Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below in order to clearly understand the technical features, objects, and advantages of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the practical scope of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a neck massager 100 including a main body 10, a fixing bracket 15, and a clamping arm 20. The fixing bracket 15 supports the main body 10, and the arm part 20 is rotatably connected to the fixing bracket 15. The inner side of the arm clamping part 20 is provided with a neck support part 30.
The main body 10 is formed in an arc shape to surround the cervical vertebrae and has a first massage unit 16 thereon, and the first massage unit 16 may include one or more massage heads 161 and further one or more hot compress portions 162. Preferably, the first massage unit 16 has a plurality of massage heads 161, and the plurality of massage heads 161 may be driven by a dental box provided inside the housing of the main body 10, and may be driven simultaneously, or driven individually. The plurality of massage heads 161 can be kneaded and rotated, and the massage mode of the first massage unit 16 includes kneading, rotating and applying heat by the heat applying part 162. The bottom of the hot compress part 162 may be provided with a spring to adapt to the neck, which can be used as a judgment of the readiness of the first massage unit 16 when it is adjusted in place. The thermal compress 162 may also emit a red light at this time to indicate readiness, or a temperature change to indicate readiness, and thus be more accurate and intelligent.
The neck rest 30 is adjacent to the face. Neck brace portion 30 includes left neck brace portion and right neck brace portion, the surface of left side neck brace portion and right neck brace portion has the cotton material of memory, the inside of the cotton material of memory is equipped with second massage unit 32, and this second massage unit includes one or more vibrations portion 321 and one or more hot compress portion 322. The vibration part 321 and the hot compress part 322 can vibrate, beat and compress the lymph on the two sides of the foreneck on the two sides of the cheek in a working mode, so that the fatigue is relieved, meanwhile, the inflammation of the body can be effectively eliminated, and the face slimming effect is achieved. The memory cotton material can recover the shape by means of memory under the temperature change.
The neck massager 100 may be controlled by first activating a power switch and then activating a mode switch. For example, the power switch may be provided outside the arm part 20, or the mode switch may be provided outside the arm part 20 and may be activated after the power switch is activated. Referring to fig. 3, the control program of the neck massager 100 includes determining whether the mode switch is activated to determine whether the first massage unit 16 or the second massage unit 32 is activated, if so, continuing to determine whether the corresponding first massage unit 16 or the second massage unit 32 contacts the skin, and if so, activating the massage mode of the corresponding first massage unit 16 or the second massage unit 32. Therefore, the whole neck massage instrument can run more safely and efficiently. In this embodiment, the massage mode of the corresponding first massage unit 16 or second massage unit 32 is activated based on whether the hot compress part 162 of the first massage unit 16 or the hot compress part 322 of the second massage unit 32 contacts the skin. Preferably, whether the hot compress part 162 contacts the skin or not is judged by sensing the contact distance of the human body with an infrared sensor or by sensing the resilience of the pressure with a pressure sensor on the elastic module.
The mode switches of the first massage unit 16 or the second massage unit 32 may be shared or may have independent keys in addition to the shared keys to be independently operable. When the mode switch of the first massage unit or the second massage unit is started by operation but the corresponding first massage unit or the second massage unit is not in contact with the skin, the second judgment of whether the corresponding first massage unit or the corresponding second massage unit is in contact with the skin can be performed for the second time after waiting for the preset time, and if not, the neck massager 100 is automatically turned off, so that the neck massager is more intelligent.
The heat application part 162 of the first massage unit 16 or the heat application part 322 of the second massage unit 32 may be separately provided with a temperature adjustment switch, or may be provided outside the arm clamping part 20. Neck massage appearance can set up temperature sensor in order to judge whether to be in overheated state on hot compress portion 162, 322, if, adjusts or closes the hot compress. On the temperature algorithm of the temperature sensor, a multi-environment monitoring algorithm of an external environment temperature sensor, a cervical vertebra temperature sensor and a lymph part sensor is preferably adopted, and due to the thickness of fat and the nerve sensitivity of a human, the sensing force of different parts of the human body to the temperature is different, so that the effect of intelligently regulating and controlling the temperature at multiple points to achieve the balanced temperature sensing of the human body can be achieved.
