Abstract

Description

用于包装液体和食品的包装材料
技术领域
本发明涉及用于液体或食品的包装材料,生产这种包装材料的方法,以及包含该包装材料的包装。
背景技术
在用于液体、干燥或冷冻食品的包装或杯子中使用的基于纤维的材料通常在内侧(面向被包装物品)上和外侧(印刷面)上均设置有阻隔涂覆物。施加在内侧上的阻隔涂覆物使得材料经受住例如液体、油脂、香味和/或气体,且使其能够经受住被包装物品对包装材料的影响。阻隔涂覆物还应当是热密封性的。施加外侧上的阻隔,以便保护被包装物品免受周围环境(尤其是水蒸汽,以及由于杯外侧与杯内侧(当填充时)之间的温度波动或温度差而在表面形成的凝结)的影响。
阻隔通常通过使用赋予基材阻隔性质的组合物涂覆基于纤维的基材(纸板)而产生。当在基于纤维的产品上形成阻隔时,最常用的材料是聚烯烃,如聚乙烯(PE)或聚丙烯(PP),它们通常被挤出涂覆或层压到基于纤维的基材。如今,也使用其生物基形式,包括其它生物基聚合物,如PLA。液体包装板通常在两个侧面上均设置有聚合物涂覆物,并且通常在内侧上设置有额外的铝箔层。旨在用于杯子的纸板通常设置有聚烯烃涂覆物,以既在内侧上提供对液体内容物的阻隔,由在外侧/印刷面上提供对由凝结引起的水分的阻隔。
然而,包含经挤出涂覆或层压的聚烯烃层的纸板难以再循环,并且通常不是可生物降解或可再循环的。经挤出涂覆的聚合物难以分解和作为纸和纸板制造中的损纸处理的一部分再利用。为了减少废塑料,立法禁止使用塑料在全球被进一步探讨。
现有技术中,提出了分散体阻隔涂覆物。EP2358942公开了涂覆有第一和第二阻隔涂覆物层的纸板,该第一和第二阻隔涂覆物层由包含约70-90重量%聚合物乳液和10-30重量%颜料的水性聚合物分散体组成。WO2015155413公开了经涂覆的食品纸板,其中在纸板层与颜料涂覆物层之间施加分散体阻隔涂覆物。WO9854410公开了包含含有滑石的聚合物分散体阻隔层的经涂覆的板。然而,分散体涂覆物层通常不足以提供所需的对液体或食品的阻隔,以及不足以赋予长的环境货架寿命。
因此,仍然需要用于液体、冷冻或干燥食品的热密封性的基于纤维的包装材料,该包装材料能够以高收率再浆化,并且仍然在长的环境货架寿命期间提供所需的阻隔性质。
发明内容
在第一方面中,本发明公开了用于包装热密封性包装材料的纸板,该热密封性包装材料包含:
-包含第一和第二侧面的纸板基材,
-第一侧面上的第一和任选的第二分散体涂覆物层,该第一和任选的第二分散体涂覆物层提供对液体、水分、油脂和气体中至少一者的阻隔,
-包含聚烯烃的经挤出涂覆的阻隔层,
其中第一和任选的第二分散体涂覆物层施加在纸板基材与经挤出涂覆的阻隔层之间,并且
其中经挤出涂覆的阻隔层的涂覆物重量小于15gsm、优选地小于10gsm、最优选地小于7gsm。
根据本发明的包装材料使塑料涂覆物的量最小化,但仍然为食品和/或液体的包装提供所需的阻隔性质。包装材料已尤其显示出为包装在由该材料制成的包装中的食品提供长的货架寿命。尤其地,包装材料提供气体、液体和/或油脂阻隔性质。尽管包装材料包含如此少量的挤出热塑性聚合物,但该材料可容易地热密封。
优选地,所述经挤出涂覆的阻隔层是包装材料的仅有的经挤出涂覆的阻隔层,并且包装材料不包含任何另外的经挤出涂覆或层压的热塑性聚合物层。进一步优选地,包装不包含铝,诸如铝层或铝箔。所述经挤出涂覆的阻隔层优选地适于形成由其形成的包装的内侧,并因此适于与这样的所形成的包装的内容物接触。
在第二方面中,本发明定义了生产包装材料的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
-提供包含第一和第二侧面的纸板基材,
-在第一涂覆步骤中,在第一侧面上施加至少一个第一分散体涂覆物层,从而形成经分散体涂覆的基材,该分散体涂覆物层提供对液体、水分、油脂和气体中至少一者的阻隔,
-将所述经分散体涂覆的基材干燥,
-在第二涂覆步骤中,通过挤出涂覆而在所述经分散体涂覆的基材上施加包含聚烯烃的经挤出涂覆的阻隔层,
