The above measures ensure good electrolytic dressing effect of the grinding wheel, high processing efficiency, simple, safe and convenient operation, and finally improve the quality of the workpiece and enhance the consistency of the quality. The grinding machine can be modified on a common grinding machine in a matching way, and the machining precision grade of the common grinding machine is improved.

The thread pitches of the two adjusting rotating nuts (3 and 5) are both 0.3mm, and the position adjustment of the electrolytic dressing electrode 16 relative to the grinding wheel 2 can be accurately controlled. Then, a special ELID grinding fluid is injected into a cavity formed by the arc-shaped surface of the electrolytic dressing electrode 16 and the grinding surface of the grinding wheel 2, so that the cavity is filled with the electrolytic grinding fluid, and an electrolytic cell closed loop is formed. The bottom plate of the cover body is driven to move up and down through an adjusting rotating nut on the adjusting slide block, so that the electrolytic dressing electrode moves radially relative to the grinding wheel; the adjusting rotating nut on the back of the adjusting cover body drives the bottom plate of the cover body to move back and forth, so that the electrolytic dressing electrode moves axially relative to the grinding wheel; the contact pressure between the brush conducting rod and the grinding wheel matrix surface is adjusted by adjusting the thickness of the gasket. The electrolytic dressing electrode is fixed on the cover body bottom plate by a bolt, the cover body bottom plate and the cover body are connected into a whole in a combined connection mode, so that the electrolytic dressing electrode is convenient to adjust relative to the grinding surface clearance of the grinding wheel, and meanwhile, the electrolytic dressing electrode is convenient to install and detach in a manner of being matched with an ELID grinding process system to be modified by a grinding machine. The adjusting device is positioned outside the grinding wheel cover body, and has the advantages of good waterproofness, high safety and long service life. The device has simple, flexible and convenient structure, can meet the accurate control of the ELID grinding on the gap between the electrolytic dressing electrode surface and the grinding wheel grinding surface, and can also meet the requirement of convenient disassembly for the transformation of a grinding machine matched with an ELID grinding process system.
