Description

Packaging body
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a package of absorbent articles.
Background
A package in which an absorbent article such as a urine absorbent pad is contained in a package bag is known. The package bag has a weakening line such as a tear line on the outer surface. The user cuts the weakening line to form an opening in the packaging bag, and takes out the absorbent article contained in the packaging bag from the opening.
As such a package, for example, patent document 1 discloses a package bag (package) of a disposable diaper or the like. In this packaging bag (packaging body), a breaking line (weakening line) substantially parallel to the bottom surface of the packaging bag (packaging body) is provided in a section from below a sealing line of an upper opening portion to an upper surface of a packed object to be filled and stored or a vicinity thereof.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
The user uses the package containing the absorbent article therein in various ways. For example, the following may be possible: the upper surface portion of the packaging bag, which is the portion above the weakening line, is removed to form an opening in the packaging bag, and the absorbent article is taken out through the opening. That is, the package may be completely opened. In addition, for example, the following may be possible: in this state, an opening is formed in the upper side of the packaging bag, and the absorbent article is taken out from the opening. That is, the package may be partially opened. In this aspect, the package can be easily carried by gripping the upper surface portion as the case may be, and the absorbent article can be taken out from the opening at an arbitrary place. Thus, the package body can adjust the unsealing degree of the upper surface portion thereof according to various usage patterns.
In the package of patent document 1, the weakening line may be provided continuously over the entire circumference of the package bag. In this case, it is easy to completely open the package by removing the upper surface portion of the packaging bag to form the opening portion, and to partially open the package by forming the opening portion in a state where the upper surface portion is partially bonded to the remaining portion of the packaging bag. That is, in any of the embodiments, the package body can be easily opened. However, in the case of the method of partially opening the package, when the package is carried, there is a possibility that the upper surface portion and the remaining portion of the packaging bag are further separated by the weakening line due to the weight of the absorbent article. In this way, the upper surface portion is easily detached from the rest of the packaging bag, and it is difficult to carry the package. That is, the package cannot be maintained in a partially opened state, and may be completely opened, which makes it difficult to control the opening of the package.
On the other hand, the package of patent document 1 may have the following features: the packaging bag is provided with weakening lines at the corners of the packaging bag independently at the same height, and the front portion, the two side portions and the back portion are further provided with weakening lines at positions slightly lower than the weakening lines. In this case, the plurality of weakened lines are not provided continuously over the entire circumference of the packaging bag. That is, at the corner portions, the adjacent weakened lines are separated from each other. Therefore, in the method of partially opening the package, when the package is carried, several of the plurality of weakening lines between the upper surface portion and the rest of the package may be broken by the weight of the absorbent article. Nevertheless, the breaking of the weakening lines ends at the corner and therefore does not affect the adjacent weakening lines. That is, the upper surface portion is not separated from the packaging bag without breaking all the weakening lines of the plurality of weakening lines. This enables the upper surface portion carrying package to be held. That is, the opening of the package can be easily controlled. However, since the plurality of weakened lines are separated from each other, it is not easy to remove the upper surface portion of the packaging bag by breaking all of the plurality of weakened lines, or to partially break the upper surface portion by breaking some of the plurality of weakened lines. That is, in either method, the package is not easily opened.
As described above, in the package of patent document 1, it is difficult to achieve both the easiness of opening the package and the controllability of the degree of opening of the package.
In addition, in the package, if the size of the opening formed in the package bag is too large, there is a risk that the absorbent article will accidentally fall out from the opening to the outside. However, if the size of the opening is too small, the absorbent article may be caught by the opening when the absorbent article is taken out, and the absorbent article may be difficult to take out.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a package that can achieve both ease of opening the package and controllability of the degree of opening of the package.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a package in which an opening is formed in a package bag by a weakening line, the package being capable of suppressing the dropping of an absorbent article from the opening and facilitating the removal of the absorbent article from the opening, and a method for manufacturing the package.

Detailed Description
The present embodiment relates to the following aspects.
[ scheme 1]
A package having a width direction, a depth direction, and an up-down direction, and comprising a plurality of absorbent articles and a package bag having a plurality of side portions and housing the plurality of absorbent articles, wherein the plurality of side portions include a front surface portion, a rear surface portion, a right surface portion, and a left surface portion, and wherein the package bag has corner portions at a portion where the front surface portion and the right surface portion intersect, a portion where the front surface portion and the left surface portion intersect, a portion where the rear surface portion and the right surface portion intersect, and a portion where the rear surface portion and the left surface portion intersect, respectively, the package bag comprising: 1 st weakened lines formed in the front surface portion and the rear surface portion, respectively, so as to extend in the width direction, and formed in the right surface portion and the left surface portion, respectively, so as to extend in the depth direction; and a 2 nd line of weakness formed across the corner, adjacent 1 st lines of weakness being separated from each other at the corner, adjacent 1 st and 2 nd lines of weakness being separated from each other, a distance between adjacent 2 nd and 1 st lines of weakness being shorter than a distance between adjacent 1 st lines of weakness, an extension of an end of the 2 nd line of weakness intersecting the 1 st line of weakness adjacent to the end of the 2 nd line of weakness.
In the present package, a 2 nd line of weakness is formed in the vicinity of the 1 st line of weakness at a corner portion, and an extension of an end of the 2 nd line of weakness intersects with the 1 st line of weakness adjacent to the 2 nd line of weakness.
Therefore, in the mode of completely opening the package and the mode of partially opening the package, the user can easily shift the force of the breaking to the 1 st weakening line directly after the 2 nd weakening line is broken, and therefore, the 1 st weakening line can be easily broken. Therefore, by performing the breaking of the required number of 1 st and 2 nd lines of weakness, the upper surface portion of the packaging bag can be easily removed from the packaging bag, and the upper surface portion of the packaging bag can be easily partially broken from the packaging bag.
In the present package, the 1 st weakening lines provided over the entire circumference (front surface portion, rear surface portion, right surface portion, and left surface portion) of the package bag are not provided continuously. That is, at the corner portions, the 1 st weakening lines adjacent thereto are separated from each other. Further, the plurality of 2 nd lines of weakness provided at all corners of the packaging bag and the adjacent 1 st line of weakness of the plurality of 1 st lines of weakness are separated from each other by a predetermined distance. In this case, the upper surface portion is a portion of the front surface portion, the rear surface portion, the right surface portion, and the left surface portion which is located above the 1 st line of weakness and the 2 nd line of weakness in the vertical direction.
Here, in the method of partially opening the package, when the package is carried while holding the upper surface portion of the package, the force of the breaking is transmitted from the 1 st weakened line broken for opening to the 1 st weakened line which is not broken due to the weight of the absorbent article, and there is a possibility that the breaking may occur or the breaking may progress. However, in the present package, the 1 st line of weakness is broken at the corner portion, and therefore, the upper surface portion does not separate from the package bag because the first line of weakness does not shift to the adjacent 2 nd line of weakness and further does not shift to the adjacent 1 st line of weakness. This enables the user to carry the package to another place while holding the upper surface portion (durability of carrying is improved).
In this way, in the package, controllability of the degree of opening of the package, which is adjustment of the degree of breaking of the upper surface portion of the packaging bag, and easiness of completely or partially breaking the upper surface portion of the packaging bag, which is easiness of opening the package, can be both satisfied in accordance with various usage modes.
[ scheme 2]
The package according to claim 1, wherein at least an end portion of the 2 nd line of weakness overlaps with the adjacent 1 st line of weakness in the up-down direction.
In the present package, at least an end portion of the 2 nd line of weakness overlaps the adjacent 1 st line of weakness in the up-down direction. Therefore, when the user breaks the 2 nd weakening line in order to open the package, the force of the breaking can be reliably transferred to the 1 st weakening line, and the 1 st weakening line can be more easily broken. Therefore, the package can be easily opened.
[ scheme 3]
The package according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the 1 st line of weakness is formed at the same position as or above the upper end edges of the plurality of absorbent articles in the vertical direction, and the 2 nd line of weakness is formed at a position above the 1 st line of weakness in the vertical direction.
In the present package, the 1 st line of weakness is formed at the same position or at a position above the upper end edge of the absorbent article contained in the package in the up-down direction, and the 2 nd line of weakness is located above the 1 st line of weakness in the up-down direction. Therefore, the position of the 2 nd line of weakness does not overlap with the position of the absorbent article in the package. Therefore, even in a state where the package is swollen by the absorbent article, the user can easily pinch the vicinity of the 2 nd line of weakness, for example, and easily separate the 2 nd line of weakness without being affected by the swollen portion. That is, the package can be easily opened.
[ scheme 4]
The package according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein an extension line of at least an end portion of the 2 nd line of weakness intersects with the adjacent 1 st line of weakness at an acute angle.
In the present package, an extension of at least an end portion of the 2 nd line of weakness intersects the adjacent 1 st line of weakness at an acute angle. Therefore, when the user breaks the 2 nd line of weakness in order to open the package, the force of the breaking can be smoothly transferred from the 2 nd line of weakness to the 1 st line of weakness along the inclination angle of the 2 nd line of weakness with respect to the 1 st line of weakness. This makes it easier to separate the two weakened lines, and the package can be easily opened.
[ scheme 5]
The package according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the 2 nd line of weakness has a shape that is convex upward or downward in the vertical direction with a central portion of the 2 nd line of weakness in a direction along the surface of the package as an apex.
In the present package, the 2 nd line of weakness has a shape that protrudes upward or downward in the upward-downward direction with the central portion in the direction along the surface of the package as the apex, and thus has a shape in which portions on both sides, i.e., adjacent 1 st line of weakness sides, gradually approach the 1 st line of weakness. Therefore, when the user performs the 2 nd weakening line breaking to open the package, the force of the breaking can be more smoothly transferred from the 2 nd weakening line to the 1 st weakening line along the 1 st weakening line side portion of the 2 nd weakening line. This makes it easier to separate the two weakened lines and to open the package.
[ scheme 6]
The package according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a handle portion provided in an upper portion in the vertical direction of each of the front surface portion, the rear surface portion, the right surface portion, and the left surface portion.
The package includes a handle portion provided at an upper side portion in the vertical direction of the front surface portion, the rear surface portion, the right surface portion, and the left surface portion, for example, the upper surface portion or an upper portion of the upper surface portion. Thus, the outer periphery of the upper surface portion of the packaging bag can be partially broken by the 1 st weakening line, and the partially joined upper surface portion can be gripped by the handle, so that the packaging body can be easily carried to another place. Here, there is a risk of carrying such a package: due to the weight of the absorbent article, the remaining portion of the outer periphery of the upper surface portion is broken, and the upper surface portion is separated from the remaining portion of the packaging bag. However, since the package has the above-described structure, the upper surface portions that are partially joined do not separate.
