Description

Packaging body
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a package of absorbent articles.
Background
A package body is known in which an absorbent article such as a urine absorbing pad is contained in a package bag. The package bag has a weakened line such as a tear line on the outer surface. The user breaks the weakened line to form an opening in the package, and takes out the absorbent article stored in the package from the opening.
As such a package, for example, patent document 1 discloses a package bag (package) of a paper diaper or the like. In this packaging bag (package), a breaking line (weakening line) substantially parallel to the bottom surface of the packaging bag (package) is provided in a region from below the sealing line of the upper opening portion to the upper surface of the packed object or the vicinity thereof.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
The user uses the package with the absorbent article enclosed therein in various ways. For example, the following means are possible: an upper surface portion, which is a portion of the package bag above the line of weakness, is removed, an opening is formed in the upper side of the package bag, and the absorbent article is taken out from the opening. That is, the package may be completely opened. In addition, for example, the following means are possible: the outer periphery of the upper surface portion of the package bag is partially torn to bond the upper surface portion to the rest of the package bag, and in this state, an opening is formed in the upper side of the package bag, and the absorbent article is taken out from the opening. That is, the package may be partially opened. In this aspect, the package can be easily carried by holding the upper surface portion according to circumstances, and the absorbent article can be taken out from the opening portion at an arbitrary place. In this way, the package can be used in various ways to adjust the degree of opening of its upper surface portion.
In the package of patent document 1, the line of weakness may be continuously provided over the entire periphery of the package bag. In this case, it is easy to remove the upper surface portion of the package bag to form the opening, thereby completely unsealing the package body, and to form the opening in a state where the upper surface portion is partially joined to the rest of the package bag, and thereby partially unseal the package body. That is, in any of the embodiments, the package is easy to open. However, in the case of partially opening the package, there is a possibility that the upper surface portion may be separated from the rest of the package by the weight of the absorbent article when the package is carried. In this way, the upper surface portion is easily separated from the rest of the package bag, and the package is difficult to carry. That is, the package cannot be maintained in a partially opened state, and the package may be completely opened, which makes it difficult to control the opening of the package.
On the other hand, in the package of patent document 1, there are cases where: the corner of the package bag is provided with a weakening line at the same height independently, and the front, both side and back are also provided with weakening lines at positions slightly lower than the weakening lines. In this case, the plurality of weakened lines are not continuously provided over the entire circumference of the package. That is, adjacent lines of weakness are separated from each other at the corners. Therefore, in the case of partially unsealing the package, when the package is carried, there is a possibility that the breakage of a plurality of weakened lines between the upper surface portion and the rest of the package may occur due to the weight of the absorbent article. Nevertheless, the above-mentioned breaking of the weakening lines ends at the corners and thus does not affect the adjacent weakening lines. That is, the upper surface portion is not separated from the package bag without breaking all of the weakened lines. This allows the package to be carried with the upper surface portion gripped. That is, the control of opening the package is easy. However, since the plurality of weakened lines are separated from each other, it is not easy to separate the upper surface portion of the package bag by breaking all of the plurality of weakened lines, and to separate the upper surface portion by breaking a plurality of weakened lines of the plurality of weakened lines. That is, in either mode, the package is not easily opened.
As described above, in the package of patent document 1, it is difficult to achieve both ease of opening the package and controllability of the opening degree of the package.
In addition, in the package, if the size of the opening formed in the package is too large, there is a risk that the absorbent article accidentally falls out from the opening. However, if the size of the opening is too small, the absorbent article may be caught in the opening and difficult to take out when the absorbent article is taken out.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a package that can achieve both ease of opening the package and controllability of the degree of opening of the package.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a package in which an opening is formed in a package bag by a line of weakness, wherein both of suppression of detachment of an absorbent article from the opening and easy removal of the absorbent article from the opening can be achieved, and a method for manufacturing the package.

Detailed Description
The present embodiment relates to the following embodiments.
Scheme 1
A package having a width direction, a depth direction, and an up-down direction, comprising a plurality of absorbent articles, and a package having a plurality of side portions for accommodating the plurality of absorbent articles, wherein the plurality of side portions include a front surface portion, a rear surface portion, a right surface portion, and a left surface portion, and the package has corners at a portion where the front surface portion and the right surface portion intersect, at a portion where the front surface portion and the left surface portion intersect, at a portion where the rear surface portion and the right surface portion intersect, and at a portion where the rear surface portion and the left surface portion intersect, respectively, the package comprising: a 1 st line of weakness formed in the front surface portion and the rear surface portion so as to extend in the width direction, and formed in the right surface portion and the left surface portion so as to extend in the depth direction, respectively; and a 2 nd weakened line formed across the corner, adjacent 1 st weakened lines being separated from each other at the corner, adjacent 1 st weakened lines being separated from the 2 nd weakened line, a distance between the adjacent 2 nd weakened lines and the 1 st weakened lines being shorter than a distance between the adjacent 1 st weakened lines, an extension line of an end of the 2 nd weakened line intersecting the 1 st weakened line adjacent to the end of the 2 nd weakened line.
In the present package, a 2 nd line of weakness is formed in the vicinity of a 1 st line of weakness at a corner, and an extension line of an end portion of the 2 nd line of weakness intersects the 1 st line of weakness adjacent to the 2 nd line of weakness.
Therefore, in the case of the method of completely unsealing the package and the method of partially unsealing the package, the user can easily transfer the force of breaking the line of weakness 2 directly to the line of weakness 1 after breaking the line of weakness, and thus can easily break the line of weakness 1. Therefore, by performing the breaking of the 1 st and 2 nd weakened lines in the required number, the upper surface portion of the package can be easily removed from the package, and the upper surface portion of the package can be easily broken locally from the package.
In the present package, the 1 st weakened lines provided over the entire periphery (front surface portion, rear surface portion, right surface portion, and left surface portion) of the package are not continuously provided. That is, adjacent 1 st lines of weakness are separated from each other at the corners. Further, a plurality of 2 nd weakened lines provided at all corners of the package and adjacent 1 st weakened lines among the plurality of 1 st weakened lines are separated from each other by a predetermined distance. In this case, the portions of the front surface portion, the rear surface portion, the right surface portion, and the left surface portion on the upper side in the up-down direction than the 1 st line of weakness and the 2 nd line of weakness are the upper surface portions.
Here, in the case where the package is partially opened, when the package is carried by holding the upper surface portion of the package, the breaking force is transmitted from the 1 st line of weakness broken for opening to the 1 st line of weakness that is not broken due to the weight of the absorbent article, and there is a possibility that the breaking or the progress of the breaking occurs. However, in the present package, the breaking of the 1 st line of weakness is stopped at the corner, and the line of weakness does not shift to the adjacent 2 nd line of weakness and further does not shift to the adjacent 1 st line of weakness, so that the upper surface portion does not separate from the package. This allows the user to carry the package to another place by holding the upper surface portion (the durability of carrying is improved).
In this way, the package can be used in various ways while achieving both of the control of the degree of separation of the upper surface portion of the package, i.e., the degree of opening of the package, and the ease of opening the package, i.e., the degree of opening of the package, by which the upper surface portion of the package is easily separated completely or partially.
Scheme 2
The package according to claim 1, wherein at least an end portion of the 2 nd weakened line overlaps with the adjacent 1 st weakened line in the up-down direction.
In the present package, at least an end portion of the 2 nd weakened line overlaps with an adjacent 1 st weakened line in the up-down direction. Therefore, when the user breaks the 2 nd line of weakness in order to open the package, the breaking force can be reliably transferred to the 1 st line of weakness, and the 1 st line of weakness can be broken more easily. Therefore, the package can be easily opened.
Scheme 3
The package according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the 1 st line of weakness is formed at the same position as or above an upper end edge of the plurality of absorbent articles in the up-down direction, and the 2 nd line of weakness is formed at an upper position in the up-down direction than the 1 st line of weakness.
In the present package, the 1 st line of weakness is formed at the same position as or above the upper edge of the absorbent article stored in the package in the vertical direction, and the 2 nd line of weakness is located at the upper side in the vertical direction from the 1 st line of weakness. Therefore, the position of the 2 nd line of weakness does not overlap the position of the absorbent article within the package. Therefore, even when the package is swollen by the absorbent article, the user is not affected by the swollen portion, and can easily pinch, for example, the vicinity of the 2 nd weakened line, and easily break the 2 nd weakened line. That is, the package can be easily opened.
Scheme 4
The package according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein an extension line of at least an end portion of the 2 nd weakened line intersects with an adjacent 1 st weakened line at an acute angle.
In the present package, the extension lines of at least the end portions of the 2 nd weakened lines intersect at an acute angle with respect to the adjacent 1 st weakened line. Therefore, when the user breaks the 2 nd weakened line in order to open the package, the breaking force can be smoothly transferred from the 2 nd weakened line to the 1 st weakened line along the inclination angle of the acute angle of the 2 nd weakened line to the 1 st weakened line. This makes it possible to more easily break the two weakened lines, and to easily open the package.
Scheme 5
The package according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the 2 nd line of weakness has a shape that protrudes upward or downward in the up-down direction with a central portion of the 2 nd line of weakness in a direction along a surface of the package as an apex.
In the present package, the 2 nd line of weakness has a shape that protrudes upward or downward in the up-down direction with the central portion in the direction along the surface of the package as the apex, and therefore has a shape in which portions on both sides, i.e., adjacent 1 st line of weakness, gradually approach the 1 st line of weakness. Therefore, when the user breaks the 2 nd weakened line in order to open the package, the breaking force can be more smoothly transferred from the 2 nd weakened line to the 1 st weakened line along the 1 st weakened line side portion of the 2 nd weakened line. This makes it possible to more easily break the two weakened lines and to more easily open the package.
Scheme 6
The package according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a handle portion provided at an upper portion of each of the front surface portion, the rear surface portion, the right surface portion, and the left surface portion in the up-down direction.
The package includes a handle portion provided on upper portions of the front surface portion, the rear surface portion, the right surface portion, and the left surface portion in the up-down direction, for example, on the upper surface portion or an upper portion of the upper surface portion. Thus, the outer periphery of the upper surface portion of the package bag can be partially separated by the 1 st line of weakness, and the partially joined upper surface portion can be gripped by the handle, so that the package body can be easily carried to another place. In this case, the following risks exist when carrying such packages: the remaining portion of the outer periphery of the upper surface portion is separated from the remaining portion of the package due to the weight of the absorbent article. However, since the package has the above-described structure, the upper surface portions that are locally joined are not separated.
