Abstract
本申请提供了一种信息上报方法、装置、设备及存储介质,涉及无线通信技术领域。所述方法包括:终端向服务小区基站上报第一定时偏差,第一定时偏差是第一传播延时和第二传播延时之间的差值,第一传播延时是终端和服务小区卫星之间的传播延时,第二传播延时是终端和相邻小区卫星之间的传播延时。也即是,终端能够测量确定相邻小区卫星的传播延时,并将相邻小区卫星的定时偏差上报给服务小区基站,以辅助服务小区基站及时调整针对相邻小区配置的测量间隔的偏移值,和/或,SMTC的偏移值。
