The folding cart of claim 2 wherein when the folding cart is in a lounge position, the first, second and third links are 180 degrees such that the second support rotates counterclockwise along the hinge point to a extreme position to form a back rest, and the detent lever disengages from the third support such that the third support naturally rests on the floor to form a leg rest.