Scheme 7
The package according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the right surface portion and the left surface portion are portions folded to right and left valleys in the width direction between the front surface portion and the rear surface portion, respectively, the 2 nd weakened line of the corner portion of the right surface portion and the front surface portion has a shape that is axisymmetric with respect to a boundary line of the right surface portion and the front surface portion, the 2 nd weakened line of the corner portion of the right surface portion and the rear surface portion has a shape that is axisymmetric with respect to a boundary line of the right surface portion and the rear surface portion, the 2 nd weakened line of the corner portion of the left surface portion and the front surface portion has a shape that is axisymmetric with respect to a boundary line of the left surface portion and the front surface portion, and the 2 nd weakened line of the corner portion of the left surface portion and the rear surface portion has a shape that is axisymmetric with respect to a boundary line of the left surface portion and the rear surface portion.
In the present package, since the right surface portion and the left surface portion are portions folded in a valley-folded manner between the front surface portion and the rear surface portion, respectively, the present package is a package of the edge insertion type. In addition, the 2 nd weakened line has an axisymmetric shape with respect to the boundary between the right surface portion and the front surface portion, the boundary between the right surface portion and the rear surface portion, the boundary between the left surface portion and the front surface portion, and the boundary between the left surface portion and the rear surface portion. Thus, the 2 nd weakened line of each of the right and left surface portions and the 2 nd weakened line of each of the front and rear surface portions can be simultaneously broken together by breaking the 2 nd weakened line from the corner portions of the right and front surface portions, the corner portions of the right and rear surface portions, the corner portions of the left and front surface portions, and the corner portions of the left and rear surface portions. This makes it possible to more easily break the two 2 nd weakened lines, and to more easily unseal the package as a whole.
Scheme 8
The package according to claim 7, wherein the 1 st line of weakness is formed at the same position as or above an upper edge of the plurality of absorbent articles stored in the package in the up-down direction, and the 2 nd line of weakness is located at an upper position in the up-down direction than the 1 st line of weakness.
In the present package, the 1 st line of weakness is formed at the same position as or above the upper end edges of the plurality of absorbent articles, and the 2 nd line of weakness is located above the 1 st line of weakness. Therefore, the position of the 2 nd line of weakness in the package does not overlap with the position of the housed absorbent article. Therefore, even when the package is swollen by the housed absorbent article, the user is not affected by the swollen portion, and can easily pinch, for example, the vicinity of the 2 nd weakened line, and easily break the 2 nd weakened line. That is, the package can be easily opened.
Scheme 9
The package according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a distance between the 1 st line of weakness and the 2 nd line of weakness adjacent to each other is longer than a distance between the weakened portions constituting the 1 st line of weakness.
In the present package, the distance between the 1 st line of weakness and the 2 nd line of weakness is longer than the distance between the weakened portions constituting the 1 st line of weakness. Therefore, in the case of partially unsealing the package, when the package is carried by holding the upper surface portion, the breaking of the 1 st line of weakness does not spread to the 2 nd line of weakness, but ends at the corner portion even if the weight of the absorbent article is present. This allows the package to be stably carried to another place (with improved durability).
Scheme 10
The package according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the 2 nd line of weakness has an arcuate shape having a center in a direction along a surface of the package as a vertex.
In the present package, the 2 nd line of weakness has an arch shape with the center in the direction along the surface of the package as the apex, and thus has a substantially circular arc shape. Therefore, in the case where the package is partially opened, when the package is carried with the upper surface portion gripped, even if the separation of the 1 st line of weakness is expanded to the adjacent 2 nd line of weakness due to the weight of the absorbent article, the force of separation can be dispersed because the 2 nd line of weakness is arched, and the separation of the 2 nd line of weakness is not easily performed. This allows the package to be stably carried to another place (with improved durability).
Scheme 11
A package having a width direction, a depth direction, and an up-down direction, comprising a plurality of absorbent articles, and a package having a plurality of side portions for accommodating the plurality of absorbent articles, wherein the plurality of side portions include a front surface portion, a rear surface portion, a right surface portion, and a left surface portion, and the package has corners at a portion where the front surface portion and the right surface portion intersect, at a portion where the front surface portion and the left surface portion intersect, at a portion where the rear surface portion and the right surface portion intersect, and at a portion where the rear surface portion and the left surface portion intersect, respectively, the package comprising: a 1 st line of weakness formed in the front surface portion and the rear surface portion so as to extend in the width direction, and formed in the right surface portion and the left surface portion so as to extend in the depth direction, respectively; and a 2 nd line of weakness formed across the corner, the 2 nd line of weakness being formed at: when the package is lifted by holding the front, rear, right, and left surface portions of the package at the upper side in the up-down direction than the at least one 1 st weakened line by breaking the at least one 1 st weakened line, the breaking of the 1 st weakened line is extended to a position where the corner portion is not reached even by the weight of the plurality of absorbent articles.
In the present package, the front surface portion, the rear surface portion, the right surface portion, and the left surface portion each have a 1 st line of weakness formed so as to extend in the width direction or the depth direction, and have a 2 nd line of weakness formed across the corner. Therefore, the package can be easily opened using the 1 st and 2 nd weakened lines. In this case, the portions of the front surface portion, the rear surface portion, the right surface portion, and the left surface portion on the upper side in the up-down direction than the 1 st line of weakness and the 2 nd line of weakness are the upper surface portions.
Further, in the case of partially unsealing the package, the following may occur: when the package is lifted by holding the upper surface portion after the breaking of the at least one 1 st line of weakness, the breaking of the 1 st line of weakness spreads toward the corner due to the weight of the absorbent article. Therefore, in this package, the 2 nd weakened line of the corner is formed at a position where the break of the 1 st weakened line cannot be reached even if the break is extended to the corner. This can suppress the occurrence of the disconnection of the 2 nd weakened line, and can suppress the occurrence of the disconnection of the 1 st weakened line behind the 2 nd weakened line. This allows the package to be stably carried to another place while holding the upper surface portion.
In this way, the package can be made to have both ease of opening the package and controllability of the opening degree of the package.
Scheme 12
A package having a width direction, a depth direction, and an up-down direction, comprising a plurality of absorbent articles, and a package having a plurality of side portions and accommodating the plurality of absorbent articles, wherein the plurality of side portions include a front surface portion, a rear surface portion, a right surface portion, and a left surface portion, and wherein at least one side portion of the plurality of side portions includes an opening portion in the package, the opening portion comprising: two longitudinal weakened lines extending in the up-down direction and arranged at intervals in the width direction or the depth direction; and a lateral weakening line that extends in the width direction or the depth direction and connects upper ends of the two longitudinal weakening lines in the up-down direction to each other, the plurality of absorbent articles being arranged in the width direction or the depth direction so as to be placed longitudinally in the package, a position of a lower end of the two longitudinal weakening lines in the up-down direction being higher than a position of a lower end of the plurality of absorbent articles in the up-down direction and lower than a position of a middle of the plurality of absorbent articles in the up-down direction.
In the package, a user can break the transverse weakened line and the two longitudinal weakened lines at the opening portion of the package, and an opening portion is formed in the package, from which the absorbent article stored in the package can be taken out. At this time, the positions of the lower ends in the up-down direction of the two longitudinal weakened lines are higher than the positions of the lower ends in the up-down direction of the plurality of absorbent articles. Therefore, when the opening portion is opened, the portion of the absorbent article on the lower side is located below the lower end of the opening portion, and is protected by the packaging bag. Therefore, the absorbent article can be prevented from accidentally falling out from the opening. Further, it is possible to suppress the accidental detachment of another absorbent article from the opening portion when the absorbent article is taken out. In addition, the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines in the up-down direction are positioned lower than the middle positions of the plurality of absorbent articles in the up-down direction. Therefore, when the opening portion is unsealed, at least a half of the upper side of the absorbent article is positioned above the lower end of the opening portion, and is exposed from the opening portion. Therefore, the absorbent article can be prevented from getting stuck in the opening when the absorbent article is taken out. In this way, in the package, both the suppression of the detachment of the absorbent article from the opening and the easy removal of the absorbent article from the opening can be achieved.
Scheme 13
The package according to claim 12, wherein the opening portion is disposed in at least one of the front surface portion and the rear surface portion and in at least one of the right surface portion and the left surface portion, respectively.
In the present package, the opening portion is disposed on the front or rear surface portion and the right or left side surface portion. That is, the package is formed with an opening portion oriented in the depth direction and an opening portion oriented in the width direction. Therefore, the user can take out the absorbent article from the openings in both the width direction and the depth direction by opening the two opening portions. Therefore, even when the package is placed at an arbitrary place, the absorbent article can be easily taken out from the opening of any one of the unsealing portions.
Scheme 14
The package according to claim 12 or 13, wherein the opening portion is formed so as to partially cover an upper surface portion of the plurality of absorbent articles stored in the package in the up-down direction, and the transverse weakened line of the opening portion is formed in a portion of the opening portion which partially covers the upper surface portion.
In the present package, the opening portion is formed so as to partially cover the upper surface portions of the plurality of absorbent articles stored in the package bag, and the transverse weakened line of the opening portion is formed at a portion of the opening portion which partially covers the upper surface portions. Therefore, the opening can be formed such that the region from the upper surface portion to the side surface portion of the plurality of absorbent articles stored in the package bag is exposed when the opening is opened from the transverse weakened line. Thus, when the absorbent article is taken out, the individual absorbent articles can be easily visually recognized in the opening, and the upper surface portion of the absorbent article can be made less likely to be caught by the upper side end portion of the opening. Therefore, the absorbent article can be taken out from the opening more easily.
Scheme 15
The package according to any one of claims 12 to 14, wherein a distance between the two longitudinal weakened lines in the width direction or the depth direction is 30% to 80% of a length of each of the plurality of side portions in the width direction or the depth direction.
In the present package, the distance between the two longitudinal weakened lines is 30% to 80% of the length of the side surface portion. That is, the length of the opening portion is 30 to 80% of the length of the side portion, and the length of the portion other than the opening of the side portion is 70 to 20% of the length of the side portion. By setting the length of the opening portion to 30% or more, the width of the opening portion is made large, and therefore the absorbent article can be taken out from the opening portion more easily. Further, by setting the length of the opening portion to 80% or less, the length of the portion other than the opening portion of the side surface portion can be made to exceed 20%, and thus the shape of the package (package bag) can be made less prone to be deformed. Therefore, the absorbent article can be easily taken out from the side surface portion without changing the overall shape of the package.
Scheme 16
The package according to any one of claims 12 to 15, wherein the distance between weakened portions of the transverse weakened lines that constitute the central portion in the width direction or the depth direction is shorter than the distance between weakened portions of each of the two longitudinal weakened lines.