[ scheme 7]
The package according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the right surface portion and the left surface portion are portions folded in a right-side valley fold and a left-side valley fold in the width direction between the front surface portion and the rear surface portion, respectively, the 2 nd weakened line of the corner portion of the right surface portion and the front surface portion has a shape axially symmetric with respect to a boundary line of the right surface portion and the front surface portion, the 2 nd weakened line of the corner portion of the right surface portion and the rear surface portion has a shape axially symmetric with respect to a boundary line of the right surface portion and the rear surface portion, the 2 nd weakened line of the corner portion of the left surface portion and the front surface portion has a shape axially symmetric with respect to a boundary line of the left surface portion and the front surface portion, and the 2 nd weakened line of the corner portion of the left surface portion and the rear surface portion has a shape axially symmetric with respect to a boundary line of the left surface portion and the rear surface portion.
In the present package, since the right and left surface portions are each folded valley-folded portions between the front and rear surface portions, the present package is an edge insertion type package. In addition, the 2 nd line of weakness has a shape that is axisymmetric with respect to a boundary line of the right surface part and the front surface part, a boundary line of the right surface part and the rear surface part, a boundary line of the left surface part and the front surface part, and a boundary line of the left surface part and the rear surface part. Thus, by breaking the 2 nd weakening line from the corner portions of the right and front surface portions, the corner portions of the right and rear surface portions, the corner portions of the left and front surface portions, and the corner portions of the left and rear surface portions, the 2 nd weakening line of each of the right and left surface portions and the 2 nd weakening line of each of the front and rear surface portions can be broken together at the same time. This makes it easier to separate the two 2 nd weakened lines, and the package can be opened more easily as a whole.
[ scheme 8]
The package according to claim 7, wherein the 1 st line of weakness is formed at the same position as or above an upper end edge of the plurality of absorbent articles contained in the package in the up-down direction, and the 2 nd line of weakness is located above the 1 st line of weakness in the up-down direction.
In the present package, the 1 st line of weakness is formed at the same position as or above the upper end edges of the plurality of absorbent articles, and the 2 nd line of weakness is located above the 1 st line of weakness. Therefore, the position of the 2 nd line of weakness in the package does not overlap with the position of the stored absorbent article. Therefore, even in a state where the package is swollen by the contained absorbent article, the user can easily pinch the vicinity of the 2 nd weakening line, for example, and easily separate the 2 nd weakening line without being affected by the swollen portion. That is, the package can be easily opened.
[ scheme 9]
The package according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a distance between the adjacent 1 st line of weakness and the 2 nd line of weakness is longer than a distance between the weakened portions constituting the 1 st line of weakness.
In the present package, the distance between the 1 st line of weakness and the 2 nd line of weakness is longer than the distance between the weakened portions constituting the 1 st line of weakness. Therefore, in the method of partially opening the package, even if the weight of the absorbent article is present when the package is carried by holding the upper surface portion, the separation of the 1 st line of weakness does not spread to the 2 nd line of weakness but ends at the corner portion. This enables the package to be stably carried to another place (the durability of carrying is improved) with the upper surface portion held.
[ scheme 10]
The package according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the 2 nd line of weakness has an arcuate shape having a center in a direction along the surface of the package as an apex.
In the present package, the 2 nd line of weakness has an arch shape having a center in a direction along the surface of the package as a vertex, and thus has a substantially circular arc shape. Therefore, in the method of partially opening the package, even if the breaking of the 1 st line of weakness spreads toward the adjacent 2 nd line of weakness due to the weight of the absorbent article when the package is carried with the upper surface portion held, the force of the breaking is dispersed because the 2 nd line of weakness has an arcuate shape, and the breaking of the 2 nd line of weakness is made difficult. This enables the package to be stably carried to another place with the upper surface portion held (durability of carrying is improved).
[ scheme 11]
A package having a width direction, a depth direction, and an up-down direction, and comprising a plurality of absorbent articles and a package bag having a plurality of side portions and housing the plurality of absorbent articles, wherein the plurality of side portions include a front surface portion, a rear surface portion, a right surface portion, and a left surface portion, and wherein the package bag has corner portions at a portion where the front surface portion and the right surface portion intersect, a portion where the front surface portion and the left surface portion intersect, a portion where the rear surface portion and the right surface portion intersect, and a portion where the rear surface portion and the left surface portion intersect, respectively, the package bag comprising: 1 st weakened lines formed in the front surface portion and the rear surface portion, respectively, so as to extend in the width direction, and formed in the right surface portion and the left surface portion, respectively, so as to extend in the depth direction; and a 2 nd line of weakness formed across the corner, the 2 nd line of weakness being formed at: when the package is lifted up by separating at least one adjacent 1 st weakening line and gripping a portion of the front surface portion, the rear surface portion, the right surface portion, and the left surface portion which is located above the at least one 1 st weakening line in the vertical direction, the separation of the 1 st weakening line is not reached even if the separation spreads to the corner portion due to the weight of the plurality of absorbent articles.
In the present package, the front surface portion, the rear surface portion, the right surface portion and the left surface portion respectively have a 1 st line of weakness formed to extend in the width direction or the depth direction, and have a 2 nd line of weakness formed across the corner portions. Therefore, the package can be easily opened using the 1 st and 2 nd weakening lines. In this case, the upper surface portion is a portion of the front surface portion, the rear surface portion, the right surface portion, and the left surface portion which is located above the 1 st line of weakness and the 2 nd line of weakness in the vertical direction.
Further, in the method of opening the package partially, the following may occur: when the package is lifted by holding the upper surface portion after the at least one 1 st line of weakness is broken, the broken line of weakness 1 is spread toward the corner portion by the weight of the absorbent article. Therefore, in this package, the 2 nd line of weakness at the corner is formed at a position where the 1 st line of weakness is broken and spread so as not to reach the corner. This can suppress the 2 nd weakening line from being broken, and can suppress the 1 st weakening line behind the 2 nd weakening line from being broken. This enables the package to be stably carried to another place with the upper surface portion held.
Thus, the package can achieve both the ease of opening the package and the controllability of the degree of opening of the package.
[ scheme 12]
A package having a width direction, a depth direction, and an up-down direction, and comprising a plurality of absorbent articles and a package bag having a plurality of side portions and housing the plurality of absorbent articles, wherein the plurality of side portions include a front surface portion, a rear surface portion, a right surface portion, and a left surface portion, and in the package bag, at least one of the plurality of side portions includes an opening portion, and the opening portion includes: two longitudinal weakened lines extending in the up-down direction and arranged at intervals in the width direction or the depth direction; and a transverse weakening line extending in the width direction or the depth direction and connecting upper end portions of the two longitudinal weakening lines in the up-down direction to each other, the plurality of absorbent articles being aligned in the width direction or the depth direction so as to be placed longitudinally in the package, a position of a lower end of the two longitudinal weakening lines in the up-down direction being higher than a position of a lower end of the plurality of absorbent articles in the up-down direction and lower than a position of a middle of the plurality of absorbent articles in the up-down direction.
In the package, the user can cut the transverse weakened line and the two longitudinal weakened lines at the opening portion of the package bag, and the package bag is formed with an opening portion from which the absorbent article contained in the package bag can be taken out. At this time, the positions of the lower ends in the vertical direction of the two longitudinal weakened lines are higher than the positions of the lower ends in the vertical direction of the plurality of absorbent articles. Therefore, when the opening is opened, the lower portion of the absorbent article is positioned below the lower end of the opening and protected by the packaging bag. Therefore, the absorbent article can be prevented from being accidentally detached from the opening to the outside. Further, when the absorbent article is taken out, the other absorbent articles can be prevented from being accidentally dropped from the opening to the outside. Further, the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines in the vertical direction are located lower than the middle positions of the plurality of absorbent articles in the vertical direction. Therefore, when the opening is opened, the upper half or more of the absorbent article is positioned above the lower end of the opening and is exposed from the opening. Therefore, the absorbent article can be prevented from being caught in the opening when the absorbent article is taken out. In this way, in the package, it is possible to achieve both suppression of detachment of the absorbent article from the opening and facilitation of removal of the absorbent article from the opening.
[ scheme 13]
The package according to claim 12, wherein the opening portion is disposed in at least one of the front surface portion and the rear surface portion and at least one of the right surface portion and the left surface portion.
In the present package, the opening portion is disposed on the front surface portion or the rear surface portion and the right side surface portion or the left side surface portion. That is, the package body is formed with an opening portion facing in the depth direction and an opening portion facing in the width direction. Therefore, the user can take out the absorbent article from the opening in both the width direction and the depth direction by opening both the opening portions. Therefore, even if the package is placed at an arbitrary place, the absorbent article can be easily taken out from the opening of any opening portion.
[ scheme 14]
The package according to claim 12 or 13, wherein the opening portion is formed to partially cover an upper surface portion of the plurality of absorbent articles in the vertical direction in a state of being stored in the packaging bag, and the transverse weakened line of the opening portion is formed in a portion of the opening portion that partially covers the upper surface portion.
In the present package, the opening portion is formed to partially cover the upper surface portions of the plurality of absorbent articles stored in the package bag, and the transverse weakened line of the opening portion is formed in the portion of the opening portion that partially covers the upper surface portions. Therefore, the opening portion can be formed so as to expose a region from the upper surface portion to the side surface portion of the plurality of absorbent articles stored in the packaging bag when the opening portion is opened from the transverse weakened line. This makes it possible to easily visually recognize the absorbent articles one by one at the opening when the absorbent articles are taken out, and to make the upper surface portion of the absorbent article less likely to be caught by the end portion on the upper side of the opening. The absorbent article can be more easily taken out from the opening.
[ scheme 15]
The package according to any one of claims 12 to 14, wherein, in each of the side face portions, a distance between the two longitudinal weakened lines in the width direction or the depth direction is 30% or more and 80% or less of a length of each of the side face portions in the width direction or the depth direction.
In the present package, the distance between the two longitudinal weakened lines is 30% to 80% of the length of the side surface portion. That is, the length of the opening of the unsealing section is 30% to 80% of the length of the side section, and the length of the portion of the side section other than the opening is 70% to 20% of the length of the side section. By setting the length of the opening portion to 30% or more, the lateral width of the opening portion is increased, and therefore the absorbent article can be more easily taken out from the opening portion. Further, by setting the length of the opening portion to 80% or less, the length of the portion other than the opening of the side portion can be made to exceed 20%, and therefore the shape of the package (packaging bag) can be made less likely to be deformed. Therefore, the absorbent article can be easily taken out from the side surface portion without deforming the entire shape of the packaging bag.
