In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the top frame 62 has two opposite insertion blocks 63, the suspension member 7 includes a suspension rod 71, a cross slide rod 72 and two lower vertical rods 73, the suspension rod 71 is connected to the adjustment member 8, the cross slide rod 72 is fixed to the bottom end of the suspension rod 71, the top of the lower vertical rod 73 is slidably fitted to the cross slide rod 72 through a sliding sleeve 74, the bottom end of the lower vertical rod 73 can be engaged with an engagement groove 76 of the insertion blocks 63, and the two lower vertical rods 73 are connected to each other through a clamping spring 75; in the present embodiment, under the elastic pushing of the chucking spring 75, the lower vertical rod 73 moves toward the corresponding insertion fixture block 63, and the clamping groove body 76 is clamped with the insertion fixture block 63, so as to achieve the detachable connection of the filter cartridge element 6 and the suspension element 7, and facilitate the detachment of the filter cartridge element 6; the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the inserting clamping block 63 are also provided with a plurality of grinding increasing bulges 64, and the sections of the grinding increasing bulges 64 are semicircular; the friction force between the inserting clamping block 63 and the clamping groove body 76 can be increased by the abrasion increasing protrusions 64, and the clamping strength between the inserting clamping block 63 and the clamping groove body 76 is increased;
in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, two knocking discharge assemblies 11 are further disposed inside the filter box body 1 and located on the lower sides of the two arc-shaped filter plates 52, respectively, and the filter cartridge 6 can drive the knocking discharge assemblies 11 to rotate during the downward movement; the knocking discharging component 11 can perform vibrating knocking on the bottom of the corresponding arc-shaped filter plate 52 in the rotating process; in the embodiment, during the downward movement of the filter cartridge 6, the knocking discharge assembly 11 knocks the bottom of the arc-shaped filter plate 52, so that materials stuck in the sieve holes of the arc-shaped filter plate 52 can be knocked out, and blockage is avoided.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, both side portions of the cartridge member 6 have grooves recessed inward; the knocking discharging assembly 11 comprises a fixed rod 111, a sector gear body 112, a knocking rod 113 and a knocking roller 114, wherein the end part of the fixed rod 111 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the filter box body 1, the sector gear body 112 is elastically and rotatably arranged on the fixed rod 111 through a spring, one end of the knocking rod 113 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the sector gear body 112, and the knocking roller 114 is arranged at the end part of the knocking rod 113 far away from the sector gear body 112; the filter cylinder part 6 can contact with the outer wall of the sector gear body 112 in the downward moving process; in this embodiment, during the downward movement of the filter cartridge 6, the side wall of the filter cartridge 6 contacts with the outer wall of the sector gear 112, so that the sector gear 112 rotates on the fixed rod 111 by the friction force between the two, and the knocking roller 114 can move upward and knock the bottom of the arc-shaped filter plate 52, when the filter cartridge 6 moves to the position where the groove on the side wall of the filter cartridge is opposite to the sector gear 112, the sector gear 112 is separated from the side wall of the filter cartridge 6, and the knocking rod 113 and the sector gear 112 are reset under the elastic driving of the clockwork spring, so that the sector gear 112 and the knocking rod 113 rotate forward and backward, and the knocking roller 114 performs an oscillatory knocking on the bottom of the arc-shaped filter plate 52, and the outer wall of the knocking roller 114 has a protective cover 115.
The above embodiment provides a raw material filtering apparatus for lactic acid bacteria fermentation, wherein raw material is injected into the interior of the filtering case 1 through the feeding pipe 2, falls on the arc-shaped filtering plate 52 and is filtered by the arc-shaped filtering plate 52 and the filtering cartridge 6; the filtered materials are placed on the arc-shaped filter plates 52, when more materials are stored on the arc-shaped filter plates 52, the raw materials can be filtered through the side walls of the filter cylinder parts 6, so that the filter surface can be increased, and the cleaning frequency of the filtered materials is reduced; when the material stored on the arc-shaped filter plates 52 is higher than the top of the filter cylinder element 6, the adjusting element 8 drives the suspending element 7 and the filter cylinder element 6 to move downwards until the top end port of the filter cylinder element 6 is flush with the upper end face of the middle plate 51, so that the material on the arc-shaped filter plates 52 can enter the interior of the filter cylinder element 6 along the arc surface; when the suspension member 7 moves downwards, the two rotary pushing and pulling members 9 drive the two pushing and scraping strips 10 to approach the middle plate 51, so that the two pushing and scraping strips 10 push the materials on the arc-shaped filter plates 52 to the filter cylinder member 6, thereby ensuring that the materials on the arc-shaped filter plates 52 completely enter the filter cylinder member 6; finally, the filter cartridge 6 is lifted to a position where the filter cartridge is separated from the port of the filter box body 1 through the adjusting piece 8, the filter cartridge 6 is detached from the suspension piece 7, and then the material cleaning work can be completed quickly.

