; when the folding chair is in the unfolding state, the lower end parts of the plurality of supporting legs are unfolded relatively, and the upper end parts of the plurality of upper supporting rods are unfolded relatively; when the folding chair is in the folded state, the lower end parts of the plurality of supporting legs are close to each other, the upper end parts of the plurality of upper supporting rods are close to each other, and the upper hinge seat and the lower hinge seat are relatively far away;
the lower hinge base is provided with a first lower hinge part and a second lower hinge part, and the first lower hinge part is higher than the second lower hinge part; the plurality of upper support rods comprise front support rods and back support rods, the lower end portions of the front support rods are rotatably connected with the first lower hinge portions, and the lower end portions of the back support rods are rotatably connected with the second lower hinge portions.
2. The folding chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the angle between the front stay and the horizontal plane is smaller than the angle between the back stay and the horizontal plane.
3. The folding chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of support legs and the plurality of upper support rods are staggered, and only one first lower hinge portion or one second lower hinge portion is provided between adjacent two support legs.

The folding chair as in claim 1, wherein said upper hinge base includes a plurality of radially outwardly extending upper hinge portions spaced circumferentially; the first lower hinge or the second lower hinge is located between two adjacent upper hinges in a top view; the figure formed by orthographic projections of the upper hinge seats on the horizontal plane is axisymmetric, and the figure formed by orthographic projections of the first lower hinge parts and the second lower hinge parts on the horizontal plane is centrosymmetric and not axisymmetric.

The folding chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein a link is provided on one of the upper and lower hinge seats, and the other is detachably connected to the link; when the folding chair is in an unfolded state, the connecting rod is connected between the upper hinged seat and the lower hinged seat; when the folding chair is in a folding state, the connecting rod is separated from the upper hinged seat or the lower hinged seat.

The folding chair as claimed in claim 5, wherein the upper hinge seat or the lower hinge seat is provided with a slot for inserting the connecting rod; when the folding chair is in an unfolded state, one end part of the connecting rod is inserted into the insertion groove; when the folding chair is in a folding state, the connecting rod is separated from the insertion groove.
7. The folding chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper and lower hinge seats abut each other when the folding chair is in the unfolded state; when the folding chair is in a folding state, the upper hinged seat and the lower hinged seat are separated.

The folding chair as claimed in claim 7, wherein one of the upper and lower hinge seats is provided with an insertion groove, and the other is provided with an insertion part; when the folding chair is in an unfolded state, the insertion part is inserted into the insertion groove; when the folding chair is in a folding state, the insertion part is separated from the insertion groove.
