The interactive information is communication information which is fed back to the color ring platform by an interactive mode of a target service video color ring prompt after a called terminal watches the target service video color ring, and the interactive information can be sent to the color ring platform through a core network, for example, when a called party (a user of the called terminal) sees the target service video color ring 'family health insurance', the interested party is prompted to press '1', the called party presses '1' on the called terminal according to the prompt, and the '1' represents the interactive information and then forwards the interactive information to the color ring platform through the core network to receive the interactive information '1'. The service information is information containing service related content stored in the color ring platform by the called terminal, wherein the service information at least comprises one of contact information corresponding to the target service video color ring and service handling links.
In this embodiment, when the called terminal plays the target service video color ring, a user of the called terminal may input the interaction information through the current playing interface, the called terminal sends the interaction information to the core network, and when receiving the interaction information sent by the called terminal based on the target service video color ring, the core network forwards the interaction information to the color ring platform.
The polyphonic ringtone platform receives interaction information corresponding to the target service video polyphonic ringtone and acquires service information based on the interaction information, namely the polyphonic ringtone platform inquires corresponding service information through the target service video polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the interaction information, wherein the service information at least comprises one of contact information and service handling links corresponding to the target service video, for example, the service information comprises contact information and service handling links of service managers corresponding to the target service video polyphonic ringtone, and the contact information can comprise one or more of a micro signal, a dither number and a personal contact telephone number. Then, the color ring platform sends the service information to the called terminal, and specifically, the service information can be sent to the called terminal in a short message or multimedia message mode.
It should be noted that, when the called terminal receives the service information, it may jump to the service handling interface by clicking the service handling link in the service information, so that the user (calling party) of the called terminal can handle the relevant service conveniently. Or the called party can quickly add the contact information to the address book through the called terminal.
In the polyphonic ringtone recommendation method provided by this embodiment, interaction information corresponding to the target service video polyphonic ringtone is received; then, acquiring service information based on the interaction information; and then the service information is sent to the called terminal, wherein the service information at least comprises one of contact information and service handling link corresponding to the target service video color ring, so that a user of the calling terminal can conveniently handle related services or perform secondary consultation according to the service information, and the conversion rate of electricity sales is further improved.
Based on the third embodiment, a fifth embodiment of the color ring back tone recommendation method of the present invention is provided, where in this embodiment, before step S301, the method further includes:
step S501, receiving a preset service video color ring sent by the calling terminal and preset service information corresponding to the preset service video color ring;
step S502, generating preset recommendation information corresponding to the business video color ring;
step S503, the preset service video color ring, the preset service information and the preset recommendation information are stored in an associated mode, and the preset recommendation information is sent to the calling terminal.
In this embodiment, a service video color ring of a calling terminal may be prestored by a color ring platform, specifically, the calling terminal sends a preset service video color ring and preset service information corresponding to the preset service video color ring to the color ring platform, and the color ring platform receives the preset service video color ring and the preset service information and generates preset recommendation information corresponding to the preset service video color ring, that is, generates a number corresponding to the service video color ring.
Then, the polyphonic ringtone platform stores the preset service video polyphonic ringtone, the preset service information and the preset recommendation information in an associated manner, so that subsequent inquiry and calling are facilitated, and the preset recommendation information is sent to the calling terminal, so that a user (a called party) of the host terminal can accurately input the polyphonic ringtone recommendation information.
In the color ring back tone recommendation method provided by the embodiment, a preset service video color ring back tone sent by the calling terminal and preset service information corresponding to the preset service video color ring back tone are received; then generating preset recommendation information corresponding to the business video color ring; and then, the preset service video color ring, the preset service information and the preset recommendation information are stored in an associated manner, and the preset recommendation information is sent to the calling terminal, so that the corresponding service video color ring can be conveniently and accurately inquired according to the preset recommendation information, and the conversion rate of the electricity sales is further improved.
The present invention further provides a color ring recommendation apparatus, and referring to fig. 4, the color ring recommendation apparatus includes:
a determining module 10, configured to determine whether information corresponding to a call exists when the call between a calling terminal and a called terminal is ended;
and the control module 20 is configured to control the color ring back tone platform to send the target service video color ring back tone to the called terminal if the target service video color ring back tone exists.
Further, the information corresponding to the call is the polyphonic ringtone recommendation information received from the calling terminal during the call between the calling terminal and the called terminal, and the polyphonic ringtone recommendation information exists when being matched with the preset information of the calling terminal.
Further, the color ring recommendation device is further configured to: and controlling the color ring platform to determine the color ring of the target service video.
The invention also provides a color ring recommendation device, which comprises:
the establishing module is used for establishing communication connection between the color ring platform and the called terminal based on the control of the core network when the call between the calling terminal and the called terminal is finished and the information corresponding to the call exists;
and the sending module is used for sending the target service video color ring to the called terminal based on the communication connection.
Further, the color ring recommendation device is further configured to:
obtaining polyphonic ringtone recommendation information corresponding to the information;
and obtaining a target service video color ring corresponding to the color ring recommendation information from a plurality of preset service video color rings.
Further, the color ring recommendation device is further configured to:
receiving interaction information corresponding to the target service video color ring;
acquiring service information based on the interaction information;
and sending the service information to the called terminal, wherein the service information at least comprises one of contact information and service handling links corresponding to the target service video color ring.
Further, the color ring recommendation device is further configured to:
receiving a preset service video color ring sent by the calling terminal and preset service information corresponding to the preset service video color ring;
generating preset recommendation information corresponding to the business video color ring;
the preset service video color ring, the preset service information and the preset recommendation information are stored in an associated mode, and the preset recommendation information is sent to the calling terminal
The method executed by each program unit can refer to each embodiment of the polyphonic ringtone recommendation method of the present invention, and is not described herein again.
The invention also provides a computer readable storage medium.
The computer readable storage medium of the present invention stores a color ring recommendation program, and the color ring recommendation program implements the steps of the color ring recommendation method when executed by a processor.
The method implemented when the polyphonic ringtone recommendation program running on the processor is executed can refer to each embodiment of the polyphonic ringtone recommendation method of the present invention, and is not described herein again.
In addition, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer program product, where the computer program product includes a color ring recommendation program, and the color ring recommendation program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the color ring recommendation method described above.