the filtering net supporting piece comprises an arc-shaped filtering plate and two middle plates, the two middle plates are symmetrically arranged at two side parts of the arc-shaped filtering plate, and the middle plates and the side parts of the edges of the arc-shaped filtering plate are connected with the inner wall of the filtering box body;
the middle part of the arc-shaped filter plate is provided with a guide through hole, the filter cartridge is arranged in the filter box body and can pass through the guide through hole in a sliding manner;
the top opening of the filter cylinder piece is arranged and detachably connected with a suspension piece;
the adjusting part is arranged at the top of the bracket body and connected with the top of the suspension part, and is used for adjusting the position of the filter cylinder part in the vertical direction;
the two pushing scraping strips are respectively and correspondingly arranged on the end surfaces of the arc-shaped filter plates, and the pushing scraping strips can slide on the arc-shaped filter plates far away from or close to the middle plate;
the bracket body is also provided with two rotary push-pull pieces, the two rotary push-pull pieces are respectively correspondingly connected with the two push scraping strips, and the rotary push-pull pieces are also connected with the suspension piece;
the suspension piece can drive to push the scraping strip to slide on the filtering supporting net piece through the transmission of the rotary pushing and pulling piece when moving up and down.
2. The raw material filtering device for lactic acid bacteria fermentation of claim 1, wherein said adjusting member comprises a double-ended lead screw and two suspension links;
the two ends of the double-end screw rod are rotatably connected with the top of the bracket body, the spiral directions of the two ends of the double-end screw rod are opposite, and the two ends of the double-end screw rod are provided with adjusting spiral seats;
one end parts of the two suspension connecting rods are hinged with the side parts of the two adjusting spiral seats respectively, the other ends of the suspension connecting rods are hinged with the top part of the suspension piece, and one end part of the double-end lead screw is provided with an adjusting motor for driving the double-end lead screw to rotate.
3. The raw material filtering device for lactic acid bacteria fermentation according to claim 1, wherein the rotary push-pull member comprises a dial rod, a rotary rod shaft, a scraping gear and a scraping rack;
the rotary rod shaft is rotatably arranged on the bracket body, and the axis of the rotary rod shaft is coincided with the center line of the corresponding arc-shaped filter plate;
one end of the poke rod and the scraping gear are both arranged on the rotating rod shaft, the other end of the poke rod is connected with the pushing scraping strip, and the scraping rack is arranged on the side wall of the suspension piece and meshed with the scraping gear.

the bottom end parts of the lower vertical rods can be clamped with the clamping groove bodies of the inserting clamping blocks, and the two lower vertical rods are connected through the clamping spring.

The raw material filtering device for lactic acid bacteria fermentation according to claim 1, wherein two knocking discharging assemblies respectively positioned at the lower sides of the two arc-shaped filter plates are further arranged inside the filter box body, and the filter cartridge can drive the knocking discharging assemblies to rotate in the process of moving downwards; the knocking discharging component can perform vibrating knocking on the bottom of the corresponding arc-shaped filter plate in the rotating process.
7. The raw material filtering device for lactic acid bacteria fermentation according to claim 6, wherein both side portions of the cartridge member have grooves recessed inward;
the knocking discharging assembly comprises a fixed rod piece, a fan-shaped tooth body, a knocking rod and a knocking roller;
the end part of the fixed rod piece is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the filtering box body, and the sector-shaped tooth body is rotationally arranged on the fixed rod piece through the elasticity of a clockwork spring;
one end of the knocking rod is fixedly connected with the side wall of the fan-shaped tooth body, and the knocking roller is arranged at the end part of the knocking rod far away from the fan-shaped tooth body;
the filter cartridge piece can be contacted with the outer wall of the sector gear body in the downward moving process.