其中经挤出涂覆的阻隔层以小于15gsm、优选地小于10gsm、最优选地小于7gsm的涂覆物重量施加。
该方法的特征还可进一步在于限定根据本发明的第一方面的热密封性包装材料的特征。
在第三方面中,本发明限定了包含上述包装材料或由上述包装材料制成的包装,优选地液体和/或食品包装。该包装适用于冷和温的液体和/或食品两者。
具体实施方式
如本文所用,“纸板基材”是指包含纤维素纤维的基于纤维的基材。用于包装材料的典型纸板基材包含至少一个层片,优选地包含若干层片。纸板基材可包含漂白和/或未漂白的纤维,并且其可经表面施胶。纸板基材优选地为包含至少两个层片(背层片(back ply)和顶层片(top ply))的多层包装纸板。纸板基材可包含例如顶层片和背层片以及至少一个中间层片。纸板基材可具有至少120gsm、或至少150gsm、优选地至少180gsm的基重(basisweight)。这样的多层纸板基材特别地适用于液体和/或食品包装。
纸板、基材、或涂覆物层的克重或基重是指以克/平方米、gsm或g/m2表示的重量。如本文中所用,gsm和g/m2可互换使用。
如果并未另外明确指示,给定的%是重量%,并且是基于相应物体(如层、层片或包装)的100重量%的干重计算的。
如本文中所用,“分散体涂覆物层”是指通过分散体涂覆而被施加到纸板基材上的层。如本文中所用,“分散体涂覆”是指其中将细聚合物颗粒的水性分散体施加到纸或纸板的表面以在干燥后形成固体的、基本上无孔的膜的涂覆技术。分散体涂覆物层可通过使用以下而施加:辊涂、喷涂、幕涂、刮刀涂覆、狭缝式涂覆、浸涂、凹版辊涂、反向直接凹版式涂覆(reverse direct gravure coating)、棒涂、软头刮刀涂覆和/或其组合。优选的涂覆方法是幕涂、刮刀涂覆和棒涂。分散体涂料可以再循环利用。
如本文中所用,“经分散体涂覆的聚烯烃”是指通过分散体涂覆而施加的聚烯烃。
如本文所用,术语“胶乳”是指聚合物粒子的水性悬浮体,其可为天然聚合物、合成聚合物、衍生自生物质的合成聚合物,或其组合。
如本文中所表示的吸水率使用COBB 600根据SCAN-P 12:64测量。
如本文中所表示的水蒸气传输速率(Water Vapor Transfor Rate)根据ASTMF1249采用Mocon仪器在23℃的温度和50% RH下测量。
如本文中所表示的氧传递速率(OTR)根据ASTM D3985在23℃的温度和50%相对湿度(RH)下测量。

从包装材料的再浆化接收的废料根据PTS测试方法RH021/97测定。
KIT值是油脂耐受性的量度,并且是根据TAPPI T559测量的。
被折皱和折叠的包装材料的油脂耐受性根据ASTM F119-82测量。在测量之前,使材料折皱(Morgana Docu-Crease 52)并通过2.07kg辊折叠,并且在60℃下在第一阻隔涂覆物层侧面上暴露于动物油(鸡脂)。记录在置于板之下的采用254nm荧光指示剂的薄层色谱板上显示视觉变化所需的时间(=穿透时间(break-through time)或失效时间(failuretime))。油脂耐受性定义了穿透或失效时间。
本发明涉及用于包装液体或食品的热密封性包装材料,其具有第一和第二侧面。纸板在其第一侧面上设置有第一和任选的第二分散体涂覆物层。将包含聚烯烃的经挤出涂覆的阻隔层施加到第一或任选的第二分散体涂覆物层上。经挤出涂覆的阻隔层的涂覆物重量优选地小于15gsm、优选地小于10gsm、最优选地小于7gsm。优选地,经挤出涂覆的阻隔层的涂覆物重量在≥1gsm至≤15gsm的范围内,或在≥5gsm至≤10gsm的范围内。
本发明人已发现,一个或两个分散体涂覆物层与非常薄的经挤出涂覆的聚烯烃阻隔层的组合提供了良好阻隔性质的层和热密封性。包装材料进一步可再循环和可再浆化。在纸板基材与挤出涂覆层之间施加分散体涂覆物层促进了在再浆化中分离挤出的聚烯烃层。此外,包装材料中塑料的量最小化。此外,本发明的包装材料提供了对粘连的耐受性,这是经分散体涂覆的纸板的常见问题。