1. A color ring recommendation method is characterized in that the color ring recommendation method is applied to a core network, and comprises the following steps:
when the call between the calling terminal and the called terminal is finished, determining whether information corresponding to the call exists or not;
and if so, controlling the color ring platform to send the target service video color ring to the called terminal.
2. The CRBT recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein the information corresponding to the call is the CRBT recommendation information received from the calling terminal during the call between the calling terminal and the called terminal, and the CRBT recommendation information exists when being matched with the preset information of the calling terminal.
3. The method for recommending color ring back tone according to claim 2, wherein when receiving color ring back tone recommendation information sent by the calling terminal and the color ring back tone recommendation information matches with the preset information of the calling terminal, the method further comprises:
and controlling the color ring platform to determine the color ring of the target service video.
4. A color ring recommendation method is characterized in that the method is applied to a color ring platform, and the color ring recommendation method comprises the following steps:
establishing communication connection between a color ring platform and a called terminal based on control of a core network when a call between a calling terminal and the called terminal is finished and information corresponding to the call exists;
and sending the target service video color ring to the called terminal based on the communication connection.
5. The method for recommending color ring back tones according to claim 4, wherein before the step of sending the target service video color ring back tones to the called terminal based on the communication connection, the method further comprises:
obtaining polyphonic ringtone recommendation information corresponding to the information;
and obtaining a target service video color ring corresponding to the color ring recommendation information from a plurality of preset service video color rings.
6. The CRBT recommendation method of claim 4, wherein after the step of sending the target service video CRBT to the called terminal based on the communication connection, the method further comprises:
receiving interaction information corresponding to the target service video color ring;
acquiring service information based on the interaction information;
and sending the service information to the called terminal, wherein the service information at least comprises one of contact information and service handling links corresponding to the target service video color ring.

The method for recommending a color ring back tone according to any of claims 4 to 6, wherein before the step of establishing the communication connection between the color ring back tone platform and the called terminal after the step of receiving the communication command sent by the core network, the method further comprises:
receiving a preset service video color ring sent by the calling terminal and preset service information corresponding to the preset service video color ring;
generating preset recommendation information corresponding to the business video color ring;
and storing the preset service video color ring, the preset service information and the preset recommendation information in an associated manner, and sending the preset recommendation information to the calling terminal.
8. A color ring recommendation device is characterized in that the color ring recommendation device comprises:
the device comprises a determining module, a judging module and a judging module, wherein the determining module is used for determining whether information corresponding to a call exists or not when the call between a calling terminal and a called terminal is finished;
and the control module is used for controlling the color ring platform to send the target service video color ring to the called terminal if the color ring exists.

A CRBT recommendation device, characterized in that the CRBT recommendation device comprises a memory, a processor and a CRBT recommendation program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the CRBT recommendation program, when executed by the processor, realizes the steps of the CRBT recommendation method as claimed in any one of claims 1-3 or 4-7.