[ solution 16]
The package according to any one of claims 12 to 15, wherein a distance between the weakened portions constituting a central portion in the width direction or the depth direction of the transverse weakened lines is shorter than a distance between the weakened portions constituting each of the two longitudinal weakened lines.
In the present package, the weakened portions constituting the central portion in the width direction in the transverse weakened lines are shorter in distance from each other than the weakened portions constituting each of the two longitudinal weakened lines. Therefore, when a finger is inserted into the central portion of the transverse weakened line when opening the opening portion, the breaking force can be easily transmitted to the adjacent weakened portions. This makes it possible to easily initiate the breaking of the transverse weakening line and, in turn, to easily perform the breaking of each of the two longitudinal weakening lines following the breaking of the transverse weakening line. Therefore, the opening of the opening portion can be easily formed, and the absorbent article can be more easily taken out from the opening portion.
[ scheme 17]
The package according to any one of claims 12 to 16, wherein the plurality of absorbent articles are stacked in at least two layers in the vertical direction, and a position of a lower end in the vertical direction of the two longitudinal weakened lines is higher than a position of a lower end in the vertical direction of an uppermost absorbent article among the plurality of absorbent articles and is lower than a position in the middle in the vertical direction of the uppermost absorbent article.
In the present package, the following can be suppressed: when the opening seal is opened, the absorbent article on the uppermost absorbent article among the plurality of absorbent articles is accidentally dropped from the opening to the outside. Further, when the absorbent article is taken out, the other absorbent articles can be prevented from being accidentally dropped from the opening to the outside. Further, the absorbent article can be prevented from being caught in the opening when the absorbent article is taken out. Further, even if a plurality of absorbent articles are stacked in at least two layers, the absorbent articles can be taken out in order from the absorbent article on the upper layer, and therefore, the absorbent articles can be taken out easily without some or all of the absorbent articles protruding outward from the opening. In addition, since the unused absorbent article of the lower layer is covered with the packaging bag before being taken out, the cleanness thereof can be maintained. In this way, in the package, it is possible to achieve both suppression of detachment of the absorbent article from the opening and facilitation of removal of the absorbent article from the opening, and to maintain the cleanness of the absorbent article in the lower layer.
[ scheme 18]
The package according to any one of claims 12 to 17, wherein at least one of the right surface portion and the left surface portion and at least one of the front surface portion and the rear surface portion have the same position of a lower end of the two longitudinal weakened lines in the up-down direction.
In the present package, at least one of the right and left surface portions and at least one of the front and rear surface portions, the positions of the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines are the same. Therefore, even when both the right or left opening portion, i.e., the opening portion opened in the width direction, and the front or rear opening portion, i.e., the opening portion opened in the depth direction, are opened, the positions of the lower ends of the opening portions can be aligned to be the same. Thus, when the user grasps the position of the lower end of any one of the opening sections, the absorbent article can be easily taken out from the side surface portion without confirming the position of the lower end every time the user visually recognizes the opening section from which the absorbent article is taken out.
[ solution 19]
The package according to any one of claims 12 to 18, wherein at least one of the right and left surface portions and at least one of the front and rear surface portions have the same position of an upper end of the two longitudinal weakened lines in the up-down direction.
In the present package, at least one of the right and left surface portions and at least one of the front and rear surface portions, the upper ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines are located at the same position. Therefore, even when both the right or left opening portion, i.e., the opening portion that is open in the width direction, and the front or rear opening portion, i.e., the opening portion that is open in the depth direction, are opened, the positions of the upper ends of the opening portions can be aligned to be the same. Thus, when the user grasps the position of the upper end of any one of the opening sections, the absorbent article can be easily taken out from the side surface portion without confirming the position of the upper end every time the user visually observes the absorbent article taken out from any one of the opening sections.
[ solution 20]
The package according to claim 18 or 19, wherein a distance between the longitudinal weakened line on the front surface portion side of the two longitudinal weakened lines of at least one of the right and left surface portions and the dividing line of the front surface portion and the longitudinal weakened line on the right and left surface portions side of the two longitudinal weakened lines of the front surface portion is equal to a distance between the longitudinal weakened line on the rear surface portion side of the two longitudinal weakened lines of the front surface portion and the dividing line, and a distance between the longitudinal weakened line on the right and left surface portions side and the dividing line of the rear surface portion of the at least one of the right and left surface portions and the longitudinal weakened line on the right and left surface portions side of the two longitudinal weakened lines of the rear surface portion is equal to a distance between the longitudinal weakened line on the right and left surface portions side of the two longitudinal weakened lines of the rear surface portion and the dividing line.
In the present package, a distance between the longitudinal weakened line on the front surface portion side in the right or left surface portion and a boundary line between the right or left surface portion and the front surface portion is equal to a distance between the longitudinal weakened line on the right or left surface portion side in the front surface portion and the boundary line. Likewise, in the present package, the distance between the longitudinal line of weakness on the side closer to the rear surface portion in the right or left surface portion and the boundary line between the right or left surface portion and the rear surface portion is equal to the distance between the longitudinal line of weakness on the side closer to the right or left surface portion in the rear surface portion and the boundary line. Here, the distance between the vertical weakening line on the front surface side of the right or left surface portion and the boundary line is the width of each portion of the right or left surface portion on both outer sides of the opening portion. On the other hand, the distance between the vertical weakened line on the right surface side or the left surface side of the front surface portion and the boundary line is the width of each of the portions outside the opening portion of the front surface portion. Similarly, the distance between the longitudinal weakening line on the rear surface portion side in the right or left surface portion and the boundary line is the width of each of the portions outside the opening portion of the right or left surface portion. On the other hand, the distance between the vertical weakened line on the right surface side or the left surface side of the rear surface portion and the boundary line is the width of the portions on both outer sides of the opening portion of the rear surface portion. The portions outside the opening of each opening portion are necessary for maintaining the shape of each side portion after opening and further maintaining the shape of the package. Therefore, if the balance of the widths of the above portions is poor, it is difficult to maintain the shapes of the side surface portion and the package after the opening. Therefore, in the package, the widths of the above portions are made to have a predetermined same width without a large difference in each side surface portion. This makes it easy to maintain the shape of the side surface portion and the package after opening. This can maintain the shape of the opening portion, and can maintain the ease of taking out the absorbent article.
[ scheme 21]
A method for manufacturing a packaging bag having a width direction, a depth direction, and an up-down direction, and including a plurality of side surface portions including a front surface portion, a rear surface portion, a right surface portion, and a left surface portion, at least one of the side surface portions including an opening portion, the opening portion including: two longitudinal weakening lines extending in the up-down direction and arranged at intervals in the width direction or the depth direction; and a transverse weakened line extending in the width direction or the depth direction and connecting upper end portions of the two longitudinal weakened lines in the vertical direction to each other, wherein the packaging bag is capable of storing a plurality of absorbent articles, and the method for manufacturing the packaging bag includes: a side surface forming step of folding both sides in the transverse direction of a cylindrical resin sheet member extending in the conveying direction, having a conveying direction, a transverse direction, and a thickness direction, respectively, inward in the transverse direction, thereby forming the front surface portion and the rear surface portion located on one side and the other side in the thickness direction, respectively, and the right surface portion and the left surface portion folded between the front surface portion and the rear surface portion and located on the right side and the left side in the transverse direction, respectively; and a weakening line forming step of pressing a weakening line forming knife from one side of the front surface portion and the rear surface portion toward the other side to form the two longitudinal weakening lines extending in the conveying direction and the transverse weakening line extending in the transverse direction in the front surface portion and the rear surface portion, and the two longitudinal weakening lines and the transverse weakening line in the right surface portion and the left surface portion, wherein lower ends of the two longitudinal weakening lines in the conveying direction are formed to be higher than lower ends of the plurality of absorbent articles in the vertical direction parallel to the conveying direction and lower than middle positions of the plurality of absorbent articles in the vertical direction when the plurality of absorbent articles are stored in the packaging bag.
In the present package, the transverse weakening line and the two longitudinal weakening lines of the front and rear surface portions are formed by one weakening line forming knife, whereby the transverse weakening line and the two longitudinal weakening lines of the right and left surface portions can be formed simultaneously. This makes it possible to easily form the weakening line, reduce the number of steps for forming the weakening line, and reduce the cost by reducing the manufacturing equipment. In addition, by housing a plurality of absorbent articles in the packaging bag, it is possible to easily form a package body that can simultaneously suppress the detachment of the absorbent articles from the opening and facilitate the removal of the absorbent articles from the opening.
The following describes the package according to the embodiment. In this specification, the term "along" a direction includes a direction within a range of ± 30 ° with respect to the direction. The end portion of a member or the like in a certain direction is a range in which the distance from the end edge of the member or the like in the certain direction is 1/5 (preferably 1/10) or less of the entire length of the member or the like in the certain direction.
[ embodiment 1]
Embodiment 1 will be explained. Fig. 1 to 4 are schematic views showing a configuration example of a package 1 according to the embodiment. Fig. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing a configuration example of the package 1, fig. 2 is a front view schematically showing the configuration example of the package 1, and fig. 3 is a right side view schematically showing the configuration example of the package 1. Fig. 4 is a development view schematically showing the packaging bag 2 of the package 1.
The package 1 has a width direction W, a depth direction D, and a vertical direction T orthogonal to each other. The package 1 includes a plurality of absorbent articles 3 and a package bag 2 including a plurality of side portions and housing the plurality of absorbent articles 3. The plurality of side face portions include a front face portion 11, a rear face portion 12, a right face portion 13, and a left face portion 14. The front surface portion 11 is a portion constituting the front surface of the package 1 (package bag 2), the rear surface portion 12 is a portion constituting the rear surface of the package 1 (package bag 2), and a direction from one of the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 toward the other is a depth direction D. The right surface portion 13 is a portion constituting the right surface of the package 1 (package bag 2), the left surface portion 14 is a portion constituting the left surface of the package 1 (package bag 2), and a direction from one of the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14 toward the other is a width direction W. The extending direction of the tube constituted by the front surface portion 11, the right surface portion 13, the rear surface portion 12, and the left surface portion 14 adjacent to each other is the vertical direction T. Further, since the plurality of side surface portions are side surface portions of the packaging bag 2 and are also side surface portions of the packaging body 1, the packaging body 1 can be said to have a plurality of side surface portions.