经挤出涂覆的阻隔层可形成由该材料制成的包装的内侧。在一替代实施方式中,经挤出涂覆的阻隔层形成印刷表面,并因此形成了由其形成的包装的印刷面。在该实施方式中,包含分散体涂覆物层和经挤出涂覆的阻隔层的涂覆物结构形成对由凝结引起的水分的阻隔。
纸板基材优选地为多层纸板,包括顶层片和背层片以及一个或若干个中间层片,该中间层片提供松厚度。纸板基材(特别是一个或多个中间层片)可含有硫酸盐/牛皮纸浆和CTMP,其有利地提供松厚度。纸浆可为未漂白或漂白的。提供松厚度的层片可包含至少30重量%或至少50重量%或至少70重量%的源自压力磨木浆(PGW)、化学热磨机械浆(CTMP)或热磨机械浆(TMP)的纤维。基材可具有至少125gsm、或至少150gsm、或至少180gsm、诸如在125-500gsm范围内的基重。在顶层片上,可施加矿物涂覆物。优选地,顶层片没有矿物涂覆物层。基材的顶层片和/或背层片可为未经处理的或在在一个或两个侧面上表面施胶,例如施胶有薄层淀粉。
优选地,所述经挤出涂覆的阻隔层占包装材料总重量的小于5重量%、优选地在≥0.1重量%至≤4重量%范围内、或在≥1重量%至≤4重量%范围内,按包装材料的总重量计。
经挤出涂覆的阻隔层的聚烯烃可为热塑性聚烯烃,如聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、环烯烃共聚物(COC)、聚甲基戊烯(PMP),或其混合物。在优选实施方式中,经挤出涂覆的层的聚烯烃选自聚乙烯和聚丙烯。这些提供了特别良好的阻隔性质,并且允许通过挤出涂覆而良好地施加。
挤出的阻隔层的重量可进一步取决于纸板基材的基重。在实施方式中,纸板基材可具有≥150至≤230gsm范围内的低克重,其中经挤出涂覆的阻隔层可具有≥1.5至≤11gsm或≥1.5至≤5gsm、或≥5至≤11gsm范围内的克重。在实施方式中,纸板基材的克重可为230gsm以上,如在≥230至≤400gsm或≥200至≤360gsm的范围内。在这些实施方式中,经挤出涂覆的层可具有≥2至<15gsm或≥10至<15gsm或≥5至≤11gsm范围内的克重。
第一分散体涂覆物层的涂覆物重量或者第一和任选的第二分散体涂覆物层的涂覆物重量的总和可在≥5至≤40gsm的范围内,优选地在≥10至≤30gsm或≥10至≤20gsm的范围内。
本发明的包装材料显示出提供对水分、油脂和/或气体优异的阻隔性质。包装材料可以表现出如根据SCAN-P 12:64使用COBB 600所测量的15g/m2以下,优选地13g/m2以下、并且最优选地10g/m2以下的吸水率,和/或如使用ASTM F1249所测量的低于15g/m2/24h、优选地低于10、或5g/m2/24h的水蒸气传输速率(WVTR)。包装材料可进一步表现出50cc/m2*天*atm以下、优选地20cc/m2以下、或甚至10cc/m2以下的氧传输速率(OTR),其根据ASTM D3985在23℃、50%相对湿度(RH)下测量。本发明的包装材料可进一步表现出高于10、优选地12的KIT值,如根据TAPPI 559所测量。KIT值优选地在≥10至≤12的范围内。
本发明的包装材料折叠和折皱时也进一步显示表现出优异的阻隔性质。根据ASTMF119-82(60℃,0% RH),折皱和折叠的包装材料的油脂耐受性优选地为至少20h、优选地至少25h。
在一些实施方式中,包装材料包含少于100个针孔/m2,优选地少于10个针孔/m2,并且更优选地少于0个针孔/m2,如根据标准EN13676:2001对经挤出涂覆的层所测量。针孔是可在涂覆过程期间出现在挤出涂覆膜中的微孔。这样的针孔可例如由于基板中的不规则性而形成。在本领域中,已经假定需要相当高的挤出涂覆层的涂覆物重量以使针孔形成保持在可接受的限度下。本发明预料之外地显示,即使在挤出涂覆层的重量低的情况下,也可减少或避免针孔。