The temperature control of the heat packs 162, 322 is different. Hot compress portion 162 work can carry out intelligent processing to the neck-surrounding hot compress, for example can accurately detect the human body surface temperature condition because of a plurality of temperature sensor, based on external environment temperature's detection, can divide temperature control to back neck and front neck, can set up a plurality of hot compress portions 162 this moment. The hot compress part 322 mainly works in the lymph region, because the skin fat layer at the lymph position is thin, the same feeling of high-temperature hot compress of the back neck can be achieved by adopting low-temperature hot compress, the final temperature sensed by a user is balanced in surrounding, and the local high-temperature discomfort cannot occur.
Referring to fig. 4, particularly to the second massage unit 32, since the user may not perform other works when the face shakes, which is most suitable for meditation, the neck massage apparatus 100 may set a music mode, and upon judging that the second massage unit 32 contacts the skin, the control program starts the music mode of the neck massage apparatus, particularly meditation music, to bring the user into an immersive meditation state.
In addition, in order to solve the problem that the conventional massage strength and speed including the hot compress bias is in the fixed mode and the self-adaptive massage cannot be performed according to the different human states, referring to fig. 5 and 6, in another embodiment, the control method further includes continuously determining whether the first massage unit 16 or the second massage unit 32 is in the moving state by using an acceleration sensor installed inside the neck massager 100, if so, the massage mode of the corresponding first massage unit 16 or the second massage unit 32 is adjusted to be the moving massage mode, and if not, the massage mode of the corresponding first massage unit 16 or the second massage unit 32 is adjusted to be the static massage mode, the massage strength and/or speed of the moving massage mode and the static massage mode may be different to achieve the optimal massage comfort strength, for example, the massage device may increase the rotation speed in the moving state.
Referring to fig. 7, in the static massage mode, the control method further includes determining whether the first massage unit 16 or the second massage unit 32 is in an inclined state by using a gyroscope installed inside the neck massager, and if so, determining whether the first massage unit 16 or the second massage unit 32 is in a half-inclined state or a nearly flat state according to the inclination angle, where massage strength and/or speed of the half-inclined state and the nearly flat state are different from each other to achieve optimal massage comfort strength. For example, when the massager is in a non-inclined state including a sitting state and a standing state, the massager is in high-speed rotation and small-torsion massage speed and force, and the high-speed rotation is more favorable for relaxing the muscle surface layer because the reaction force used when a person stands is weak. While in the semi-inclined (semi-lying) state, uniform rotation + torque force is preferably increased. When the patient lies flat or is close to the lying flat, the low-speed movement and large torsion or variable-speed movement mode is selected, and the deep relaxation from the epidermis to the fascia can be realized more comprehensively by adopting variable-speed movement for the lying flat.
In conclusion, when the user is in the states of exercise, standing and sitting, the rotating speed of the massage instrument is increased to focus on the relaxation of the muscle surface layer and promote the blood microcirculation of the muscle surface layer; when the user lies in a half-lying state or a lying state, the massager is in an immersion type massage mode, and large-torque and variable-speed massage movement is adopted, so that acid can be discharged from the surface layer of the muscle to the deep layer of the fascia in a maximized manner, and a comprehensive relaxing effect is achieved.
In another embodiment, the gyroscope and the acceleration sensor can jointly sense serious injuries such as car accidents, a user can shut down the massager at the first time to avoid unnecessary injuries of the massager to car accidents, and the mechanical structure of the neck after shutdown can effectively support and protect the neck, so that the car accidents are protected.
The clamping arm portion 20 is rotatable to a folded state in a shape of a Chinese character 'yi', and when the clamping arm portion 20 is folded, the clamping arm portion 20 together with at least a part, such as an end portion, of the neck rest portion 30 is accommodated in the empty space 17 of the fixing bracket 15. To accommodate different neck sizes of users, the neck support portion 30 can also slide back and forth relative to the clip arm portion 20 to adjust the position.
The clamp arm 20 may also be designed to trigger the power switch to turn on and off when it is unfolded or folded, so that the user does not need to press the power switch, or in some emergency situations the power switch of the clamp arm 20 may react faster than the power switch, and in particular, it may be connected to turn on when the clamp arm 20 is unfolded and off when it is rotated and folded by one electrode.
The above-described control procedure may be performed using a controller, and the neck massager 100 is more intelligent due to the controller.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the scope of the present invention.