In the present package, the distance between the weakened portions constituting the widthwise central portion of the transverse weakened lines is shorter than the distance between the weakened portions constituting each of the two longitudinal weakened lines. Therefore, when the opening portion is opened, the force of breaking can be easily transmitted to the adjacent weakened portions when the finger is inserted into the central portion of the transverse weakened line. This makes it possible to easily initiate the breaking of the transverse weakening lines, and to easily break each of the two longitudinal weakening lines subsequent to the breaking of the transverse weakening lines. Therefore, the opening portion of the opening portion can be easily formed, and the absorbent article can be more easily taken out from the opening portion.
Scheme 17
The package according to any one of claims 12 to 16, wherein the plurality of absorbent articles are stacked in at least two layers in the up-down direction, and the positions of the lower ends in the up-down direction of the two longitudinal weakened lines are higher than the positions of the lower ends in the up-down direction of the uppermost absorbent article of the plurality of absorbent articles and lower than the positions of the middle in the up-down direction of the uppermost absorbent article.
In the present package, the following can be suppressed: when the opening portion is unsealed, the uppermost absorbent article of the plurality of absorbent articles is accidentally detached from the opening portion. Further, it is possible to suppress the accidental detachment of another absorbent article from the opening portion when the absorbent article is taken out. Further, the absorbent article can be prevented from getting stuck in the opening portion when the absorbent article is taken out. Further, even if a plurality of absorbent articles are stacked in at least two layers, the absorbent articles can be sequentially taken out from the absorbent article of the upper layer, and therefore, part or all of the absorbent articles do not overflow outward from the opening, and the absorbent articles can be easily taken out. In addition, the unused absorbent article of the lower layer is covered with the package bag before being taken out, so that the cleanliness can be maintained. In this way, in the package, both the suppression of the detachment of the absorbent article from the opening and the easy removal of the absorbent article from the opening can be achieved, and the cleanliness of the absorbent article of the lower layer can be maintained.
Scheme 18
The package according to any one of claims 12 to 17, wherein at least one of the right surface portion and the left surface portion is identical to at least one of the front surface portion and the rear surface portion in a position of a lower end of the two longitudinal weakened lines in the up-down direction.
In the present package, the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines are located at the same position in at least one of the right surface portion and the left surface portion as at least one of the front surface portion and the rear surface portion. Therefore, even if both the opening portion that opens in the width direction, which is the opening portion of the right surface portion or the left surface portion, and the opening portion that opens in the depth direction, which is the opening portion of the front surface portion or the rear surface portion, are opened, the positions of the lower ends of the opening portions can be aligned in the same manner. Thus, the user can easily take out the absorbent article from the side surface portion without visually checking the position of the lower end of any one of the unsealing portions when taking out the absorbent article from any one of the unsealing portions.
Scheme 19
The package according to any one of claims 12 to 18, wherein at least one of the right surface portion and the left surface portion is identical to at least one of the front surface portion and the rear surface portion in a position of an upper end of the two longitudinal weakened lines in the up-down direction.
In the present package, the upper ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines are located at the same position in at least one of the right surface portion and the left surface portion as at least one of the front surface portion and the rear surface portion. Therefore, even if both the opening portion that opens in the width direction, which is the opening portion of the right surface portion or the left surface portion, and the opening portion that opens in the depth direction, which is the opening portion of the front surface portion or the rear surface portion, are opened, the positions of the upper ends of the opening portions can be aligned in the same manner. Thus, the user can easily take out the absorbent article from the side surface portion without visually checking the position of the upper end of any one of the unsealing portions when taking out the absorbent article from any one of the unsealing portions.
Scheme 20
With the package according to claim 18 or 19, wherein a distance between a longitudinal weakened line on the front surface side of at least one of the two longitudinal weakened lines of the right surface portion and the left surface portion and a boundary line between at least one of the right surface portion and the left surface portion and the front surface portion is equal to a distance between a longitudinal weakened line on the side of at least one of the right surface portion and the left surface portion and the boundary line of at least one of the two longitudinal weakened lines of the front surface portion, and a distance between a longitudinal weakened line on the rear surface side of at least one of the two longitudinal weakened lines of the right surface portion and the left surface portion and a boundary line between at least one of the two longitudinal weakened lines of the rear surface portion and the boundary line of at least one of the right surface portion and the left surface portion are equal to each other.
In the present package, the distance between the longitudinal weakened line on the front surface portion side in the right surface portion or the left surface portion and the boundary line between the right surface portion or the left surface portion and the front surface portion is equal to the distance between the longitudinal weakened line on the right surface portion side or the left surface portion side in the front surface portion and the boundary line. In the present package, the distance between the longitudinal weakened line on the rear surface portion side in the right surface portion or the left surface portion and the boundary line between the right surface portion or the left surface portion and the rear surface portion is equal to the distance between the longitudinal weakened line on the right surface portion side or the left surface portion side in the rear surface portion and the boundary line. Here, the distance between the longitudinal weakened line on the front surface side of the right surface portion or the left surface portion and the dividing line is the width of each of the two outer sides of the opening portion of the right surface portion or the left surface portion. On the other hand, the distance between the longitudinal weakened line on the right surface portion side or the left surface portion side of the front surface portion and the dividing line is the width of each of the portions on both outer sides of the opening portion of the front surface portion. Similarly, the distance between the longitudinal weakened line on the rear surface side of the right surface portion or the left surface portion and the dividing line is the width of each of the two outer sides of the opening portion of the right surface portion or the left surface portion. On the other hand, the distance between the longitudinal weakened line on the right surface portion side or the left surface portion side of the rear surface portion and the dividing line is the width of the portion on both outer sides of the opening portion of the rear surface portion. The portions on both outer sides of the opening portion of each opening portion are required to maintain the shape of each side portion after opening and further maintain the shape of the package. Therefore, if the balance of the width of the portion is poor, it is difficult to maintain the shape of the side surface portion and the package after opening. Therefore, in this package, the width of the above-described portion is made to have a predetermined same width without a large difference in each side face portion. This makes it easy to maintain the shape of the opened side surface portion and the package. This can maintain the shape of the opening portion, and can maintain the ease of taking out the absorbent article.
Scheme 21
A method for manufacturing a packaging bag having a width direction, a depth direction, and an up-down direction, the packaging bag including a plurality of side surfaces including a front surface portion, a rear surface portion, a right surface portion, and a left surface portion, at least one of the plurality of side surfaces including an opening portion, the opening portion including: two longitudinal weakened lines extending in the up-down direction and arranged at intervals in the width direction or the depth direction; and a lateral weakening line that extends in the width direction or the depth direction and connects upper ends of the two longitudinal weakening lines in the up-down direction to each other, the packaging bag being capable of accommodating a plurality of absorbent articles, wherein the manufacturing method of the packaging bag includes: a side surface forming step of forming the front and rear surface portions located on one side and the other side in the thickness direction, respectively, and the right and left surface portions located on the right and left sides in the lateral direction, respectively, folded between the front and rear surface portions, respectively, by folding both sides in the lateral direction of a tubular resin sheet member extending in the conveying direction toward the inner valleys in the lateral direction, the side surface forming step having a conveying direction, a lateral direction, and a thickness direction; and a weakening line forming step of pressing a weakening line forming knife from one side toward the other side of the front surface portion and the rear surface portion, thereby forming the two longitudinal weakening lines extending in the conveying direction and the lateral weakening line extending in the lateral direction in the front surface portion and the rear surface portion, and simultaneously forming the two longitudinal weakening lines and the lateral weakening line in the right surface portion and the left surface portion, wherein positions of lower ends of the two longitudinal weakening lines in the conveying direction are formed to be higher than positions of lower ends of the plurality of absorbent articles in the up-down direction parallel to the conveying direction and lower than positions of middle of the plurality of absorbent articles in the up-down direction when the plurality of absorbent articles are contained in the package bag.
In the present package, the lateral weakening lines and the two longitudinal weakening lines of the front surface portion and the rear surface portion are formed by one weakening line forming knife, whereby the lateral weakening lines and the two longitudinal weakening lines of the right surface portion and the left surface portion can be formed simultaneously. Thus, the line of weakness can be easily formed, and the man-hours for forming the line of weakness can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced by reducing manufacturing equipment and the like. Further, by housing a plurality of absorbent articles in the package bag, it is possible to easily form a package that can simultaneously suppress the detachment of the absorbent articles from the opening and facilitate the removal of the absorbent articles from the opening.
The package according to the embodiment will be described below. In this specification, the term "along" a certain direction includes a direction along a range of ±30° with respect to the direction. The end portion of a certain member or the like in a certain direction is a range in which the distance from the end edge of the member in the certain direction is 1/5 (preferably 1/10) or less of the entire length of the member or the like in the certain direction.
[ embodiment 1 ]
Embodiment 1 will be described. Fig. 1 to 4 are schematic views showing a configuration example of a package 1 according to an embodiment. Fig. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing a structural example of the package 1, fig. 2 is a front view schematically showing a structural example of the package 1, and fig. 3 is a right view schematically showing a structural example of the package 1. Fig. 4 is an expanded view schematically showing the package bag 2 of the package 1.
The package 1 has a width direction W, a depth direction D, and an up-down direction T, which are orthogonal to each other. The package 1 includes a plurality of absorbent articles 3 and a package 2 having a plurality of side surfaces and accommodating the plurality of absorbent articles 3. The plurality of side surface portions includes a front surface portion 11, a rear surface portion 12, a right surface portion 13, and a left surface portion 14. The front surface portion 11 is a portion constituting the front surface of the package 1 (package 2), and the rear surface portion 12 is a portion constituting the rear surface of the package 1 (package 2), and a direction from one of the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 toward the other is a depth direction D. The right surface portion 13 is a portion constituting the right surface of the package 1 (package 2), and the left surface portion 14 is a portion constituting the left surface of the package 1 (package 2), and a direction from one of the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14 toward the other is a width direction W. The extending direction of the tube constituted by the front surface portion 11, the right surface portion 13, the rear surface portion 12, and the left surface portion 14 adjacent to each other is the up-down direction T. The plurality of side portions are side portions of the package bag 2 and are also side portions of the package body 1, so that the package body 1 can be said to have a plurality of side portions.
