氨基酸表面活性剂作为新一代绿色天然来源的日化原料备受市场关注。氨基酸表面活性剂以其天然、温和、泡沫细腻丰富而广泛应用于个人洗涤护理产品当中,而在家居清洁产品中的应用还较少。目前市场上常用的氨基酸表面活性剂有脂肪酸的肌氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、谷氨酸、甲基牛磺酸钠盐、钾盐等几个大类,而连接的脂肪酸基团R1有月桂基、椰油基、油酰基、棕榈酰基等,不同的氨基酸品种的表面活性剂会有不一样的性能。氨基酸表面活性剂包括谷氨酸类表面活性剂,如椰油酰谷氨酸钠、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、油酰基谷氨酸钠等;甘氨酸类表面活性剂如椰油酰甘氨酸钠、月桂酰甘氨酸钠、椰油酰甘氨酸钾等;丙氨酸类表面活性剂,如椰油酰丙氨酸钠,月桂酰丙氨酸钠等;肌氨酸类表面活性剂,如月桂酰肌氨酸钠,椰油酰肌肉氨酸钠等;甲基牛磺酸类表面活性剂,如月桂基甲基牛磺酸钠、椰油基甲基牛磺酸钠等。
在生产浓度较高的氨基酸表面活性剂时,需要对生产出来的低浓度的产品进行分离纯化,分离出来的分离水中含有一定量(1-5%)的氨基酸表面活性剂以及其他副产物如双子型氨基酸表面活性剂及氯化钠、氯化钾等。这些分离水目前并没有得到合理的二次利用,这些分离水直接排放会严重污染环境,且对生产成本是较大的浪费,回收二次利用的成本又很高,这在高浓度氨基酸表面活性剂生产中是一个较大的排放问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种氨基酸表面活性剂生产分离水的应用,它可以对高浓度氨基酸表面活性剂生产过程中的分离水进行高效应用,大大降低了废水处理的成本,也避免了回收二次利用的高成本,更是在二次利用中可以变废为宝,并且应用为高附加值的生产原料,提高了企业的整体效益。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案是:在较高浓度的氨基酸表面活性剂生产中,需要对生产出来的低浓度的产品进行分离纯化,分离出来的分离水中含有一定量的氨基酸表面活性剂以及其他副产物如双子型氨基酸表面活性剂及氯化钠、氯化钾等;该分离水的具体应用如下:将生产中产生的含有一定量氨基酸表面活性剂的分离水应用到:洗手液、洗洁精、洗衣液、厨房清洁剂、地板清洁剂、厕所清洁剂、洗衣机清洁剂、消毒去味剂、宠物清洁产品、等家居清洗剂,也可应用于洗发水、沐浴露、洗面奶、洗液等个人洗护用品产品中。该应用可以对原有的家居清洁产品带来较多益处,如提升洗涤产品的泡沫、清洗效果、温和型、容易漂洗、降低残留等诸多特性;同时该类氨基酸表面活性剂生产中的分离水中所含有的双子型氨基酸表面活性剂、氯化钠等成分还能给家居清洗剂带来增稠效果,利用该部分成份形成自增稠的配方体系,同时也拓宽了氨基酸表面活性剂在家居产品中的应用领域。
所述的分离水的PH值较低时,利用该分离水生产出的家居清洁剂对碱性类污垢如厕所污垢的清洁效果较好。可以用于温和清洁类的卫生间除垢产品。
所述的分离水的PH值较高时,利用该分离水生产出的家居清洁剂对于油污类污垢的清洁效果更好。可以用于厨房硬表面清洁剂中。
由于高浓度氨基酸表面活性剂生产应用非常广泛且产品较大,因此该生产过程中产生的含有表面活性剂的分离水产量很大,这就需要良好的回收再利用用途,本发明应对相应的分离水中间产物做出对应的用途。