进一步地,本发明的包装材料可容易地再浆化。从包装材料的再浆化接收的废料(根据PTS测试方法RH021/97所测定)优选地为小于12重量%、优选地小于10重量%、更优选地小于7重量%,基于100重量%的包装材料的干重计。
在实施方式中,本发明的包装材料可进一步包含含有聚烯烃的第二经挤出涂覆的阻隔层,其中(第一)经挤出涂覆的阻隔层和第二经挤出涂覆的阻隔层的重量总和小于15gsm、优选地小于10gsm、最优选地小于7gsm。在一个实施方式中,所述第一和第二经挤出涂覆的阻隔层的重量占包装材料的总重量的小于5重量%。在这些实施方式中,所述第一经挤出涂覆的阻隔层和所述第二经挤出涂覆的阻隔层构成了包装材料的唯一的挤出涂覆或层压的热塑性聚合物层。所述第二经挤出涂覆的阻隔层优选地适于形成由其形成的包装的内表面,并适于与包装的内容物直接接触。优选地,将所述第二经挤出涂覆的阻隔层施加到所述第一经挤出涂覆的阻隔层上。在实施方式中,所述第一和第二经挤出涂覆的阻隔层可通过使用共挤出而施加到纸板基材上。
优选地,施加到包装材料上的所有包含聚烯烃的经挤出涂覆的阻隔层的总和占包装材料的总重量的小于5重量%。优选地,所有包含聚烯烃的经挤出涂覆的阻隔层的涂覆物重量的总和小于15gsm、优选地小于10gsm或小于7gsm。优选地,所有包含聚烯烃的经挤出涂覆的阻隔层的涂覆物重量的总和在≥1gsm至≤15gsm的范围内,或在≥5gsm至≤10gsm的范围内。优选地,包装材料不包含任何另外的挤出涂覆或层压的热塑性聚合物层或任何铝层。
第一和任选的第二分散体涂覆物层可包含胶乳和/或聚烯烃。优选地,第一和任选的第二分散体涂覆物层以如下量包含胶乳和/或聚烯烃:至少30重量%,如在≥30重量%至≤100重量%的范围内,或在≥30重量%至≤70重量%的范围内,以层的总固体含量计。胶乳可选自:苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯胶乳、丙烯酸酯胶乳、乙烯基-乙酸酯胶乳、丙烯酸酯胶乳、乙酸乙烯酯胶乳、乙酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸酯胶乳、苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈胶乳、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯-丙烯腈胶乳、苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯酸酯-丙烯腈胶乳、苯乙烯-马来酸酐胶乳、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐胶乳、或这些胶乳的混合物。胶乳优选地为苯乙烯-丁二烯(SB)胶乳或苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯(SA)胶乳、丙烯酸酯胶乳、乙酸乙烯酯胶乳、或乙酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸酯胶乳,或这些胶乳的混合物。胶乳可以是生物基的,即衍生自生物质,如生物基苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯或苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳。生物基胶乳可提供类似的性能并提供改进的碳足迹。
第一和/或第二分散体涂覆物层可进一步包含颜料,这样的颜料选自粘土(优选地高岭粘土)、碳酸钙和/或滑石。