In the package 1 (package bag 2), corner portions 19 are provided at portions where side portions adjacent to each other intersect with each other. That is, corners 19 are provided at the portions where the front surface portion 11 and the right surface portion 13 intersect, the portions where the front surface portion 11 and the left surface portion 14 intersect, the portions where the rear surface portion 12 and the right surface portion 13 intersect, and the portions where the rear surface portion 12 and the left surface portion 14 intersect, respectively. Here, if the boundary between the side surfaces adjacent to each other is defined as the boundary CL, the boundary CL exists between the front surface 11 and the right surface 13, between the front surface 11 and the left surface 14, between the rear surface 12 and the right surface 13, and between the rear surface 12 and the left surface 14. Therefore, the corner 19 is a region including the parting line CL. In the present embodiment, the dividing line CL is located along the surface of the package 1 (package bag 2) at the corner 19 at the center in the direction parallel to the bottom surface 16 (described later). Fig. 4 is a view obtained by separating and expanding the package bag 2 at the boundary CL between the rear surface portion 12 and the left surface portion 14.
In the present embodiment, the packaging bag 2 is formed of a sheet member formed of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyethylene terephthalate. The plurality of absorbent articles 3 are arranged in a row in a vertically stacked state in the width direction W and housed in the packaging bag 2 in three layers in the up-down direction T. However, the method of storing the plurality of absorbent articles 3 in the package 2 is not particularly limited, and is arbitrary. For example, the plurality of absorbent articles 3 may be one layer in the vertical direction T, may be two or more layers, may be overlapped in the depth direction D, or may be arranged in two or more rows in each layer. In the present embodiment, the absorbent article 3 is a urine absorbing pad. However, the type of the absorbent article 3 is not limited to this example, and other absorbent articles may be used as long as the type does not depart from the scope of the present invention. Examples of the other absorbent articles include sanitary napkins, incontinence pads, underpants type diapers, and belt type diapers. The size of the folded absorbent article 3 enclosed in the package 1 is not particularly limited, but, for example, 5cm to 30cm×5cm to 40cm×1cm to 10cm can be mentioned.
In the present embodiment, the package 1 (package bag 2) has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and therefore, each of the side portions thereof, that is, the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14 has a rectangular shape. However, the package 1 is mainly composed of a sheet member and an absorbent article which are easily deformed, and therefore, may not have a strict rectangular parallelepiped shape, and each side surface portion may not have a strict rectangular shape. For example, a part or all of the side surface portion and a part or all of the corner portion 19 may have a curved surface, rounded or uneven, as in a state in which the absorbent article 3 is compressed and stored in the package bag 2 and then the absorbent article 3 is inflated to extend the package bag 2 from the inside. The size of the package 1 (package 2) is not particularly limited, but examples thereof include: the length in the width direction W is 10cm to 80cm, the length in the depth direction D is 10cm to 80cm, and the length in the up-down direction T is 10cm to 100cm.
The package 1 (package 2) includes: a 1 st weakened line 21 formed on the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12, respectively, extending in the width direction W, and formed on the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14, respectively, extending in the depth direction D; and a 2 nd line of weakness 22 formed across each corner 19. Here, the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 are lines in which a plurality of portions (hereinafter also referred to as "weakened portions") penetrating through the sheet member of the package bag 2 in the thickness direction or thinned and half-cut portions (hereinafter also referred to as "weakened portions") are intermittently arranged in a predetermined direction, and are exemplified as tear lines. The portions on both sides of the line of weakness are pulled apart from each other to easily separate from each other along the line of weakness.
A 1 st line of weakness 21 is formed in the front surface portion 11 at a portion on the upper side in the up-down direction T, the 1 st line of weakness 21 extending from near the corner 19 of the front surface portion 11 and the right surface portion 13 to near the corner 19 of the front surface portion 11 and the left surface portion 14 in the width direction W. Similarly, a 1 st line of weakness 21 is formed in the rear surface portion 12 at a portion on the upper side in the up-down direction T, and the 1 st line of weakness 21 extends from near the corner 19 of the rear surface portion 12 and the right surface portion 13 to near the corner 19 of the rear surface portion 12 and the left surface portion 14 in the width direction W. In the right surface portion 13, a 1 st line of weakness 21 is formed in an upper portion in the up-down direction T, and the 1 st line of weakness 21 extends from near the corner 19 of the right surface portion 13 and the front surface portion 11 to near the corner 19 of the right surface portion 13 and the rear surface portion 12 along the depth direction D. A 1 st line of weakness 21 is formed in the left surface portion 14 at a portion on the upper side in the up-down direction T, and the 1 st line of weakness 21 extends from near the corner 19 of the left surface portion 14 and the front surface portion 11 to near the corner 19 of the left surface portion 14 and the rear surface portion 12 along the depth direction D.
Further, a 2 nd weakened line 22 is formed from an end portion on the right surface portion 13 side in the width direction W of the front surface portion 11 to an end portion on the front surface portion 11 side in the depth direction D of the right surface portion 13 across the corner portions 19 of the front surface portion 11 and the right surface portion 13. Similarly, a 2 nd weakened line 22 is formed from the end portion on the left surface portion 14 side in the width direction W of the front surface portion 11 to the end portion on the front surface portion 11 side in the depth direction D of the left surface portion 14 across the corner portions 19 of the front surface portion 11 and the left surface portion 14. A 2 nd weakened line 22 is formed from an end portion on the right surface portion 13 side in the width direction W of the rear surface portion 12 to an end portion on the rear surface portion 12 side in the depth direction D of the right surface portion 13 across the corner portions 19 of the rear surface portion 12 and the right surface portion 13. A 2 nd weakened line 22 is formed from an end portion on the left surface portion 14 side in the width direction W of the rear surface portion 12 to an end portion on the rear surface portion 12 side in the depth direction D of the left surface portion 14 across the corner portions 19 of the rear surface portion 12 and the left surface portion 14.
In the present embodiment, the package 1 (package bag 2) further includes an upper surface portion 15 formed by a portion of each of the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14 above the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 in the up-down direction T. The upper surface portion 15 includes a joint portion 17 formed by heat welding upper end portions of the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14 in the up-down direction T. The joint 17 comprises a handle portion 18 formed by a line of weakness. The package 1 (package bag 2) further has a bottom surface portion 16 formed by heat welding the lower end portions of the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14 in the up-down direction T. In the package 1 (package 2), the plurality of absorbent articles 3 are surrounded by the upper surface portion 15, the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, the left surface portion 14, and the bottom surface portion 16.
In the package 1 (package bag 2), the opening portion 20 may be provided in at least one of the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14, or the opening portion 20 may not be provided. When the package 1 (package bag 2) includes the opening portion 20, the opening portion 20 includes a transverse line of weakness 24 and two longitudinal lines of weakness 25 as lines of weakness. The two longitudinal weakened lines 25 extend in the up-down direction T and are arranged at intervals in the width direction W or the depth direction D. The lateral weakening line 24 extends in the width direction W or the depth direction D, and connects upper end portions of the two longitudinal weakening lines 25 in the up-down direction T to each other. In this case, the opening portion 20 may be opened by breaking the transverse weakened line 24 and the two longitudinal weakened lines 25, and the absorbent article 3 may be removed.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing a structural example of the 1 st and 2 nd weakened lines 21 and 22 of the package 1 according to the embodiment. Specifically, fig. 5 is a schematic view showing the positional relationship between the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 along the surface of the package 1 (package bag 2) and the corner 19 and the vicinity thereof.
As shown in fig. 5, adjacent 1 st lines of weakness 21 are separated from one another at the corners 19. Therefore, if the distance between the adjacent 1 st weakened lines 21 at the corner 19 is d2, at least d2 > 0. Adjacent lines of weakness 1, 21 and lines of weakness 2, 22 are separated from each other. Therefore, if the distance between the 1 st and 2 nd weakened lines 21 and 22 adjacent to each other is d1, at least d1 > 0. In addition, the distance d1 between the adjacent 2 nd and 1 st weakened lines 22, 21 is shorter than the distance d2 between the adjacent 1 st weakened lines (d 1 < d 2). That is, the distance d1 between the adjacent 2 nd and 1 st weakened lines 22, 21 is relatively short. The distances d1 and d2 are the shortest distances measured along the surface of the package 2. Further, an extension L0 of the end portion of the 2 nd weakened line 22 intersects the 1 st weakened line 21 adjacent to the end portion of the 2 nd weakened line 22. When the 2 nd weakened line 22 is curved, the tangent line at the end of the 2 nd weakened line 22 is an extension line L0.
The size of d1 is also dependent on the size of the package 1, but may be from 0.1cm to 4cm, preferably from 0.5cm to 3cm. The lower limit is set from the viewpoint of suppressing the expansion when the breakage of the 1 st weakened line 21 does not need to expand to the 2 nd weakened line 22, and the upper limit is set from the viewpoint of suppressing the difficulty in the expansion when the breakage of the 2 nd weakened line 22 needs to expand to the 1 st weakened line 21 (described later). The d2 may be 2cm to 15cm, preferably 3cm to 10cm. The lower limit is set from the viewpoint of suppressing the occurrence of the disconnection of the 1 st weakened line 21 extending to the adjacent 1 st weakened line 21, and the upper limit is set from the viewpoint of suppressing the occurrence of the difficulty in disconnection when the weakened line needs to be disconnected. The length d3 of the 2 nd weakened line 22 measured along the surface of the package 2 is exemplified by 2cm to 15cm.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view showing a manner of completely or partially unsealing package 1 according to the embodiment. As shown in fig. 6 (a), in the case of completely unsealing the package 1, the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 are separated from each other at all of the side surfaces of the plurality of side surfaces. Thus, the 1 st break line 21a and the 2 nd break line 22a are formed on all of the plurality of side surfaces, and the upper surface 15 is removed to form the opening OP. The user can take out the absorbent article 3 from the opening OP. On the other hand, as shown in fig. 6 b, in the case of partially unsealing the package 1, the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 are separated in some of the plurality of side portions (for example, the front surface portion 11, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14). Thus, the 1 st break line 21a and the 2 nd break line 22a are formed in part of the side portions (for example, the front surface portion 11, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14), thereby forming the opening portion OP. The user can take out the absorbent article 3 from the opening OP. The user can carry the package 1 by holding the handle portion 18 of the coupling portion 17 by hand H in a state where the upper surface portion 15 is coupled to the other side portions (for example, the rear surface portion 12) of the plurality of side portions.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view showing the operational effect of the package according to the embodiment. The figure shows mainly the broken state at the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 at the corner 19 along the surface of the package 1 (package 2).
In the present package 1, a 2 nd line of weakness 22 is formed in the vicinity of the 1 st line of weakness 21 at the corner 19, and an extension L0 of the end of the 2 nd line of weakness 22 intersects the 1 st line of weakness 21 adjacent to the 2 nd line of weakness 22.
