The led flash lamp with the heat dissipation function comprises a lamp holder (1) and a flash lamp (2), wherein the flash lamp (2) capable of swinging on the lamp holder (1) is installed on the lamp holder (1), and is characterized by further comprising a water jacket (3), a high-density cotton block (4), a cleaning mechanism (5) and a dehydration mechanism (6), wherein the flash lamp (2) is provided with the water jacket (3), the water jacket (3) is sleeved on one side outside the flash lamp (2), the water jacket (3) is connected with the high-density cotton block (4), water in the water jacket (3) can infiltrate into the high-density cotton block (4), the cleaning mechanism (5) is installed on the flash lamp (2), the dehydration mechanism (6) is arranged at the top of the water jacket (3), the cleaning mechanism (5) is used for cleaning a front side lamp cover of the flash lamp (2) when the flash lamp (2) swings, and the dehydration mechanism (6) is used for dehydrating the high-density cotton block (4) in cooperation with the cleaning mechanism (5) when the flash lamp (2) swings, so that water flow of the high-density cotton block (4) can cool down on the front side lamp cover of the flash lamp (2). The cleaning mechanism (5) comprises a limiting frame (51), a sliding plate (52), a stop lever (53) and a water-absorbing cotton block (54), wherein both sides of the lamp holder (1) are connected with the limiting frame (51), the sliding plate (52) is connected to the stroboscopic lamp (2) in a sliding mode, both sides of the sliding plate (52) are connected with the stop lever (53) matched with the limiting frame (51), one side, close to the stroboscopic lamp (2), of the sliding plate (52) is connected with the water-absorbing cotton block (54), and the water-absorbing cotton block (54) is in contact with the stroboscopic lamp (2); the dewatering mechanism (6) comprises a guide post (61), an extrusion plate (62), a wedge-shaped strip (63) and an extrusion block (64), wherein the guide post (61) is connected to the top of the water jacket (3), the extrusion plate (62) is connected to the guide post (61) in a sliding mode, the extrusion plate (62) is located on one side of the high-density cotton block (4), the wedge-shaped strip (63) is connected to one side, far away from the stroboscopic lamp (2), of the extrusion plate (62), and the extrusion block (64) used for pushing the wedge-shaped strip (63) to move towards the high-density cotton block (4) is connected to the top of the stop lever (53).