除了胶乳和颜料之外,一个或多个分散体涂覆物层可进一步包含少量的添加剂,如0.1-5重量%、或0.1-1、或1-5重量%,按所述分散体涂覆物层的干重计。添加剂可包括增稠剂、消泡剂或防沫剂、分散助剂、额外的颜料、交联剂、滑爽添加剂、填料、剥离剂、防腐剂和防粘连剂。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,至少一个分散体涂覆物层包含交联剂。如本文中所用,交联剂意在定义与羧基和/或羟基反应的试剂。交联剂优选地选自碳酸锆铵(AZC)、碳酸锆钾、乙酸锆钾、(甲基化)三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或(甲基化)脲甲醛树脂、乙二醛、咪唑啉衍生物、双醛多糖,及其组合。交联剂优选地以如下量添加:在0.1-5重量%之间、或在1-2重量%之间,按所述分散体涂覆物层的干重计。交联剂例如通过提供较致密且较不多孔的涂覆物层来进一步改善阻隔性质。此外,表面的光滑度得到改善。在一个优选实施方式中,交联剂选自双醛多糖,如双醛纤维素(DAC)和双醛淀粉。
在实施方式中,包装材料包含施加到第一分散体涂覆物层上的第二分散体涂覆物层,该第一和第二分散体涂覆物层施加在纸板基材与经挤出涂覆的阻隔层之间。
第一和第二分散体涂覆物层可以10-40gsm的范围内、优选地20-40gsm或25-35gsm的范围内的总涂覆物重量施加。优选地,第一分散体涂覆物层以10-20gsm的涂覆物重量施加,而第二分散体涂覆物层以10-20gsm的涂覆物重量施加。施加至少两个分散体涂覆物层进一步增加了阻隔性质,尤其是通过减少阻隔物中形成的针孔数目。
在实施方式中,第一分散体涂覆物层包含胶乳和任选的颜料,并且第二分散体涂覆物层包含聚烯烃。
在一个实施方式中,第一分散体涂覆物层可以基于层的干固体含量计≥30重量%至≤70重量%范围内的量包含胶乳。在该实施方式中,第一分散体涂覆物层可以基于层的干固体含量计≥30重量%至≤70重量%范围内的量、优选地约60重量%的量包含颜料,如粘土和/或滑石。
在实施方式中,第二分散体涂覆物层可包含选自以下的聚烯烃:聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)和/或聚乙烯与聚丙烯的共聚物。在这些实施方式中,第二分散体涂覆物层可进一步包含共粘合剂。共粘合剂可选自淀粉、聚乙烯醇(PVOH)、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)和胶乳。优选地,共粘合剂是胶乳。优选地,该胶乳选自苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯胶乳、或其混合物。
在一个实施方式中,第二分散体涂覆物层纸板以基于层的干固体含量计≥90重量%至≤100重量%范围内、优选地≥90重量%至≤98重量%范围内的量包含聚烯烃。在该实施方式中,第二分散体涂覆物层可不含颜料,并且可以包含基于层的干固体含量计≥0重量%至≤10重量%范围内、优选地≥2重量%至≤10重量%范围内的共粘合剂。
在另一实施方式中,第二分散体涂覆物层可以基于层的干固体含量计≥40重量%至≤90重量%范围内、优选地≥60重量%至≤80重量%范围内的量包含聚烯烃。在该实施方式中,第二分散体涂覆物层可包含基于层的干固体含量计≥10重量%至≤60重量%范围内、优选地≥20重量%至≤40重量%范围内的共粘合剂,如胶乳。

在实施方式中,包装材料可在纸板基材的第二侧面上设置有第三分散体涂覆物层。包装材料可进一步设置有施加到所述第三分散体涂覆物层上的第四分散体涂覆物层。这些第三和任选的第四分散体涂覆物层还可包含粘合剂和任选的颜料,如胶乳和颜料或者聚烯烃和颜料。所述第三和任选的第四分散体涂覆物层可构成施加到第二侧面上的唯一阻隔层。所述第二侧面可优选地形成印刷表面,并且在这样的实施方式中,所述一个或多个涂覆物层特别地形成对由凝结引起的水分的阻隔。