In the package 1 (packaging bag 2), the corner portions 19 are provided at the portions where the side surface portions adjacent to each other intersect each other. That is, the corner portions 19 are respectively provided at the portion where the front surface portion 11 and the right surface portion 13 intersect, the portion where the front surface portion 11 and the left surface portion 14 intersect, the portion where the rear surface portion 12 and the right surface portion 13 intersect, and the portion where the rear surface portion 12 and the left surface portion 14 intersect. Here, if the boundary between the side surface portions adjacent to each other is defined as a boundary line CL, the boundary line CL exists between the front surface portion 11 and the right surface portion 13, between the front surface portion 11 and the left surface portion 14, between the rear surface portion 12 and the right surface portion 13, and between the rear surface portion 12 and the left surface portion 14. Therefore, the corner portion 19 is a region including the boundary line CL. In the present embodiment, the boundary line CL is located along the surface of the package 1 (package bag 2) at the corner 19 and at the center in the direction parallel to the bottom surface 16 (described later). Fig. 4 is a diagram obtained by separating and spreading the packaging bag 2 at the boundary CL between the rear surface portion 12 and the left surface portion 14.
In the present embodiment, the packaging bag 2 is formed of a sheet member made of synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyethylene terephthalate. The plurality of absorbent articles 3 are stored in the packaging bag 2 so as to be arranged in a row in the width direction W in a vertically placed state and so as to be stacked in three layers in the vertical direction T. However, the method of storing the plurality of absorbent articles 3 in the package bag 2 is not particularly limited, and may be any method. For example, the plurality of absorbent articles 3 may be one layer in the vertical direction T, may be two or four or more layers, may be overlapped in the depth direction D, or may be arranged in two or more rows in each layer. In the present embodiment, the absorbent article 3 is a urine absorption pad. However, the type of the absorbent article 3 is not limited to this example, and other absorbent articles may be used as long as they do not depart from the scope of the present invention. Examples of other absorbent articles include sanitary napkins, incontinence pads, pants-type diapers, and belt-type diapers. The size of the folded absorbent article 3 contained in the package 1 is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, 5cm to 30cm × 5cm to 40cm × 1cm to 10cm.
In the present embodiment, the package 1 (package bag 2) has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and therefore, the side surfaces thereof, i.e., the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14, have rectangular shapes. However, since the package 1 is mainly composed of the easily deformable sheet member and the absorbent article, the package may not have a strict rectangular parallelepiped shape, and each side surface portion may not have a strict rectangular shape. For example, a part or all of the side surface portions and a part or all of the corner portions 19 may have a curved surface, rounded or irregular shape, as in a state where the absorbent article 3 is compressed and stored in the packaging bag 2 and then the absorbent article 3 is swollen and the packaging bag 2 is extended from the inside. The size of the package 1 (package bag 2) is not particularly limited, but examples thereof include: the length in the width direction W is 10 cm-80 cm, the length in the depth direction D is 10 cm-80 cm, and the length in the up-down direction T is 10 cm-100 cm.
The package 1 (package bag 2) includes: 1 st weakened lines 21 respectively formed in the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 so as to extend in the width direction W, and respectively formed in the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14 so as to extend in the depth direction D; and a 2 nd line of weakness 22 formed across each corner 19. Here, the weakening lines such as the 1 st weakening line 21 and the 2 nd weakening line 22 are lines formed by intermittently arranging a plurality of portions penetrating the sheet member of the packaging bag 2 in the thickness direction or portions thinned and half-broken in the thickness direction (hereinafter also referred to as "weakening portions") in a predetermined direction, and are exemplified as easy-to-tear lines. The portions on both sides across the weakening line are pulled apart from each other, and thus can be easily separated from each other along the weakening line.
In the front surface part 11, a 1 st weakened line 21 is formed at a portion on the upper side in the up-down direction T, the 1 st weakened line 21 extending from the vicinity of the corner 19 of the front surface part 11 and the right surface part 13 to the vicinity of the corner 19 of the front surface part 11 and the left surface part 14 in the width direction W. Similarly, in the rear surface part 12, a 1 st line of weakness 21 is formed in a portion on the upper side in the up-down direction T, the 1 st line of weakness 21 extending from the vicinity of the corner 19 of the rear surface part 12 and the right surface part 13 to the vicinity of the corner 19 of the rear surface part 12 and the left surface part 14 in the width direction W. In the right surface part 13, a 1 st weakened line 21 is formed in an upper part in the up-down direction T, and the 1 st weakened line 21 extends from the vicinity of the corner 19 of the right surface part 13 and the front surface part 11 to the vicinity of the corner 19 of the right surface part 13 and the rear surface part 12 in the depth direction D. The left surface part 14 is formed with a 1 st weakened line 21 at an upper part in the vertical direction T, and the 1 st weakened line 21 extends from the vicinity of the corner 19 of the left surface part 14 and the front surface part 11 to the vicinity of the corner 19 of the left surface part 14 and the rear surface part 12 in the depth direction D.
In addition, a 2 nd weakened line 22 is formed from an end portion on the right surface portion 13 side in the width direction W of the front surface portion 11 to an end portion on the front surface portion 11 side in the depth direction D of the right surface portion 13 across the corner portions 19 of the front surface portion 11 and the right surface portion 13. Similarly, a 2 nd weakened line 22 is formed from the end portion on the left surface portion 14 side in the width direction W of the front surface portion 11 to the end portion on the front surface portion 11 side in the depth direction D of the left surface portion 14 across the corner portions 19 of the front surface portion 11 and the left surface portion 14. A 2 nd weakened line 22 is formed from an end portion on the right surface portion 13 side in the width direction W of the rear surface portion 12 to an end portion on the rear surface portion 12 side in the depth direction D of the right surface portion 13 across the corner portions 19 of the rear surface portion 12 and the right surface portion 13. A 2 nd weakened line 22 is formed from an end portion on the left surface portion 14 side in the width direction W of the rear surface portion 12 to an end portion on the rear surface portion 12 side in the depth direction D of the left surface portion 14 across the corner portions 19 of the rear surface portion 12 and the left surface portion 14.
In the present embodiment, the package 1 (package bag 2) further includes an upper surface portion 15 formed by portions of the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14 which are located above the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 in the vertical direction T. The upper surface portion 15 includes a joining portion 17 formed by thermally welding upper end portions of the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14 in the vertical direction T to each other. The joint 17 includes a handle portion 18 formed by a line of weakness. The package 1 (package bag 2) further includes a bottom surface portion 16 formed by heat-welding the lower end portions of the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14 in the vertical direction T to each other. In the package 1 (package bag 2), the plurality of absorbent articles 3 are surrounded by the upper surface portion 15, the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, the left surface portion 14, and the bottom surface portion 16.
In the package 1 (package bag 2), the opening portion 20 may be provided in at least one of the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14, or the opening portion 20 may not be provided. When the package 1 (package bag 2) includes the opening portion 20, the opening portion 20 includes a transverse weakened line 24 and two longitudinal weakened lines 25 as weakened lines. The two longitudinal weakened lines 25 extend in the vertical direction T and are arranged at intervals in the width direction W or the depth direction D. The transverse weakened line 24 extends in the width direction W or the depth direction D, and connects upper end portions of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the up-down direction T to each other. In this case, the absorbent article 3 can be taken out by performing the breaking of the transverse weakened line 24 and the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 to open the opening portion 20.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the structure of the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 of the package 1 according to the embodiment. Specifically, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram showing the positional relationship between the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 at the corner portion 19 and the vicinity thereof along the surface of the package 1 (package bag 2).
As shown in fig. 5, adjacent 1 st lines of weakness 21 are separated from each other at corners 19. Therefore, if the distance between the adjacent 1 st weakening lines 21 at the corner 19 is d2, at least d2 > 0. Adjacent lines of weakness 1 and 2 are separated from each other by lines of weakness 21 and 22. Therefore, if the distance between the adjacent 1 st line of weakness 21 and 2 nd line of weakness 22 is d1, at least d1 > 0. In addition, the distance d1 between the adjacent 2 nd lines of weakness 22 and 1 st lines of weakness 21 is shorter than the distance d2 between the adjacent 1 st lines of weakness (d 1 < d 2). That is, the distance d1 between adjacent 2 nd and 1 st lines of weakness 22, 21 is relatively short. Where the distances d1, d2 are the shortest distances measured along the surface of the package 2. Furthermore, the extension line L0 of the end of the 2 nd line of weakness 22 intersects with the 1 st line of weakness 21 adjacent to the end of the 2 nd line of weakness 22. When the 2 nd weakening line 22 is curved, a tangent line to the end of the 2 nd weakening line 22 is defined as an extension line L0.
The size of d1 is 0.1cm to 4cm, preferably 0.5cm to 3cm, although it depends on the size of the package 1. The lower limit is set from the viewpoint of suppressing expansion when the 1 st weakened line 21 needs to be expanded to the 2 nd weakened line 22, and the upper limit is set from the viewpoint of suppressing expansion when the 2 nd weakened line 22 needs to be expanded to the 1 st weakened line 21 (described later). The size of d2 is 2cm to 15cm, preferably 3cm to 10cm. The lower limit is set from the viewpoint of suppressing the propagation of the breaking of the 1 st weakened line 21 to the adjacent 1 st weakened line 21, and the upper limit is set from the viewpoint of suppressing the difficulty in breaking when the weakening lines need to be broken. In addition, the length d3 of the 2 nd line of weakness 22 measured along the surface of the package 2 can be enumerated as 2cm to 15cm.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view showing a mode of completely or partially opening the package 1 of the embodiment. As shown in fig. 6 (a), in the form of completely opening the package 1, the 1 st weakening line 21 and the 2 nd weakening line 22 are cut off at all side portions of the plurality of side portions. Thus, the 1 st break line 21a and the 2 nd break line 22a are formed in all the side surface parts of the plurality of side surface parts, and the opening OP is formed by removing the upper surface part 15. The user can take out the absorbent article 3 from the opening OP. On the other hand, as shown in fig. 6 (b), in the method of partially opening the package 1, the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 are cut at part of the side surface portions (exemplified by the front surface portion 11, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14) among the plurality of side surface portions. Thereby, the opening OP is formed by forming the 1 st break line 21a and the 2 nd break line 22a in part of the side surface parts (exemplified: the front surface part 11, the right surface part 13, and the left surface part 14) among the plurality of side surface parts. The user can take out the absorbent article 3 from the opening OP. The user can carry the package 1 by holding the handle 18 of the joining portion 17 with the hand H in a state where the upper surface portion 15 is joined to the other side surface portion (exemplified by the rear surface portion 12) of the plurality of side surface portions.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram showing the operational effect of the package according to the embodiment. This figure mainly shows the state of the breakage at the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 at the corner 19 along the surface of the package 1 (package bag 2).
In the present package 1, a 2 nd line of weakness 22 is formed in the corner portion 19 in the vicinity of the 1 st line of weakness 21, and an extension line L0 of an end of the 2 nd line of weakness 22 intersects with the 1 st line of weakness 21 adjacent to the 2 nd line of weakness 22.