本实施例采用的技术方案是:在高浓度的氨基酸表面活性剂生产中,需要对生产出来的低浓度的产品进行分离纯化,分离纯化过程中的分离水中含有1-5%的氨基酸表面活性剂、双子型氨基酸表面活性剂、氯化钠、氯化钾等。
将高浓度氨基酸表面活性剂生产中产生的含有一定量氨基酸表面活性剂的分离水应用在包括但不限于:洗手液、洗洁精、洗衣液、厨房清洁剂、地板清洁剂、厕所清洁剂、洗衣机清洁剂、消毒去味剂、宠物清洁产品、等家居清洗剂以及洗发水、沐浴露、洗面奶、洗液等个人洗护用品产品中。利用该分离水可以使得产出的家居清洁产品,提升洗涤产品的泡沫、清洗效果、温和型、容易漂洗、降低残留等诸多特性;同时该类氨基酸表面活性剂生产中的分离水中所含有的双子型氨基酸表面活性剂、氯化钠等成分还能给家居清洗剂带来增稠效果,利用该部分成份形成自增稠的配方体系,同时也拓宽了氨基酸表面活性剂在家居产品中的应用领域。所述的分离水的PH值较低时,利用该分离水生产出的家居清洁剂对碱性类污垢如厕所污垢的清洁效果较好。主要应用于温和清洁类的卫生间除垢产品。所述的分离水的PH值较高时,利用该分离水生产出的家居清洁剂对于油污类污垢的清洁效果更好。主要应用于厨房硬表面清洁剂中。
由于高浓度氨基酸表面活性剂生产应用非常广泛且产品较大,因此该生产过程中产生的含有表面活性剂的分离水产量很大,这就需要良好的回收再利用用途,本发明应对相应的分离水中间产物做出对应的用途。
本实施例中氨基酸表面活性剂的结构式为:

本实施例与同类产品的除油、泡沫效果测试方法和效果如下:
1、洗涤类产品除油效果测试方法:去油率法
本实验去油率测试使用RHLQ立式去污机,参考《表面活性剂和洗涤用品标准汇编2005》中GB/9985-2000《手洗餐具用洗涤剂附录B方法一去油率测试》相关标准。
测试参数:温度:50±0.5℃,转速:160rpm,时间:3min,硬水浓度250ppm,硬水量0.8L/缸,干燥方式:悬挂晾干。用RHLQ立式去污机清洗涂布了混合动植物油脂的载玻片,精确称量清洗前后的质量,计算去油率,三组测试数据计算平均值,记录每种表面活性剂样品去油率。
2、洗涤类产品去污效果测试方法:去污值法
本实验去油率测试使用RHLQ立式去污机,参考《表面活性剂和洗涤用品标准汇编2005》中GB/T13174-2003衣料用洗涤剂去污值测试相关标准。
污布类别:JB01(炭黑污布)JB02(蛋白污布)JB03(皮脂污布)
污布尺寸:直径6cm圆片
污布数量:3片/组
测试参数:温度:30±0.5℃,转速:120rpm,时间:20min,硬水浓度250ppm,硬水量1L/缸,漂洗时间:30s,干燥方式:自然悬挂晾干。
3、洗涤类产品泡沫测试方法:改进罗氏泡沫仪法。
本实验使用改进罗氏泡沫仪,参考《表面活性剂和洗涤用品标准汇编 2005》中GB/T7462-94《表面活性剂发泡力的测定改进Ross-Miles法》相关标准。
测试参数:稀释用水硬度:400ppm,测试温度:55±0.5℃,5g/L.

从上述对比资料中可以清晰的得出,利用高浓度的氨基酸表面活性剂生产分离水对应生产产物,比常规产物的粘度、去油率、去污值、产品的外观效果、温和性等方面均比常规产品得到较大的提升。

Claims (3)

1.氨基酸表面活性剂生产分离水的应用,在较高浓度的氨基酸表面活性剂生产中,需要对生产出来的低浓度的产品进行分离纯化,分离出来的分离水中含有一定量的氨基酸表面活性剂以及其他副产物如双子型氨基酸表面活性剂及氯化钠、氯化钾等;其特征在于:该分离水具体应用如下:将生产中产生的含有一定量氨基酸表面活性剂的分离水应用到包括但不限于:洗手液、洗洁精、洗衣液、厨房清洁剂、地板清洁剂、厕所清洁剂、洗衣机清洁剂、消毒去味剂、宠物清洁产品、等家居清洗剂及洗发水、沐浴露、洗面奶、洗液等个人洗护用品产品中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸表面活性剂生产分离水的应用,其特征在于:所述的分离水的PH值较低时,利用该分离水生产出的家居清洁剂对碱性类污垢如厕所污垢的清洁效果较好。
3.根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸表面活性剂生产分离水的应用,其特征在于:所述的分离水的PH值较高时,利用该分离水生产出的家居清洁剂对于油污类污垢的清洁效果更好。
