按位置和时间分析示踪物质的结果的方式是,对于每个混合时间,计算所发现的示踪剂的平均值(x),计算不同位置样本的标准偏差(s),并将以[%]表示的变异系数(v)计算为x*s*100。一旦变异系数达到预定值(即5%或更低),混合时间被视为所选混合器和所应用的混合条件的混合时间。在规定的混合条件下规定的混合时间后,从混合器中取出的样品被认为是均质的。
在第二种可选的方法中,在一个实施方式中,螯合剂以基于该宠物食品总重量的0.1-0.5wt%的量存在于最终制备的宠物食品中。
所有可选的方法都包括将宠物食品装入容器中,然后对装填的容器进行密封和消毒的步骤。
在从属权利要求中公开了进一步的实施方式。
为将宠物食品装入容器中,可使用标准方法。虽然在可选的方法1中,将白肉和肉汁的均匀混合物“一次性(one shot)”装入容器中,但可将白肉和肉汁依次装入第二和第三种可选的方法的容器中,例如首先将白肉装入容器中,然后装入肉汁。
同样,对于容器的密封和消毒,可选择本领域公知的标准方法以及适当的压力和温度方案,以对装填且密封的容器进行充分消毒。
在一个实施方式中,可组合这三种可选的方法。例如,在一个实施方式中,可将螯合剂、和/或硫酸铜以外的铜化合物添加到白肉和肉汁的均匀混合物中。
根据本发明的宠物食品通常不包含铜氨基酸络合物(copper amino acidcomplex)、铜氨基酸螯合物(copper amino acid chelate)、甘氨酸铜络合物(copperglycine complex)、铜蛋白盐(copper proteinate)、甲萘醌亚硫酸氢钠络合物(menadionesodium bisulfite complex)和焦磷酸二钠(disodium pyrophosphate)中的任何一种。
实施例
在下文中,将通过本发明的具体实施例更详细地描述本发明的功能和效果。然而,这些实施例是为了说明本发明,本发明的范围不限于此。
鸡肉的制备
将冷冻鸡胸肉解冻。随后将鸡胸肉煮熟并切成适当大小的块。
肉汁的制备
通过将约40g木薯淀粉和2.2g黄原胶加入957.8g水中并搅拌来制备肉汁。此外,可根据需要添加添加剂,例如矿物质和维生素。
实施例1–通过均匀混合鸡肉和肉汁制备宠物食品
基于宠物食品的总重量计,将70wt%如上制备的鸡肉和30wt%如上制备的肉汁均匀混合。将混合物装入容器中,然后对容器进行密封和消毒。
对经消毒的宠物食品进行检查后,鸡肉块的表面仅观察到非常轻微的灰色。
实施例2–添加螯合剂
将如上制备的鸡肉在含有三聚磷酸钠(STPP)作为螯合剂的水溶液中翻滚。STPP的用量应使最终制备的宠物食品中含有0.3wt%的STPP。翻滚后,将鸡肉静置15分钟,使得溶液更好地渗入肉中。肉完全吸收了溶液。
将如此制备的鸡肉装入容器中,然后装入如上制备的肉汁。鸡肉:肉汁的重量比是70:30。再次对装填的容器进行密封和消毒。
对装填的容器进行检查后,未检测到灰色变色。
实施例3–添加硫酸铜以外的铜化合物
将如上制备的鸡肉装入容器中。随后装入如上制备的肉汁,其中添加了铜蛋白盐。鸡肉:肉汁的重量比为70:30,其中添加了铜蛋白盐,使得基于宠物食品的总重量计,该宠物食品中铜蛋白盐的最终含量为0.05wt%。
对装填的容器进行密封和消毒。
对装填的容器中的宠物食品进行检查后,未检测到灰色变色。还令人惊讶地发现,根据本发明的方法制备的宠物食品对粪便质量没有影响。
在前述说明书和权利要求中公开的特征可单独地和以其任意组合成为以各种形式实现本发明的材料。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于制备包含白肉和肉汁的宠物食品的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a)将所述白肉和肉汁以50:50至98:2的重量比均匀混合;
b)将步骤a)中得到的混合物装入容器中;和
c)对装填的容器进行密封和消毒。
2.一种用于制备包含白肉和肉汁的宠物食品的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a)向所述宠物食品添加螯合剂;
b)将所述宠物食品装入容器中;和
c)对装填的容器进行密封和消毒。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述螯合剂是所述肉汁的成分。
4.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在将所述肉汁添加到所述白肉中之前,通过将所述白肉在所述螯合剂的水溶液中翻滚来添加所述螯合剂。
5.根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述螯合剂是选自柠檬酸钠、三聚磷酸钠(STPP)、焦磷酸四钠(TSPP)、柠檬酸钾、三聚磷酸钾或焦磷酸四钾(TKPP)中的至少一种。
6.一种用于制备包含白肉和肉汁的宠物食品的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a)向所述宠物食品添加硫酸铜以外的铜化合物;
b)将所述宠物食品装入容器中;和
c)对装填的容器进行密封和消毒。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中所述铜化合物是选自饱和铜蛋白盐、碳酸铜、氯化铜、富含铜的酵母细胞和螯合形式的铜例如乳酸、苹果酸或柠檬酸的铜盐中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的方法,其中所述硫酸铜以外的铜化合物是所述肉汁的成分。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述方法中不添加硫酸铜。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述肉汁包含水、增稠剂、调味料、附加的矿物质和维生素。
11.一种宠物食品,所述宠物食品可通过根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的方法获得。