Therefore, in the mode of completely or partially opening the package 1, as shown by the arrow in fig. 7 (a), the user can easily break the 1 st line of weakness 21 by breaking the 2 nd line of weakness 22 at the corner portion 19 and easily directly transferring the force of the breaking to the 1 st line of weakness 21. That is, the 1 st break line 21a of the 1 st line of weakness 21 can be easily formed directly and continuously after the 2 nd break line 22a of the 2 nd line of weakness 22 is formed. Thus, by performing the breaking of the required number of the 1 st and 2 nd lines of weakness 21, 22, the upper surface portion 15 of the package can be easily removed from the package 1, and the upper surface portion 15 of the package can be easily partially broken from the package 1.
In the present package 1, the plurality of 1 st weakened lines 21 provided over the entire circumference of the package 1 (the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14) are not provided continuously. That is, at the corner portion 19, the 1 st weakening lines 21 adjacent to each other are separated from each other by a predetermined distance d 2. Further, the plurality of 2 nd weakened lines 22 provided in all the corner portions 19 are separated from the adjacent 1 st weakened line 21 among the plurality of 1 st weakened lines 21 by a predetermined distance d1.
Here, in the method of partially opening the package 1, when the package 1 is carried while holding the upper surface portion 15 of the package 1, the force of the breaking is transmitted from the 1 st weakened line broken for opening to the 1 st weakened line 21 which is not broken and remains joined due to the weight of the absorbent article 3, and the breaking or the progress of the breaking may occur. However, in this case as well, in the present package 1, as shown in fig. 7 b, the breaking of the 1 st weakening line 21 (the 1 st break line 21 a) is stopped at the corner portion 19 (the position indicated by the X mark of P1 and P2), and does not shift to the adjacent 2 nd weakening line 22 and 1 st weakening line 21. Therefore, the upper surface portion 15 is not detached from the package 1. This enables the user to carry the package 1 to another place while holding the upper surface portion 15 (durability of carrying is improved).
In this way, the package 1 can satisfy both controllability of the degree of opening of the package 1, which is adjustment of the degree of breaking of the upper surface portion 15 of the package 1, and easiness of completely or partially breaking the upper surface portion 15 of the package 1, which is easiness of opening the package 1, according to various usage modes.
Here, in the above-described embodiment, the relationship between the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 in the package 1 is 0 < d1 < d2, and the extension line L0 intersects with the 1 st line of weakness 21. In other words, the relationship can be said to be the following relationship. That is, the 2 nd line of weakness 22 is formed at the following positions: after the separation of at least one adjacent 1 st weakened line 21, when the package body 1 is lifted up with the upper surface portion 15 held, the separation of the 1 st weakened line 21 is spread to a position where the separation cannot be reached even by the weight of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 at the corner portion 19. This will be specifically described below with reference to fig. 8.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram showing the operational effect of the package according to the embodiment. This figure shows, as an example, the right surface part 13 and the state of the break at the 1 st weakened line 21 at the corner 19 between the right surface part 13 and the rear surface part 12. However, for easy understanding, a plurality of lines are described on the surface of the right surface portion 13 so as to be parallel to the depth direction D and spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction T. The state of the right surface portion 13 is expressed stereoscopically by the change of the deformation of the plurality of lines.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, the present package 1 includes a 1 st line of weakness 21 formed in the right surface portion 13 so as to extend in the depth direction D, and a 2 nd line of weakness 22 formed so as to extend across the corner portion 19. Here, in the mode of partially opening the package 1, at least the 1 st weakened line 21 of the front surface portion 11 and the right surface portion 13 is cut, and after the 1 st cut line 21a is formed, the package 1 is lifted up with the upper surface portion 15 held. At this time, the 1 st break line 21a may be expanded toward the corner portion 19 by the weight of the absorbent article 3.
In this case, if the 1 st break line 21a is directly expanded in the direction of the 1 st weakened line 21, it becomes the 1 st break line 21a0 shown in fig. 8. Alternatively, the 1 st break line 21a is expanded to a position diagonally above the 1 st weakened line 21 due to the relationship between the force of lifting the upper surface portion 15 upward and the force of pressing the weight of the absorbent article 3 downward against the right surface portion 13, and becomes the 1 st break line 21aX shown in fig. 8. In either case, if the 2 nd weakening line 22 is not present in the corner portion 19, the expansion of the 1 st break line 21a can be stopped substantially in the middle of the corner portion 19. However, in this case, since there is no weakening line in the corner portion 19, it becomes difficult to detach the upper surface portion 15 when it is desired to remove it.
Here, in order to facilitate removal of the upper surface portion 15, as shown in fig. 8, it is conceivable to form a 2 nd weakened line 121 extending in the depth direction D in parallel with the 1 st weakened line 21 at an interval in the vertical direction T in the vicinity of the 1 st weakened line 21 at the corner portion 19 (patent document 1). However, in this case, the 1 st break line 21aX also extends to the 2 nd line of weakness 121, and therefore there is a risk of: the breaking of the 2 nd line of weakness 121 occurs and the breaking extends further to the 1 st line of weakness 21 of the rear surface portion 12. In this case, all the weakening lines may be eventually broken, and the upper surface portion 15 may be removed.
Therefore, in the present package 1, as shown in fig. 8, the 2 nd weakened line 22 of the corner portion 19 is formed at a position where the break of the 1 st weakened line 21 does not reach even if it spreads to the corner portion 19. This can suppress the occurrence of the separation of the 2 nd weakened line 22, and the 1 st weakened line 21 behind the 2 nd weakened line 22. This enables the package 1 to be stably carried to another place with the upper surface 15 held. Thus, the package 1 can achieve both the ease of opening the package 1 and the controllability of the degree of opening of the package.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram showing a structural example of the 1 st weakening line and the 2 nd weakening line of the embodiment. Specifically, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram showing the positional relationship between the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 at the corner 19 and the vicinity thereof along the surface of the package 1 (package bag 2). In the present embodiment, at least an end portion of the 2 nd line of weakness 22 may overlap with the adjacent 1 st line of weakness 21 in the up-down direction T. That is, the adjacent 2 nd line of weakness 22 and the 1 st line of weakness 21 may overlap by a length dL (> 0) in the up-down direction T. Thus, when the user breaks the 2 nd weakening line 22 in order to open the package 1, even if the direction of the breaking is shifted from the extension line L0 of the end of the 2 nd weakening line 22, the breaking can be reliably spread to the 1 st weakening line 21. That is, the force of breaking the 2 nd line of weakness 22 can be reliably transferred to the 1 st line of weakness 21, and the 1 st line of weakness 21 can be more easily broken. Therefore, the package can be easily opened.
dL is preferably 0.1cm or more, and more preferably 0.5cm or more, from the viewpoint of reliably extending the separation of the 2 nd line of weakness 22 to the 1 st line of weakness 21. dL is preferably 4cm or less, and more preferably 3cm or less, from the viewpoint of sufficiently separating the 1 st adjacent weakened lines 21 from each other.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, an extension line L0 of at least an end portion of the 2 nd weakening line 22 may intersect with the adjacent 1 st weakening line 21 at an acute angle. That is, if the angle formed by the extension line L0 and the 1 st weakening line 21 is α, (0 <) α < 90 ° may be used. Thus, when the user cuts the 2 nd weakening line 22 in order to open the package 1, the force of the cutting can be smoothly transferred from the 2 nd weakening line 22 to the 1 st weakening line 21 along the inclination angle (angle α) of the 2 nd weakening line 22 with respect to the 1 st weakening line 21. Therefore, the two weakened lines can be more easily cut, and the package 1 can be easily opened.
Here, α is preferably 15 ° or more, and more preferably 30 ° or more, from the viewpoint of reliably extending the separation of the 2 nd weakened line 22 to the 1 st weakened line 21. In addition, α is preferably 80 ° or less, and more preferably 70 ° or less, from the viewpoint of smoothly extending the separation of the 2 nd weakened line 22 to the 1 st weakened line 21.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the 1 st weakened line 21 may be formed by a plurality of weakened portions 21w arranged intermittently and a plurality of non-weakened portions 21v positioned between the adjacent weakened portions 21 w. In this case, in the present embodiment, the distance d1 between the adjacent 1 st and 2 nd lines of weakening 21, 22 may be longer than the distance between the weakened portions 21w constituting the 1 st line of weakening 21. That is, if the distance between the weakened portions 21w is d21, d21 < d1 may be used. Thus, in the method of partially opening the package 1, even if the weight of the absorbent article 3 is present when the package 1 is carried by gripping the upper surface portion 15, the 1 st weakened line 21 is not easily broken and spread toward the 2 nd weakened line 22, and is easily stopped at the corner portion 19. This enables the package 1 to be stably carried (with improved durability) while holding the upper surface portion 15.
Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the structure of the 1 st line of weakening and the 2 nd line of weakening according to the embodiment. Specifically, fig. 10 is a schematic view showing the positional relationship between the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 at the corner portion 19 and the vicinity thereof along the surface of the package 1 (package bag 2). Fig. 10 (a) to 10 (d) show the modifications of the structure in the case where the 2 nd weakened line 22 is located at the upper side in the vertical direction T than the 1 st weakened line 21, and fig. 10 (e) to 10 (f) show the modifications of the structure in the case where the 2 nd weakened line 22 is located at the lower side in the vertical direction T than the 1 st weakened line 21.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the 2 nd line of weakness 22 may have a shape (fig. 10 (a) to 10 (d)) which is convex upward in the vertical direction T with a central portion 22p of the 2 nd line of weakness 22 in the direction along the surface of the package 1 (package bag 2) as an apex, or a shape (fig. 10 (e) to 10 (h)) which is convex downward in the vertical direction T with a central portion 22p of the 2 nd line of weakness 22 in the direction along the surface of the package 1 (package bag 2) as an apex. In this case, the 2 nd line of weakness 22 has a shape in which a portion on the adjacent 1 st line of weakness 21 side gradually approaches the 1 st line of weakness 21. Therefore, when the user cuts the 2 nd weakening line 22 in order to open the package 1, the force of the cutting can be more smoothly transferred from the 2 nd weakening line 22 to the 1 st weakening line 21 along the portion of the 2 nd weakening line 22 on the 1 st weakening line 21 side. This makes it possible to more easily separate the two weakened lines, and to more easily open the package.