生产本发明包装材料的方法包括如下步骤:在第一涂覆步骤中,在纸板基材的第一侧面上施加第一和任选的第二分散体涂覆物层。分散体涂覆物层可以通过常规方法施加,如使用辊涂、喷涂、幕涂、刮刀涂覆、狭缝式涂覆、浸涂、凹版辊涂、反向直接凹版式涂覆、棒涂、软头刮刀涂覆和/或其组合施加。优选地,涂覆方法是冲击涂覆方法,最优选地刮刀涂覆或棒涂。使用冲击涂覆方法施加分散体涂覆物层增强了经挤出涂覆的聚烯烃层的粘附性。分散体涂覆物的固体含量可为10-70重量%、优选地30-70重量%、最优选地40-65重量%。用于分散体涂覆物的分散体粘度优选地在500-1000mPas之间。然而,分散体可用水或任何其它溶剂稀释,以便实现期望的粘度。
优选地通过使用常规干燥技术,采用例如热空气,干燥包含分散体涂覆物层的基材,优选地干燥至85-95重量%的干含量。然后,在第二涂覆步骤中,通过挤出涂覆而在经分散体涂覆的基材上施加包含聚烯烃的第一阻隔涂覆物层。挤出涂覆是将热塑性聚合物(如聚烯烃)熔融并通过平模挤出到冷却辊上的连续工艺。冷却辊(chill roll)主要充当挤出和涂覆操作中的传热和修整(finishing,成品)装置。
在实施方式中,所述第一涂覆步骤和所述第二涂覆步骤在相同涂覆线内集成施加。在本申请的上下文中,“相同涂覆线内集成”意在定义当纸幅在退绕工位(unwindstation)与回绕工位(rewind station)之间运行时,在相同的涂覆机(优选地离线涂覆机)上以相同的工艺步骤应用涂覆步骤。
本发明进一步涉及包含以上所公开的包装材料或由以上所公开的包装材料制成的包装。所述包装优选地通过使用热密封制成。在优选实施方式中,所述第一侧面形成所述包装的内侧,并且第二侧面形成印刷面。在这些实施方式中,(第一)经挤出涂覆的阻隔层或第二经挤出涂覆的阻隔层可优选地形成包装的内表面,并且所述层因此适于与包装的内容物接触。本发明的包装适用于液体和/或食品的包装。

图1所示的包装材料包含纸板基材(1)。纸板基材具有第一和第二侧面,其中在第一侧面上,纸板基材涂覆有第一分散体涂覆物层(2),从而提供对液体、水分、油脂和/或气体的阻隔。
聚烯烃(如聚乙烯或聚丙烯)层(3)被挤出涂覆到第一分散体涂覆物层(2)上。经挤出涂覆的层(3)将与由包装材料形成的包装的内容物接触。纸板基材1的第二侧面可涂覆有第二分散体涂覆物层(4),其中分散体涂覆物层(4)形成包装材料的印刷面。
图2中所示的包装材料包含纸板基材1。纸板具有第一和第二侧面,其中在第一侧面上,纸板基材涂覆有第一和第二分散体涂覆物层(2,2')。第一和第二聚烯烃层(3,3')被挤出涂覆到第二分散体涂覆物层(2')上。第二经挤出涂覆的层(3')将与由包装材料形成的包装的内容物接触。纸板基材(1)的第二侧面涂覆有第二分散体涂覆物层(4)。
如图1或2中所示的纸板特别适用于液体和/或食品的热密封包装。

Claims (20)

1.热密封性包装材料,其包含:
-包含第一和第二侧面的纸板基材(1),
-所述第一侧面上的第一(2)和任选的第二(2')分散体涂覆物层,所述第一和任选的第二分散体涂覆物层(2,2')提供对液体、水分、油脂和气体中至少一者的阻隔,
-包含聚烯烃的经挤出涂覆的阻隔层(3),
其中所述第一和任选的第二分散体涂覆物层(2,2')施加在所述纸板基材与所述经挤出涂覆的阻隔层(3)之间,并且
其中所述经挤出涂覆的阻隔层(3)的涂覆物重量小于15gsm,优选地小于10gsm,最优选地小于7gsm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装材料,其中所述经挤出涂覆的阻隔层(3)占所述包装材料的总重量的小于5重量%。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装材料,其中所述包装材料表现出如根据SCAN-P 12:64使用COBB 600所测量的低于15g/m2的吸水率,和/或如使用ASTM F1249所测量的低于15g/m2/24h的水蒸气传输速率(WVTR)。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装材料,其中所述包装材料表现出50cc/m2*天*atm以下的氧传递速率(OTR),如根据ASTM D3985在23℃、50%相对湿度(RH)下所测量。