Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to blast furnace body cooling wall equipment for iron and steel enterprises.
Background
The cooling of the blast furnace body is a necessary means for maintaining the production of the blast furnace, and the adopted cooling equipment is generally a cooling wall and is made of cast iron, cast steel, cast copper, rolled copper and the like.
Cast iron, cast steel and cast copper staves are cast with water pipes in the respective materials, the hot face of the stave is usually provided with grooves for brick-lining or refractory-casting to protect the stave from direct flushing with iron slag (see fig. 1 and 2), and rolled copper staves are water channels drilled in the copper plate (see fig. 3).
In recent years, with the progress of equipment level and operation level, the production efficiency of the blast furnace is greatly improved, the smelting strength is obviously improved, the higher requirement is put on the cooling capacity of the furnace body, and particularly, the long-life requirement of the blast furnace is difficult to meet by adopting cast iron or cast steel cooling walls at the middle lower part of a furnace belly, a furnace waist and a furnace body. At present, it is common practice to use copper cooling walls in the bosh, waist and lower middle of the shaft to enhance the cooling of the blast furnace. However, the price of copper is much higher than that of cast iron and cast steel, and the use of the copper cooling wall greatly increases the construction cost of the blast furnace.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a novel stave cooler, comprising the steps of:
preparing a cast iron or cast steel cooling wall body, and integrally casting a straight-through water pipe in the wall body; a groove is integrally cast on one side of the wall body;
preparing a snakelike water-cooling copper pipe;
putting the manufactured snake-shaped water-cooling copper pipe into a groove of a cast iron/cast steel cooling wall body;
and fixing the snake-shaped water-cooling copper pipe in the groove by using a material with excellent heat conduction performance.
Further, the step of fixing the snake-shaped water-cooling copper pipe in the groove by using a material with excellent heat-conducting property comprises the following steps: and pouring materials with excellent heat conduction performance, wear resistance and erosion resistance are selected to be poured on the hot surface of the cast iron/cast steel cooling wall body (1 b) together with the groove to form a hot surface protective layer of the cast iron/cast steel cooling wall body (1 b).
Further, the step of fixing the snake-shaped water-cooling copper pipe in the groove by using a material with excellent heat-conducting property comprises the following steps: fixing the snakelike water-cooling copper pipe in the groove by using a pouring material with excellent heat conduction performance, and embedding the snakelike water-cooling copper pipe in the groove; then the hot surface of the wall body (1 b) of the cast iron/cast steel cooling wall is fully covered and inlaid with bricks.
The invention not only realizes the reinforced blast furnace cooling, but also can obviously reduce the construction cost by adopting a mode of placing the copper pipe in the groove of the cooling wall inlaid brick on the basis of the cast iron or cast steel cooling wall.