The 2 nd line of weakness 22 in fig. 10 (a) and 10 (e) is arcuate, the 2 nd line of weakness 22 in fig. 10 (b) and 10 (f) is triangular (rounded), and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 in fig. 10 (c) and 10 (g) is triangular (rounded), but the 2 nd line of weakness 22 and the 1 st line of weakness 21 do not overlap each other in the up-down direction T. The 2 nd weakened line 22 of fig. 10 (d) and 10 (h) is rectangular. However, in the case of a dome shape or a rectangular shape, the 2 nd line of weakness 22 and the 1 st line of weakness 21 may not overlap in the up-down direction T. The shape of the 2 nd weakened line 22 is not limited to this example, and may be other shapes, such as a semicircular shape, a semi-elliptical shape, and a trapezoidal shape. Further, each 2 nd weakened line 22 may be axisymmetric with respect to the boundary line CL. In this case, when the 2 nd weakened line 22 is broken by pinching the vicinity of the boundary line CL with a finger, the 2 nd weakened lines 22 of the side surface portions on both sides across the boundary line CL can be simultaneously broken together.
The 2 nd weakening line 22 is preferably arcuate, and therefore preferably has a substantially circular arc shape (fig. 10 (a) and 10 (e)). Thus, in the mode of partially opening the package 1, even if the separation of the 1 st weakened line 21 spreads toward the adjacent 2 nd weakened line 22 due to the weight of the absorbent article 3 when the package 1 is carried by gripping the upper surface portion 15, the force of the separation is dispersed in the tangential direction of each portion of the 2 nd weakened line 22, and the separation of the 2 nd weakened line 22 is not easily advanced. This enables the package 1 to be stably carried (with improved durability in carrying) with the upper surface portion 15 held.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the 1 st weakening line 21 may be formed at the same position as the upper end edge 3TE1 of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 or at a position above the end edge 3TE1 in the vertical direction T. In this case, the 2 nd weakened line 22 is formed at a position above the 1 st weakened line 21 in the vertical direction T. Therefore, the position of the 2 nd line of weakness 22 does not overlap with the position of the absorbent article 3 of the package 1. Therefore, even in a state where the package 1 is swollen by the absorbent article 3, the user can easily pinch the vicinity of the 2 nd weakened line 22, for example, and easily separate the 2 nd weakened line 22 without being affected by the swollen portion. That is, the package 1 can be easily opened.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a handle portion 18 may be further provided, and the handle portion 18 may be provided at a portion above each of the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14 in the vertical direction T, for example, at an upper portion of the upper surface portion 15 or the upper surface portion 15. Thus, in the mode of partially opening the package 1, the upper surface portion 15 can be gripped by the handle 18, and the package 1 can be easily carried. Here, when carrying such a package 1, there is a risk that: the remaining portion of the outer periphery of the upper surface portion 15 is cut off by the weight of the absorbent article 3, and the upper surface portion 15 is separated from the package 1. However, since the package 1 has the above-described structure, the upper surface portions 15 that are locally joined do not separate.
Next, a method of manufacturing the package 1 of the embodiment will be explained.
Fig. 11 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the method for manufacturing the package according to the embodiment. In this manufacturing method, a manufacturing method of the edge-inserting type package 1 will be described as an example. In the present manufacturing method, the conveyance direction MD, the transverse direction CD, and the thickness direction TD (not shown) are perpendicular to each other during conveyance of the material in each step.
First, a package bag 2 capable of accommodating a plurality of absorbent articles 3 is formed. The method of forming the packaging bag 2 includes a side surface forming step and a weakening line forming step.
In the side surface forming step, both sides in the transverse direction CD of the tubular resinous sheet member 50 (fig. 11 (a)) extending in the conveyance direction MD are folded inward in the transverse direction CD. Thereby, the front surface part 11 and the rear surface part 12 respectively located on one side and the other side in the thickness direction TD, and the right surface part 13 and the left surface part 14 folded between the front surface part 11 and the rear surface part 12 and respectively located on the right side and the left side in the transverse direction CD are formed in the side surface forming process ((b) of fig. 11). At this time, the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 overlap in the thickness direction TD, a portion on the right side of the front surface portion 11 and a portion on the right side of the rear surface portion 12 overlap with the right surface portion 13 in the thickness direction TD, and a portion on the left side of the front surface portion 11 and a portion on the left side of the rear surface portion 12 overlap with the left surface portion 14 in the thickness direction TD.
In the weakening line forming step, a weakening line forming knife (not shown) is pressed from one of the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 toward the other (thickness direction TD). For example, the folded sheet member 50 is nipped by a roll having a line of weakness forming knife and an anvil roll. Thereby, in the weakening line forming process, the 1 st weakening line 21 and the 2 nd weakening line 22 extending in the transverse direction CD are formed in the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12. Accompanying this, the 1 st and 2 nd lines of weakness 21 and 22 extending along the transverse direction CD are formed at the same time in the right and left surface portions 13 and 14 located between the front and rear surface portions 11 and 12 and overlapping in the thickness direction TD. At this time, the 1 st line of weakening 21 and the 2 nd line of weakening 22 are formed as: the relationship of the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 satisfies 0 < d1 < d2 as described above, and the extension line L0 crosses the 1 st line of weakness 21. Furthermore, the 2 nd line of weakness 22 may also be formed at the following locations: when the package 1 is lifted up by gripping the upper surface portion 15 after the separation of at least one adjacent 1 st weakened line 21, the separation of the 1 st weakened line 21 is spread to a position where the separation cannot be reached even by the weight of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 at the corner portion 19.
When the formed packaging bag 2 includes the opening portion 20, in the weakening line forming step, another weakening line forming knife (not shown) is further pressed from one of the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 toward the other side (thickness direction TD). For example, the sheet member 50 folded and formed with the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 is nipped by a roller having an additional line of weakness forming knife and an anvil roller. Thereby, in the weakening line forming process, two longitudinal weakening lines 25 extending in the conveyance direction MD and two transverse weakening lines 24 extending in the transverse direction CD are formed in the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12. Along with this, in the weakening line forming process, two longitudinal weakening lines 25 extending in the conveyance direction MD and transverse weakening lines 24 extending in the transverse direction CD are formed simultaneously in the right and left surface portions 13, 14 located between the front and rear surface portions 11, 12 and overlapping in the thickness direction TD. Here, the transverse weakening line 24 and the two longitudinal weakening lines 25 can also be formed as follows: the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the conveyance direction MD are located higher than the lower ends of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 in the vertical direction T parallel to the conveyance direction MD when the plurality of absorbent articles 3 are stored in the packaging bag 2, and are located lower than the middle positions of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 in the vertical direction T.
In this case, the step of forming the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 and the step of forming the transverse line of weakness 24 and the two longitudinal lines of weakness 25 may be performed either first or simultaneously. In the case of simultaneous operation, the folded sheet member 50 is nipped, for example, by one roller having a weakening line forming knife and another weakening line forming knife and an anvil roller. The handle portion 18 may be formed at the same time. The packaging bag 2 is formed as described above ((c) of fig. 11).
At this time, the packaging bag 2 shown in fig. 11 (c) is developed by separating the boundary line CL between the rear surface portion 12 and the left surface portion 14, as shown in fig. 4. A region STA including a boundary line CL of the right surface part 13 and the front surface part 11 is considered here. The region STA is a rectangular region as follows: the width along the surface of the packaging bag 2 in the direction parallel to the bottom surface portion 16 (width direction W and depth direction D) is the same as the width of the right surface portion 13, and the center along the surface of the packaging bag 2 in the direction parallel to the bottom surface portion 16 (width direction W and depth direction D) is the boundary line CL between the right surface portion 13 and the front surface portion 11. At this time, in the region STA, the 2 nd weakened line crossing the boundary line CL is axisymmetric with respect to the boundary line CL. Further, the 1 st line of weakness, the transverse line of weakness, and the longitudinal line of weakness of the front surface portion 11 adjacent to each other on both sides of the boundary line CL are axisymmetric with respect to the 1 st line of weakness, the transverse line of weakness, and the longitudinal line of weakness of the right surface portion 13. The same applies to an area STA (not shown) including another boundary line CL. For example, in the region STA including the boundary line CL of the right surface part 13 and the rear surface part 12, which has the same width as the width of the right surface part 13, the 2 nd line of weakness across the boundary line CL, the 1 st line of weakness of the adjacent rear surface part 12 and right surface part 13, the transverse line of weakness, and the longitudinal line of weakness are axisymmetric with respect to the boundary line CL. In addition, in the region STA including the boundary line CL of the left surface part 14 and the front surface part 11, the width thereof is the same as the width of the left surface part 14, and the 2 nd line of weakness crossing the boundary line CL, the 1 st line of weakness of the adjacent front surface part 11 and left surface part 14, the transverse line of weakness, and the longitudinal line of weakness are axisymmetric with respect to the boundary line CL. In addition, in the region STA including the boundary line CL of the left surface part 14 and the rear surface part 12, the width thereof is the same as the width of the left surface part 14, and the 2 nd line of weakness crossing the boundary line CL, the 1 st line of weakness of the adjacent rear surface part 12 and left surface part 14, the transverse line of weakness, and the longitudinal line of weakness are axisymmetric with respect to the boundary line CL.
Then, the bottom surface portion 16 is formed by sealing the bottom surface side of the formed packaging bag 2 by heat fusion. Next, a plurality of absorbent articles 3 are stored from the upper surface side of the packaging bag 2. Finally, the bonding portion 17 is formed by sealing the upper surface side portion of the packaging bag 2 by thermal fusion. The edge-inserting type package 1 is formed as described above.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4 (fig. 11), the package 1 may be of a flange insertion type. In this case, the right and left surface portions 13 and 14 are portions folded between the front and rear surface portions 11 and 12 to right and left valleys in the width direction W, respectively. At this time, the 2 nd weakened line 22 of the corner portion 19 of the right surface part 13 and the front surface part 11 may have a shape axially symmetrical with respect to the boundary line CL of the right surface part 13 and the front surface part 11. Likewise, the 2 nd line of weakness 22 of the corner portions 19 of the right and rear surface portions 13, 12 may have a shape that is axisymmetric with respect to the boundary line CL of the right and rear surface portions 13, 12. The 2 nd line of weakness 22 of the corner 19 of the left face portion 14 and the front face portion 11 may have a shape that is axisymmetric with respect to the boundary line CL between the left face portion 14 and the front face portion 11. The 2 nd line of weakness 22 of the corner portion 19 of the left surface portion 14 and the rear surface portion 12 may have a shape that is axisymmetric with respect to the boundary line CL of the left surface portion 14 and the rear surface portion 12. Thus, the 2 nd weakened line 22 of each of the right and left surface portions 13 and 14 and the 2 nd weakened line 22 of each of the front and rear surface portions 11 and 12 can be simultaneously broken together by breaking the 2 nd weakened line 22 from the corner 19 of the right and front surface portions 13 and 11, the corner 19 of the right and rear surface portions 13 and 12, the corner 19 of the left and rear surface portions 14 and 11, and the corner 19 of the left and rear surface portions 14 and 12. This makes it easier to separate the two 2 nd weakened lines, and the package 1 can be opened more easily as a whole.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4 (fig. 11), the package 1 may be of a flange insertion type. In this case, the 1 st weakening line 21 may be formed at the same position as the upper end edge 3TE1 of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 stored in the package 1 or at a position above the end edge 3TE1 in the vertical direction T. In this case, the 2 nd weakened line 22 is located above the 1 st weakened line 21 in the vertical direction T. Therefore, the position of the 2 nd line of weakness 22 in the package 1 does not overlap with the position of the stored absorbent article 3. Therefore, even in a state where the package 1 is swollen by the contained absorbent article 3, the user can easily pinch the vicinity of the 2 nd weakened line 22, for example, and easily break the 2 nd weakened line 22 without being affected by the swollen portion. That is, the package can be easily opened.