Therefore, in the case of completely or partially unsealing the package 1, as shown by the arrow in fig. 7 (a), the user breaks the 2 nd weakened line 22 at the corner 19, and the force of the breaking is easily transferred directly to the 1 st weakened line 21, so that the 1 st weakened line 21 can be easily broken. That is, after the 2 nd break line 22a of the 2 nd weakened line 22 is formed, the 1 st break line 21a of the 1 st weakened line 21 can be easily formed directly and continuously. By doing so, by performing the breaking of the 1 st and 2 nd weakened lines 21, 22 in the required number, the upper surface portion 15 of the package can be easily removed from the package 1, and the upper surface portion 15 of the package can be easily locally broken from the package 1.
In the present package 1, the plurality of 1 st weakened lines 21 provided over the entire periphery of the package 1 (the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14) are not continuously provided. That is, at the corner 19, adjacent 1 st weakened lines 21 are separated from each other by a predetermined distance d 2. Further, the plurality of 2 nd weakened lines 22 provided in all the corners 19 are separated from the adjacent 1 st weakened line 21 among the plurality of 1 st weakened lines 21 by a predetermined distance d 1.
Here, in the case of partially unsealing the package 1, when the package 1 is carried by holding the upper surface portion 15 of the package 1, the breaking force is transmitted from the 1 st weakened line broken for unsealing to the 1 st weakened line 21 in a state of being kept in a joined state without breaking due to the weight of the absorbent article 3, and thus the breaking or breaking progress may occur. However, even in this case, in the present package 1, as shown in fig. 7 b, the breakage of the 1 st weakened line 21 (1 st broken line 21 a) ends in the corner 19 (the position indicated by the X marks of P1 and P2), and does not shift to the adjacent 2 nd weakened line 22 and 1 st weakened line 21. And therefore does not detach the upper surface portion 15 from the package 1. This allows the user to carry the package 1 to another place by holding the upper surface portion 15 (the durability of carrying is improved).
In this way, the package 1 can be used in various ways while simultaneously achieving both the control of the degree of separation of the upper surface portion 15 of the package 1, i.e., the degree of opening of the package 1, and the ease of opening the package 1, i.e., the ease of completely or partially separating the upper surface portion 15 of the package 1.
Here, in the above-described embodiment, as the relationship between the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 in the package 1, there are exemplified 0 < d1 < d2 and the extension line L0 and the 1 st line of weakness 21 intersecting. In other words, this relationship can be said to be the following relationship. That is, the 2 nd line of weakness 22 is formed at: after the separation of the adjacent at least one 1 st weakened line 21, when the package 1 is lifted by holding the upper surface portion 15, the separation of the 1 st weakened line 21 is expanded to a position where the separation cannot be reached at the corner portion 19 even by the weight of the plurality of absorbent articles 3. The following is a detailed description with reference to fig. 8.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view showing the operational effect of the package according to the embodiment. The figure shows, as an example, the state of the disconnection at the 1 st line of weakness 21 at the right surface portion 13 and at the corner 19 between the right surface portion 13 and the rear surface portion 12. However, for easy understanding, a plurality of lines parallel to the depth direction D and spaced apart in the up-down direction T are described on the surface of the right surface portion 13. The state of the right surface portion 13 is stereoscopically expressed by the above-described change in the deformation of the plurality of lines or the like.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, in the present package 1, the right surface portion 13 is provided with a 1 st line of weakness 21 formed to extend in the depth direction D, and is provided with a 2 nd line of weakness 22 formed across the corner 19. Here, in the case of partially unsealing the package 1, at least the 1 st weakened line 21 of the front surface portion 11 and the right surface portion 13 is broken, and after the 1 st broken line 21a is formed, the package 1 is lifted up by holding the upper surface portion 15. At this time, the 1 st break line 21a may be expanded toward the corner 19 due to the weight of the absorbent article 3.
In this case, if the 1 st break line 21a is directly extended in the direction of the 1 st weakened line 21, the 1 st break line 21a0 shown in fig. 8 is formed. Alternatively, the 1 st broken line 21a is expanded to a position obliquely above the 1 st weakened line 21 due to the relationship between the force of lifting the upper surface portion 15 upward and the force of pressing the right surface portion 13 downward by the weight of the absorbent article 3, and becomes the 1 st broken line 21aX shown in fig. 8. In either case, if the 2 nd weakened line 22 is not present in the corner 19, the expansion of the 1 st broken line 21a can be stopped substantially midway in the corner 19. However, in this case, since there is no line of weakness in the corner portion 19, in a case where removal of the upper surface portion 15 is desired or the like, the removal thereof becomes difficult.
Here, in order to facilitate removal of the upper surface portion 15, as shown in fig. 8, it is considered that a 2 nd weakened line 121 extending in the depth direction D in parallel with the 1 st weakened line 21 is formed near the 1 st weakened line 21 at the corner portion 19 at an interval in the up-down direction T (patent document 1). However, in this case, the 1 st break line 21aX also extends to the 2 nd weakened line 121, and there is a risk of: the breaking of the 2 nd line of weakness 121 occurs and the breaking further extends to the 1 st line of weakness 21 of the rear surface portion 12. If so, it is eventually possible to break all the weakened lines and remove the upper surface portion 15.
Therefore, in the present package 1, as shown in fig. 8, the 2 nd weakened line 22 of the corner 19 is formed at a position where the breaking of the 1 st weakened line 21 cannot be reached even if the breaking is extended to the corner 19. This can suppress the occurrence of the breakage of the 2 nd weakened line 22, and can suppress the occurrence of the breakage of the 1 st weakened line 21 behind the 2 nd weakened line 22. This allows the package 1 to be stably carried to another place by gripping the upper surface 15. In this way, the package 1 can achieve both ease of opening the package 1 and controllability of the opening degree of the package.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram showing a structural example of the 1 st and 2 nd weakened lines of the embodiment. Specifically, fig. 9 is a schematic view showing the positional relationship between the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 at the corner 19 and the vicinity thereof along the surface of the package 1 (package bag 2). In the present embodiment, at least an end portion of the 2 nd weakened line 22 may overlap with the adjacent 1 st weakened line 21 in the up-down direction T. That is, adjacent 2 nd and 1 st weakened lines 22, 21 may overlap by a length dL (> 0) in the up-down direction T. Thus, when the user breaks the 2 nd weakened line 22 in order to open the package 1, the breaking direction can be reliably expanded to the 1 st weakened line 21 even if the breaking direction is shifted from the extension line L0 of the end portion of the 2 nd weakened line 22. That is, the force of breaking the 2 nd weakened line 22 can be reliably transferred to the 1 st weakened line 21, and the 1 st weakened line 21 can be broken more easily. Therefore, the package can be easily opened.
From the viewpoint of reliably expanding the separation of the 2 nd weakened line 22 to the 1 st weakened line 21, dL is preferably 0.1cm or more, more preferably 0.5cm or more. From the standpoint of sufficiently separating the adjacent 1 st weakened lines 21 from each other, dL is preferably 4cm or less, more preferably 3cm or less.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the extension L0 of at least the end portion of the 2 nd weakened line 22 may intersect at an acute angle with respect to the adjacent 1 st weakened line 21. That is, if the angle formed by the extension line L0 and the 1 st weakened line 21 is α, α may be (0 <) α < 90 °. Thus, when the user breaks the 2 nd weakened line 22 in order to open the package 1, the breaking force can smoothly transfer from the 2 nd weakened line 22 to the 1 st weakened line 21 along the inclination angle (angle α) of the acute angle of the 2 nd weakened line 22 with respect to the 1 st weakened line 21. Therefore, the two weakened lines can be more easily broken, and the package 1 can be easily opened.
Here, α is preferably 15 ° or more, more preferably 30 ° or more, from the viewpoint of reliably expanding the breaking of the 2 nd weakened line 22 to the 1 st weakened line 21. In addition, α is preferably 80 ° or less, more preferably 70 ° or less, from the viewpoint of smoothly expanding the breakage of the 2 nd weakened line 22 to the 1 st weakened line 21.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the 1 st weakened line 21 may be constituted by a plurality of weakened portions 21w arranged intermittently and a plurality of non-weakened portions 21v located between adjacent weakened portions 21 w. In this case, in the present embodiment, the distance d1 between the adjacent 1 st and 2 nd weakened lines 21, 22 may be longer than the distance between the weakened portions 21w constituting the 1 st weakened line 21. That is, if the distance between the weakened portions 21w is d21, d21 < d1 may be used. In this way, in the case of partially unsealing the package 1, even when the weight of the absorbent article 3 is present when the package 1 is carried by holding the upper surface portion 15, the breakage of the 1 st line of weakness 21 is less likely to spread toward the 2 nd line of weakness 22, and is likely to end at the corner portion 19. This allows the package 1 to be stably carried by gripping the upper surface portion 15 (the durability of carrying is improved).
Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram showing a structural example of the 1 st and 2 nd weakened lines of the embodiment. Specifically, fig. 10 is a schematic view showing the positional relationship between the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 at the corner 19 and the vicinity thereof along the surface of the package 1 (package bag 2). Fig. 10 (a) to 10 (d) show the deformation of the structure in the case where the 2 nd weakened line 22 is located above the 1 st weakened line 21 in the up-down direction T, and fig. 10 (e) to 10 (f) show the deformation of the structure in the case where the 2 nd weakened line 22 is located below the 1 st weakened line 21 in the up-down direction T.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the 2 nd weakened line 22 may have a shape that protrudes upward in the up-down direction T with the central portion 22p of the 2 nd weakened line 22 in the direction along the surface of the package 1 (the package bag 2) as a vertex (fig. 10 (a) to 10 (d)) or a shape that protrudes downward in the up-down direction T with the central portion 22p of the 2 nd weakened line 22 in the direction along the surface of the package 1 (the package bag 2) as a vertex (fig. 10 (e) to 10 (h)). In this case, the 2 nd weakened line 22 has a shape in which a portion on the side of the adjacent 1 st weakened line 21 gradually approaches the 1 st weakened line 21. Therefore, when the user breaks the 2 nd weakened line 22 in order to open the package 1, the breaking force can be more smoothly transferred from the 2 nd weakened line 22 to the 1 st weakened line 21 along the portion of the 2 nd weakened line 22 on the 1 st weakened line 21 side. This makes it possible to more easily break the two weakened lines, and to more easily open the package.