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装材料,其中所述包装材料包含少于10个针孔/m2,如根据标准EN13676:2001所测量。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装材料,其中从所述包装材料的再浆化接收的废料(根据PTS测试方法RH021/97所确定)为小于12重量%,基于100重量%的所述包装材料的干重计。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装材料,其中所述包装材料表现出10以上的KIT值,如根据TAPPI 559所测量。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装材料,其中根据ASTM F119-82(60℃),折叠和折皱材料的油脂耐受性为至少20h。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装材料,其进一步包含含有聚烯烃的第二经挤出涂覆的阻隔层(3'),其中所述经挤出涂覆的阻隔层(3)和所述第二经挤出涂覆的阻隔层(3')的重量总和小于15gsm,优选地小于10gsm,最优选地小于7gsm。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装材料,其中所述第一(2)和任选的第二分散体涂覆物层(2')包含胶乳和/或聚烯烃。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装材料,其进一步包含施加到所述第一分散体涂覆物层(2)上的第二分散体涂覆物层(2'),该第一和第二分散体涂覆物层施加在所述纸板基材与所述经挤出涂覆的阻隔层(3)之间。
12.根据权利要求11所述的包装材料,其中所述第一分散体涂覆物层(2)包含胶乳和任选的颜料,并且所述第二分散体涂覆物层(2')包含聚烯烃。
13.根据权利要求12-13中任一项所述的纸板,其中所述第二分散体涂覆物层(2')包含选自以下的聚烯烃:聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)和/或聚乙烯与聚丙烯的共聚物。
14.根据权利要求12所述的包装材料,其中所述第一分散体涂覆物层(2)包含胶乳,并且所述第二分散体涂覆物层(2')包含胶乳和任选的颜料。
15.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装材料,其中在所述纸板基材(1)的第二侧面上施加第三分散体涂覆物层(4)。
16.生产包装材料的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
-提供包含第一和第二侧面的纸板基材(1),
-在第一涂覆步骤中,在所述第一侧面上施加至少一个第一分散体涂覆物层(2),从而形成经分散体涂覆的基材,所述分散体涂覆物层(2)提供对液体、水分、油脂和气体中至少一者的阻隔,
-将所述经分散体涂覆的基材干燥,
-在第二涂覆步骤中,通过挤出涂覆在所述经分散体涂覆的基材上施加包含聚烯烃的阻隔涂覆物层(3),
其中所述阻隔涂覆物层(3)以小于15gsm、优选地小于10gsm、最优选地小于7gsm的涂覆物重量施加。
17.根据权利要求17所述的生产包装材料的方法,其中所述至少一个第一分散体涂覆物层(2)是通过使用冲击涂覆方法而施加到所述纸板基材(1)的第一侧面上的。
18.根据权利要求17或18中任一项所述的生产包装材料的方法,其中所述第一和所述第二涂覆步骤在相同涂覆线内集成施加。
19.包装,其包含根据权利要求1-16中任一项所述的包装材料,或者由根据权利要求1-16中任一项所述的包装材料制成。
20.根据权利要求20所述的包装,其中所述包装是液体和/或食品包装。