[ 2 nd embodiment ]
Next, embodiment 2 will be explained. In the present embodiment, the package 1 (package bag 2) includes an opening portion 20 in at least one of the side surfaces. The following description mainly deals with differences from embodiment 1.
In the package 1 (packaging bag 2), at least one side surface portion of the plurality of side surface portions is provided with an opening portion 20. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the easy-to-open portion 20 includes: two longitudinal weakened lines 25 extending in the vertical direction T, the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 being arranged at intervals in the width direction W or the depth direction D; and a transverse weakened line 24 extending in the width direction W or the depth direction D and connecting upper end portions of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the up-down direction T to each other. Here, the weakening lines such as the longitudinal weakening line 25 and the transverse weakening line 24 are lines that penetrate the sheet member of the packaging bag 2 in the thickness direction or are formed by arranging a plurality of portions in a predetermined direction intermittently in a portion where the sheet member of the packaging bag 2 is thinned and half-broken in the thickness direction (hereinafter, also referred to as "weakening portion"), and are exemplified as easy-to-tear lines. By pulling the portions on both sides across the weakening line and pulling them apart from each other, they can be easily separated from each other along the weakening line. Further, by performing the separation of the transverse weakened line 24 and the two longitudinal weakened lines 25, the opening portion 20 can be opened and the absorbent article 3 can be taken out.
In the present embodiment, the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14 each include an opening portion 20. In addition, the front surface part 11 and the rear surface part 12 respectively include: two longitudinal weakened lines 25 extending in the up-down direction T, the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 being arranged at intervals in the width direction W; and a transverse weakened line 24 extending in the width direction W and connecting upper-side end portions of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the up-down direction T to each other. On the other hand, the right and left surface parts 13 and 14 respectively include: two longitudinal weakened lines 25 extending in the up-down direction T, the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 being arranged at intervals in the depth direction D; and a transverse weakened line 24 extending in the depth direction D and connecting upper end portions of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the up-down direction T to each other.
In the opening portion 20, the positions H1D, H2D of the lower ends in the vertical direction T of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 are higher than the position HAD of the lower ends 3TE2 in the vertical direction T of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 and lower than the intermediate position HAM in the vertical direction T of the plurality of absorbent articles 3. Therefore, when the opening seal 20 is opened, the lower portion of the absorbent article 3 in the vertical direction T is covered with the packaging bag 2, and the upper portion (more than half portion) of the side portion is exposed.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, the position H1D of the lower end in the vertical direction T of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of the front surface portion 11 is higher than the position HAD of the lower end 3TE2 in the vertical direction T of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 and is lower than the intermediate position HAM in the vertical direction T of the plurality of absorbent articles 3. Here, if the distance between the position H1D of the lower end of the longitudinal weakened line 25 and the position HAD of the lower end 3TE2 of the absorbent article 3 is D11 (> 0), and the distance between the position HAD of the lower end 3TE2 of the absorbent article 3 and the position HAU of the upper end 3TE1 is dA0 (> 0), D11 < dA0/2. The same applies to the rear surface portion 12. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the position H2D of the lower end of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the vertical direction T of the right surface portion 13 is higher than the position HAD of the lower end 3TE2 in the vertical direction T of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 and is lower than the intermediate position HAM in the vertical direction T of the plurality of absorbent articles 3. Here, if the distance between the position H2D of the lower end of the longitudinal weakened line 25 and the position HAD of the lower end 3TE2 of the absorbent article 3 is D21 (> 0), D21 < dA0/2. The same applies to the left surface portion 14. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the opening portion 20 is formed in the uppermost absorbent article 3 among the plurality of absorbent articles 3 stacked in multiple layers in the vertical direction T.
In the present embodiment, the opening portion 20 is formed to partially cover the upper surface portions in the vertical direction T (including the upper end 3TE 1) of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 stored in the packaging bag 2. In this case, the transverse weakened line 24 of the opening portion 20 is formed in a portion 20U of the opening portion 20 that partially covers the upper surface portions of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 (including the upper end 3TE 1) in the up-down direction T. Therefore, when the portion 20U is removed by opening the opening seal 20, a part of the upper surface portion in the up-down direction T (including the upper end 3TE 1) of the absorbent article 3 is exposed.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the opening portion 20 of the front surface portion 11 includes a portion 20U that partially covers the upper surface portions (including the upper end 3TE 1) of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 in the vertical direction T. In this case, the transverse weakened line 24 of the opening portion 20 of the front surface portion 11 is formed in the portion 20U of the opening portion 20. Here, if d12 is the distance between the position H1U of the lower end of the transverse weakened line 24 and the position HAU of the upper end 3TE1 of the absorbent article 3, d12 > 0. The same applies to the rear surface portion 12. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the opening portion 20 of the right surface portion 13 includes a portion 20U that partially covers the upper surface portion in the vertical direction T (including the upper end 3TE 1) of the plurality of absorbent articles 3. In this case, the transverse weakened line 24 of the opening portion 20 of the right surface portion 13 is formed in the portion 20U of the opening portion 20. Here, if d22 is defined as the distance between the position H2U of the lower end of the transverse weakened line 24 and the position HAU of the upper end 3TE1 of the absorbent article 3, d22 > 0. The same applies to the left surface portion 14. Further, the positions H1U, H2U are positions of the lower ends of the transverse weakened lines 24, and are also positions of the upper ends of the longitudinal weakened lines 25.
In the package 1 (package bag 2), the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 may be provided in the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14, respectively, or the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 may not be provided. In the case where the packaging body 1 (packaging bag 2) includes the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 in each side surface portion, the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 are as described in embodiment 1, for example.
Fig. 12 is a schematic view showing a state in which the package 1 of the embodiment is unsealed in the front surface portion 11 or the left surface portion 14. As shown in fig. 12 (a), the front surface portion 11 of the package 1 is cut along the transverse weakened line 24 of the opening portion 20 to form a transverse cut line 24a, and then cut along the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 to form two longitudinal cut lines 25a. Thereby, the opening OPA is formed to open the opening portion 20 of the front surface portion 11. At this time, at the opening OPA, the lower portion of the absorbent article 3 in the vertical direction T is covered with the packaging bag 2, and the portion (more than half) above the lower portion is exposed. The same applies to the rear surface portion 12. On the other hand, as shown in fig. 12 (b), the transverse weakened line 24 of the opening portion 20 is cut to form a transverse cut line 24a, and then the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 are cut to form two longitudinal cut lines 25a in the left surface portion 14 of the package 1. Thereby, the opening OPB is formed to open the opening portion 20 of the left surface portion 14. At this time, at the opening OPB, the lower portion of the absorbent article 3 in the vertical direction T is covered by the packaging bag 2, and the portion (more than half) above this portion is exposed. The same applies to the right surface portion 13.
In the present package 1, the user cuts the transverse weakened line 24 and the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 at the opening portion 20 of the packaging bag 2 to form the opening portion OPA and/or the opening portion OPB in the packaging bag 2. Then, the absorbent article 3 stored in the package bag 2 can be taken out through the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB. At this time, the position H1D and/or the position H2D of the lower end in the vertical direction T of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 is higher than the position HAD of the lower end 3TE2 in the vertical direction T of the plurality of absorbent articles 3. Therefore, when the opening seal 20 is opened, the lower portion of the absorbent article 3 is positioned below the lower end of the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB, and is protected by the packaging bag 2. Therefore, the absorbent article 3 can be prevented from accidentally falling out from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB. Further, the following can be suppressed: when the absorbent article 3 is taken out, the other absorbent articles 3 are accidentally dropped from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB to the outside. Further, the position H1D and/or the position H2D of the lower end of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the vertical direction T is lower than the intermediate position HAM in the vertical direction T of the plurality of absorbent articles 3. Therefore, when the opening seal 20 is opened, the upper half or more of the absorbent article 3 is positioned above the lower end of the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB, and is exposed from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB. Therefore, the absorbent article 3 can be prevented from being caught in the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB when the absorbent article 3 is taken out. In this way, in the package 1, it is possible to achieve both suppression of the absorbent article 3 from falling out of the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB and facilitation of taking out the absorbent article 3 from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB.
Further, the above-mentioned relationships of d11, d21 and dA0 may be 0 < d11, d21 < dA0 · (1/2), but from the viewpoint of preventing exfoliation, dA0 (1/20) < d11 and d21 are preferable, dA0 (2/20) < d11 and d21 are more preferable, and dA0 (3/20) < d11 and d21 are further preferable. On the other hand, the relationship of d11, d21 and dA0 described above is preferably d11, d21 < dA 0. (9/20), more preferably d11, d21 < dA 0. (8/20), and still more preferably d11, d21 < dA 0. (7/20), from the viewpoint of ease of extraction.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the opening portion 20 may be disposed on at least one of the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 and at least one of the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14. That is, the package 1 is formed with an opening portion 20 (front surface portion 11 or rear surface portion 12) facing the depth direction D and an opening portion 20 (right surface portion 13 or left surface portion 14) facing the width direction W. Therefore, the user can take out the absorbent article 3 from the opening OPA and the opening OPB in both the width direction W and the depth direction D by opening both the opening portions 20. Therefore, the absorbent article 3 can be easily taken out from the opening OPA or the opening OPB in any direction by placing the package 1 at any place.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the opening portion 20 may have a portion 20U that partially covers an upper surface portion in the vertical direction T (including the upper end 3TE 1) of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 stored in the packaging bag 2. In this case, the transverse weakened line 24 of the opening portion 20 is formed in the portion 20U. Therefore, the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB can be formed so that, when the opening seal 20 is opened from the transverse weakened line 24, the region from the upper surface portion to the side surface portion of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 stored in the packaging bag 2 is exposed. This makes it possible to easily visually recognize the absorbent articles 3 one by one at the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB when taking out the absorbent article 3, and to make the upper surface portion of the absorbent article 3 less likely to be caught by the end portion of the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB on the upper surface portion 15 side. Therefore, the absorbent article 3 can be more easily taken out from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the plurality of absorbent articles 3 may be stacked in at least two layers in the vertical direction. In this case, the position H1D and/or the position H2D of the lower end of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the vertical direction T is higher than the position HAD of the lower end of the uppermost absorbent article 3 among the plurality of absorbent articles 3 in the vertical direction T and is lower than the middle position HAM of the uppermost absorbent article 3 in the vertical direction T. Therefore, the absorbent article 3 at the uppermost layer among the plurality of absorbent articles 3 can be prevented from falling out of the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB or from being caught in the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB at the time of taking out. Further, even if a plurality of absorbent articles 3 are stacked in at least two layers, since the absorbent articles 3 can be taken out in order from the absorbent article 3 on the upper layer, the absorbent articles 3 can be taken out easily without some or all of the absorbent articles 3 protruding outward from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB. In addition, since the unused absorbent article 3 of the lower layer is covered with the packaging bag 2 before being taken out, the cleanness thereof can be maintained. In this way, in the package 1, it is possible to achieve both suppression of the absorbent article 3 falling out from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB and facilitation of removal of the absorbent article 3 from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB, and to maintain the cleanability of the absorbent article 3 on the lower layer.