The 2 nd weakened line 22 in fig. 10 (a) and 10 (e) is arched, the 2 nd weakened line 22 in fig. 10 (b) and 10 (f) is triangular (with roundness), and the 2 nd weakened line 22 in fig. 10 (c) and 10 (g) is triangular (with roundness), but the 2 nd weakened line 22 and the 1 st weakened line 21 do not overlap in the up-down direction T. The 2 nd weakened line 22 of fig. 10 (d), 10 (h) is rectangular. However, in the case of an arch or a rectangle, the 2 nd weakened line 22 and the 1 st weakened line 21 may not overlap in the vertical direction T. The shape of the 2 nd weakened line 22 is not limited to this example, and may be other shapes, such as a semicircle, a semi-ellipse, and a trapezoid. The 2 nd weakened lines 22 may be axisymmetric with respect to the dividing line CL. In this case, when the separation of the 2 nd weakened line 22 is performed by pinching the vicinity of the dividing line CL with a finger, the 2 nd weakened lines 22 on the side surfaces on both sides of the dividing line CL can be simultaneously broken together.
Further, the 2 nd weakened line 22 is preferably arcuate, and therefore preferably has a substantially circular arc shape ((a) of fig. 10, and (e) of fig. 10). In this way, in the case where the package 1 is partially opened, when the package 1 is carried with the upper surface portion 15 being gripped, even if the separation of the 1 st weakened line 21 is expanded to the adjacent 2 nd weakened line 22 due to the weight of the absorbent article 3, the separation force is dispersed in the tangential direction of each portion of the 2 nd weakened line 22, and the separation of the 2 nd weakened line 22 is not easily advanced. This allows the package 1 to be stably carried by gripping the upper surface portion 15 (the durability of carrying is improved).
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the 1 st weakened line 21 may be formed at the same position as the upper end edge 3TE1 of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 or at a position above the end edge 3TE1 in the vertical direction T. In this case, the 2 nd weakened line 22 is formed at a position above the 1 st weakened line 21 in the up-down direction T. Therefore, the position of the 2 nd weakened line 22 does not overlap with the position of the absorbent article 3 of the package 1. Therefore, even when the package 1 is swollen by the absorbent article 3, the user is not affected by the swollen portion, and can easily grasp, for example, the vicinity of the 2 nd weakened line 22, and easily break the 2 nd weakened line 22. That is, the package 1 can be easily opened.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a handle portion 18 may be further provided, and the handle portion 18 may be provided at an upper portion in the up-down direction T of each of the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14, for example, at the upper surface portion 15 or at an upper portion of the upper surface portion 15. In this way, in the case of partially unsealing the package 1, the package 1 can be easily carried by holding the upper surface portion 15 by the handle portion 18. Here, when carrying such a package 1, there is the following risk: the remaining portion of the outer periphery of the upper surface portion 15 is broken away due to the weight of the absorbent article 3, so that the upper surface portion 15 is separated from the package 1. However, since the package 1 has the above-described structure, the upper surface portion 15 to be partially bonded is not separated.
Next, a method for manufacturing the package 1 according to the embodiment will be described.
Fig. 11 is a schematic view showing an example of a method for manufacturing a package according to the embodiment. In this manufacturing method, a manufacturing method of the package 1 of the edge insertion type will be described as an example. In the present manufacturing method, the conveyance direction MD, the transverse direction CD, and the thickness direction TD (not shown) orthogonal to each other are provided in conveyance of the material or the like in each step.
First, the package 2 capable of accommodating a plurality of absorbent articles 3 is formed. The method for forming the packaging bag 2 includes a side surface forming step and a weakened line forming step.
In the side surface forming step, both sides in the lateral direction CD of the cylindrical resinous sheet member 50 (fig. 11 (a)) extending in the conveyance direction MD are folded so as to be folded toward the inner valley in the lateral direction CD, respectively. Thereby, the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 respectively located on one side and the other side in the thickness direction TD, and the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14 folded between the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 and respectively located on the right side and the left side in the lateral direction CD are formed in the side surface forming process ((b) of fig. 11). At this time, the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 overlap in the thickness direction TD, and the right portion of the front surface portion 11 and the right portion of the rear surface portion 12 and the right surface portion 13 overlap in the thickness direction TD, and the left portion of the front surface portion 11 and the left portion of the rear surface portion 12 and the left surface portion 14 overlap in the thickness direction TD.
In the line forming step, a line forming knife (not shown) is pressed from one side to the other side (thickness direction TD) of the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12. For example, the folded sheet member 50 is sandwiched between a roll having a line of weakness forming knife and an anvil roll. Thereby, in the weakening line forming process, the 1 st weakening line 21 and the 2 nd weakening line 22 extending in the lateral direction CD are formed in the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12. Along with this, the 1 st and 2 nd weakened lines 21 and 22 extending in the widthwise direction CD are formed simultaneously at the right and left surface portions 13 and 14 located between the front and rear surface portions 11 and 12 and overlapping in the thickness direction TD. At this time, the 1 st and 2 nd weakened lines 21 and 22 are formed as: the relationship between the 1 st and 2 nd weakened lines 21 and 22 satisfies 0 < d1 < d2 described above, and the extension line L0 and 1 st weakened line 21 intersect. Further, the 2 nd line of weakness 22 may also be formed at the following locations: when the package 1 is lifted by holding the upper surface portion 15 after the separation of at least one adjacent 1 st line of weakness 21, the separation of the 1 st line of weakness 21 is expanded to a position where the separation cannot be reached at the corner 19 even by the weight of the plurality of absorbent articles 3.
When the formed package bag 2 includes the opening portion 20, in the weakened line forming step, a separate weakened line forming knife (not shown) is pressed from one side to the other side (thickness direction TD) of the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12. For example, the sheet member 50 folded and formed with the 1 st and 2 nd weakened lines 21 and 22 is sandwiched by a roller and an anvil roller having an additional weakened line forming knife. Thereby, in the line forming process, two longitudinal weakened lines 25 extending in the conveyance direction MD and a transverse weakened line 24 extending in the transverse direction CD are formed in the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12. In the line-of-weakness forming step, two longitudinal lines of weakness 25 extending in the conveyance direction MD and a transverse line of weakness 24 extending in the transverse direction CD are simultaneously formed in the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14 that are located between the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 and overlap in the thickness direction TD. Here, the transverse weakening line 24 and the two longitudinal weakening lines 25 may also be formed as follows: the positions of the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the conveyance direction MD are higher than the positions of the lower ends of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 in the up-down direction T parallel to the conveyance direction MD when the plurality of absorbent articles 3 are contained in the packaging bag 2, and are lower than the positions of the middle of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 in the up-down direction T.
In this case, the step of forming the 1 st and 2 nd weakened lines 21 and 22 and the step of forming the transverse and two longitudinal weakened lines 24 and 25 may be performed either at first or simultaneously. In the case of simultaneous operation, the folded sheet member 50 is held by, for example, one roller having a line-of-weakness forming blade and the other line-of-weakness forming blade and the anvil roller. Further, the handle portion 18 may be formed at the same time. The package 2 is formed as described above (fig. 11 (c)).
At this time, the package 2 of fig. 11 (c) is separated from the boundary CL between the rear surface portion 12 and the left surface portion 14 and is then unfolded, so that the package is as shown in fig. 4. Here, consider a region STA including the boundary line CL of the right surface portion 13 and the front surface portion 11. The area STA is a rectangular area as follows: the width along the surface of the package bag 2 in the direction parallel to the bottom surface portion 16 (width direction W and depth direction D) is the same as the width of the right surface portion 13, and the center along the surface of the package bag 2 in the direction parallel to the bottom surface portion 16 (width direction W and depth direction D) is the boundary CL between the right surface portion 13 and the front surface portion 11. At this time, in the region STA, the 2 nd weakened line crossing the boundary line CL is axisymmetric with respect to the boundary line CL. The 1 st line of weakness, the transverse line of weakness, and the longitudinal line of weakness of the front surface portion 11 adjacent on both sides of the dividing line CL are axisymmetric with respect to the dividing line CL with respect to the 1 st line of weakness, the transverse line of weakness, and the longitudinal line of weakness of the right surface portion 13. The same applies to the region STA (not shown) including the other boundary line CL. For example, in the region STA including the boundary line CL of the right surface portion 13 and the rear surface portion 12, the width thereof is the same as the width of the right surface portion 13, and the 2 nd line of weakness across the boundary line CL, the 1 st line of weakness of the adjacent rear surface portion 12 and right surface portion 13, the lateral line of weakness, and the longitudinal line of weakness are axisymmetric with respect to the boundary line CL. In the region STA including the boundary line CL between the left surface portion 14 and the front surface portion 11, the width thereof is the same as the width of the left surface portion 14, and the 2 nd weakened line crossing the boundary line CL, the 1 st weakened line between the adjacent front surface portion 11 and the left surface portion 14, the lateral weakened line, and the longitudinal weakened line are axisymmetric with respect to the boundary line CL. In the region STA including the boundary line CL between the left surface portion 14 and the rear surface portion 12, the width thereof is the same as the width of the left surface portion 14, and the 2 nd line of weakness across the boundary line CL, the 1 st line of weakness between the adjacent rear surface portion 12 and the left surface portion 14, the lateral line of weakness, and the longitudinal line of weakness are axisymmetric with respect to the boundary line CL.
Then, the bottom surface portion 16 is formed by sealing the bottom surface side portion of the formed package bag 2 by heat welding. Next, a plurality of absorbent articles 3 are stored from the upper surface side of the package 2. Finally, the upper surface side portion of the package bag 2 is sealed by heat welding to form the joint 17. The package 1 of the edge-inserting type is formed as described above.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4 (fig. 11), the package 1 may be of a side-by-side type. In this case, the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14 are portions folded in a valley-folded manner to the right and left sides in the width direction W between the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12, respectively. At this time, the 2 nd weakened line 22 of the corner portion 19 of the right surface portion 13 and the front surface portion 11 may have an axisymmetric shape with respect to the boundary line CL of the right surface portion 13 and the front surface portion 11. Likewise, the 2 nd weakened line 22 of the corner portions 19 of the right and rear surface portions 13, 12 may have an axisymmetric shape with respect to the boundary line CL of the right and rear surface portions 13, 12. The 2 nd weakened line 22 of the corner portions 19 of the left and front surface portions 14, 11 may have an axisymmetric shape with respect to the boundary CL of the left and front surface portions 14, 11. The 2 nd line of weakness 22 of the corners 19 of the left and rear surface portions 14, 12 may have an axisymmetric shape with respect to the parting line CL of the left and rear surface portions 14, 12. Thus, the 2 nd weakened line 22 of each of the right and left surface portions 13 and 14 can be simultaneously broken together with the 2 nd weakened line 22 of each of the front and rear surface portions 11 and 12 by breaking the 2 nd weakened line 22 from the corner portions 19 of the right and front surface portions 13 and 11, the corner portions 19 of the right and rear surface portions 13 and 12, the corner portions 19 of the left and front surface portions 14 and 11, and the corner portions 19 of the left and rear surface portions 14 and 12. This makes it possible to more easily break the two 2 nd weakened lines, and to more easily unseal the package 1 as a whole.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4 (fig. 11), the package 1 may be of a side-by-side type. In this case, the 1 st line of weakness 21 may be formed at the same position as the upper end edge 3TE1 of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 stored in the package 1 or at a position above the end edge 3TE1 in the up-down direction T. In this case, the 2 nd weakened line 22 is located above the 1 st weakened line 21 in the up-down direction T. Therefore, the position of the 2 nd weakened line 22 in the package 1 does not overlap with the position of the housed absorbent article 3. Therefore, even when the package 1 is swollen by the housed absorbent article 3, the user is not affected by the swollen portion, and can easily pinch, for example, the vicinity of the 2 nd weakened line 22, and easily break the 2 nd weakened line 22. That is, the package can be easily opened.