Fig. 13 is a schematic diagram showing a structural example of the longitudinal weakening line and the transverse weakening line of the embodiment. In the present embodiment, the distance L1 between the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the width direction W or the depth direction D (the direction parallel to the bottom surface portion 16 along the surface of the packaging bag 2) may be 30% or more and 80% or less of the length L0 of each of the plurality of side surface portions in the width direction W or the depth direction D, in each of the plurality of side surface portions. That is, the relationship between L1 and L0 is 0.3 < L1/L0 < 0.8. Therefore, the length of the opening part OPA and/or the opening part OPB of the easy-to-open part 20 is 30% to 80% of the length of the side surface part, and the length of the part of the side surface part other than the opening part OPA and/or the opening part OPB is 70% to 20% of the length of the side surface part. By setting the length of the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB of the opening portion 20 to 30% or more, the lateral width of the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB is increased, and therefore the absorbent article 3 can be more easily taken out from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB. Further, by setting the length of the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB of the opening portion 20 to 80% or less, the length of the portion other than the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB of the side surface portion can be made to exceed 20%, and thus the shape of the package 1 (package bag 2) can be made less likely to be deformed. Therefore, the absorbent article 3 can be easily taken out from the side surface portion without deforming the entire shape of the packaging bag 2. The relationship between L1 and L0 is preferably 0.35 < L1/L0 < 0.75, more preferably 0.4 < L1/L0 < 0.7. Fig. 13 shows the case of the right surface portion 13 or the left surface portion 14, but the same applies to the front surface portion 11 and/or the rear surface portion 12.
Fig. 14 is a schematic diagram showing a structural example of the longitudinal weakening line and the transverse weakening line of the embodiment. In this embodiment, the transverse weakening lines 24 may comprise a central transverse weakening line 24m in the centre and end transverse weakening lines 24e on either side of the central transverse weakening line 24m. In this case, the central transverse weakened line 24m is constituted by a plurality of central transverse weakened portions 24mw arranged discontinuously and a plurality of central non-transverse weakened portions 24mv located between adjacent central transverse weakened portions 24 mw. In addition, the end transverse weakened line 24e is composed of a plurality of end transverse weakened portions 24ew arranged intermittently and a plurality of end non-transverse weakened portions 24ev located between the adjacent end transverse weakened portions 24 ew. The longitudinal weakened line 25 is formed by a plurality of longitudinally weakened portions arranged intermittently and a plurality of non-longitudinally weakened portions located between adjacent longitudinally weakened portions (reference numerals are omitted). Here, the pitch of the central transverse weakened line 24m is LP1, and the length of the central transverse weakened portion 24mw and the length of the central non-transverse weakened portion 24mv are LW1 and LV1, respectively. The pitch of the end transverse weakened lines 24e is LP2, and the length of the end transverse weakened portion 24ew and the length of the end non-transverse weakened portion 24ev are LW2 and LV2, respectively. Further, the pitch of the longitudinal weakened lines 25 is the same as that of the end transverse weakened lines 24e, the length of the longitudinal weakened portions is set to be the same as that of the end transverse weakened portions 24ew, and the length of the non-longitudinal weakened portions is set to be the same as that of the end non-transverse weakened portions 24 ev.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the distance between the weakened portions (central transverse weakened portions 24 mw) constituting the central portion (central transverse weakened line 24 m) in the width direction W or the depth direction D (the direction parallel to the bottom surface portion 16 along the surface of the packaging bag 2) in the transverse weakened lines 24 (the length LV1 of the central non-transverse weakened portion 24 mv) may be shorter than the distance between the weakened portions constituting the respective longitudinal weakened lines 25 of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 (the length LV2 of the end non-transverse weakened portions 24 ev). That is, LV1 < LV2 can be used. Therefore, when opening the open seal portion 20, a finger can be easily inserted into the central transverse weakened line 24m of the transverse weakened lines 24. This makes it possible to easily start the breaking of the transverse weakened line 24, and further, to easily perform the breaking of each of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 subsequent to the breaking of the transverse weakened line 24. Therefore, the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB of the opening portion 20 can be easily formed, and the absorbent article 3 can be more easily taken out from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB. Furthermore, LW1 < LW2, and LP1 < LP2 may be used. This makes it possible to easily separate the entire transverse weakening line 24, and further, to easily separate each of the two longitudinal weakening lines 25 after the transverse weakening line 24 is separated. In addition, the distance between the weakened portions of the respective longitudinal weakened lines 25 constituting the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 may be longer than the distance between the weakened portions constituting the transverse weakened lines 24. Fig. 14 shows the case of the right surface portion 13 or the left surface portion 14, but the same applies to the front surface portion 11 and/or the rear surface portion 12.
The method of manufacturing the package 1 of the embodiment is the same as the method of manufacturing the 1 st embodiment except that the formation of the longitudinal weakened line 25 and the transverse weakened line 24 in the weakened line forming step is essential and the formation of the 1 st weakened line 21 and the 2 nd weakened line 22 is optional.
Fig. 15 is a front view and a right side view schematically showing another configuration example of the package 1 according to the embodiment. In this figure, a front view and a right side view of another configuration example of the package 1 are drawn adjacently. In the present embodiment, the position H2D and the position H1D of the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the up-down direction T may be the same in at least one of the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14 and at least one of the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12. For example, the positions H2D of the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of the right surface part 13 and the positions H1D of the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of the front surface part 11 may be the same. Therefore, even when both the right surface portion 13 or the left surface portion 14, i.e., the opening portion 20 that is open in the width direction W, and the front surface portion 11 or the rear surface portion 12, i.e., the opening portion 20 that is open in the depth direction D, are opened, the positions H2D and H1D of the lower ends of the opening OPB and the opening OPA can be aligned in the same manner. Thus, when the user grasps the position H2D or H1D of the lower end of any one of the open-top portions 20, the absorbent article 3 can be easily taken out from the side surface portion without confirming the position H2D or H1D of the lower end every time the user visually observes the absorbent article 3 from any one of the open-top portions 20.
In addition, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, the positions H2U and H1U of the upper ends in the vertical direction T of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 may be the same in at least one of the right and left surface portions 13 and 14 and at least one of the front and rear surface portions 11 and 12. For example, the positions H2U of the upper ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of the right surface part 13 and the positions H1U of the upper ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of the front surface part 11 may be the same. Therefore, even when both the right surface portion 13 or the left surface portion 14, i.e., the opening portion 20 that is open in the width direction W, and the front surface portion 11 or the rear surface portion 12, i.e., the opening portion 20 that is open in the depth direction D, are opened, the positions H2U and H1U of the upper ends of the opening OPB and the opening OPA can be aligned in the same manner. Thus, when the user grasps the position H2U or H1U of the upper end of any one of the opening portions 20, the absorbent article 3 can be easily taken out from the side surface portion without confirming the position H2U or H1U of the upper end each time the absorbent article 3 is taken out from any one of the opening portions 20 by eye observation.
In addition, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, a distance d23 between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the front surface part 11 side of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of at least one of the right and left surface parts 13, 14 and a boundary line CL of the front surface part 11 and at least one of the right and left surface parts 13, 14 may be equal to a distance d13 between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the side of the at least one of the right and left surface parts 13, 14 and the boundary line CL of the front surface part 11 of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of the front surface part 11. For example, a distance d23 between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the front surface portion 11 side in the right surface portion 13 and a boundary line CL between the right surface portion 13 and the front surface portion 11 may be equal to a distance d13 between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the right surface portion 13 side in the front surface portion 11 and the boundary line CL.
Here, the distance d23 between the vertical weakened line 25 on the front surface portion 11 side in the right or left surface portion 13 or 14 and the boundary line CL is the width of both outer portions of the opening OPB of the opening portion 20 of the right or left surface portion 13 or 14. On the other hand, a distance d13 between the vertical weakened line 25 and the boundary line CL on the right surface portion 13 side or the left surface portion 14 side in the front surface portion 11 is a width of both outer sides of the opening portion OPA of the opening portion 20 of the front surface portion 11. The portions outside the opening OPB and the opening OPA of the opening portion 20 are necessary to maintain the shape of the side portion after opening and further maintain the shape of the package 1. Therefore, if the balance of the widths of the above portions is poor, it is difficult to maintain the shapes of the side surface portion and the package 1 after the opening. Therefore, in this package 1, the widths of the above-described portions are made to have a predetermined same width without a large difference in each side surface portion. This makes it easy to maintain the shape of the side surface portion and the package 1 after opening. This can maintain the shape of the opening OPB and the shape of the opening OPA of the opening portion, and can maintain the ease of taking out the absorbent article 3.
In addition, for the same reason, the distance between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the side of the rear surface portion 12 of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of at least one of the right and left surface portions 13 and 14 and the boundary line CL between the at least one of the right and left surface portions 13 and 14 and the rear surface portion 12 may be equal to the distance d13 between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the side of the at least one of the right and left surface portions 13 and 14 and the boundary line CL of the rear surface portion 12. For example, a distance d23 between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the rear surface portion 12 side in the right surface portion 13 and a boundary line CL between the right surface portion 13 and the rear surface portion 12 may be equal to a distance between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the right surface portion 13 side in the rear surface portion 12 and the boundary line CL.
The package 1 of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be applied by addition/replacement of other techniques without departing from the object and gist of the present invention as long as no technical contradiction occurs.