[ embodiment 2 ]
Embodiment 2 will be described next. In the present embodiment, the package 1 (package bag 2) includes the opening portion 20 on at least one of the plurality of side surface portions. The differences from embodiment 1 will be mainly described below.
The package 1 (package bag 2) includes an opening portion 20 on at least one of the plurality of side surfaces. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the unsealing portion 20 includes: two longitudinal weakened lines 25 extending in the up-down direction T and arranged at intervals in the width direction W or the depth direction D; and a lateral weakening line 24 that extends in the width direction W or the depth direction D and connects upper ends of the two longitudinal weakening lines 25 in the up-down direction T to each other. Here, the weakened lines such as the longitudinal weakened line 25 and the transverse weakened line 24 are lines in which a plurality of weakened portions (hereinafter also referred to as "weakened portions") are intermittently arranged in a predetermined direction at a portion penetrating the sheet member of the package bag 2 in the thickness direction or at a portion where the sheet member of the package bag 2 is thinned and half-cut in the thickness direction, and are exemplified as easy-to-tear lines. By pulling the portions on both sides of the line of weakness apart from each other, the portions can be easily separated from each other along the line of weakness. Further, by breaking the transverse weakening line 24 and the two longitudinal weakening lines 25, the opening portion 20 can be opened to take out the absorbent article 3.
In the present embodiment, the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14 each include an unsealing portion 20. In addition, the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 each include: two longitudinal weakened lines 25 extending in the up-down direction T and arranged at intervals in the width direction W; and a lateral weakening line 24 that extends in the width direction W and connects upper ends of the two longitudinal weakening lines 25 in the up-down direction T to each other. On the other hand, the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14 respectively include: two longitudinal weakened lines 25 extending in the up-down direction T and arranged at intervals in the depth direction D; and a lateral weakening line 24 that extends in the depth direction D and connects upper ends of the two longitudinal weakening lines 25 in the up-down direction T to each other.
In the opening portion 20, the positions H1D, H D of the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the up-down direction T are higher than the positions HAD of the lower ends 3TE2 of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 in the up-down direction T and lower than the positions HAM of the middle of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 in the up-down direction T. Therefore, when the opening portion 20 is opened, the portion of the absorbent article 3 on the lower side in the vertical direction T is kept covered with the packaging bag 2, and the portion (half or more) on the upper side of the portion on the side is exposed.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, the positions H1D of the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of the front surface portion 11 in the up-down direction T are higher than the positions HAD of the lower ends 3TE2 of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 in the up-down direction T and lower than the positions HAM of the middle of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 in the up-down direction T. Here, when the distance between the position H1D of the lower end of the longitudinal weakening line 25 and the position HAD of the lower end 3TE2 of the absorbent article 3 is D11 (> 0), and the distance between the position HAD of the lower end 3TE2 of the absorbent article 3 and the position HAU of the upper end 3TE1 is dA0 (> 0), D11 < dA0/2. The same applies to the rear surface portion 12. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the positions H2D of the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of the right surface portion 13 in the up-down direction T are higher than the positions HAD of the lower ends 3TE2 of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 in the up-down direction T and lower than the positions HAM of the middle of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 in the up-down direction T. Here, if the distance between the position H2D of the lower end of the longitudinal weakening line 25 and the position HAD of the lower end 3TE2 of the absorbent article 3 is D21 (> 0), D21 < dA0/2. The same applies to the left surface portion 14. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the unsealing portion 20 is formed for the uppermost absorbent article 3 among the plurality of absorbent articles 3 stacked in the vertical direction T.
In the present embodiment, the opening portion 20 is formed so as to partially cover the upper surface portion of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 (including the upper end 3TE 1) stored in the package bag 2 in the vertical direction T. In this case, the transverse weakened line 24 of the opening portion 20 is formed in a portion 20U of the opening portion 20 that partially covers the upper surface portion of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 (including the upper end 3TE 1) in the up-down direction T. Therefore, when the opening seal 20 is unsealed to remove the portion 20U, the upper surface portion of the absorbent article 3 (including the upper end 3TE 1) in the up-down direction T is partially exposed.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the opening portion 20 of the front surface portion 11 includes a portion 20U partially covering an upper surface portion of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 (including the upper end 3TE 1) in the up-down direction T. In this case, the transverse weakened line 24 of the opening portion 20 of the front surface portion 11 is formed in the portion 20U of the opening portion 20. Here, if the distance between the position H1U of the lower end of the transverse weakening line 24 and the position HAU of the upper end 3TE1 of the absorbent article 3 is d12, d12 > 0. The same applies to the rear surface portion 12. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the unsealing portion 20 of the right surface portion 13 includes a portion 20U partially covering the upper surface portions of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 (including the upper end 3TE 1) in the up-down direction T. In this case, the transverse weakened line 24 of the opening portion 20 of the right surface portion 13 is formed in the portion 20U of the opening portion 20. Here, if the distance between the position H2U of the lower end of the transverse weakening line 24 and the position HAU of the upper end 3TE1 of the absorbent article 3 is d22, d22 > 0. The same applies to the left surface portion 14. Further, the position H1U, H U is the position of the lower end of the transverse weakening line 24 and is also the position of the upper end of the longitudinal weakening line 25.
In the package 1 (package bag 2), the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 may be provided in the front surface portion 11, the rear surface portion 12, the right surface portion 13, and the left surface portion 14, respectively, or the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 may not be provided. In the case where the package 1 (package bag 2) includes the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 in each side portion, the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 are as described in embodiment 1, for example.
Fig. 12 is a schematic view showing a state in which package 1 according to the embodiment is opened at front surface portion 11 or left surface portion 14. As shown in fig. 12 (a), the front surface portion 11 of the package 1 is separated from the transverse weakened line 24 of the opening portion 20 to form a transverse broken line 24a, and then the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 are separated to form two longitudinal broken lines 25a. Thus, an opening OPA is formed, and the opening 20 of the front surface portion 11 is opened. At this time, at the opening OPA, a portion on the lower side in the up-down direction T of the absorbent article 3 is covered with the package bag 2, and a portion (half or more of the portion) on the upper side thereof is exposed. The same applies to the rear surface portion 12. On the other hand, as shown in fig. 12 (b), the left surface portion 14 of the package 1 is separated from the transverse weakened line 24 of the opening portion 20 to form a transverse broken line 24a, and then the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 are separated to form two longitudinal broken lines 25a. Thus, an opening OPB is formed, and the opening portion 20 of the left surface portion 14 is opened. At this time, at the opening OPB, a portion on the lower side in the up-down direction T of the absorbent article 3 is covered with the package bag 2, and a portion (half or more of the portion) on the upper side thereof is exposed. The same applies to the right surface portion 13.
In the present package 1, the user breaks the transverse weakened line 24 and the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 at the opening portion 20 of the package 2, and forms the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB in the package 2. Then, the absorbent article 3 stored in the package 2 can be taken out from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB. At this time, the positions H1D and/or H2D of the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the up-down direction T are higher than the positions HAD of the lower ends 3TE2 of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 in the up-down direction T. Therefore, when the opening and closing portion 20 is opened, the lower portion of the absorbent article 3 is located below the lower end of the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB, and is protected by the package bag 2. Therefore, the absorbent article 3 can be prevented from accidentally coming off from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB to the outside. Furthermore, the following can be suppressed: when the absorbent article 3 is taken out, the other absorbent article 3 accidentally falls out from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB. The positions H1D and/or H2D of the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the up-down direction T are lower than the intermediate positions HAM in the up-down direction T of the plurality of absorbent articles 3. Therefore, when the opening seal portion 20 is unsealed, at least a half of the upper side of the absorbent article 3 is positioned above the lower end of the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB, and is exposed from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB. Therefore, the absorbent article 3 can be prevented from getting stuck in the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB when the absorbent article 3 is taken out. In this way, in the package 1, both the suppression of the detachment of the absorbent article 3 from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB and the easy removal of the absorbent article 3 from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB can be achieved.
The relationship between d11, d21 and dA0 is 0 < d11 and d21 < dA0 (1/2), but from the viewpoint of suppressing the falling-off, dA0 (1/20) < d11 and d21 are preferable, dA0 (2/20) < d11 and d21 are more preferable, and dA0 (3/20) < d11 and d21 are more preferable. On the other hand, in terms of the above-mentioned relation of d11, d21, dA0, d11 and d21 are preferably < dA0 (9/20), more preferably d11 and d21 < dA0 (8/20), and still more preferably d11 and d21 < dA0 (7/20), from the viewpoint of easy removal.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the opening portion 20 may be disposed in at least one of the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 and in at least one of the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14. That is, the package 1 is formed with an opening portion 20 (front surface portion 11 or rear surface portion 12) oriented in the depth direction D and an opening portion 20 (right surface portion 13 or left surface portion 14) oriented in the width direction W. Therefore, the user can take out the absorbent article 3 from the opening OPA and the opening OPB in both the width direction W and the depth direction D by opening the two opening portions 20. Therefore, the absorbent article 3 can be easily taken out from the opening OPA or the opening OPB in any direction by placing the package 1 in any place.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the opening portion 20 may have a portion 20U partially covering an upper surface portion (including the upper end 3TE 1) of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 stored in the package 2 in the vertical direction T. In this case, a transverse weakening line 24 of the opening portion 20 is formed in the portion 20U. Therefore, the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB can be formed such that the region from the upper surface portion to the side surface portion of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 stored in the package 2 is exposed when the opening portion 20 is opened from the transverse weakened line 24. Thus, when the absorbent article 3 is taken out, the individual absorbent articles 3 can be easily visually recognized in the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB, and the upper surface portion of the absorbent article 3 can be made less likely to be caught by the end portion of the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB on the upper surface portion 15 side. Therefore, the absorbent article 3 can be more easily taken out from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a plurality of absorbent articles 3 may be stacked in at least two layers in the vertical direction. In this case, the positions H1D and/or H2D of the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the up-down direction T are higher than the positions HAD of the lower ends of the uppermost absorbent article 3 in the up-down direction T of the plurality of absorbent articles 3 and lower than the middle position HAM in the up-down direction T of the uppermost absorbent article 3. Therefore, the uppermost absorbent article 3 among the plurality of absorbent articles 3 can be prevented from falling out of the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB, or from getting caught in the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB during removal. Further, even if the plurality of absorbent articles 3 are stacked in at least two layers, since the absorbent articles 3 on the upper layer can be sequentially taken out, a part or the whole of the absorbent articles 3 does not overflow from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB, and the absorbent articles 3 can be easily taken out. In addition, the unused lower layer absorbent article 3 is covered with the packaging bag 2 before being taken out, and therefore, the cleanliness can be maintained. In this way, in the package 1, both the suppression of the detachment of the absorbent article 3 from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB and the easy removal of the absorbent article 3 from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB can be achieved, and the cleanliness of the absorbent article 3 in the lower layer can be maintained.
Fig. 13 is a schematic view showing a structural example of the longitudinal weakening line and the transverse weakening line of the embodiment. In the present embodiment, the distance L1 between the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the width direction W or the depth direction D (the direction parallel to the bottom surface portion 16 along the surface of the package bag 2) may be 30% to 80% of the length L0 of each of the plurality of side surfaces in the width direction W or the depth direction D. That is, the relationship between L1 and L0 is 0.3 < L1/L0 < 0.8. Therefore, the length of the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB of the opening 20 is 30% to 80% of the length of the side portion, and the length of the portion other than the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB of the side portion is 70% to 20% of the length of the side portion. By setting the length of the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB of the opening 20 to 30% or more, the width of the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB is made large, and therefore the absorbent article 3 can be taken out from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB more easily. Further, by setting the length of the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB of the opening 20 to 80% or less, the length of the portion other than the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB of the side surface portion can be made to exceed 20%, and thus the shape of the package 1 (package bag 2) can be made less likely to be deformed. Therefore, the absorbent article 3 can be easily taken out from the side surface portion without changing the overall shape of the package 2. The relation between L1 and L0 is preferably 0.35 < L1/L0 < 0.75, more preferably 0.4 < L1/L0 < 0.7. Fig. 13 shows the right surface portion 13 or the left surface portion 14, but the same applies to the front surface portion 11 and/or the rear surface portion 12.
Fig. 14 is a schematic view showing a structural example of the longitudinal weakening line and the transverse weakening line of the embodiment. In this embodiment, the lateral weakening lines 24 may include a central lateral weakening line 24m located in the center and end lateral weakening lines 24e located on both sides of the central lateral weakening line 24 m. In this case, the central transverse weakened line 24m is constituted by a plurality of central transverse weakened portions 24mw arranged intermittently and a plurality of central non-transverse weakened portions 24mv located between adjacent central transverse weakened portions 24 mw. The end portion transverse weakened line 24e is constituted by a plurality of end portion transverse weakened portions 24ew arranged intermittently and a plurality of end portion non-transverse weakened portions 24ev located between the adjacent end portion transverse weakened portions 24 ew. Further, the longitudinal weakened line 25 is constituted by a plurality of longitudinally weakened portions arranged intermittently and a plurality of non-longitudinally weakened portions located between adjacent longitudinally weakened portions (reference numerals are omitted). Here, the pitch of the central transverse weakened line 24m is set to LP1, and the length of the central transverse weakened portion 24mw and the length of the central non-transverse weakened portion 24mv are set to LW1 and LV1, respectively. The pitch of the end portion lateral weakened lines 24e is LP2, and the length of the end portion lateral weakened portions 24ew and the length of the end portion non-lateral weakened portions 24ev are LW2 and LV2, respectively. The pitch of the longitudinal weakened lines 25 is the same as the pitch of the end portion transverse weakened lines 24e, the length of the longitudinal weakened portions is the same as the length of the end portion transverse weakened portions 24ew, and the length of the non-longitudinal weakened portions is the same as the length of the end portion non-transverse weakened portions 24 ev.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the distance (length LV1 of the central non-transverse weakened portion 24 mv) between the weakened portions (central transverse weakened portion 24 mw) constituting the central portion (central transverse weakened portion 24 m) in the width direction W or the depth direction D (direction parallel to the bottom surface portion 16 along the surface of the package bag 2) of the transverse weakened lines 24 may be shorter than the distance (length LV2 of the end non-transverse weakened portion 24 ev) between the weakened portions constituting the respective longitudinal weakened lines 25 of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25. That is, LV1 < LV2 may be used. Therefore, when unsealing the sealed portion 20, a finger can be easily inserted into the central transverse weakening line 24m of the transverse weakening line 24. This makes it possible to easily initiate the separation of the transverse weakened line 24, and to easily separate the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 after the separation of the transverse weakened line 24. Therefore, the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB of the opening 20 can be easily formed, and the absorbent article 3 can be more easily taken out from the opening OPA and/or the opening OPB. Further, LW1 < LW2, or LP1 < LP2 may be used. This makes it possible to easily separate the entire transverse weakened line 24, and further to easily separate the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 after the separation of the transverse weakened line 24. In addition, the distance between the weakened portions of the longitudinal weakened lines 25 constituting the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 may be longer than the distance between the weakened portions constituting the transverse weakened lines 24. Fig. 14 shows the case of the right surface portion 13 or the left surface portion 14, but the same applies to the front surface portion 11 and/or the rear surface portion 12.
The method of manufacturing the package 1 according to the embodiment is the same as the method of manufacturing the package 1 according to the embodiment except that the formation of the longitudinal line of weakness 25 and the transverse line of weakness 24 in the line of weakness forming step is essential and the formation of the 1 st line of weakness 21 and the 2 nd line of weakness 22 is optional.
Fig. 15 is a front view and a right side view schematically showing another configuration example of package 1 according to the embodiment. In this figure, a front view and a right view of another embodiment of the package 1 are drawn adjacently. In the present embodiment, the positions H2D and H1D of the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the up-down direction T may be the same in at least one of the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14 and at least one of the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12. For example, the positions H2D of the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of the right surface portion 13 and the positions H1D of the lower ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of the front surface portion 11 may be the same. Therefore, even if both the opening portion 20 opened in the width direction W, which is the opening portion 20 of the right surface portion 13 or the left surface portion 14, and the opening portion 20 opened in the depth direction D, which is the opening portion 20 of the front surface portion 11 or the rear surface portion 12, are opened, the positions H2D, H D of the lower ends of the opening portions OPB and OPA can be aligned to be the same. Thus, once the user has grasped the position H2D or H1D of the lower end of any one of the unsealing portions 20, the user can easily take out the absorbent article 3 from the side surface portion without visually observing the position H2D or H1D of the lower end each time the absorbent article 3 is taken out from any one of the unsealing portions 20.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, the positions H2U and H1U of the upper ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 in the up-down direction T may be the same in at least one of the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14 and at least one of the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12. For example, the positions H2U of the upper ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of the right surface portion 13 and the positions H1U of the upper ends of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of the front surface portion 11 may be the same. Therefore, even if both the opening portion 20 opened in the width direction W, which is the opening portion 20 of the right surface portion 13 or the left surface portion 14, and the opening portion 20 opened in the depth direction D, which is the opening portion 20 of the front surface portion 11 or the rear surface portion 12, are opened, the positions H2U, H U of the upper ends of the opening portions OPB and OPA can be aligned in the same manner. Thus, once the user has grasped the position H2U or H1U of the upper end of any one of the unsealing portions 20, even when the absorbent article 3 is taken out from any one of the unsealing portions 20, the user can easily take out the absorbent article 3 from the side surface portion without visually observing the position H2U or H1U of the upper end each time.
In addition, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, the distance d23 between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the front surface portion 11 side of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of at least one of the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14 and the boundary line CL of the front surface portion 11 of the at least one of the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14 may be equal to the distance d13 between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the side of the at least one of the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14 of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of the front surface portion 11 and the boundary line CL. For example, the distance d23 between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the front surface portion 11 side in the right surface portion 13 and the boundary line CL between the right surface portion 13 and the front surface portion 11 may be equal to the distance d13 between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the right surface portion 13 side in the front surface portion 11 and the boundary line CL.
Here, the distance d23 between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the front surface portion 11 side and the dividing line CL in the right surface portion 13 or the left surface portion 14 is the width of the portion of the right surface portion 13 or the left surface portion 14 on both outer sides of the opening portion OPB of the opening portion 20. On the other hand, a distance d13 between the boundary CL and the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the right surface portion 13 side or the left surface portion 14 side of the front surface portion 11 is a width of a portion on both outer sides of the opening OPA of the opening portion 20 of the front surface portion 11. The portions of the opening portion 20 on both outer sides of the opening portion OPB and the portions of the opening portion OPA are necessary for maintaining the shape of the side surface portion after opening and further maintaining the shape of the package 1. Therefore, if the balance of the width of the above-described portion is poor, it is difficult to maintain the shape of the opened side surface portion and the package 1. Therefore, in this package 1, the width of the above-described portion is made to have a predetermined same width without a large difference in each side face portion. This makes it easy to maintain the shape of the opened side surface portion and the package 1. This can maintain the shape of the opening OPB and the shape of the opening OPA of the opening, and can maintain the ease of taking out the absorbent article 3.
In addition, for the same reason, the distance between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the rear surface portion 12 side of the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of at least one of the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14 and the boundary line CL between the at least one of the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14 and the rear surface portion 12 may be equal to the distance d13 between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the side of the at least one of the right surface portion 13 and the left surface portion 14 and the boundary line CL between the two longitudinal weakened lines 25 of the rear surface portion 12. For example, the distance d23 between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the rear surface portion 12 side in the right surface portion 13 and the boundary line CL between the right surface portion 13 and the rear surface portion 12 may be equal to the distance between the longitudinal weakened line 25 on the right surface portion 13 side in the rear surface portion 12 and the boundary line CL.
The package 1 of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be applied by adding or replacing other techniques without departing from the object or gist of the present invention, as long as technical contradiction does not occur.
